Serrano Vista Cafe inside the Palms Casino in Las Vegas really stands out with their customer service and the food was good, too! Our server (I believe her name was Michelle) was super upbeat, enthusiastic, and genuinely friendly - I loved her positive attitude! Everyone from our party ordered a variety of items from Margarita Pizza (Flatbread), Chicken Wings, Salad, Pasta, etc. The cafe itself isn’t too big but what stood out was the awesome service. At the end, we stopped to look at the desserts in the display case. Of course, we ordered some donuts, such as the Leche Flan and Ube donuts from Purple Potato. Really really good. The coffee, however, wasn’t as hot. Overall, I wasn’t expecting much from a cafe other than to grab a bite but the service we received was excellent and it made for a very pleasant dining experience! I wouldn’t mind stopping by again the next time I’m at the Palms!

My wife and I were visiting the Palms Casino and Resort on 11 Apr 2025 for an event and while on the property, we entered into the dinner hours. We opted for Serrano Vista Café based on convenience because it was right there and it wasn't crowded at all. When we walked in, we were greeted and immediately escorted to our table. I guess I should've said something right away but I was slightly appalled on the fact that they sat us down at the first table right when you walk in the dining area, instead of seating us at one of those open booths...especially when the restaurant only had five tables filled. But oh well, you snooze; you lose. The menu was appealing and contained a wide variety of items, suitable enough to satisfy anyone's craving...and yet small enough to not become overwhelmed with a thousand different options. We had a difficult time selecting our food since everything sounded good, but we ended up ordering the Chicken Wings (Buffalo Sauce), Clam Chowder, Indian Curry Chicken & Vegetables, Blackened Mahi-Mahi Tacos, and Grilled Ribeye Steak. Yes, I know that's a lot of food for just two people but I wanted to try several different things. We received our soup first (as expected), and it was remarkable. Unfortunately, the wings (and tacos) didn't arrive until after our main entrées did...after I reminded our server of those missing items. However, when they did arrive, they were outstanding! I was a little bummed that there were only two tacos (I was expecting three); but I suppose I could've asked in the beginning. Regardless, the tacos are worth getting - and I'm not even a fish taco type of guy. Surprisingly, the ribeye was delicious. I mean, let's be real here...this isn't a steakhouse so you have to manage expectations. With that, the steak temperature and seasoning were perfect. The curry was decent but I was disappointed with the flavor because on the menu, it specified, "Indian" curry; however, this entrée was more towards the "Japanese" style curry. Nonetheless, I love curry in general so we ate it the following day (had to take it home - it was too much food for that sitting). The ambiance was tranquil and the décor was modern with a soft touch. The restaurant was very clean/organized and the chairs were surprisingly comfortable. The prices were very reasonable for the average customer (average meaning, not a competition eater). Also, I highly respect this business for their continued support to the men and women of the Armed Forces, including its Veterans - thank you for that! Aside from the slight hiccup in our order, the service provided by Shawn and the restaurant staff was adequate - I have no major complaints at all. In fact, I could go on and complain about the missing food items during our dining experience, but I won't; instead, I will commend Shawn for acknowledging his mistake and resolving it in a quick manner, without having an attitude. Kudos to that employee. Overall, I liked this restaurant (café) as depicted in my 4-star rating. It certainly wasn't the best I've had in this city; however, it's a good restaurant nonetheless. As a local, I don't visit this property frequently, since there are several other options that are closer to my house. But chances are, I will visit this property again in the near future and potentially visit this restaurant once more to try their breakfast items. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

We were on the hunt for a family-friendly spot and stumbled into this café, lured by its cozy vibe. First impression? The atmosphere had that warm, welcoming glow—but the staff? Cold as a slot machine on a losing streak (stay away from Keven). The food came through, though—flavor-packed and satisfying, even if the chicken had a bit of a sour twist. Not a jackpot, but not a total bust either.

