Google
Highly recommend as the best pizza for takeout across Stone Harbor and Avalon. They have an extensive classic and specialty pies menu and my favorite was the Hot Honey Chicken. Didn’t love the crust but all the toppings were top notch.

Paul Lang

Google
Went in curious and left full. The terrific staff were so nice and professional and friendly. I wandered back in and got a menu. I came in again and ordered a full pie and a ton of slices. It was just perfect New Jersey Shore Pizza. The ingredients were top notch and every slice was just hitting the spot. Much respect to the hard working young men and women grinding hard to serve up banging pizza.

Google
Great pizza choices. Was a bit difficult to find, we had to call them twice to get better directions as our gps was not clear. It's set back a bit. Overall great pizza and although we got takeout as we were walking through the outdoor area I was wishing we had been able to sit and listen to the live music that was happening.

Google
Got five pizzas to-go last night. The crust was very wide and literally inedible. Hard as a rock like a dog biscuit, and I don’t mean crispy. It was like whatever makes crust doughy was left out of the recipe. Very dry and very hard. I should have called to complain, but I had too many hungry guests to wait for five more pies, so in the trash went everyone’s crust.

Google
Best pizza in Stone Harbor! This place has a great vibe! Feels like a pizza surf shop. Unique pizzas you won't find just any place, but also traditional pizza as well. I would highly recommend this place.

Google
Pizza is phenomenal!! Nice selection of slices, service was fast. Custom pizza came out quick!

Google
One of the best pizzas I’ve had… ever! To start with… the crust is just perfect …. Crispy and not overly bready and not too thin. The toppings are imaginative but even the plain cheese slice is extraordinary!! Favs are the jerk chicken and white spinach and broccoli.

Google
decided to see what the hype was all about. i’ve been eating pizza my whole life (im italian) i don’t know what’s worse, the card board crust , or the gross syrupy sauce. i deem this place: 7 smelly pies. 🚫❌☢️💔🍕🤢🤢🤮🤮

Yelp
Read good things about this place before leaving for vacation and decided to check it out. Spoke with some locals who confirmed and recommended the Honey Hot. After a morning activity, we got there just before 11:00 AM to get takeout lunch for the entire family. There was small line formed outside and once opened, line went quick as everyone except us was getting slices. My wife and girls wanted cheesesteaks but staff very politely said they were not making sandwiches yet. So I ordered one Honey Hot pizza and one Cheesesteak pizza. Wait time was reasonable and I didn't mind hanging out. Place is small, but very cool. Guys that were working that day were super nice. Pizza was up and we went back to our hotel. I only had a couple slices of the Honey Hot which was really good, recommendation was spot on. Wife and our girls had the cheesesteak pizza which they said was good, but they would have liked red sauce on it. All and all, very solid choice and would go back to try some their other pizzas.

Yelp
Stopped for a quick slice on a Sunday afternoon. They have pies with fun topping. My husband got the hot honey chicken pie and I got the bang bang shrimp pie, both delicious.

Yelp
My favorite place to get pizza in Stone Harbor. They have very interesting pizzas such as Mac N' Cheese, Bang Bang Shrimp, and General Tso's Chicken. The slices they offer you are HUGE, so I can't imagine most people can handle more than two slices at a time. And of course, the pizzas are consistently very well made and tasty! My personal favorite is the bang bang shrimp. My only criticism is that they should offer more seating that's actually inside the establishment. They did have some before but we're now down to just one table the last time I visited. I know there is outdoor courtyard seating, but it gets crowded quickly, plus it rained the last time I was there, and too cold out there during the off season. Aside from that, I highly recommend coming here. Great place to get a quick bite that will satisfy even the biggest appetites.

Yelp
Dropped in for a couple of slices. No line and only a few people waiting for orders. Lots to choose from, unfortunately, when we were there the each choice was either spicy, had bbq, or bacon. None of which we liked. Nothing was recognizable so we had to have the offerings explained. No plain cheese, no pepperoni, no mushroom, no sausage, no supreme slices. I tried a slice of the bang band shrimp with sriracha sauce. It was thin with a good tasting crust but too spicy for me. My wife took one bite of hers (we really weren't sure what it was - maybe with shredded beef and very spicy) and hated it. I feel like their more traditional pizza offerings would be good but they were no where to be found on our visit. We walked down to Stone Harbor pizza and got two slices of Margherita, which is my wife's favorite. It was ok at best but I felt SH Pizza was not near as good as Seven Mile. Certainly the crust at SH Pizza wasn't near as good. I would try Seven Mile again.

