"Sera Nguyen offers a wide variety of ramen dishes at her 32nd Street space. There’s a miso ramen, Saigon curry ramen, an oxtail ramen topped in enoki mushrooms and aslice of fish cake, the menu is full of Nguyen’s non-traditional takes on the popular Japanese soup." - Gigi Sukin

Saras Ramen consistently provides an exceptional dining experience, earning a well-deserved 10/10 rating. We frequent this establishment regularly, and each visit reaffirms our appreciation for their outstanding food and service. The menu features an array of delicious options, with the chicken karrage, duck bao bun, and their flavorful ramen standing out as personal favorites. The ramen, in particular, is always served hot and brimming with rich, well-balanced flavors that make every bite memorable. In addition to the high-quality food, the service at Saras Ramen is exemplary. The staff are consistently warm, attentive, and professional, ensuring that every dining experience is enjoyable from start to finish. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time guest, the welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service make each visit a pleasure. Overall, Saras Ramen is a must-visit for anyone in search of authentic, flavorful dishes served with care and attention. I highly recommend paying a visit—you won’t be disappointed.

Hands-down one of the best ramen spots in the city… a literal hidden gem tucked down a back alley off 38th. We tried the Tan Tan Men and the Sesame Pork Belly Ramen and both were incredible. Rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and toppings that hit just right. The service was great too. Can’t believe it took us this long to find this place—we’ll definitely be back!

We got 2 separate recs for this place so decided to do our last lunch in Denver here. You walk down a small alley to get to the "front" of the restaurant that leads you to a nice patio, and the indoor seating. The patio was an enjoyable setting for a tasty meal, and our server was attentive and efficient. We got the veggie gyoza to start which were fried crisp with good flavor. Had whole edamame inside in addition to the other vegetables. The dipping sauce complimented the flavors of the gyoza and was light and not too salty or sweet. We then each had a bowl of ramen. My partner had the veggie ramen with the house made chili sauce, which, was maybe some of the better chili sauce I've ever had. There was a note on the menu that it contained fish sauce, I never would have thought to put fish sauce into a sambal style chili sauce but it was SO GOOD! It was also pretty spicy, not for meek tastebuds or tummies. The ramen was also quite good I was surprised at how flavorful the fully vegetarian broth was. I had never seen a dashi broth on a ramen menu, but dashi is one of my favorite Japanese flavors (I have had many a heartbreak at New Orleans sushi restaurants who put agedashi tofu on the menu and then serve me tofu with no sauce, but I digress). So I had to get it, it was advertised as spicy and definitely has some good kick, but when I tell you I want to drink that dashi broth from a mug daily, it was finish the bowl even though you are beyond full and unsure if you'll be able to move-good. The chicken was also very flavorful and delicately cooked, I added bamboo shoots because I miss that texture when it's not in my ramen. There were 2 things that I thought could be different that would have made the ramen just a notch higher on my list. I would add seaweed, which I didn't see as listed on the menu as an option. The other thing was the consistency of the noodles, which was dense and well cooked, but not chewy enough. I don't know if that's the right descriptor but I just bit through them a little more easily than I would have liked. Still worth the visit!!

Every time I visit Denver, Sera’s Ramen Enclave is a must visit! The food and the service is great! The restaurant is very cute and down an alley, giving it a cozy atmosphere. I always get either the sesame pork belly ramen or the flavorsome! Both have very great flavor and the meat is super tender. The drinks are also very good! I recommend the Thai tea and the passion fruit limeade! The servers are very attentive. Top tier service!

Google
This place is a gold mine. We got the spring rolls and sesame pork belly ramen. The pork melts in your mouth, and the broth is so flavorful. I believe it’s family owned as well! We will definitely be back

This was the first restaurant I visited upon arriving in Colorado, and it exceeded my expectations. Although it's a small establishment, the ambiance is incredibly cozy, making it a perfect spot to relax. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff who made us feel welcome. We ordered a variety of dishes, including fried gyoza, bao buns, flavorful ramen, and Thai iced tea. Each item was delicious and bursting with taste. I would definitely return and order everything again.

