I absolutely loved my experience here. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel genuinely welcomed. The hospitality immediately stood out and set the tone for a wonderful visit. Highlights of my visit: - Warm hospitality: The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. You feel comfortable right away and the service feels genuine rather than forced. - Beautiful atmosphere & interior: The space is stunning. Warm, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. It feels cozy yet refined, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. - Outstanding food: Everything I ordered was delicious and full of flavor: 1. Rigatoni “Alla Zozzona” – Rich, hearty, and packed with deep, beefy flavor. The sauce was incredibly satisfying and comforting. 2. Olives – A generous portion and very tasty — perfect as a light snack to start. 3. Non-alcoholic Spritz – Refreshing, unique, and something new for me. A great option if you’re looking for something light and interesting. Perfect for light dining or a full meal. I wanted something lighter during this visit, but after seeing the menu and experiencing the quality of the food, I’m already excited to come back and explore more dishes — especially with friends. Huge shoutout to Antonio 👏🥳🎉 Antonio truly made the experience unforgettable. From the start, he greeted me with such warmth and professionalism. His smile never left his face the entire time, and you could genuinely feel that he cares about the guests he serves. He was: - Extremely attentive without being intrusive - Helpful with recommendations and happy to answer questions - Made the experience feel personal and relaxed - Brought such positive energy and kindness to the table Service like that is rare and really elevates the entire dining experience. Antonio is truly a gem and a huge asset to the team. Overall: Amazing atmosphere, fantastic food, and exceptional service. Experiences like this are the reason I love discovering restaurants in London. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you! 😊

Had an absolutely amazing visit to Serra recently. The staff were kind and helpful upon arrival. My partner and I sat at the bar first for a few drinks where Alex and Gabriele both made us some fantastic cocktails. We shared a few starters - the cheese flatbread and arancini really standing out - and the cavatelli for our main was delicious; pairing perfectly with the wine. Everything tasted amazing and was cooked to perfection! To finish we shared a bowl of tiramisu which was the best I have ever tasted. The service was exceptional and all the staff from start to finish were kind, attentive and knowledgeable!

Been twice now and the experience has been pretty much consistent on both occasions. On our return, we were remembered by a number of the guest team which made us feel extra welcome. The Bar - Light and airy with a view from the corner of Grosvenor Square. Drinks were well made (especially my Boulevardier) and bar snacks were provided. We found it much more welcoming than The Eagle bar which we visited post dinner on our first visit. The Restaurant - It features an open kitchen so you can watch the food being prepared and whilst a big space with sectioning feels cosy. Like the bar, it lets light flood in from the floor to ceiling windows facing Grosvenor Square but as it gets dark, is lit to provide a warm atmosphere. The Menu (which is not available online) is kept simple with separate sections each featuring a max of 2 - 5 dishes which we were told will be seasonally so expect changes: * Bread - we had the Buttermilk Pitta (cooked fresh) * Raw & Cured * Pasta - served in two sizes so you could opt for it as a main or starter. * Grill - We had - the Seabass (Whole Day Boat Fish) both times it was cooked to perfection and seasoned to let the quality and taste of the fish shine. It came with fried slices of aubergine and was a good size to share between 2 or 3. - Middlewhite pork "souvlaki" - tasty, chargrilled pork pieces but with what felt like only one serving for the price point we felt more was required. - Sirloin - well cooked but nothing special. We felt that it was the smoked aubergine peperonata it was served with that really shone. * Sharing dishes - we didn't try these ourselves but saw one table have the spiced lamb shoulder and another have the whole chicken which was served chopped into pieces. * Choice of x3 sides - Bitter leaves, Courgettes - really juicy and moreish the first time, a bit dry (we requested more of the emulsion) and smaller / more end bits the second. Fried potatoes - Each like three thick cut chips stuck together in size, which whilst tasty, at £8 for five pieces felt a bit much, Lots of wine choices inc. some reasonable (for Mayfair) priced ones. Be sure to look out for the bottles which feature in the by the glass section, which do not feature in the by the bottle section. Special thanks to Dan who was (a) extremely knowledgeable about the wines and helped us choose the Grillo Cassara the first time and (b) remembered what we ordered when we came back!

Came in with my partner for a quick drink and got a really warm welcome 🍸🙂 The staff sat us at a lovely corner table with great views right by the Christmas tree 🎄✨ Special thanks to Mr. Gabrielli —he took great care of us, explained the restaurant concept, and we had a genuinely nice chat. The place is spotless, and the presentation is excellent 👌 We’ll definitely be back for food next time! 🍽️😊

Pasta salt and sour, bitter steak with cabbage flavour, we waited bread more than 45 minutes. This not a kitchen at all,This is absolutely inedible, what's wrong with your taste buds? Strange people spent millions for nice hotel, but forgot for the food. Service, design is good.

Fabulous breakfast - perfect way to celebrate a birthday. All of the staff were attentive and friendly, from start to finish. And the venue itself is beautiful. We hope to come back soon!

Really exceptional experience at Serra! From the staff to the food, they really provide a great experience within the amazing setting of The Chancery Rosewood. While there is no menu online, we booked anyway to see what they offer and we couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. The menu is short but high quality and diverse. Every single dish we ordered was incredible; Starters; Tuna Crudo, Pita Bread and Taramasalata Mains; Market Fish (Seabass) and Gnudi The service matched the high quality of the food! We will certainly return.

I visited Serra at dusk, just before peak dinner time to enjoy a quieter atmosphere and the transition from golden hour to inky indigo night sky. The staff are warm and attentive. Food was excellent with surprising, inventive twists on Mediterranean classics. The Sgroppino cocktail was sparkly and bright, mixed with top tier champagne and not prosecco. Delightfully crispy pancetta on flatbread. Tried an asyrtiko, compliments of the Sommelier. The Foundo Xinomavro paired beautifully with the Devon grass-fed sirloin and fried potato. Date and sesame sponge pudding closed an impeccable dining experience. Will return.
