Session Cocktails

Sessions was a wonderful experience! Just wished Aaron still worked there. He was SOOOO hot…and nice. Been lost without him. He helps me find my way.

Great place! We worked our way through almost the whole menu and there are so many fabulous options! We can't wait to go back.

Second time at Session. Both times the drinks and service were spectacular. Relaxed atmosphere during the week. Met the owner, Hunter Wiggens tonight. So great to hear his story. Best Auburn spot for creative cocktails and friendly bartenders. Highly recommend!!

Service is almost always great, and the drinks are consistently great. Probably the best place for a cocktail in Auburn.

Heard great things about sessions drinks from partnerships they have with Auburn live and wanted to visit after the Oklahoma game. My friend and I arrive behind another group of 3 college age students who are getting on the waitlist from the hostess. Naturally I do the same and the nice hostess I can tell is struggling to handle the waitlist due to an error on her IPad. She calls the manager which is totally understandable and he then proceeds to select people he knows that are behind us in line to be seated. This did not happen once but twice and we decided the leave after the second time (this happened to the 3 person group in front of us as well). The only reason I am not leaving one star is due to the nice hostess having technical difficulties likely contributing to this issue. I will try to go again in the future as this could have been a one off experience and will edit my review from that experience. However if this is a representation of management then I have no desire to give them my support and will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Michael is an angel! He made the experience so fun and was extremely attentive to our every need! He had great drink recommendations and was very personable!

Not only the best new bar in Auburn, but best bar period. It’s the type of place that has been long overdue in Auburn. Manager sat us quickly and we had our drinks in no time. Every single cocktail my party ordered was stellar. They even have this special where proceeds from certain drinks go towards charities. It’s an awesome bar that’s for everyone - younger and older crowd. Beyond glad to have Sessions in downtown

This is the best bar in Auburn by far! Just what adults needed in this town. Anyone who leaves a bad review clearly doesn’t understand how this bar works and how you can make a reservation to skip the line. My husband had a great birthday here and said the owner is awesome! The bar tenders were really great too! Very professional and personable!

Anytime I'm visiting the area, I love to stop in to this cute cocktail spot! It's a college town, so it's kind of unexpected because it doesn't only cater to students. It gives speak easy vibes, and the lighting and seating make it comfortable. They even have a cocktail for a cause with donations given to an organization when that specific drink is purchased. I loved that they were celebrating Harry Potter's birthday, and we enjoyed potions that represented our houses. (I'm Gryffindor if you're curious.) It was slow, but I like to come in when the university doesn't have athletic events or fall/spring classes aren't in session. The bartenders were kind & helpful when we asked questions. There's parking in front of the door & the surrounding areas, so depending when you go, it may be easy or difficult to park. Love: chestnut club (gin-based, suggested by the bartender); vibes (really good energy here)

This place was more than wonderful. They are extremely organized and on a Friday, we had a small wait. Nonetheless, worth it! We got sat at the bar, and immediately got greeted by a beautiful bartender. She asked if we had been there before, which we have not, and she proceeded to explain about the bar and about their charity based drink (every month they choose a different charity to donate to some of the proceeds). She then mixed a refreshing low alcoholic shot. So good! I ordered a Moscow mule and my friend ordered a beer. Seemed like it worked like an oiled machine, from the greeters, bartenders to the hosts. The seats were really comfortable and the vibe was really cool. The place was packed. I also liked the classic paintings with dogs and cats in them instead of people. This place is surely worth it! I also thought prices were reasonable.

It was ok. Went for an OF and it was fine. They had trivia going and it was a bit younger crowd albeit fun. The hostess was great bartender was great. Drink was just ok. Also I was expecting an older crowd but that was fine. The 30 something's were cool. Overall good experience. I'll be back for another try at the drink.

Great new bar in Auburn. Upscale--not like Sky or Moe's. Similar atmosphere to Avondale. Try it out!

Was very excited for a new bar to open downtown! Be prepared for a long wait. They do take reservations but not on the weekends. We were able to put our name down and go to another bar while we waited. My espresso martini was great. The interior reminds me of bars in Miami. It is definitely more upscale than the surrounding bars.

Had a horrible experience last night with the staff and will never go there again. They think they are all that and the cocktails are not good at all. Can get a better and cheaper drink anywhere else. Not worth waiting to seat or the drinks and the service was the cherry on top of how awful this place was

I cannot recommend this lovely, sweet gem enough. Want to commend Avery, Knox, Adam, Donovan, Scout and Joe. The Southern hospitality as well as attention to detail and professionalism is top notch. We have had the luxury of living and traveling to countless countries and being at Sessions was like a good, warm Southern hug. Keep it up and come to Mobile so we can keep the good vibes going.

Great place to watch the Game! My girlfriend and I didn't want to wait in line or get bumped around and session offered us a great chill place to chat while watching the iron bowl. Drinks tasted great!

Had an excellent experience!! The service was incredible, our waitress knew a lot about the drinks and made great suggestions. The atmosphere was so sophisticated and clean. Drinks were great and they had a diverse selection of cocktails! I'll definitely be coming back!