Truly some of the best ramen in Denver! Highly recommend the Sesame Pork Belly Ramen, and their apps & cocktails don’t disappoint. Definitely dine in to experience the cozy & authentic vibe in person.

Yelp
I had such a lovely experience! I went on a Wednesday around 5ish & my friend & I were sat right away. Everything we ordered was a hit. My friend & I split an order of the pork belly bao buns & I have to say.. I haven't had such a decadent bao bun in a really long time. And in the words of my friend, "this is the best ramen I've ever had." Aside from the food, what really got me was the service. The 2 ladies that helped us were incredible & came through with the greatest recommendations. Such a lovely little spot. A must try!

Yelp
Cute place in the alleyway. I got the sesame pork belly ramen. It was good but nothing special compared to meals I've had before. The garlic rice was good not great as well. We got it with pork belly. The service was fast and good.

Yelp
Genuinely hard to (physically) find this place, it's tucked away in the back of a building and you have to go down a small alley to get there but daaaaaang it's so good. We got the fried gyoza, and We each got a ramen plus a bottle of wine and it was like $75. Seriously not too pricey at all. Before you stop reading, please understand that the sesame pork belly ramen is probably the best ramen I have ever had. I almost always get a spicy ramen but this time I got the sesame pork belly and I don't think I've ever had a ramen so flavorful. The pork belly was cooked to absolute perfect and the broth was unbelievably flavorful. Please get this dish. The spicy dashi ramen is good! But nothing to write home about. It's definitely spicy and the broth is a little thin, again it's good, just not as good as the sesame pork belly. The fried gyoza were incredible. We're typically more into steamed gyoza but they only had fried and I gotta admit it was great! It wasn't too bready, it was super thing and crispy! Everything came out super quickly and the servers were polite and helpful when picking items!

Yelp
We love coming here - it's a sneaky hole in the wall storefront in west highlands but the food is incredible. We always get the pork belly black sesame ramen and pair with duck bao buns or fried gyoza. The ambiance is super casual but the service is always so fast! Excited to try more from this place!

Yelp
I was really excited for this restaurant as I had heard rave reviews from a friend. My friend and I both got the tonkatsu ramen, my go-to ramen order and favorite broth. Unfortunately the broth was spicy, despite the fact that the menu did not identify the entree as spicy. I was extremely hungry with painfully low blood sugar at the time so unfortunately it made the most sense to force down food I did not like vs order and wait for a new entree. I'm not sure why restaurants would choose not to mark spicy dishes on the menu. I hope they will choose to update their menu accordingly so patrons can order food they actually want to eat. The other ingredients in the ramen - noodles, veggies - were amazing. The pork was so tender it basically fell apart - delicious. I really wish the broth hadn't been spicy or had been clearly marked as so so I could have chosen a different meal.

Yelp
This place is really cute, I didn't see any options for making reservations only so thank fully the wait was not too long. We came around 7:30 on a Saturday and waited less than 10 minutes. The servers were all super friendly, they were very attentive and always letting us know that they would get us seated soon. I like the variety in the types of ramen on the menu. The flavorsome is a much lighter ramen than the sesame pork and not the type of ramen broth that I am used to but it was really good. Super meaty tasting broth. The sesame pork ramen was also good, the pork belly was very well seasoned and the flavors were balanced. The bao buns were pretty standard, the sauce was over powering but flavors were still good. Nothing crazy. I liked the ratio of broth to noodle and I like that things were not too salty! The noodles also have a very good chew. I give it a 4/5 because they only give you have an egg and the egg is not marinated at all, just a plain boiled egg. It was $17 per bowl of ramen which is on the more expensive end.

Yelp
Ramen was delicious!! Will be back. Loved the side of their house spicy sauce (add with caution!)

