SERVUS German Burger Grill | VIVOCITY

We ordered the "Beef Burger Combo Set", comprising a multi-grain burger+patty, a side and a drink, as well as the signature "Fish and Chips Value Combo", comprising generous portions of flaky battered fish, fries, tartar sauce and a drink. We were happy to note the unique and pleasant 'forest-like interior' of the former 'Hans Im Gluck' was well retained. The place was not packed during our visit. We were able to fully enjoy our time and dining. Food was presented in gargantuan portions and totally enjoyable as well! The fun "robot-servers" were impressive and an interesting feature and supplement to staff service. Staff were very attentive, but unobtrusive, and always maintaining a discreet distance from diners.

We tried this German Burger Grill for lunch. The place was very spacious and had plenty of seating. The interior felt like dining in a cabin in the woods with a distinctly forest-inspired atmosphere and abundant wooden elements. The staff were very accommodating and we were immediately led to a window-side table overlooking HarbourFront. The menu featured a wide selection of dishes, many of them listed in German but with detailed English description. They also had a robot assistant that served the orders. Their XL Schnitzel was exceptionally large, flat, crispy and slightly dry but well complemented by the mushroom sauce on top. The accompanying French fries were thick-cut and crispy. The Black Pepper Mushroom Burger was juicy and had a pleasant mushroom and black pepper sauce. I chose sourdough bread, which was light and moist. The sweet potato fries on the side were also thick-cut and crispy, though they would have been better with a bit less salt. Their still lemonade was refreshing and enjoyable. Overall, we had a great dining experience and although they are on the pricey side, I think it was worth it.

We’re a group of colleagues lunching here. Our first time eating here. The ambience here is fantastic. Spacious and cozy. Food was good to average. We had burgers, sharing platters, and fish & chips. Service staff were friendly but not completely attentive. We had to wave a few times and waited for some time before we could get the attention of the staff. Thought the robot service staff was quite cute. Guess this place is good to hang out.

The burger bun feels a little too big for the patty, which was slightly dry. It’s tasty, but for the price, there are better, juicier options with more condiments. That said, the fries and sweet potato fries were very good. Just our two cents.

I was craving sauerkraut because I had not met up with my friends at Paulaner for a good while. Paulaner's sauerkraut is slightly better but damn! The Nürnberger sausages hit right and the mashed potato, decent. Love the Christmas decor and ambience! The staff are friendly with great vibes too, something most Singapore food places are sorely lacking. I want to come back and try the other food soon.

First time patronising this restaurant with my family. Both my daughters recommended this place all crowded but this one quite empty. My wife and daughters are ok with the food for myself the food is not to my preference. Salad very sour and the beef patty is very dry and hard. The sauce is good. Sorry.

The pork knuckle set we had was disappointing. What's good was the crispy skin, but the meat was hard and dry. The taste of the meat was bland on its own as though it was not salted, so I had to drown it in orange sauce. When I ate more of the meat without sauce, I realised the meat has an unfresh/unclean smell. I've had pork knuckle in Paulaner before and it never had this issue. I could only eat 3-4 bites without the sauce before the smell became overbearing. I didnt want to cover the smell with the sauces provided in case the meat was really spoiled. We gave our feedback to the staff who did not do anything besides saying that he will let the chef know. They did not check if the meat was spoiled or not. It was a terrible experience and we will not go back again.

Tried SERVUS at Harbourfront and it quickly became one of our favorites. The pork hock was perfectly crispy outside and tender inside. The sausage platter was full of bold, hearty flavors. The burger for the kids was juicy and satisfying. Their beer was exactly what you’d hope for in a good German restaurant. What really made the visit special was the service—genuinely warm and attentive. The view of the harbor added a calm and relaxing touch to the meal. Quality food, great vibes, and a team that clearly cares. We’ll definitely be back!!!

This burger chain serves up some delectable German fare and some great beers. We had gone at an off time just to have a few beers and get some work done. They have a great deal for two beers for $22 which is great. They also do a great waffle with ice cream which pairs surprisingly well with beer. Prost to that!!

Okay fantastic burgers and fries: the steak fries are very good: not oily, fluffy with a crisp exterior, skin on. The burgers are flavour packed, juicy and fresh- no stale buns or cheap ingredients here! But what stands out is the service: our burgers were a little delayed this evening, and Ivan (the store manager) noticed and followed up on our table. Not only did he get our food served quickly, he asked if he could make up for it and made good on his word too! Unprompted! Humble, down to earth and no airs with the staff here- they know the menu and are prompt with service. I highly recommend this place!!

For a weekday dinner experience, the food was mediocre and the service, sub-par beyond what you would expect of a restaurant. Food was cold and unappetising for a $17 burger. I had wanted to use my dining voucher only for the waiter to get defensive and tried to hustle me out of using it. They forgot my girlfriend's order and his colleague brought us the wrong order of beer, only for him to swear the F world in front of us, how rude and unprofessional. The highlight of the evening was that they couldn't figure out how to use their e-voucher system, only for the manager to gather the entire service team at our table for ad-hoc and impromptu training experience, it felt embarrassing and idiotic, to say the least. There are plenty of burger grills and bars in Singapore, I reckon you can give them a miss.

Amazing for everyone: herbivores, omnivores, carnivores alike. The vegan Kutscher burger with sweet potato fries are to die for. Great lunch and dinner meal specials, beautiful ambiance. Great size portions too!