I'm honestly shocked this place has a 3.5. We dined here with my in-laws since they enjoy eating here when they're in the area. And I'm glad we did because everything was delicious. The portions were generous and everything was flavorful. I had the meat omelet and it's honestly the best I've had. So full of meat and cheese. Simply delicious. Had it two days in a row because I liked it so much. The waitress we had was really courteous and attentive. As well as the rest of the waitstaff. Bonus points for it being nice and clean. Will definitely visit again if we're ever in Vegas again. I told my friend who lives in the area to visit considering how much I enjoyed the establishment. If you're staying at the Palms or even if you're not, I highly recommend it 👌

No frills. Old school diner with quick service and solid food. The classic club was enough for 2 and a good sandwich. The salad and dressing were good as well. I would eat here again.

I go here at least a couple of times anytime I stay at the Palms. It’s located right outside the entrance to the pool, has fresh bakery options that are wonderful, but it’s their breakfast menu that keeps me coming back. The crushed avocado toast paired with a Bloody Mary was simply perfection. The challah French toast with berries was the envy of everyone who didn’t order it for themselves.

This place is clean but the service could be more attentive! The food was ok. The curry food did NOT taste like curry but the steak and potato was good and cook to my liking. Raphael was great and did the best he could with our table because he had a big party next to us. Other then that the food was worth the value. Would recommend it.

We ate here after getting back to the hotel after midnight. The place wasn’t very crowded so we were able to be seated right away. Walter was our waiter and he was just fantastic. Very attentive and polite. We ordered their $18 buffalo wings, which were really good and a $23 Wagyu burger that was well worth the price. The fries were a good addition. My wife loved that they left the entire pitcher of coffee. The menu is slightly different for late night, and they didn’t have the ability to make mixed drinks because there was no bartender. Wasn’t much of a big deal to me because we still really enjoyed the food. I ordered a Mango Cart beer which I was told was one of their best sellers, and it was good but I wouldn’t order it again. That’s just my personal taste. Overall I would definitely recommend this place

Yelp
Five of us had lunch at the Palms Casino cafe about a week ago. Gayla was our waitress. She was the best waitress I've had in a long time! She was so sweet and personable! We never had to ask for our drinks it be refilled. She was already filling them as I was thinking I need more water. She came by to check on us often. Very unusual for many servers to do that. Ask for Gayla if you want great service! Btw, I had the Thai Curry and it was delicious!!

Ruth V.

Yelp
The food was good. not great but good. The service by Gayla was really great, friendly and excellent. The ambiance was good. A bit too noisy, but that is normaal eating in a casino.

Patrick C.

Yelp
Gayla was an absolutely outstanding server.. Great personality and always 1 step ahead of anything we asked for. Very hard worker who managed multiple tables at once and never missed a thing. She absolutely made this visit worthwhile and I can't say enough good things about her. She should be the gold standard for all others as her performance was excellent all around. We applaud Gayla and can't wait to see her yet again. What an awesome person. Well done my dear.

Yelp
We've eaten at Serrano Vista Cafe several times. They are always consistent with their excellent customer service and delicious food. Wait time is always reasonable and delivery of meals is never a long wait. We've been here on weekdays, weekends and on holidays. Even when they are busy the servers are always pleasant and attentive. We have a favorite server as she's excellent and always checks in on how our meals are and how we are doing. She comes and replenishes our drinks on a timely manner. I'm sorry I keep missing her name. She's a Filipina lady with short hair and glasses. She's extremely nice. We've informed the manager she's amazing. We have friends and family that frequent Serrano Vista Cafe and they even said that same server is always great. Thank you kind lady server. We always inform our server that our child has peanut and tree nut food allergies. This kind server would always check on our child. Every time she would inform us that she's communicated with the kitchen staff regarding our child's food order. We've expressed our concern regarding cross contamination. She's very considerate. We love Serrano Vista Cafe as all the staff are very welcoming and just great. We have our favorite meals here at Serrano Vista Cafe. Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, Loco Moco, Argentinian Steak Dip, Fried Calamari and Chicken Wings. The Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken is perfect with just the right amount of cream, cheese and milk. Right amount of chicken and broccoli. It's very fulfilling. If you're looking for good pasta, this will hit the spot. Loco Moco is flavorful. Huge chunk of Wagyu beef. It's tender and delicious. The brown gravy balances the taste of the jasmine rice with the Wagyu beef. Their Fried Calamari is not salty and tastes good. It's very crispy. Chicken with wings is also a must with the Asian bbq sauce. The Argentinian Steak Dip is also good. It's heavy yet flavorful. The cut of the steak is good with the soft Hawaiian Host taste like bun. It goes well with the garlic steak fries. Make room for dessert because their ube donut and leche flan donut is a must try.

