Ruthann did chair massages for our bachelorette weekend and it was amazing! She was prompt, had excellent communication, and a great personality. Everyone loved the chair massages and felt so relaxed afterwards. Highly recommend Ruthann and her massage studio!

Genuinely amazing massage! Ruthann fit me in her schedule last minute and was a godsend. We just had a half hour appointment but it was just what I needed. I highly recommend! Her studio was very nice and well decorated and she gave me great suggestions for how to relieve my own tension at home. You can enter the hair salon and it's right up the stairs, or you can just go into the Ramada if you're not sure where to go! $40 for 30mins. was worth it!

This is my go to massage place! Ruth is licensed in ashiatsu style massage and I recommend that for everyone who thinks deep tissue isn't enough for them. She listens to me and my needs really well and consults me on how to have less pain on my day to day life. My one complaint is that it's in a really obscure location tucked behind a ramada inn grouch a hair salon so it's not very inviting, but you gotta make use with what's given to you and Ruth does a great job with what's given to her. I definitely come back as often as I can.

Price is slightly on the high side of normal at roughly $80/hr. The location is a little bit odd, its above a salon in a Ramada hotel. I'm disappointed that they have difficulty processing credit cards, however there is an ATM on premises. They get a star added because their online appointment system is good and their communication via phone is excellent. The massage quality is professional and excellent.

After 4 weeks of Lenten Fish Fries (volunteering both Friday & Saturday) was I starting to wear down. My wife's work had given her a gift certificate and we were both able to get a massage - I had "The Happy Feet Massage" & she had a full body massage. Great experience & and I'm planning another "Happy Feet Massage" in a couple of weeks when the fish fries & the St. Patrick's Day Corned Beef & Cabbage Dinner are completed. Super relaxed and yes - Happy Feet!!! Enjoy.

No response or super delayed. The spa is located above a hair salon very shady and small. Could not get an appointment in w Groupon purchase. Place was under renovation...terrible experience! Cancelled groupon after several attempts.

This was the best massage I have ever had and I've had them all. I've been to a few places in Groton, Norwich Spa, and the casinos and this is the best. I was looking for a Swedish massage but saw on her website that she offered a Detox massage and I was curious. It was a head to ear to fingers to toes massage! I felt fantastic all day. Plus she had super soft hands! I loke her focus on my feet because it felt like I was getting a bit of reflexology. I highly recommend this place and you can even book online!

Absolutely the best massage I've ever had. I was visiting from Arizona and found this spa online and my advice is don't bother going anywhere else! This is the place and Ruth Ann is the best. I only wish I lived here so I could see Ruth Ann regularly! The location is odd at the Ramada hotel and the environment is a bit run down but never mind all that...she is the best! Completely helped me relax and worked soreness out of my back and neck which is now entirely healed, thanks to her. Book your appointment and see her ASAP

Nice atmosphere. Decent service. BUT... make sure you know what you're getting. I paid for a package (85 min massage AND a hand treatment AND a foot treatment AND a hydration treatment). I got a hand, foot, hydration and massage in 85 min. Meaning my massage was only 60 min. Although the service was good, I won't go back.

I had the absolute best experience here. Ruth Ann is so sweet and made sure all of my needs were met. I had the Himalayan hot stone massage and I highly recommend it. I didn't want to leave, I was so relaxed!! 10/10 recommend

I decided to try out a couple LMT's in the area when I moved up to Groton and this is the most expensive one I've visited. Weird location off of the Ramada Inn lobby and above a hair salon. Very welcoming entry way but basic. I typically get a massage on the regular (2-3x a month) and was not overly impressed with this one...especially for the price. I normally get deep tissue and she didn't really hit any of my trouble spots (shoulder and mid back). For a basic massage she's probably very good but not stellar. I did get a room temp bottle of water at the end of my massage but then again most places provide you with water afterward anyway without the price hike. There are better LMT's with more reasonable prices in the area...
