We had a great evening, the food was good, the service was friendly, especially the sommelier was very courteous and informative. We had a great Chardonnay from Tuscany. I've read the comments about the service being cold or stiff but I cannot confirm that based on my own experience. The food quality was good, maybe not exceptional but still on a high level. If you want to find the hair in the soup, then you could argue that you can get the same value for less elsewhere. I recommend visiting the place.

Expensive, but it was nice to try a new kind of Sake. Everything was fresh and delicious, highly recommend this place, though its a little hard to find.

We made a booking for lunch at Seta Sushi Lab on short notice without any issues. The atmosphere of the restaurant was quite relaxing though also upscale. The waitstaff took their time to tell us about the items we were ordering and the food was exquisitely presented. We had a tartar and different maki rolls, all of them were delicious and worth every cent. If you are love high quality sushi, then this is an absolute must! Enjoy!

The food is amazing but given the amount we spent there I was very disappointed by the service at this Michelin guide restaurant. The male head waiter was outstanding - very kind, attentive and professional. However the female waiter/s were rude and cold for no apparent reason. Unfortunately, other previous reviews shared the same experience regarding staff attitude/behaviour. Even if language was a barrier (we don’t know and will never know), being rude is a choice. Being kind and professional does not include visibly demonstrating your frustration from the get go and through out the dining experience. We expected more at a restaurant whose guests include foreigners as was our experience. I had better service at restaurants in Bologna that serve great food for a fraction of the price at Seta. The food is outstanding but the service is a real let down.

When just step in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming , we had many reccomendations and all of them were outstanding. I tried sushi in many place and in different countries, but this one is the winner The team / staff were very professional, knowledgeable and super elegant and friendly Highly recommended 👌

The food was really great! Didn't think Japanese food with this standard existed in the land of pasta. It's a bit expensive maybe and the music is a bit loud so we had trouble hearing each other, but if you've had enough pizza and pasta and the craving for anything else is too great....go to this place!

Dinner at this restaurant was by far one of the best choices, leaving us pleasantly impressed! Starting with the food, the service, the atmosphere, everything was impeccable. The chef's professionalism is easily seen in his dishes, thus offering customers food with an amazing taste. I recommend this restaurant with love!

Great food with fresh ingredients, good service and very knowledgeable sommelier with a variety of sake to pair with your meal. Great experience overall!!