Yelp
Finally got to stay at The Palms since new ownership! Wifey & I got hungry after a slot session and ended up at the Serrano Vista Cafe! There was already a bit of a waitlist after 9 PM, so it took us about 30 minutes to get a table. But, the place was kinda empty! After being seated we checked out the menu but only one thing was on our mind for some late night eats - their steak special! Serrano Vista Cafe has a 16 oz. T-Bone Steak & Baked Potato special from 4 PM - 7 PM Monday to Thursday for only $19.99! 2 orders of your special please! Waiting for our food took about 20 minutes or so, not bad! But when they say steak & baked potato, that's all you get - steak & baked potato! Not even a tiny tree of broccoli, or a sprinkling of parsley for color! You can add a side salad for an additional fee if you like though. We both ordered our t-bones to be cooked rare. Gladly, it was cooked correctly - but the meat quality left something to be desired. A bit meh! That 16 oz. claim is definitely before cooking, and don't forget the bone LOL! Took up a chunk of real estate. The beef itself was on the tough side, pretty difficult to cut through with the steak knife. Also a tad on the chewy side, even on the filet portion. A bit sad! I liked how the steaks came out with nice char and grill marks. The saving grace to the t-bone steak was the whiskey au jus...that stuff was straight flavor! I would use that au just for some ribeyes if I had em! The baked potato, well it's a baked potato. Add the included butter & sour cream, salt & pepper and it was totally serviceable. Our server was very nice, but service was particularly slow. It looked like she was the only server that night spread out among all the tables. Took us a while to get a refill on water. Overall just an OK for the Serrano Vista Cafe. Value was decent on the t-bone steak special, but the quality wasn't quite there. Perhaps on the next visit we'll try something else on the menu, the breakfast and lunch items look real good!

Yelp
We ate several times at the Cafe. It was pretty good. We had nice, friendly and attentive servers, and the overall service was good. Tables and Booths were quite comfy. Looked clean and in order. We never waited long to be seated and it was a good choice and accommodable since it was very close to our room towers.

Yelp
I came back and tried the coffee/bakery side of it and it's delicious. I tried the flan donut and a chocolate mocha coffee to go with it. The donut was filled by vanilla or caramel not sure what it was inside but I am normally not a fan of eating filled donuts and let me feel you this one I did not mind ! The flavor was on point and surprisingly not so sweet. Will be ordering again if they still have it available. The service was great, all the works there make sure that you have everything that you need and even though there usually a line they try their best to keep the line moving. They also offer small 4in cakes if someone in your party has a celebration. It is on the pricey side but worth it.

Yelp
This place has gone down hill. No accountability by the managers. They screwed up my food and the executive chef comes out to confront me like it's my fault. How about go make your staff accountable. The second dish to come out was all runny with raw egg. It's sad that local restaurants are ran so bad. Reflects poorly on bad management and lack of accountability. Don't blame the customer for your screw up. Where is the manager?? Hiding in the back.

Yelp
Ate here this morning with some work colleagues and completely satisfied with the overall experience. This place is located in the Palms casino not too far from the front desk. Inside the restaurant is spic and span clean with plenty of seating. Our waiter was phenomenal and was super friendly and courteous throughout our time. For breakfast I had the waygu moco loco with over easy eggs. This was so delicious and brought me back to Hawaii. This dish was so good from the eggs being perfectly cooked over easy to the burger medium rare and the gravy out of bounds delicious. I would highly recommend and would for sure come back.

Yelp
After coming here about 6 times in the past 3 months, I humbly say that our food service was hit or miss. Anticipate a good hour once seated as 4 out of 6 visits, it took 30 minutes for our food to arrive on the table. I think the best thing I had was the avocado toast. Fancy and beautifully constructed. Paid extra for a Cherry tomato sized egg. The least liked dish was the salmon bowl. The salmon was tough and the quinoa ingredients in the salad bowl was dry. A dressing or sauce on the side was needed. They have a coffee and donut case that looked enticing with a big selection of delights.

