Serybi's Grill

This is a hidden gem right next to the Old Kent Road Mc Donalds. The food here is amazing and I highly recommend trying the sea bass, chicken and lamb. I love the flavours and it was all very well seasoned. The service was super friendly. Fabrice is a great host The cocktails were tasty too. Can't go wrong with a rum Chapman

Truly cannot fault this place. The food was flavoursome, the portion sizes were very generous, the service was good, the cocktails were delicious and very strong! Definitely recommend!

To be frank, I was very disappointed with the £25 container. I ordered prawns with vegetables and Attieke, which I've never tried before; it tasted like a bland gari couscous with a sour aftertaste. Although I enjoyed the pepper sauce, the portion seemed small, especially considering it was labelled as containing vegetables, but only had a few bell peppers and onions. The location, situated beside a lounge on the main Old Kent Road near Asda, had an awkward entrance and wasn't wheelchair accessible. Be prepared for a 20-30 minute wait for takeaway. Furthermore, the food easily fit into a medium-sized plastic container. It would be more honest of them to serve it in that, as it's a more realistic portion. The hype surrounding it didn't live up to my expectations, which is disappointing as I was really looking forward to enjoying it. I've attached a photo for reference, showing what I ordered compared to what I actually received.

Best Ivorian restaurant I’ve tasted ever, it’s worth every single pound. The restaurant was very beautifully set up, the staff were very professional and very friendly, we came just on time and the service was so fast for an African restaurant. Food was made fresh and tasted amazing 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 10/10!!! Hands down, I’ll definitely be there again Parking right in front of the restaurant and it’s free onsite, there’s parking also at Asda but it’s only for 2hrs which isn’t enough time unless your just quickly getting a takeaway. Prices were very reasonable, there isn’t any lift so make sure to leave your pushchair in the car, also it’s not wheelchair accessible as to reach the restaurant it’s stairs but the have a lovely outside seating area which would be nice when the weather is hot. Overall, I’ll definitely come again and book a dinner party here.

Food was ok but the presentation wasn’t it. After spending £62 on just 2 meals and 2 different sides they put everything together like we at schools food cafe. Btw who eats lettuce with attieke?

I visited yesterday and went to compare it to sikatio and I would say it’s not comparable. The chef in there was Nigerian making Ivorian food , the croaker fish was purely bones and not a good batch of fish it wasn’t fresh , the plantain was nice and the yam chips were not fresh at all , the salad also could’ve been more fresh and prepared better , the shrimp was very nice I can say and very flavourful definitely the best thing they serve I would also say the portion size for the boss combo for £45 was quite disappointing for the amount you pay so overall I would say I would rate the food and experience a 5/10 nothing more now that I have somewhere to compare to that actually 9/10

Food was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed every meal I had. The service was also excellent! One of the yummiest food I have had and packed with flavour.
