Seufert Winery Tasting Room

Seufert's was my first stop in town seeking a local wine tasting experience. Michelle was a pleasure to engage with, the wine was great and the environment is very well appointed. I got some great insight into the area and enjoyed my time here. Thanks, Michelle!

Great wines, love that it is family owned and can only get in Oregon or shipped to other states. Michelle was very personable and accommodating. Enjoyed the information about the wines.

Cozy fireside seating inside, outdoor seating in warmer weather. Unique tastings of single vineyard pinots, today's (in 2024) were from 2014. A great destination for exploring local wine. And their wine club membership is a great deal with delicious perks throughout the year

You must go here! Relaxed vibe and generous tasting flights with friendly staff makes an unbeatable combo. Come make new friends and go home with a bottle or two.

Wonderful tasting Room in historic downtown Dayton with very nice outdoor seating in a Courtyard next to a historic church that is now a cafe. Very nice friendly stuff and great wine! Just off of the highway so take a few minutes and stop and discover this place.

Loved this place! Very inviting atmosphere, right across from the city park with lots of lovely outdoor seating that was dog friendly. The wines — delicious! Got to try a vertical tasting of some 11 & 12 year vintage Pino noirs and it was very neat to taste the difference between the two years, same recipe, but stunningly different flavors.

Wonderful! This winery is the new standard for wine tasting for me. Educational but so so accessible and enjoyable. Every ounce of passion for wine making and agriculture is present in the wine and the owner. We will absolutely be back!

Great wine tasting experience at their stunning tasting room in Dayton, OR. It was a unique tasting experience pairing distinctive world class wines with delicious small plates. Located in a small charming town right smack in the middle of wine country. It is easy to find and you will not be disappointed. I was impressed by the in depth presentation that went with each tasting giving us greater appreciation for wines of distinction.

Didn't want to wait at the restaurant next door. They hooked us up with some nice wine and a snack plate for two! It hit the spot!

Amazingly new nice tasting room with super friendly folks and great wines! The reds are from numerous regions of the best Oregon grapes. I strongly recommend you stop in and taste these amazing wines!

After visiting some other wineries, my spouse and I stumbled into finding Seufert about a year ago. We liked all that we tasted and found the staff to be kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. Although they may not have extensive grounds like some other wineries, the tasting room is pleasant, and we love the wine! We joined the wine club (which is a great value and delicious,) and it's a lot of fun to go to the pick up party. The White Pinot Noir and the Pinot Blanc are wonderful and unique wines. Despite their similar names, they are not the same! Seufert is a little off the beaten path but is worth visiting!

Michelle and her staff are wonderful. They are eager to teach you what they know, and make you feel like a genuine friend. Not stuffy like some of the other wineries close by. I love the local art that they display ( and sell), the cozy fire and seating, inviting you in to sit and gather with friends. Chat, or play a game. The wine is damn excellent too!

The tasting room and wines are great...However, I joined the wine club and never received my wine. They charged me $142.95 but it has been over a month (37 days) since they promised shipment and my wine never arrived. I contacted them several times and they promised that my wine would be shipped, the last time claiming that they would send my wine the next day and upgrade my order to two day shipping, that was 20 days ago. In the mean time wine orders from other Oregon wineries arrived, no problem. I cancelled my wine club membership. Consumer beware if you join their wine club!
