UPDATE: I received a reply saying that the pizza crust they use is hand made. There is NO WAY the crust on the pizza I got there is hand made, sorry - it is clearly a factory-made crust.
The staff are quite nice, and they did give me the courtesy of a reply, for which I am giving Sergio's an extra star on my review.
I will go back again soon for another pizza to see if the crust has improved. :)
I have eaten more than one meal here, so it's not like I don't know my way around this restaurant. Their breakfast is pretty good, but I ordered eggs over easy, and got eggs sunny-side up with the underneath part burnt. I thought I would get eggs correctly cooked because the waiter assured me that he understood what over easy meant.
Unfortunately, the pizza crusts they use are what essential amount to a cookie. It's not a real pizza crust. You would be better off going across the street and ordering a real Pizza that has a real handmade crust.
