Serendipity

Been coming to this shop from Pennsylvania for many years. Always enjoy chatting with the owners and perusing all the merchandise. The flags are made very well and made in the U.S. We come to Williamsburg twice a year and always stop here 1st.

This is not the biggest flag store, actually not many flags at all

What a delightful find! We needed a new kite or two for our deck pole system and when my husband looked on their website he was impressed with the great selection of kites, spinners, garden flags, etc. We came home with 5 new kites so I guess he was right to be impressed. The prices were very reasonable, the quality of products good and Tom and his wife were very helpful in finding just want we wanted. One of the new kites is already flying high.

Small shop...associate was quite lovely, helpful and offered 25% discount to my friend, who found the items for which she was searching. One item she found requires 2 parts, one of which was not in stock, which means it will require another trip to acquire the mat and the out-of-stock holder. The shop offers a variety of items, but the retail prices seemed a bit high. Would definitely shop there if looking for unique devorative yard flags, windsocks, etc!

Very disappointed. Bought a flag, pole, pole holder and light. Holder broke within 3 weeks ( yes we did have some high winds). Owner would do nothing for us except recommend we but a stainless holder or contact the manufacturer. Poor customer service in my opinion. Did not argue with him but he has lost a customer rather than just replace the holder.

Went out of our way to go to this shop where we have been before what a waste of time.I have had a service dog for several years and have been in this store with her before.The man which I believe is the owner questioned the validity if her being a service dog.I carry the paperwork for her with me as well as she wears Id.I do not appreciate being question on my disability by a merchant with no medical degree.It pains me greatly to have to rely on my dog and I was totally embarrassed. I came in because I needed to get new flags for my home and left in tears.If anyone doubts she is in fact a service dog I have letters from my dr as well as the training facility where she was trained and all of her certifications that I do not mind sharing there is no reason to be nasty about it. I will spend my money elsewhere

Not good at all and I would not recommend. Saleperson Tom kept talking about the dollar store like we are uniformed consumers. He kept describing the merchandise like we were illiterate. We just left the store...

Tom was so helpful in helping us select the perfect American flag for our flagpole. They have so many to choose from along with spinners, yard flags, bird houses and much more. If you are in Williamsburg, this is a place you should stop and see.

I love their huge selection of high quality flags, garden flags, spinners, poles and accessories! This is a must see shop for locals and visitors alike.

Not exactly what they advertise in the local magazines.Biggest flag store,not quite.Small square area.Not worth the drive out there.Pottery has a bigger selection." Believe it or not". Not sure what there comparing them self's too but....

Stopped by today to pick up a specialty garden flag that we have been searching for everywhere. Not only did they have one, they had about 20 of them! They even make custom flags and have a website that you can order from. The selection is huge, they simply have anything you could possibly want. The prices are excellent and the staff could not be better. Super friendly, very helpful and really appreciate their customers. They even have a little punch card for customers that offers free stuff for every so many purchases. We'll go here again in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a cool addition the garden.

Stopped in to see if they might have a fairly specific type flag for a recumbent trike, they didn't but the (probably) owner was so kind and was trying to figure out how to make what he had work for my needs. They had loads of yard and house flags, sports, floral, beach, you name it. Support local businesses and drop by.

I tried to make a purchase and was told that unless I paid in cash that I was not able to use the coupon that serendipity advertises in the local tourist papers. The owner was rude, no where on the coupon does it state cash only or no charges accepted for coupon use.
