Serpent à Plume

Amazing ambiance, the bartenders and the security were friendly and they spoke perfect english. We went for a jazz concert, the downstairs (concert area) was just like you were in Slytherin’s (Serpentard) common room :) I also like the candle decorations a lot! We haven’t eaten there so I dont about the cuisine. Glass of red wine was 12€🍷

Absolutely loved it here! The food was incredible and our server, William, was so kind. He described every dish to us in English to ensure we knew exactly what each one was! Genuinely so nice. We got the Gnocchi and the Octopus and both were delicious. We also loved the fried artichokes. And the setting right off the park is beautiful!

I had a truly lovely evening at Serpent à Plume with my friends. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — William and Alex went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. The atmosphere was unique and welcoming, and the food absolutely delivered. The tuna sashimi was fresh and full of flavor, and the steak was perfectly cooked — both dishes were marvellous. I highly recommend coming on weekends — make sure to check out the downstairs bar! The drinks are great, the crowd is cool, and the music creates a super fun vibe. Can’t wait to come back!

Sunday evening in Paris there is no place else I would rather be than here! A little Jazz quartet plays starting 7 pm and what surprised me was the food was actually delicious. I had the fish and the chocolate soufflé and both were excellent! The service was exemplary. They took a bit long to get the wine for a friend and gave a complimentary glass of champagne to make up for it! Sitting on Place des Voges with music playing and conversing with friends around the table, eating delicious food…what more could one ask for?

Amazing service and food. We asked for a steak tartare which was no longer on the menu, but the chef accepted to prepare it for us. It was made to perfection.

Came on Wednesday evening for the jazz night. As soon as we came we were told to sit outside and were automatically given the drinks menu even though the table next to us was eating dinner. We had to ask a couple of different staff members about the jazz performance, until someone gave us an answer. Later we found out from the security man that if you order from the dinner menu (which we wanted to but weren’t given the opportunity) the show is free. Overall the jazz show compensated for the bad service but we won’t come back.

Absolutely loved the place! The duck is unreal, best sauce I’ve ever had in a restaurant - Congrats to the team there and the chef! 😍

Great location. Cool decor. Good food. Sit outside and enjoy the beautiful vaulted corridors. We had the beef tartare and it was perfect. But what was amazing was the simple green salad with citrus mustard dressing. The pineapple crumble was the perfect end to a nice easy lunch.

Such a cool speakeasy. Drinks were incredible and live music even more so. Had a great lounging but also fun ambiance.

This place was a bit of a letdown. We read some great reviews and were hoping it was true but had no such luck. To start the food is over priced for what you're getting. It tastes good and it's an enjoyable meal but for the price I think it should be better or at least a larger portion. The cocktails are genuinely bad. They don't taste very good. We tried 3 different ones and didn't really thing any of them were very tasty. The service here was really great and I really appreciated all the servers. They were quick, spoke English, and helped accommodate my girlfriend's allergies. The ambiance of the place was pretty solid. I think the jazz music is cool and the vibe is great for a night out. We went when the lounge was closed but I bet it would have been amazing. Overall it's not a bad place but it needs to be cheaper or give you more bang for your buck to make it worth going in my opinion.

l'homme à la porte était très impoli. nous avions une heure avant la fermeture et il a refusé de nous laisser entrer. comportement très grossier. n'allez pas ici.

AMAZING bar/speakeasy situation downstairs. We went in and asked to just get drinks and they brought us downstairs to an amazing venue with live music! I am only in Paris for a week but I will be definitely spending a few more of my nights here.
