Nestled in the heart of downtown Seward, just a stone’s throw from the Alaska SeaLife Center, Seward Brewing Company combines a love for high-quality craft beer with an inventive culinary flair. Open seasonally from May to September, this two-story brewpub offers not just beer but a complete dining experience, all while soaking in views of Resurrection Bay and the charming streets of Seward. We were drawn to their exceptional beer menu, with the standout favorite being White Fang, a delightful hefeweizen. This beer’s sweet, light banana and clove notes are perfectly balanced, making it a refreshing choice whether you’re basking in the summer sun or pairing it with one of their creative dishes. Speaking of pairings, it complemented my Send Noods cold noodle bowl—an addictive blend of chilled noodles, fresh veggies, and tender chicken. Andrew, of course, went for the Hot Chicken, their twist on Nashville hot chicken, which came with just the right level of heat to keep things interesting. Locals rave about the That Pho’king Sando and Bao Down Asian tacos served in fluffy steamed buns, rounding out a menu that’s anything but ordinary. Seward Brewing’s passion for crafting not only beers but also unique dishes is apparent. From the friendly, knowledgeable beertenders to the warm, inviting atmosphere, it’s no wonder this place is a favorite among locals and visitors alike. Whether you’re here for the brews, the bites, or the bay views, Seward Brewing Company delivers an unforgettable experience in the wild beauty of Alaska.

Google
Great brewery with lots of choices on tap. Stopped by the day after they opened so while the selection was limited it was still plentiful. Had the hot chicken sandwich, which was highly recommended and while not that "hot" it was very fresh and filling. Awesome service in a friendly atmosphere.

Google
Beers were solid but limited (they just opened) and the inside is very nice. Had the pizza, was pretty good, and the staff were friendly. They are brand new (as of may 2025) so I am sure within a few weeks they’ll have all the normal kinks worked out and more beers they’ll be even better.

NOTE: They are currently closed for the season. They will be reopening in May 2023. Seward Brewing Company has to be probably my second favorite restaurant in town. We got food from quite a few places in Seward when we were in town back in June 2022, but SBC is probably my second favorite out of all the ones we tried. The overall vibe of the restaurant is gorgeous and modern. 2 floors of seating so they can accommodate a lot of people. The service was super friendly! Our waitress was very attentive to us, gave great menu suggestions since we were new people to town, and had a great attitude! As for the food, I got the Regular Rudy pizza and it was amazing! The crust is crispy and the toppings are crazy hot and fresh! Overall, if you ever make it out to Seward in the summer time, hit up this place! Great food, service, and beer lists! I’ll definitely come back here the next time I make it out to Alaska.

Google
Service was great, seating for 9 was very quick. Food was good but not what we were expecting. I think the menu and pics we saw online were quite old. Will be attaching some updated photos with this review to help future guests. Added bonus being so close to the Sea Life center!

Google
Amazing boa bun taco’s, absolutely delicious. The chicken was moist and tasty, not spicy at all, just seasoned. The El Perro Lager & TK-421 Imperial Milk Stout work definitely delicious. I would drink them again but definitely come back for the SBC Root Beer. Cozy decor with some interesting artwork, which we enjoyed. 5 Stars to this point. Now for the removal of one star, which I hate to do, but…the server was friendly but not worth the 20% gratuity on the bill she did NOT inform us of. My wife hates this, uninformed and lack of communication. We live in a tourist town as well, so we know how it works. But come on, just mention it. Hence the removal of one star

Stopped in for drinks after we had an 8.5 hour boat tour. We just had two drinks and service was amazing from guy bartender.. Bartender super friendly and helpful as i am not a beer drinker. Prices were amazing.

We were really looking forward to visiting after a long day of traveling. But we were “greeted” by very unpleasant ladies who looked annoyed and 30 minutes before closing time they told us we had to wait 15 minutes for a table even though there were plenty of empty tables. So far we have experienced nothing else during our travels in Alaska. NEVER AGAIN!

Yelp
Lucky enough to visit the last day they were open for the 2024 season. Enjoyed the Sauvy B "ky"PA and It is what it is berry Ale. Didn't get to stock up on the merch as it was all out of stock

Olivia C.

Yelp
Service was extremely slow and food was mediocre at best. Beer list said $7.50 plus more for specialties and then we were charged $12 for an 8 oz. beer with no warning that was the price. We waited 20 minutes for our waters & beer, then ordered a pizza and a burger. The burger was about the level of an In-and-out burger and the pizza was nearly half crust and thin on the toppings. When the check came, we asked about having the beer price adjusted to what we'd seen listed and was told we would have to speak to a manager. After waiting 10 minutes with no manager in sight we left cash for the bill and left - no more our wasting time. I know this is a tourist town but find a better option.

Yelp
After sightseeing all day, Seward Brewing was a fun option for an early dinner. It's right near the aquarium, so a perfect choice after our visit there. Free street parking and nearby cute shops you can also explore. We got there around 4:30, so were seated right away. I ordered what I think was called the "No Bones" vegan plate. Roasted cauliflower with hummus and greens. Very innovative flavors. Cool decor and fun vibes. It was getting packed after 5 so I'm glad we arrived early enough to avoid the wait. Solid choice for non-touristy dining in Seward.