Yelp
Very good T-bone special. Gayla was an excellent waitress. Very attentive and funny.

Yelp
I don't say this lightly: they might serve the best honey walnut shrimp in town. Serrano Vista Café is the 24/5 (and 18 hours Tue and Wed) restaurant of the Palms Casino Resort. Located way on the east end near the garage on that side - find the ramp to that garage off Hugh Hefner Drive - they have a restaurant area and a passable counter up front serving pastries and coffee. This review is really for the restaurant. My mom's friend was nice enough to treat us to lunch with some soon-to-expire comps, so we accepted. Since I hadn't actually checked Yelp, I was surprised at how busy it was around noon at Friday. We had a short wait in line, but were quickly seated and served. Let's not bury the lede: the Honey Walnut Shrimp ($18) is great here. Roughly eight giant prawns (11-15 count, surely) are battered and fried to a crisp, but are still juicy inside. The typical creamy sauce was advertised as containing yuzu, and I could actually taste that distinct flavor. The candied walnuts are crunchy, sweet, and generously portioned. Everything is superior to what you'd find at a typical Chinese restaurant except that the white rice seemed a tad bit on the mushy side. Fortunately, I was full enough without having to eat all of the rice. I also enjoyed the Avocado Toast ($16) with smoked salmon (+$6.00). The avocado in this case is guacamole, and they load it up with at least twice the guac that's actually needed. The smoked salmon is pretty nice, as are the various veggies and crispy toppings on top. I wouldn't necessarily go for this sort of thing usually, but it's a decent portion if it's what you want. The Sweet Potato Fries (apparently a secret menu item) were also nice. They're cut thinner than you might expect and have a light crisp. I only shared this side, but I wouldn't have minded having one for myself. And the Coffee ($4.00) was hot and strong, plus they left an extra pot on the table between two of us who ordered it. The server might've been a bit overworked throughout the dining area since we didn't see much of him after the start. The music was fine and not too loud. The lighting was very good, so I had no problems letting my camera eat first. I would actually consider coming back to Serrano Vista Cafe as a go-to spot in the restaurant, and that's not something that I say lightly considering that there's at least one other excellent option I've found in this casino. Come for the honey walnut shrimp and coffee, maybe not in the same bite.

Yelp
This place is EVERYTHING! We loved it so much on Thursday, we came back again today! Our favorite server Brandon has a heart of Service. Our seating hostess was Miss Rosa. She is sweet and caring, The restaurant management is out of this world! Miss Debbie and Miss Cina are open and kind! Thank you for supporting FEMALE VETERANS!

Yelp
Food is mediocre. Do not order anything Asian here, they do not make Asian food taste good. The steaks are ok, a lot of the time they are overcooked. The servers are always really friendly and attentive.

Yelp
Happened to be in Las Vegas to visit my son so we opted to stay at the Palms. The Serrano Vista is their casual restaurant so my wife and I went for breakfast. The server was exceptional. The chicken and waffles (chix breast) was OK. This is a good option however prices are a bit higher than I expected, as an example a basic cup of coffee is $5 and change. The price won't stop me from going again as if you're looking for a basic menu this is not a bad option. The venue also includes a bar.
google avatar

Angel L.

Yelp
We were running a little behind and thought we'd grab a bit here. Lowkey one of the worst decisions we made all day ): We got the berry and oat layered donut and it was supposed to be a brioche donut - it cost $5 and it was one of the most disappointing thing I ate in all of 2023. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I would've rather put that $5 into a roulette machine and not have won anything then to have made this mistake. It looked so pretty in the case right? It looked stacked and I was expecting it to be dense and light at the same time; yeah NO - this monstrosity was dense, cold, and oily. Ew. It left a coating in my mouth and just ew. It was closer to 11am when we got it but it tasted like they made it 11pm the night before. We couldn't finish it, what a waste of food. The only "saving" grace was probably the breakfast sandwich but I wouldn't pay $8 again for it lol. The brioche bread was fluffy and the bacon was nice and thick. Also, the person who helped us was very friendly. There were a bunch of people dining in and the ambiance was spacious and well lit, maybe the food was better on their official menu but I would HARD pass on the grab and go menu.