Yelp
Always delious!! Our go to for ramen- the food is always spot on! I highly recommend Sera's!!!

Yelp
Second time visiting Denver from Los Angeles and this was such a lucky find for my wife and I. The ramen game in SoCal tends to set a high-ish bar for quality so my expectations are usually low but Sera's blew those out of the water with delicate but rich broth, thick and chewy noodles, and chashu tasty enough to satisfy my nagging craving for Japanese quality protein. The service was simple and polite with a genuine aura which should be the normal in my opinion. The interior is small with splashes of art here and there but it's not my favorite. The Nezuko curtain is a plus though! We took an Uber but the parking didn't seem terrible and is mainly street with a small plaza across so I don't see a probably outside of peak evening hours. Overall if you love ramen you NEED to come here! The fusion with Vietnamese flavors is the cherry on top. I recommend the Saigon curry and my wife loved the Sesame Porkbelly. I tried both and if you're torn!

Yelp
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I've been coming here for about 5 years now and it's because it really doesn't disappoint. The menu is fairly small but honestly I find it perfect because I eat the same thing every time basically since it's just too good and I can't move on to anything else. The waiters and cooks are very nice, the waitress May knows me even though I wouldn't come back for months due to school workloads but honestly I don't really go to other ramen places because this one is just too good. The location is fairly small but it's so home like and cozy. The walls are covered in anime scenes and it's very cute. I love that the entrance is in a literal alleyway because it always throws off new guests but it's cool, makes it a little weird (not derogatory). As per usual, my recommended dishes that I've tried and will forever get is the sesame pork belly ramen (to die for!), the pork belly bao buns (also to die for, these are literally unmatched! They're a nice mixture of sweet and salty but then the toppings make it slightly fresh and it's so yummy definitely try these), the chicken karaage, the iced matcha latte (soo good, never grassy not too sweet, just right) and the last menu item I've tried is the spring rolls which were good too. Pinky promise this place will not disappoint

Yelp
First time trying this place for my husband's birthday yesterday and wow!! There was so much flavor and freshness in every bite. Our waitress was super knowledgeable on the foods and attentive to my allergies!!! One thing I loved a lot is that you have to walk down an alleyway and it's super cool !!! I recommend this place we will be back!!!

Yelp
This place is located at the heart of highland. There's no parking lot so go for street parking around the neighborhood. The entrance of this place is actually at the back alley, and it has a cute little patio surrounded by plants. I like the idea that it's a hidden spot, but unfortunately, the food quality is just below my expectation To start, we ordered a chicken Karaage . It's great with their hot sauce. The real disappointment came with the entrées. We ordered a signature Ramen and a Korean beef rice bowl. The Ramen was neither authentic, nor delicious. The pork in it looks minced and simply stirfried to put on top of the Ramen - this is not traditional and does not add any good flavor to the noodle, which more looks like a shortcut to me. There's no umami flavor of bone broth in the soup, just tastes heavy. I prefer the traditional way of either braised pork or beef, or the Chashu pork belly. The Korean beef, rice ball came with a very small portion of beef. Again, disappointment. Service was very friendly, and when we came here on Saturday during peak lunch hour it was empty so we got served pretty fast and a small space has a charm of intimacy. However I will not consider coming back.

Yelp
My daughter and I went to try this out and we looked up the time it opened and it said 11:00 am. We arrived at 11:32 and it was not open. We were about to eat somewhere else when the open light turned on. Even then, we still waited a few minutes after the light turned on for them to unlock the side gate. The only reason I came was because the menu said they have a vegan ramen. When I go to order they said the noodles are not vegan and asked if we wanted the glass noodles. (Noted only as gluten free on the menu) So we ordered those, no notice they were an additional $4. I would assume a ramen advertised as vegan would include noodles that are vegan. Plus, the broth was basic. Not very flavorful. I would rather support local, but Jinya has better noodles and vegan broth flavors. The bao buns were delicious though. The store is cute, but the service could be better. No welcome, they didn't ask us if we wanted to sit inside or outside but they sure asked the party after us. Overall, just fell flat from what I was hoping for.

