We made a booking for lunch at Seta Sushi Lab on short notice without any issues. The atmosphere of the restaurant was quite relaxing though also upscale. The waitstaff took their time to tell us about the items we were ordering and the food was exquisitely presented. We had a tartar and different maki rolls, all of them were delicious and worth every cent. If you are love high quality sushi, then this is an absolute must! Enjoy!

The food was really great! Didn't think Japanese food with this standard existed in the land of pasta. It's a bit expensive maybe and the music is a bit loud so we had trouble hearing each other, but if you've had enough pizza and pasta and the craving for anything else is too great....go to this place!

Situated in the heart of Bologna, inside Corte Isolani, lies this modern restaurant which offers a long and curated list of Japanese dishes, some traditional, some with a local touch. The service is fast, precise and very careful, they are particularly good at suggesting a cohesive and harmonious mix of dishes which progress seamlessly. I want to highlight the amazing quality of the tuna specifically, which comes in various cuts. Wine list and pairings are on par with the food. Prices are high, but justified by the quality of the ingredients and service.

Definitely recommend SETA Sushi Lab for anyone looking for a great sushi experience. The ambiance was very chill with a great location and vibe. The omakase offerings were amazing with the freshest ingredients and so much food! Every course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully put together. We didn't expect to have sushi during our short visit, but we're so glad we took the time to experience SETA.
