The Complete MICHELIN Guide to Paris Hotels

"Tucked away on a quiet Latin Quarter street, the rooms feel like cocoons in saturated reds, yellows and blues (one suite even includes a private Jacuzzi), and the hotel offers an on-demand treatment room for massages—ideal for retreating after a day exploring the Left Bank." - The MICHELIN Guide

May: Our Most Exciting New Hotels

"Among Paris’s original high-style boutique hotels, this trailblazer is still going strong and, rather than resting on its original inspiration, continues to evolve; the updated rooms maximize visual impact by doing away with clutter while staying well clear of anything you’d call minimalism." - Le Guide MICHELIN

The Hotel is fantastic! The rooms are quiet, modern, big and clean. You can open the windows for fresh air. The towels smell nice and clean. The breakfast has a fantastic quality and the service is outstanding. We stayed for Business Trips in other hotels in Paris before, but this one is the nicest so far. I will come back, also privately! Thanks a lot!

Excellent stay. We booked a deluxe room with balcony which was lovely. It was perfect for our stay in Paris. |From the moment we entered the hotel to the point we left we loved it. |The staff were very polite, helpful and genuine. The rooms extremely comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need. Nice interior and finishing touches. We did not have breakfast included but it looked delicious. |Would highly recommend the stay to others.

This is the best hotel in Paris! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The location is one of the best where a tourist can stay - quiet yet in a popular neighbourgood. My room had a nice view and cute balcony. It had coffee and you could take water, tea, coffee from the lobby. I recomend the breakfast there - fresh and yummy. I would come here next time as I visit Paris often

Had the most amazing stay at Seven Hotel Paris! We booked the glam room and it was perfect for our stay in Paris. The staff was nice and friendly, the room was clean and spacious. The lobby had a filtered water station which was great for refilling before heading out on the town. They were able to give us the balcony I requested and the view was beautiful and a perfect spot for relaxing at night or enjoying in the morning. It was a close walk to the train/metro. It was a decent walk to the main parts of town, but one should expect to walk a lot when coming to Paris anyways which is part of the experience. Highly recommend this place if you visit Paris!

We loved this hotel on our stay. Would 100% stay again. The rooms are modern, clean and luxurious given the price. Definitely worth staying here. The customer service is lovely.

Google
A truly excellent hotel in the Latin Quarter. All of the staff are kind, caring, and extremely helpful. The rooms are updated and have a modern edge to them. The washrooms are modern, elegant and bright. The standing shower and toiletries are top notch. The lobby is chic and classy for a hotel of this size. The water refilling station was a big bonus during the stay. Highly recommend this hotel. I will be back!

Google
Nothing great about this hotel apart from the location. They charge almost 250 euros/night and the room doesn't even have a fridge. No view either. The corridors are run down and makes you feel like you're in Moulin Rouge. Under no criteria, can this be categorized as a 4 star property. Misrepresentation. In the elevator, there are room rates saying max tariff per night could go up to $1400! They think they are Ritz Carlton. Should've stayed in the Mariott. The staff however were extremely polite

Google
I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, the room was so clean they kept my luggage for one week before my arrival honestly was so nice of them. Once i arrived i found the luggage in my room. All public transportation was very near. I enjoyed my stay thank you!

Yelp
If you're looking for a completely different hotel experience this is it. Each of the rooms are different in the hotel is super boutique. We were greeted right away, checked in and went straight to our room. The elevator is only large enough for maybe 1 to 2 people so you have to go to your room first and then they bring the luggage after just like a lot of the older style buildings in Paris. We ended up staying in the 007 room. From the moment we got to the room you could tell the details in the hotel was going to make this experience very different. Everything in the room is controlled to remote, even a hide away wall with the TV behind it. The room had LED lights everywhere and a mirror on the roof. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable and of course they had 007 ready to play in the room. We had a great stay, and this was one of my favorite hotel that we stayed at when we're in Paris. If we ever come back to Paris, I'd definitely like to stay in one of the other rooms.

Yelp
Many are the photos are all prior to renovations, don't rely on them. With that said the rooms were very clean and efficient with and excellent staff, including Alice and Daniel at the front desk. The location is perfect as you can walk to any site, 25 minutes to the Louvre, 35 to Eiffel Tower, etc. it is close to a metro if walking is difficult. The neighborhood offers local dining not overpriced tourist spots. The Hotel Seven is Highly recommended!