Yelp
Loved the food so much I forgot to take a picture We each got differing cocktails- all lovely. We tried a few different ramen options as well and you just truly can't go wrong. Love that this feels like a true hole in the wall having to walk in the alley to get to the dining area. Service was quick and staff was friendly.

Yelp
I visited for the first time and got the vegan ramen and veggie gyoza. Both were fantastic! The alleyway entrance was very charming and it had a nice lowkey atmosphere too. Will definitely be coming back!
google avatar

Kay M.

Yelp
Decent ramen. Not super complex flavors but good starter broth and noodles were perfectly al dente. Also toppings were fresh. Did have slices of pineapple which surprisingly added a nice level of sweetness. I did end up adding some truffle hot sauce from the Truff brand and it really elevated the dish. I have had some pretty great ramen before but this one was solid and satisfied my cravings so I give it a 7.5. The Thai tea was really great and wasn't too sweet and flavor was perfect (I give it a 9.8 [Removing .2 because it was mostly ice])! Items ordered: Vegetarian Ramen, Thai iced tea
google avatar

Sean W.

Yelp
Great ramen. Absolutely love this place. Cool that you have to walk through an alley to get there.
google avatar

Yelp
For another year in a row, Sera's Ramen Enclave continues to be my favorite ramen spot in Denver! I've loved every dish I've tried and finally had a chance to dine indoors, though the outdoor patio is adorable too. The Demon Slayer décor and manga wall remain classic, and service is super welcoming. Got that family-run feeling, though I'm not sure if it IS family-run. Make sure to get the Iku Yaki (squid) and side of spice. And get here early to find parking because this street gets crazy!
google avatar

Morgan S.

Yelp
Amazing broth and pork belly. I've never had authentic ramen before so I was really excited to try this place. I heard it had amazing reviews. I ordered the Sesame Pork Belly Ramen, it was a savory park broth infused with sesame oil. Honestly it was so good you have to go and try it yourself! They were busy so we ended up waiting a while for a table but the wait was worth it :) The entrance is between two buildings, the back is the entrance but it walks you into a cute patio seating. I can't wait to go back and get more!
google avatar

Joan F.

Yelp
I live in California and I literally always come here every time I visit Denver because I just love their beef Ramen so much.

Desie M.

Yelp
Service was EXCELLENT!! Servers had great dispositions, very attentive.. atmosphere had good vibes going on. I ordered the Veggie ramen,(comes w/tofu, yummy!) I love spice so I also asked for their chile paste, all Delish!! Their Thai tea, omg!! Sooo good!! Perfect family owned business. I will be returning!
google avatar

Candice S.

Yelp
Best pork belly I've ever had, service was kind and prompt, and the lemonades! The entrance in the alley was also really cute! Adds to the charm. I think of this ramen often and will come back the next time I'm in Denver
google avatar

Abbey L.

Yelp
Curry ramen was very flavorful and not too spicy. It was good but I would jump to trying the other items on their menu before eating this again. The fried rice was very good and definitely would get again. The pork was cooked perfectly though not much pork provided, would be interested to try the chicken karaage on top instead next time. I also wish there was a stronger garlic flavor but overall recommend!

Yelp
What a hidden treasure. Literally. You have to walk in between two buildings off of 32nd Street to the back. But worth it, and FIND it. Quaint interior, but service was on point and we had a great experience. We started with the lettuce wraps with salmon and we were so hungry that I forgot to take a picture of them. But, I had the Spicy Dashi ramen, and it was fantastic. I was sad when I had finished it. I will come back and flip a coin between that and the great marketing read of the fried rice. Wife got the sesame pork belly ramen and loved it, and I found out that she used to come here on her own before I became a ramen fan! No iced tea for me, but they had LOTS of hot tea options...very unique flavors. They have the classic Coke bottle though. Great background music that I Shazammed a few times. Ask for a side of the chili paste, as the hot stuff is a game changer. A few people came in and I heard "the usual?" so I assume that the people who come here come here a LOT. Definitely recommend and see you there!