Yelp
FOOD Walnut Shrimp**** Some may say 5 but my favorite was a seafood restaurant but it closed and I have not found a replacement. Lobster Mac & Cheese **** - pretty good. Use fresh lobster so always a plus. Birrias Tacos **** Crunchy and very favorable beef Prime Rib***** cooked medium and seasoned well. Nice and tender. Was extremely delicious. SERVICE *** Ate but they never even replaced the water. The initial follow-up to order was on point, and for some too much. AMBIANCE ***** Cute and lovely . A definite try and I will return. 25/30 = 83%

Yelp
Be prepared to wait extended times for dining. We were quoted 25 minute wait time despite there only being 3 tables sat, understandable because it was 11pm at night. They do offer $20 steaks 4pm to 11pm M-F. We were sat a little after 11 but they were gracious enough to give us the deal. Service is just extremely slow. 10 minutes before a server greets you, then you're waiting another 40-50 minutes for food to come out. By the time food comes out, you're already ready to go to bed because of how late it is. Service was friendly, but she did the bare minimum & never offered sauces to go with the steaks or refills on drinks. We had to flag down multiple times because it seemed like she took multiple breaks during our dinner. Food was okay, and was edible for the most part. They were also out of the most random items I ordered: no more tea or bread for my Argentinian steak dip sandwich.

Reigi S.

Yelp
Service Look for Gayla. Trust me. Very accommodating, such a sweet lady, you can tell she's happy with her job. She's always around to help you with your needs. We had a good experience because of her.
google avatar

Kimberly D.

Yelp
Accidentally ended up at this cafe when we were told how long the wait was at the buffet. Very nice intimate cafe with a small bakery and small bar with seating. As soon as I opened the menu a few items from the menu popped out at me. We ordered the Pad Thai, Poke Nachos, and Honey walnut shrimp. EVERY dish was excellent! Portions were good and very tasty! I'll be back to try items off the menu!
google avatar

Gouv L.

Yelp
When I went to this restaurant a few weeks back, I ordered the shrimp pad Thai, and my husband ordered the drunk meat loaf. It was pretty tasty. Today, we give it another try. I ordered the crispy masala chicken with mash potatoes and zucchini. My husband ordered the fish and chip. Boy, oh boy. Biggest mistake. The crispy masala chicken smells like old oil and burnt. The mushroom gravy was too thick and salty. As for the fish and chips goes, we do not recommend it. The tempura batter was super thick. It's supposed to be tempura "light and fluffy." It was more like pancake style breading. Let's not talk about the chips. The chops were warm temperatures. Burnt and tasted stale. However, the atmosphere was inviting, and the waitress was very pleasant.
google avatar

Nica M.

Yelp
My family and I love coming here when we stay at Palms. The food is always so good and tastes fresh. My brother got the fruit and yogurt served in a coconut shell, my sister got the short stack pancakes with chocolate chips (my personal fave), my mom got the Serrano Vista breakfast plate, and I got the chicken and waffles. Everything was cooked to perfection, especially the chicken in my chicken and waffles. If you've ever been to raising canes, it tastes similar to their chicken tenders. Im not usually a fan of sourdough toast, but whatever they do here makes the bread taste sooo gooood. They also give jars of individual jams that I love to take back home lol. The fruits are always so fresh, not like a fruit plate you'd get at an ihop that looks like it's been sitting out for days and is wilting. Will definitely be back on our next Vegas trip.
google avatar

Ashley S.

