Seven Seas Hotel | Miami Hotel

Was very run down but very cheap place to stay.very nice guy at the front desk

They give you a choice of three different rooms the 43$,48$,or the 53$ one I picked the 53$ one with the hopes that it would be decent. I knew it was gonna be bad when I was leaving the office and saw a giant dead roach. The room smells disgusting,the walls were smeared with dried blood,the ceiling in the bathroom was caving in and molded the walls were crumbling. The sheets and comforters looked dirty and were stained,there was hair all over the floor. Everything was dirty. The shower curtain was disgusting. And now I'm covered in bug bites. The staff was rude when we arrived one of the housekeepers was screaming at us in creole to move or car. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Stay away from this place!!

This motel is mediocre for what it's worth, but I never got my promised deposit return back. They're also very large flying cockroaches in the room. The ac was blowing hot air with a molded mist. There were a swarm of black sweet ants that kept getting to the bed coming from the cracks around the hinges of the room windows. I sadly woke up sick and extremely congested. You will be 7 seas "under water" in congestion after thinking you could sleep here. Unbelievably disappointed after wasting $140 for no refrigerator or microwave available in none of the rooms. The towels are reused ofcourse, it was barely laundered well as they were stained from previous use.

SHUT IT DOWN! Absolutely disgusting. I don’t know what was worse, the roach infested filthy room or the horrible brut hostility of the staff. I am Baffled how a business like this is allowed to operate. I know there are standards of quality that a hotel must upkeep. The filter on the AC so filthy and covered in mildew and mold that even the outside plastic was stained from the mold pores oozing out of it. The owners and staff should be ashamed of themselves for providing such a vile environment and having zero consideration for others.

Poor customer service , the office closes at 11pm and you pretty much on your on after 11pm. Cannot get any service til 7 am the next morning.The Wi-Fi sucks.The rooms are full of roaches crawling up the wall and in the restroom. A/c is broken don’t get cold. It’s very dirt I made the rooms. The tv has no channels just 3 working channels. It’s was a very horrible sight and stay. I will not recommend this motel to anyone. No one deserves the nastiest of this motel.

Very efficient and friendly check in service from a chinese lady. Basic and old rooms, but everything clean and good bed. Easy accessible by car from downtown or miami beach, a bus stops in front of the motel. Not online, but half price during our stay from the neighbours, and rooms are just a little bit more basic. So I can recommend stayingt if youre in for a budget option. Good value for money.

The motel has a nice retro feel during the day and they project movies and shows on the large white wall during the evening. I was looking for a place to stay for a show that was playing at a local club that weekend. When we checked in, we learned that they controlled the air conditioner from the front office (so they could, and I quote, "Sweat people out of they hadn't paid."). The room had ants in the bathroom, cracked floor tiles in the shower (easy to cut your feet on!) and strange brown stains/smears on the wall. Then, the parking lot filled with many loitering people at night and we got a knock on the door from a drug dealer--twice (two different ones). Then the hotel closes the parking lot gates. It was pretty scary. We slept above the sheets fully clothed. We got a refund for second day and stayed at Hotel Bianco down the street. Hotel Bianco is $30 more a night ($70 as opposed to $40), but it was worth the extra money. This is not the best part of town, and we knew that. We like the club Churchills. But this is a way scary place.

This place is roach infested. There's roaches crawling on the TV. All on the walls in the shower. On was on my bed. Omg discusting!!!!! The room was 140 dollars. They are crazy. No way never ever again. Don't waste your money💰