Yelp
I usually avoid going to ramen restaurants in the US. They tend to be overpriced and overly salty. But my girlfriend really wanted to get ramen for lunch and I begrudgingly agreed to come here. And I was blown away. This is hands down the best ramen I've had outside of Japan. The broths were decadent but light at the same time and the noodles were the perfect, chewy texture you want in a solid bowl of ramen. The gyoza were also full of flavor and a great appetizer. Could not recommend this place more!
google avatar

Paige K.

Yelp
I think you can judge the quality of a ramen spot by their vegetarian broth. Even without meat for rich flavor, Sera's delivered with a rich, smooth, complex flavor with their vegetarian ramen. The tofu was fried crispy, the egg perfectly jammy and the vegetables were cooked perfectly with good texture. The spicy chili paste had an amazing kick but should be dealt with a delicate hand. Service was prompt and lovely.
google avatar

Tricia K.

Yelp
Where else can you get oxtail ramen and a mountain berry spritzer? Being a lover of oxtail and ramen separately, why not try the combo. My sister and BIL took me here for my birthday lunch. Small place when the patio isn't open but it wasn't crowded when we went on a Saturday afternoon. All 3 of us ordered the oxtail ramen that day. The oxtail comes shredded off the bone. I appreciated the curly noodles which I think holds the broth a bit better than straight noodles. The portions weren't huge but still generous and we left with our bellies warm and full. Quite the little gem almost hidden on the street in plain sight. Not as fancy as some of the more popular ramen houses but solid food. Definitely worth a try.
google avatar

Andrea S.

Yelp
I swear I've had their ramen before but I don't have a review so maybe it was for takeout? Either way, the Pork Belly Ramen and the Chicken Karaage really hit the spot on this more normal Denver weather day. My husband and I were both getting hungry so we decided to share the Chicken Karaage (Japanese fried chicken). We've had it a few places now and it's really become a fav of ours. It was perfectly crispy and I loved the spicy Mayo sauce. The sesame pork belly ramen was fantastic. A nice slightly oily broth with a bit of heat, slightly nutty flavored pork thanks to the sesame marinade, and fresh toppings. The staff was super attentive and very polite. What a great little dinner out!

Yelp
It's fun to enter through the back door like you're friends with Sera or like an unexpected AirBnb. We arrived with only a few people sitting down but waited a smidge since there were only a couple of servers. This gave us enough time to perfect what we would be ordering, sneaking peaks through the fenestrations to spy on the dishes. Up first, the drinks. We ordered the mango and the berry glacier. Wow, they were both fruity and delicious - a bit on the sweeter side. 5/5. Next the fried chicken arrived. Yum, a hearty fried chicken dish delicately drizzled with an intricate sauce. 5/5. Up next was the main attraction, ramen. We got the flavorful ramen, I guess they forgot about the name when making it or is it like the Iceland/Greenland naming strategy. It was okay at best, we ordered the chili paste to give it a try and the only way to get the ramen to make me feel anything was adding a good portion of that. 2/5. The 3rd and final thing we got was the beef bowl. It was a basic bowl with beef and lots of rice. Good but could have gotten something for over half at HMart. 3/5. Great and friendly staff. Attentive to any need we had. 5/5.

Yelp
The food was amazing. The layout is weird or restaurant with entrance in back. Seemed the wait staff wasn't happy but the cooks must be because the food was amazing.

Yelp
I stopped by Sera's on a chilly day while visiting Denver! A few people recommended it as my friend and I were shopping in the area so we figured it be a good choice. Food: I got the vegan ramen and it was perfect for a cold day. Packed full with lots of veggies and tofu. I with they had some chili oil to add to give it a kick, but overall the flavor was good. Ambiance: it's dimly lit and calm inside. I would say that the space is limited so it might be hard to get in during busy hours. I'd say this would be a good date spot, but maybe not a place for large groups. Service: kind, helpful, and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend coming here if you're in the area and looking for some hearty ramen!
google avatar

Sam C.