Yelp
We love Paris in the Springtime...(truth be told we love Paris anytime)! There are many options on places to stay in the City of Lights and one of my favorites from a location and design standpoint is: Hotel Seven Paris. This intimate and modern find is located in the Latin Quarter. The suites in this hotel all have different themes and we have had the opportunity to experience half the rooms - in order, the 007, Sublime, Black Diamond and my all time favorite the Lovez-vous. Each of these rooms are modern, lush and have unique amenities all their own: electric and lighting features, fiber-optics, a patio spa, a cowhide bath - very imaginative and comfortable at the same time! There is an Nespresso machine in every room and it was used frequently on our visit! Infact, we invested in our own upon our return (one of the best choices we have ever made), because the coffee is just that good! It's hard to drink anything else now. The Seven Paris - is very close to Notre Dame, the University of Paris and the Left Bank activities! We loved having this as our hub for exploration. Each morning we would watch the parents walk their chidden to school and the business people open up their shops on the street, and the people sitting at the cafe's sipping wine (and sometimes smoking) as we walked down the block. Occasionally if we did not have breakfast at the hotel we would go to the corner Patisserie for a croissant or eclair or other delicious baked item (surely made with love and lots of butter)! I would give Hotel Seven 5 stars, but it missed in a couple areas. First, on two occasions checking in - we had to wait for our room. It was not completely their fault, however, jet lag can make one irritable and we desperately needed to sleep. Perhaps, a unique room should be created for this! Secondly, during out stay in the Black Diamond it was raining (not unheard of in Paris) and our roof began to leak. We had to move from this lovely suite without being able to enjoy it fully to a less superior standard room. It worked out and they acted quickly, which we appreciated. The staff gets to know you a bit and the more familiar they become the friendlier. We hope to return, perhaps in another season!

Yelp
My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and really enjoyed the unique aspects of this hotel. The staff was very helpful, even gracious at times. The concierge gave us her umbrella to use on a rainy day. Next door there is a little prepared foods shop, a wine shop, and a small laundromat. The shower in our room (we stayed in "levitation") was quite awesome.

Yelp
Fun, novel, trendy, cool. Thought we'd try something different in Paris this time around. Creative, artistic, hotel motif requires high maintenance, lots of little lights to maintain, etc. New owner is not maintaining rooms in a way that feels special or entirely true to artist's original vision. I can see that going downhill fast. Broken fixtures, burnt out bulbs, worn furnishings, and the like. I feel like if we return in a year we would be met with run down rooms, so glad we got to see it when we did. The rooms - we have stayed in both the Levitation on Roof and the Diamant Noir were both fun... However, Levitation on Roof, especially, is definitely more form over function and only fun for a night or so. Diamant was more practical (you aren't trying to do your day time make-up in dark nightclub lighting, for example). When working properly, the design and effect of the lighting in both rooms was quite impressive. Unfortunately the location is not convenient to our favorite stomping grounds in Paris, so we probably would stay elsewhere next time, especially for an extended stay. But over all a cool experience, and really nice reception staff. What they lack in experience they make up for in courtesy and sincerely wanting to do what it takes to make your stay as nice as possible. They were very accommodating and I really appreciated that. As for the housekeeping staff - maybe not as much. The rooms were very cool (Paris heat wave) and quiet and comfortable for sleeping, which was wonderful. Breakfast was pleasant, too. :)

Yelp
Definitely different than the norm. We ended up staying at the Seven Hotel because we were told our room at The Five Hotel, which is just a block away, would be unavailable for a part of our stay. Originally the Seven was one of the hotels we were looking at and even though we had no choice, we were happy to stay here. The hotel definitely is different from the norm; the atmosphere is very unique and upbeat. The staff were all friendly to us and more than happy to speak in English to us without giving us some sort of attitude. The rooms are actually a decent size; we were able to easily fit all our luggage in the room without tripping over it on a daily basis. I'm unsure what other rooms have but ours (which is the basic room I assume) had a glass shower behind the bed so it didn't seem like a good choice if you were not comfortable with this. The fibre optic lighting was a lot nicer here and the ceiling was painting in a skyscape setting. The rooms were kept clean however the cleaning staff still came in even with the "do not disturb" sign out. One thing that stood out is Rue Berthollet is quite a busy street and the traffic can be rather noisy in the room. If you can I would see about getting a room that does not face this street. You won't be losing any sort of view (as there really isn't any) and you shouldn't have as much noise. There were two options for breakfast, an express breakfast in the bar or breakfast in the breakfast room. We just picked up breakfast when we walked around so didn't try either of these. The WiFi was free however it was slow. While I'm used to North American high speed internet the pages were definitely much slower to load while using the free WiFi. Overall this property was nice to stay at: it was clean, in a good location and for us a good price. In comparison to the Five Hotel the main benefit of the Seven is that their rooms are bigger while the Five has a much less street noise in your room.