Yelp
I'm not a hard critic at all but I did not enjoy this place. Tried 2 dishes with a friend and they just did not hit right. Got the honey walnut shrimp and just really did not enjoy it at all. If I were in the Palms and this was the only thing open, I would go again and try something different but my first experience wasn't anything to remember. Waiter was nice :)

Yelp
Joke " A funny thing happened to me today. " " What happened ? " Well , I ordered food to go and when I got home I had a different sandwich than I ordered ! I had a $30 food voucher for today and decided to give the cafe a try since I hadn't eaten here since it was the Lucky Penny which I didn't like. I went to the bar and ordered my food and it came pretty quick. I ordered the Pastrami Sandwich with Kettle Chips and Chicken Tenders with Fries. I get home and open up my sandwich and it's a Classic Club 17 which is a Roasted Turkey Club Sandwich with Applewood Bacon on Sourdough Bread. Dang ! I really wanted that Pastrami Sandwich , but I wasn't gonna drive back just to return my food and wait for another order. I ate the Club sandwich and it was not bad , but not what I was craving. I got the Chicken Tenders and Fries for my son. The tenders were nothing to brag about and the Ranch was really watery. The bbq sauce was not bad though. The Fries were cut shoestring style. They were okay , but I would rather have a thicker fry like a good crinkle cut. The Kettle Chips are made in house according to the bartender and they were pretty good. I have to say though , I was letdown that they gave me the wrong sandwich completely. Sometimes places forget to put something on like tomatoes or forgot to hold the pickles , but to give me the completely wrong sandwich is pretty bad. I usually check my order before I leave , but unfortunately I didn't do so this time.

Yelp
Loved it here. We had the chicken and waffles and the avocado toast! It was excellent. I ordered and espresso drink and got drip coffee that was the only negative. But honestly the ambiance is so beautiful and the. Booths really make you feel fancy. The fact that it's just downstairs at the Palms was my favorite. Would definitely visit and eat here again.

Yelp
Food was great with nice presentation. Only reason not 5 stars was because loco moco gravy was salty, but otherwise rest of food was good. Great service by Gayla, very personable and attentive. Will be back again.

Yelp
Wagyu burger was OK, kinda dry, 3.9 stars , but the Hot Chicken Sandwich made up for it. 6 stars. Chicken was super juicy, very flavorful, slaw was a bit sweet and pickles were amazing. Great food item. Can't forget the Ube Cronut. A-Mazing!!

Yelp
If you're staying at the Palm Hotel or gambling at their casino, you have to come to Serrano Vista Cafe for a quick bite or have a cup of coffee. We were booked at this hotel for a couple of days and we enjoyed their morning breakfast. I noticed that they were also selling pastries and asked if I can order them dine-in. I was told that all I have to do is tell our server and it will be served I had their ube cream donut. This donut has ube outside and inside. If you like Ube, you have to get this one. It's not that sweet and it's good with a cup of coffee. If you wanted a good coffee shop, you have to try this place.

Yelp
Service is the worst. Hire people and pay them not hard to do in today's world. Food is great. HIRE PEOPLE

Yelp
Replacing Lucky Penny with California-inspired "comfort Food with a contemporary twist" Serrano Vista Café opened in Summer 2022, The Palms foray into 24/7 dining outpacing other similar concepts thanks to a diverse menu from Chefs Gonzalo Garzo, Edwin Luna and Marcus O'Brien. Located at the resort's east-most end without much signage it is from the podium that the space spans large with grab n' go choices at the front including Sandwiches, Salads and Pastries from Chef Tammy Alana as well as Purple Potato Bakery. Decorated in a nondescript style with neon and art, pop music playing overhead from the 80s to now, it is once seated that service proves friendly and clever with the sort of attention to detail many might not expect from this sort of venue. Offering Breakfast, "All Day" and Late Night menus, PALMS' sweets specialist Tammy Alana tackling gigantic Cinnamon Rolls served with Chocolate-covered Bacon and a Butterscotch sidecar, additional early options include deep-fried French Toast served with Peanut Butter and Strawberry Compote. Running the gamut of German, Chinese, Creole and Mexican where "the Golden State meets the Silver State," a giant Pretzel made properly suspended alongside Birria de Res with lots of Cheese, Beef Brisket Fried Rice arrives in a generous portion for the price as does Gumbo around Rice with both Chicken and Chouriço. Not forgetting Walnut Shrimp, as inauthentically delicious here as anywhere on Spring Mountain Road, Flatbreads are fairly basic which allows more time to focus on the fantastic smoked Brisket served on a Pretzel Bun with Figs, Onions and Brie. Happy to try a few new Entrees, Serrano Vista's Meatloaf tender with hints of Bacon and smothered in Red Wine Gravy, don't miss Butternut Squash Rigatoni with Sausage that looks and tastes as refined as something one might find at Esther's Kitchen. Never missing a chance to try Chef Alana's Desserts, past or present at Scotch 80, Vegan Chocolate Cake and Cheesecake shout nostalgia in all the best ways while the Butterscotch Pot de Creme and Banana Tiramisu outpace many upscale dinner outposts on the Strip in terms of taste and texture. More Comfort-Food than the past menu, though the handmade Pecan Candy atop a Turtle Sundae shows Tammy has no interest in dialing it in, fans of Bread Pudding will find no better in town than the steamy Pumpkin version served with Maple Rum Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream.

