Seven Suites

Great stay. I just had 3 nights in room 7. It had a great balcony, mini fridge and everything I needed. There are so many great restaurants in the area as well as the famous market. It’s self check in afternoons and the suites are on a floor of an apartment building. Breakfast is in the cafe downstairs that is very popular, you don’t need to queue with the vouchers. Uber blacks where ever I needed to go were less than 20euros mostly. Adding some photos to the self check in instructions would be welcome 😀

Absolutely loved our stay at the Seven Suites; it was amazing. We were in a Superior room with balcony which over looks a main road. There is a Fantastic bakery just underneath the apartments which is very good value for money. On our arrival as our room wasn’t quite ready we went in and got ourselves two bottles of Peroni, mini pizza and a large Ciabatta and it was only 11 euro. We didn’t opt for b&b but went in a couple of times for coffee and pastries and it was fab just watching the locals. |The rooms were cleaned and beds made every day which we weren’t expecting but lovely when you arrive back to your room tired out. We ate at a lovely restaurant round the corner by the square called Da Bucatino, it was delicious and very reasonable. Staying in Testaccio you are slightly away from the main attractions but we walked our legs off every day, clocked up 40 miles in 4 days. You are a 20 minute walk from Treatavere and about 25 from the Colleseum and 55 mins from the Vatican. The train station is about a 20 minute walk so we got the train to the Vatican. We had a wonderful first time trip to Rome and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Seven Suites again. Thank you

Seven Suites was amazing. The rooms were immaculately clean and the staff super friendly and approachable. The location was fantastic, we found that it was within walking distance of all main attractions. The cafe below where we had breakfast everyday was also great. Everything was just so easy and really made the experience a positive one. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend to anyone who was visiting Rome. Thanks again!

Hotel was clean and conveniently located. Staff was friendly. Ability to have breakfast right next door was really nice. Self check in was easy. We were able to locate bus stops easily and walk around Testaccio.

50+ year old couple, visiting Rome for the first time. An Italian friend recommended this neighbourhood, away from the tourists and this perfectly fit the bill. Excellent location in a local neighbourhood but still close enough to the tourist attractions. Lovely area with parks, squares and fantastic restaurants all around. It's a series of rooms in a residential building, so there is no lobby or facilities but the room is clean, tidy and very comfortable. You get a coupon for breakfast at the bakery downstairs so we stood and sipped coffee and pastries like the locals do! Need to read the instructions carefully cause there is no lobby or front desk - need to key in code to enter building.

We only had one day in Rome, this worked well for us. Quiet, modern room with coffee and pastry breakfast at Cafe Linari next door. The neighborhood is lovely, a couple blocks from Piazza Testaccio where you can enjoy an aperitivo at a bar around the perimeter or on a bench in the piazza. We ate at Piatto Romano (their menu changes daily). About 30 minutes walk to Colosseum. About 17 minutes walk to train station Roma Ostiense which goes to FCO

I really enjoyed the accommodation. Large room, clean, with a small balcony and a king size bed. A few disadvantages to note is the limited breakfast at Linari (maximum a beverage and 2 croissants or small pizzas), limited amenities and the fact that they don't respond immediately to e-mails, due to the 8:30-12:30 time interval that the reception is open.

We had a wonderful 6 night stay at the Seven Suites this week! Very nice room with everything that we needed. Comfortable large bed, nice balcony, nice bathroom. Helpfull staff at the reception in the morning. At other times you can always contact them with WhatsApp and they answer fast. Busstop is in the same street and metro/trainstation within 5-10 minutes walking. Breakfast was in the bakery next door. It was not really our thing but thats a matter of taste 😀 Overall we would absolutely recommend this B&B!!
