"A new Italian eatery, Sette Osteria, has officially set up shop in Wynwood. The DC-based restaurant, which has two locations in the city, serves up traditional Italian fare like soups, pastas, flatbreads, calzones and pizzas along with heartier meat and fish entrees. The rustic indoor/outdoor space features an open kitchen, 30-seat bar area and large patio, along with a daily “wine down” happy hour and a weekend brunch." - Olee Fowler

Food is good! HOWEVER, the plates are small....we ordered “full” size pasta plates and we asked the server thinking they had brought the half portion by mistake ....he then assured us that it was the full portion. We were a bit shocked to be honest! Miami spice was going on when we went and I thought THAT was totally worth the price (pictures)!

The food was delicious, only reason it got this high of a rating. We stopped in on a tuesday around 3:00pm. Idk if it was our servers first day, but he sure acted like it. First off, my friend had to reorder 3 times cause the server didn't know they didnt have any of there housemade pastas made. Then i ordered a cocktail, finished my meal, still didn't get it. The server FINALLY stops back by and i ask about the drink. He tells me, "the bartender isn't here today, i was going to tell you, but i forgot" then he brings the bill, both my order and my friends order is wrong. He spends 20 mins figuring it out. Theres a mandatory 18% gratuity they refused to take off my bill. Also, the server kept saying, "its crazy today" whenever he did something bad... There were 3 other tables besides us, and he wasnt the only server there. The place was pretty dead. There's no excuse. My friend actually recieved a different meal than he even ordered because the guy just didn't pay attention. He didn't write anything down and messed up because of it. Horrible

I came here for Miami Spice and everything was delicious! You get more than other Miami Spice menus. Everything down to the wine pairing was very well cooked. I recommend going during the week so there's not that many people. Definitely a great choice with nice ambiance.

Amazing homemade pasta found here!! There's been so many Italian restaurants popping up in Miami, so I decided to check this one out on a rare cold night. Loved the decor, very open and rustic. The service was great from the get go. But best of all was the pasta, homemade and cooked perfectly al dente. I got the Penne Alla Russa and the sauce was creamy without being too heavy and the salmon was probably the most tender fish I've ever had in a pasta. I've been to Italy, so it's hard for me to find pasta this good. The margherita pizza also had great flavor, but wasn't too special. A friend and I shared the half-liter sangria, and that was also delicious. Can't wait to come back and try more pasta and/or risotto next time!

This place is off the strip in Wynwood so we do like that it is low-key if you don't want too much of a crowd around you. the atmosphere is well decorated reminds us of a cafe in Rome! Now the the overall experience it was decent the we really did not get a great reaction from the host when our group arrived. We had some people that were stuck in traffic so everyone did not come at once so they seemed a little disturbed about it, However we got the chance of having a server by the Name of Edwin who was very courteous. and attentive to our group. Our group came to celebrate a birthday and we did not inform the restaurant. However Edwin managed to bring out desert for one of our group and played A "Happy Birthday" song throughout the entire restaurant and timed it perfectly when the sparklers on our desert went out . Definitely an amazing experience for our group to remember. The menu had a great variety as well plenty of options to choose from. We would highly recommend the crab meat omelette; full of flavor ! the best time to come would be around lunch time it is a nice setting for a quick business lunch or a meet-up with friends. - Passport Plug #stycnctd #passportplug

Miami Spice 2018: many different options to choose from. The miami spice offering is a 4 course meal and everything I got tasted good. The molten lava cake for dessert was especially tasty! 1st visit: Nice Italian option in the area. It is a little outside of the more up and coming Wynwood areas so I can see how it may be difficult to attract customers, but I hope others give them a chance. My pasta with spicy marinara dish was very flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The penne alla vodka was okay- it was not as creamy as I tend to like. We also ordered focaccia bread but it seemed like we got all the end or old pieces because it was not very soft.the white sangria came with a cinnamon stick and an apple inside so it reminded me of the winter holiday season. The torta di nonna was absolutely delicious. Recommendations: pasta with spicy marinara sauce, white sangria, and the torta di nonna for dessert

Food was delicious and stylish ambiance! We especially enjoyed the fresh homemade pasta (Pomodoro + Bolognese pictured) the service was what could be expected for a group of 12 at 9:30 at night but they said yes where others said no so we were happy after a long day at the beach. I took a star away for the excessive wait at the end for half the group to get our cards/change back but that could be a random occurrence.