Yelp
This cafe is amazing and the food tastes great! The cafe is situated towards the pool entrance and it is beautiful and clean! I came here a few times and each time the service was great! We were seated quickly and our server was very attentive. Our server even remembered to bring our table extra sugar and coffee without us even asking for it. Onto the food, the omelette is one of the best omelettes you will have! I have ordered the meat and cheese omelette multiple times and I am never disappointed. They pack the omelette with meat and it's the correct balance with the egg. I have also tried the chicken and waffles, cinnamon roll, chicken wings, smoked brisket, and the club sandwich. I have to say each item was delicious and very good. The chicken wings were spicy but that's just a personal preference. As you can see, I enjoyed this cafe and I will definitely continue to dine here whenever I visit Vegas. It's also a great place to watch the game while you eat with the various amount of tv's.

Yelp
Our waitresses Gayla was very personable and well as on top of everything and paid attention to the little details. The food was wonderful and definitely worth the price.

Yelp
The food was amazing. We ate there three times over the course of one weekend ;) My husband and I shared the hummus and tabouleh plate, the Mediterranean salad. The portions were so large, we couldn't finish it. Which is not like us lol!! 2 nights in a row we had party/ concert events, so we all had midnight snacks at Serrano Vista Cafe. The margarita flatbread pizzas were perfect for that!! The espresso cafecito (so.) dessert tart is flipn AMAZING!! Mercy ;p!! The servers and bussers were all very efficient and kind. The restaurant was spotless. The decor and art work are so pretty!! James the manager is the very best!!! Absolutely everything someone would want or need in a supervisor postion. We can't wait to come back!! Definitely a go-to spot!!!

Yelp
Located inside the Palms Casino, Serrano Vista café is 24 hours and caters to everyone! The place is clean and modern. The service here is great and the food was delicious. I got the Honey walnut shrimp with rice and it was great. The chicken alfredo portion was huge and definitely shareable. At the time we were there, they offered $20 steaks at midnight. It's a great deal if you're up for a late night dinner. When they have events, it can get pretty busy since everyone was waiting until midnight to eat. They also have a small coffee shop at the side and they serve delicious cupcakes and donuts. Overall, its great if you're looking for a quick meal and snacks.

Yelp
This review is for the to-go counter/bakery - particularly the muffins and brioche donuts. I don't usually like banana bread or banana muffins, but their banana muffins with walnuts are great. The donuts come in flavors like ube, strawberry layer, cinnamon, and flan. Small selection but unique flavors. Crispy and soft in the right places. I need to try the cafe sometime for a more complete review. It can get busy, but the servers hustle to get the orders done as quickly as they can.

Yelp
Very disappointing cafe. Beautiful place. Servers are in a slow motion. Hostess had a major attitude. 5 servers are on the floor 14 small tables are sitting waiting for them to take orders. Drinks are taking forever to get. Kitchen is fast. Service is super bad. This cafe needs a full change of stuff from manager to busboys.

Yelp
The food was good and well priced. The ambiance felt like a California beach restaurant. Gayla was a great server; she was friendly, provided everything we needed in a timely manner before we even asked her to.

Yelp
This is my second time at Serrano Vista Cafe and I came for dessert this time and I was not disappointed. Brandon was great and a very attentive server. I look forward to coming back and trying out the rest of the menu.
