A super nice hidden gem at Miramar, we went to a lot of breweries in this area. But we never discovered this place, it's sake brewing, how cool it is. My husband is a big sake fan, but I'm not. But surprisingly I like their sake too as a not sake fan. They have a lot of different flavors and different styles of sake. Also sake popsicle! Which is amazing. I saw their sake cocktails are so beautiful, I'll try it next time.

Visited here based on a recommendation online and I was not disappointed. No reservations were required when I went. I sampled the flight, the sake mule, Gardenesque, and the sake pops. All of them were excellent and the bartenders were extremely helpful. The manager Josh was highly knowledgeable and took the time to ask my thoughts and provided me a deeper insight on brewing process. Would highly recommend and I can't wait to go back.

One of the best Sake experience I've had since drinking saké. The sake flight was on point but my favorites were the pineapple and hibiscus sakes. Great atmosphere and service.

Amazing Sake. Every drink they put in front of me got better than the last. The Lemonhop sake was so different, refreshing and absolutely drinkable. They varied in strength too so you could pick your poison. Got a flight and wasn't disappointed. Best little gem in the area. Absolutely recommend!!

You’re not going to find another genuine American Sake brewery in town! This watering hole is never too crowded, filled with interesting guests, heavy metal music, and very creative sake cocktails. This place is a must I visit for any adventurous drinker in or passing through San Diego. This isn’t your Grandpa’s sake, it’s your hip uncles.