Yelp
Stopped by for lunch and it was definitely interesting that the front was the entrance to the kitchen and the entrance to the restaurant was in the back. We got the sesame pork belly ramen and the flavorsome ramen. The noodles were cooked perfectly and had the bounce you want when eating ramen. The Pork Belly ramen was creamy like how a tonkotsu should be however there was some sweetness to it that threw it off. For us, it didn't have that same pull to a second taste of the broth like others we have had. The char siu was awesome in flavor The Flavorsome Ramen was somewhat disappointing. It was caught between a beef broth that could be pho but missing the typical pho flavors. The shredded oxtail was the best part of this dish. We have had way way more disappointing ramen in the Denver metro area. This place is a good stop for lunch if you are craving ramen.

Yelp
Loved this cute little ramen restaurant. It is literally hole in the wall. We started with Karaage. I really enjoyed the it as it was different, it was a different breading more light and crisp. And very flavorful. I ordered the roasted garlic fried rice and my boyfriend ordered the sesame pork ramen. The fried rice was not what I expected at all. Lots of ingredients on top. I didn't really taste the garlic but instead tasted curry. I also loved the mini egg omelette added. A little to salty for me personally. I loved the sesame ramen the broth was sooo flavorful. I wished there was a little more ramen for the price. I will be back as my boyfriend really enjoyed it.

Yelp
Sera's is a classic on 32nd. I love that it's tucked in the back alley. If you're picking up you ring the doorbell on the front and they'll bring your food out. The vegan and flavorsome ramen is some of my fave Romanesque in Denver. Their poke isn't too bad given it's not their bread and butter. The salmon is nice and fatty. My favorite dish from them is their short rib bowl. The omelette is delicious and the short rib is flavorful. Love sera's and so happy we're up the street from them!

Nathalie C.

Yelp
Love love love this place, I will always recommend this place to people. The service is always great and it's such a cute little place. Yes the entrance being in an alleyway is silly but personally I love it and find it kinda funny. The food has never disappointed and never has the service. Sesame pork belly ramen and the pork bao buns are my go to, so good!

Yelp
What a great find! Definitely a hidden gem. It's definitely a bit tough to get to but once you find it you'll know. Our server was so nice and accommodating && they food was amazing. Delicious ramen the pork just melted in your mouth. Can't wait to return

Yelp
This place was cute. I enjoyed the way it was a home that was redesigned into a restaurant. The entrance is that little alley way into the back. The server was sweet and had good recommendations. The drinks were delicious and not too sweet. Great ramen. I would like to try this place again. She warned me about the spicy sauce, and I'm glad I took her recommendation on having it on the side to try it first. Lol that sauce would of destroyed me from the inside out. Overall, pleasant experience. I would recommend it. Lovely feel and delicious ramen and drinks.

Yelp
Always a great experience here. Nice little hole in the wall, the ramen is great, the servers are pleasant and knowledgeable. Love stopping in here

Yelp
Cold weather is here, which means it's the beginning of ramen season for yours truly! I kicked off this time of year with a visit to Sera's Ramen Enclave, where I was pleasantly surprised to find legit ramen among a menu full of pan-Asian items. I ordered the pork belly sesame ramen, which was rich and a great combination of savory and just a touch of sweetness. It really hit the spot and was enough to keep me full the rest of the day. My husband ordered the Flavorsome ramen, which was more flavorful and lighter than the ramen I ordered. That's what I'm getting next time. The duck bao buns were bomb. One last thing: we loved the convenience of scanning a QR code on our bill and pay via Apple Pay. Hoping more restaurants adopt this soon.