Yelp
It was ok. I was hungover and needed it but it wasn't anything to write home about. It isn't convenient to get to if you're ordering for pickup.

Cassie T.

Yelp
Pizza was undercooked and extremely expensive. 2 small pies for nearly 70 dollars is unreasonable. Delivery was also for 30 minutes and took over an hour.
google avatar

Brendan K.

Yelp
Kinda disappointed. Sauce is very pasty and too much herbs. (I think oregano was the culprit). . And too heavy handed with Parmesan cheese either in the sauce or as a topping. Crust is ok a little bland and a weird hydration ratio.
google avatar

Yelp
This pizza gave me nostalgia, and not in a good way. I paid $60 for 2 pies that taste like they came straight out of my high school cafeteria. I've had better pizza from a rest stop on the New Jersey Turnpike. This place used to be good and reasonably priced. Not sure what happened but it did transport me back to 12 grade lunch
google avatar

Allison C.

Yelp
Pizza was truly excellent. Thin but not too crispy. White pizza was excellent (cheese & ricotta ) and was very reasonable at $28. We also got an order of their seven mile fries and they were great! Definitely garlic heavy so if you don't like that, maybe ask for less. Only took 25 minutes. :)

Yelp
The pizza was pretty bad today. the sauce almost tasted sour. Going to try the other spots from now on. $100 for three pretty awful pies.

Alex A.

Yelp
Very good and interesting pies, beach deli very, convenient location and hours, what's not to like?

Lisa C.

Yelp
Food was good and tasty. Pizza, chicken tenders and Greek salad. Order directly from Seven Mile Pies as Grubhub will take your order BUT never place your order. They processed my payment without delivering the food.
google avatar

Frank S.

Yelp
Ah... we've had a lot of pizza on this trip. It wasn't the type of pizza I prefer but my daughter loved it. Smaller pieces, less cheese, less sauce, and thinner than the others we've had. Just goes to show that different people have different criteria and preferences. The photos of their pizza online look better than they do in person. Very small shop, pizza ovens and cash register.
google avatar

Michael G.

Yelp
Great pizza. It's in a kind of removed place, hidden in the middle of this little mall place. The pizza is worth seeking out. The service was good and the young person that answers the phone was pretty awesome.

Debbie O.

Yelp
Stopped in for a slice! Great selection and friendly staff! Thanks for a delicious lunch!
google avatar

Connor B.

Yelp
This was a solid place that I would recommend to anyone down in Avalon. We got a specialty pie which was I believe chicken hot honey as well as just a regular cheese pie. The people on the phone with extremely nice and they actually even deliver it to you on the beach, which is very convenient. They gave us utensils and plates that we could eat right there and it was really good. I would definitely be ordering from here again.

Rebecca G.

Yelp
Yummi-licious!! Best pizza ever! Always fast and heated perfectly! Great selection!
google avatar

Rob T.

Yelp
Meh... $41 for a mediocre pie and chicken fingers. Seems overrated. Staff was friendly, and I suppose the location is nice. Not a great option for takeout.

Red D.

Yelp
Best pizza slices on the island. Lots of options for walk in slices too. Toppings galore. Friendly staff. Prepare to wait on a weekend. Go in person if you can! Very relaxed and easy going. Outside seating only, not sure why but they closed their dining area but the outside tables are convenient.
google avatar

Amy A.

Yelp
Great selection of pizzas by the slice. Thin and delicious crust. Great NJ style pizza!

Yelp
Well we ended up returning here during my stay only because my son wanted pizza. He got the white veggie pizza and my daughter tried the Mac and cheese pizza by the slice. I think pizza by the slice is the way to go. They are really large slices and I felt buyers remorse after ordering a very average margarita pizza for a 23 dollar price tag. Not worth it. I would recommend pizza by the slice- my son paid I think 3.50 a slice but they were specialty pies and very generous portions. The only problem with that is you are at their mercy for variety availability. The positive side is there are some imaginative pizzas. There was plenty of staff on standing around and tables inside were dirty. That I don't understand. I would go back but for pizza by the slice only- it's not worth the money to order a whole pie and god forbid you need two- you'll spend nearly 50$-well 46$ to be exact for "specialty" pies.
google avatar

Yelp
The jersey shore is famous for the quality pizzerias. This one is no doubt in the top three. I say top three because at that level what's the difference. Go there get a slice and enjoy.

