We had such a lovely evening, because Casio and Jennifer were fabulous staff for us, also we have been here in the morning too, I really enjoyed the Passion fruit juice, it was So delicious. All the services are all Amazing. Recommended.

Great atmosphere. Love the music. Fantastic service. Our kids absolutely loved it. They got treated like royalty. Great location for having a few drinks and enjoying the beautiful view. Thanks so much guys. We'll be back and will definitely recommend your wonderful location.

Beautiful Location, but Disappointing Experience ! This place has so much potential, the lakeside setting is absolutely lovely and initially drew us in. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t live up to the view. The service was chaotic and clearly understaffed. Only two servers were covering a large number of tables, rushing around and visibly overwhelmed. We had to ask twice for the menu and twice again just to order drinks. Meanwhile, guests who had just arrived were being served before us, even though we had already been waiting 10–15 minutes. The waiter kept saying “secundo” each time he passed, but the wait stretched much longer. A family seated next to us ended up leaving out of frustration. We ordered Lillet Rosé, but it was so watered down it barely tasted like anything. For food, we opted for a burger (after several days of pasta/pizza/fish meals), but at CHF 38.– it was really disappointing — small patty, thin slice of bacon, and fries that were clearly not homemade. The music, which started out pleasant, suddenly became uncomfortably loud with distorted speakers; several couples complained before anything was done. In the end, we paid and decided to enjoy our drinks elsewhere. Such a shame, given the prime location by the lake. Go for the view, but don’t expect much from the rest.

The tunnel had a really comfy atmosphere in the rain and the service was excellent! Came here alone and didn't feel awkward. Had a nice glass of wine.

We got a cocktail and Baileys. Great views, good music, cool atmosphere. Quite full but people were not load and we enjoyed the view and the summer vibes. Kind staff who also recommended us a drink and explained to us the differences between the options we were evaluating. Many many options to choose from. 19,92€ for the two drinks.

Had an amazing dinning experience overlooking the beautiful lake. My server Fabricio was also very nice & helpful info for a tourist like myself.

Wonderful spot and people. Simply the best service we’ve had in Switzerland, Caio looked after us two nights in a row and made my family feel so welcome. Thank you!
