十七门重庆老火锅 Seventeen Hot Pot

We had a really good time at Seventeen Hot Pot. We had not been to a Hot Pot restaurant before but our waitress was very helpful, not only in recommending things, but also helping us know to order our soup bases first so they could come and get warm while we ordered other items. They had easy to use tablets at the tables to facilitate ordering. We really enjoyed the salad and dipping sauce bar. It was fun to make your own dipping sauces, and the salad choices were generally good. All our choices for cooking were very good. Best of these were the Beef Tower, the hand-made noodles, and the dumplings. I really enjoyed the pork as it was thinly sliced pork belly. Overall, we would definitely go back. Great service and great food.

Can't beat hot pots in general, but this place is superior. I actually took photos, because you get a lot. This is the lunch special from 11 am to 4 pm M-F. Great food, a buffet salad bar with a sauce bar to boot! Wear a cloth apron if you need to protect your clothes, as they offer them. I'm coming back next week with my friends. Great presentation of dishes.

We had a friends birthday here with 10 people total. This is a fantastic way to have an immersive and fun cooking experience with a group of people and plenty of food options to meet everyones needs. Recommendations include the Tom Yum broth (my favorite), shrimp balls, dumplings, and ensuring you following the original dipping sauce recipe on their sauce bar as it is out of this world!!

Seated right away, clean environment, fast service. Our first time there with great instruction as how to order hot pot. Food was delicious. We will come again.

A newer hot pot place in town. We waited for the buzz to settle down before coming. We came on a weeknight and didn't have to wait for a table. The service was attentive and quick, which is a positive. The interior was pretty spacious, and they have extra table trays for your food order. I really enjoyed their bone marrow broth and the Tom Yum one out of the for that we chose. The meat quality and veggies were great. They also have side items that you can order in addition to the hot pot items. We ordered some lamb skewers, and to my surprised, it wasn't as gamey as I thought it would be. They also have some tasty shaved ice that you can order for dessert, which I can see myself coming to just order.

I love the spicy broth! I’m not very good at eating spicy but I can easily adopt the less spicy flavor! One meter lamb comes along great with it! Mango ice is must try! Amazing taste to finish the meal!

We came as a party of three on a Thursday evening and the restaurant was over half full with no wait time. We ordered the 8 delicacies and the golden beef and wagyu combo with a few vegetable and tofu sides. We had the numbing broth, Tom yum broth, mushroom broth and bone marrow broth. All were delicious and there not a bad bite in anything that we had. The broths were not overly salty which made the dipping sauces and sides more palatable. My expectations were far exceeded. I enjoyed the sauce bar and the refreshing desserts. We wished the sides were labeled at the “salad bar”. Overall, a great evening. I look forward to coming back soon.

We would come back! The restaurant was very clean. The food was very fresh and it came out so quickly after putting in our order. We came on a weekday during lunch, and there was no wait. We were kind of surprised about the herbal broth being our favorite broth! You also get a free ice cream/popsicle on your way out. It was a perfect way to cool down after hot pot.