Yelp
My family and I were in town for a wedding this past weekend. Obviously since it's the off season, we had trouble finding places that were open. Thankfully after making a few calls to other restaurants, we came across Seven Mile Pies. The hot and honey chicken pizza and Mac and cheese pizza were both delicious. It was nice to see a menu with so many diverse and creative pizza pies. I love trying new toppings on my pizza and these two pies did not disappoint. Would definitely come here again!
google avatar

Caroline M.

Yelp
My favorite pizza in Stone Harbor. My only complaint was that they were completely out of wings?? Seems strange for a pizza place- was really looking forward to the Old Bay wings. But cheese pizza was great as usual!

Heather G.

Yelp
Pizza is really good and we love the granny apple salad. Only compliant is the pizza is never hot when it's delivered, I don't know if they use pizza bags or not l. We had the same delivery guy a few times and he was super nice!

Kevin B.

Yelp
Anyone who complains about their price apparently forgets they are in stone harbor. Best pizza on the island and they have great slice selection. Open most weekends of the off-season. Fantastic family run pizza place.

Jason B.

Yelp
Best pizza on the island. Just watch out for seagulls if you're eating it outside in the food court.

Nik E.

Yelp
The best pizza and service around, the owner is a wonderful guy and will make sure you're taken care of for special events.
google avatar

Chloe P.

Yelp
Came here multiple times over our beach trip to Stone Harbor, even several times in a day. They have all kinds of comfort beach food. The pizza, mozzarella sticks, tenders, and chicken cheesesteaks are to die for. They are reasonably priced and family owned (super friendly staff) ! If you get it to go they pack it up so nice where it stays warm and you can take it to the beach for a snack and scenery.

Yelp
I decided to visit Seven Mile Pies again on 7/9/19 and ordered two slices. The young man who heated up our slices was pleasant, but the young woman behind the counter who was the cashier was not friendly or pleasant at all. A smile, thank you/you're welcome goes a long way. If you're going to be miserable, you shouldn't be in a customer facing role. I'm mad my fiancé even put his spare change in their tip jar. We sat inside but there were flies swarming around again. Definitely don't order full pies as you don't get your moneys worth, buying by the slice is better because the slices are huge.
google avatar

L T.

Yelp
Not Celiac safe GF. Otherwise Great pizza. Was super excited to grab a bunch of different slices to bring home for dinner as this is an annual tradition during our vacation. Only... there were several flies dancing on the pizzas. So sadly we walked away without our favorite pizza. There was a young man who was offering to help us and he was very nice. When we were thinking of ordering a fresh pie to go to avoid the fly situation the female cashier was quite rude. We observed her cash out a few customers with hardly a smile or thank you.
google avatar

Casey H.

Yelp
Local here. Seven Mile Pies is great pizza with friendly staff. They have the usual and also some very unique pizzas. We love the atmosphere and come by when we need a quick bite to eat. Prices are very reasonable.
google avatar

Frederick L.

Yelp
Great pizza and fun staff. We took a bunch of slices to go for eating later in the day and even reheated they were sooo good. Cool t-shirts too. Recommended.
google avatar

Amy B.

Yelp
Lots of interesting choices for slices. New york style. Picnic tables to eat in courtyard outside or indoor dining as well. Fast, casual good pizza.
google avatar

Kristin N.

Yelp
Yum! Though we've been coming down to the shore for years, we've never visited this spot. It's hidden in Harbor Square, but definitely a great spot for pizza on the island. Go for by the slice or a whole pie. Visited on a Friday night (though a bit rainy) and we had minimal wait. From ordering to getting the pie was less than 12 min. The pizza pie is thin, sauce is good and cheese is ample. Ambiance in the place isn't the best, but the pies more than make up for it. Highly recommend. Heard the seafood pizza is wonderful and I can't wait to try next time! Tip: bring some quarters for the old school arcade game.

Yelp
Stopped here with the family after a day at the Cape May zoo. Needed to kill 2 hours before the Ferry ride back to Delaware. We picked Seven Mile Pies cause we have small children and needed a kid friendly place and menu. The first thing I noticed was that everyone working here was very young. I think the girl running there operation may have been 21 if that. I will say that they ran a tight ship though. They all worked as a team, were friendly, and accommodating. We each had a slice one cheese, one Hawaiian, one mushroom and one meat lovers. All the pizza was delicious! NY style pizza and large slices. We also ordered two order of wings. The house special Seven Mile wings, which is parmigiana and garlic. They were amazing. Cooked crispy and loaded with flavor. Next time I find myself in the Cape May area I will be stopping back here!
google avatar

Yelp
Always a great pizza - rivals some of the best places in Philly and New York. Great crust, excellent sauce, perfect amount of cheese and always cooked just right. Best pizza in Avalon/Stone Harbor hands down!

brian s.