Yelp
Not too shabby for ramen. I still didn't think it's close to the best ramen I've ever had. Which was in Japan. Soooo...yeah. I enjoyed my ramen though! I ordered the Tan Tan and I thought the broth was decent. Pretty clean overall but definitely on the salty side. I think the minced pork was why it ended up being salty. The noodles had a great density about them. My friend ordered the pork belly ramen and I thought her broth was quite good. Next time I'll get that one! We also started with the cream cheese crab wontons and they were not too shabby. I didn't love the sauce they came with though, there was a spice that I didn't enjoy and it was a bit off-putting. I didn't love that my food came before my beer. But overall service was quick so I can't complain too much. We did have about a 40 minute wait. It was a Friday night, so honestly not bad!

Yelp
I absolutely LOVE when I find a local spot that lives up to its reputation. Sera's Ramen Enclave is just that. A fun experience, local vibe, delicious food, and enough sake to knock your socks off (in the best way possible). Let's start with the fun experience of even just entering Sera's which begins with following a sign that says "eat" down a narrow Harry Potter like alley way. The wait is usually rather reasonable, but there are always heated outdoor options too if you want ramen and you want it now! I was craving crab wontons (order two plates; don't judge) and they delivered! Crispy good chunks of crab with a lovely sauce on the side. Now the star of the show, the stinkin savory broths that this place is know for. How do they do it folks?! We ordered the pork belly sesame, flavorsome, and tan tan. I loved my pork sesame (you can spice it up with extra housemade chilis), but the tan tan was incredibly unique and worth a shoutout. Pork Belly RamenCrab Wontons

Yelp
I was wandering around the great Highlands Street Fair, and luckily found this wonderful restaurant when street food wasn't enough. Their 32nd Avenue storefront is really very creative and cool but it is uniquely not the main entrance, and this sets the tempo for a different dining visit. Instead, you stroll along the west side of the building through a narrow walkway into an intimate outdoor (and covered) patio. There's also indoor seating available, but it was too nice out to go inside. Greeted warmly by a staffer, was immediately led to an outdoor table where I began a terrific lunch. Enjoyed their lettuce spring rolls, which were delivered at the right temperature and delicious as could be. Liked their accompanying spices and sauces. I have frequently visited the Pacific Rim, love ramen, and perhaps a bit of a ramen snob to be honest. Sera's delivered and then some, as my yakisoba ramen was superb, served at the right time and temperature, a tasty mix of five-spice curry, panko crusted chicken, bean sprouts, cucumber, ginger, fried egg, seaweed, ginger pickled daikan. Shout-out to my server, Kalvsia, who was helpful, friendly, and had great timing.

Yelp
I've heard nothing but good things about this place and finally tried it out since we were in the area. To enter you much go through an alley and enter in the back, I guess their kitchen is in the fronts. If the alley had some lights it would be a little more inviting. This restaurant is tiny, I think there was maybe 10 tables total- so come early or late so you can avoid the rush. We came at the perfect time and was sat in 5 minutes. It was a full house. There were two servers I believed, but it took forever to get our order in. We started with the lettuce wrap with shrimp tempera and it was not what we expected. Wasn't my favorite. Both of our ramens was good. Would of loved the egg to be a little more runny tho. And a little over priced for the amount of food we got. They don't carry sirracha or seven spice, which is what is needed to make any ramen spice. They have their own spice they make on the side, that is an up charge. It and good flavors but not very spicy in my opinion.

Yelp
Personally I never leave yelp reviews but the cucumber salad was too good for me not to say something. It's been 3 days since I ate there and I CANT STOP THINKING ABOUT IT. The servers are lovely and I recommend asking for their recommendations. Also it has a cute patio outside that I love to sit at. Great vibes and great food

Yelp
I've been looking for a great vegan ramen spot in Denver and this did not disappoint! They have a totally vegan ramen dish that was fresh, substantial, and delicious. This is now one of my go-to spots for the ease of ordering vegan and the quality of food!