Yelp
Great pizza period, best on the island. Owner takes great pride in his pies, and the white pizza is some of the best my wife and I have ever eaten
google avatar

Çlaire H.

Yelp
Not the greatest Pizza but it will do in a pinch when you're hungry and don't want to spend a lot of money. Most restaurants in Stone Harbor are expensive and overrated. Seven Mile Pies is a quick and easy way to satisfy you're craving for pizza and skip the crowded restaurants. When you are ready for a great meal head on over to Alfie's in Wildwood. They even have Sunset Specials.

Carl K.

Yelp
have been to this restaurant many times in the past. Always great pizza. But not today (7/26/22). Way too much sauce, or maybe they changed the sauce, or maybe both. Very disappointed
google avatar

Dotty D.

Yelp
Went to Seven Mile Pies to order a pizza and could barely hear a word the cashier was saying. The music in the shop was insanely loud. The young girl had to practically scream for me to hear her. Not to mention that the music they were playing had curse words in it. Don't understand why the music has to be so ridiculously loud or inappropriate. Skip this place if you're looking for a quieter place to dine. The fries and chicken tenders were over cooked and the rest of the food was average at best. Not sure who's writing these star reviews.
google avatar

Denton J.

Yelp
One of the better spots around 7 mile island. The specialty pizzas are really good and not a greasy mess. The regular one toppings are really good, and thin. Not a thick mess like other places. Open year round as well. The sauce is a tad overly sweet and the crust was noticeably missing some salt, other than that, not bad for a 16" $20 pie Call way ahead for pick up. Almost every time I've stuck to their time, I wait a good 20 min extra
google avatar

Kevin F.

Yelp
Drove out of my way to go to Seven Mile Pies based on the positive feedback on Yelp. I was staying in Avalon and drove 15 min each way and parking was a nightmare. The pizza was fair. Very average stuff. I would have been fine going somewhere closer. The salad was a good size but certainly not something that would make me go out of my way. If you are close and it is convenient...then all good.

Spencer B.

Yelp
This is crème of the crop for beach town pizza. Great dough, killer ingredients, always on point. The Buffalo and BBQ (especially the bbq) pizzas are killer. Plain and pepperoni are on the nose. Fries are great, I prefer them more well done.

anne b.

Yelp
Super great pizza!! Crust is crusty and sauce is perfect. Old favorite of our for sure!

Shazia K.

Yelp
This is one my my favorite places to get pizza in Stone Harbor! The Bang Bang Shrimp Pizza from here is AMAZING! The have a bunch of different fun types to pies to choose from but the Bang Bang Shrimp is my absolute favorite. The staff is always super nice and friendly.
google avatar

Paul V.

Yelp
Another great find of the Summer of 2015 for me is definitely Seven Mile Pies. I came in during the Savoir September Festival on September 19th after seeing they won the award for best plain slice. I knew where they were located in the Harbor Square shopping area on 96th Street. I ordered one plain slice and one slice of the beautiful looking (and tasting) Buffalo Chicken with blue cheese pizza. See the picture below that I added. They were a thing a beauty! I started with the Buffalo Chicken slice and it was perfect. Not a slice I normally go with, but this place makes it perfectly and I will get it every time it's available. Then onto the plain slice. Sprinkle on a little garlic powder and red pepper flakes and it was good to go. Again, about as good as a slice of pizza gets. Nothing wrong with these two slices at all. In fact, they guaranteed that I'll be back again before the season is over (and it almost is).
google avatar

Erika H.

Yelp
Pizza was good here, we just wanted to get single slices and they have a lot of variety and creative flavors. We tried the bang bang shrimp pizza, it was good! The fries are HUGE! We got two for four people, but could have all shared one. The strawberry walnut salad was delicious too. Great quick stop for lunch or dinner.
google avatar

Nancy H.

Yelp
So we really like the pizzas here, but I HATE, hate that they don't keep regular hours. I can't tell you how many times we've called to order a pizza, and they're closed. Who runs a business this way? This is so frustrating, and it makes me angry when we are looking forward to a good pizza. Please maintain regular hours, and if you decide to take off and go surfing, do your customers a favor by putting a message on your phone letting them know when you'll be open. Sheesh!