Yelp
I think this is the best pizza I've ever had. And I don't say that loosely. in fact before I put my review in, I took an evening to think about it and I slept on it to think about all the pizza I've eaten and when I woke up, I decided that that was the best pizza and I ever had

Jon T.

Yelp
To our surprise, Seward Brewing delivered some of our favorite food in Seward, with friendly service and a beautiful view near the water. We stopped by in September on a Thursday evening, and got seated right away on the second floor. We sampled a few dishes and ordered a flight of beer. - A Pretzel ($14) - We originally ordered this as a comfort food, but man - this might be the tastiest pretzel we've had. Perfectly browned and adorned with salt, every bite was doughy heaven, paired with the creamy beer cheese. - Send Noods ($20) - An umami bomb of flavor with the comfort of udon noodles. This was an asian flavor sensation of chili-garlic noodles and veggies. We didn't expect to find such good fusion down here. - Side of the Day ($6) - We got a mediterranean farro dish, unfortunately I don't remember the name. Another lovely fusion flavor burst with fresh vegetables and grains. - Flight ($13) Shockingly, the beer was the biggest shortcoming. Don't get me wrong, each was unique and fun, but the brewers have a clear focus on SWEET. The stout, seltzer, Saison, and Razberry smash were all very sweet. I did enjoy the Razberry the most, and the seltzer the least. The milk stout was also nice, with the most bitter profile of the flight. It would have been nice to have a clean lager or malty red, just something to break up the sweet, sweet, sweet. To be fair, there is a 49th State lager, but I'm here to try the Seward Brewing brews. Loved the meal and would come back. Just temper expectations if sweet beers aren't your thing. If they are, this might be your home.

Julie T.

Yelp
I had gone here in September with a good friend and love the layout. The beer was tasty and they have a lovely gose. Lots of open seating and I loved their merch. Gorgeous stickers. Highly recommend as it is in a very good location for lodging, harbor services and shops.

Bruce M.

Yelp
A revelation for a smaller town's brewco. We try nearly every brewco where we travel and this Seward's visit was exemplary of brew masters knowing their stuff. Eight taps (taps heads are designed/produced by local artisans) hit every flavor: pilsner blonde ale-ish, two distinctly different IPAs, a super delicious chocolate stout = every sample was novel and very satisfying. Highly recommend you beer advocates to stop in. And barkeep was a great guy.

Ryan R.

Yelp
Big open space w cool decorations. The beers were good and the Pho King sandwich l I got was so dang good. Our server was very professional and attentive.

Nathan B.

Yelp
The QR codes in the menu, lead you to beer and wine, and the special. A few notes: - the boards with their beer lists are either wrong or don't include everything they have on tap. They are certainly rustic and cool, but not operational. -the kimchi side is okay. -There is canned beer to go. I should have asked if they can fill growlers too. Food: Overall, I'd say we were happy with the food. It was tasty and filling The lack of sides is a little weird. I hate to be that person who says, "the prices were unreasonable" but I think the prices feel a bit more cumbersome or outrageous when you realize it is only for the sandwich or the burger. A side of some sort would have made me feel I was getting more for my money, you know? When I do a cursory search of burgers at other restaurants (49th State, Simon and Seaforts), they are all under the price of SBC and they include a side. Even the one restaurant in Seward with burgers on their menu had all their burgers and sandwiches at a cheaper price (with a side). Service: This was also a little weird. We were one of the first tables to be seated, but our server was never really the same person. It was as if we were being shared between two servers and then a kitchen person who ran out our food. This meant the extra sides we wanted to ask about or a refill on drink took quite a bit longer than it was taking the two tables on either side of us. I won't be rushing back toe SBC, but I will have to give it another chance in the future. Maybe order a couple sandwiches and a side of fries to share next time?

Aaron B.

Yelp
Service is always good here, and they always have new interesting beers . I feel that the food quality and options haven't been as impressive as recent years have been. They got rid of the beloved wonton nachos which I looked forward to everytime I came to Seward. The food options are solid, but also feel a bit scattered in theme.

Randy R.

Yelp
This is a 3 star at best. Chicken sandwich was over fried as it was very dark. Their White Fang Hefe can't be a Hefenweizen. I have never seen a Hefenweizen you could see thru. When I questioned the bartender if it was a Hefenweizen, he said yes. Then I asked if they filter theirs, and he said yes. That makes it taste like a generic beer, not a Hefenweizen. It should be renamed to White Fang Beer. Our server was excellent. They could step up their food game.

Yelp
A cool little spot in the downtown Seward area that was fun to visit. I'm glad we checked it out, but there was nothing about it that really stood out. We stopped by after a hike and were pretty hungry and ready for a beer. They have a small but pretty diverse and unique menu, with some interesting options. They currently have about 7 beers on draft. I got their Razpop seltzer and after the first couple of sips, I didn't have much interest in finishing it. I personally didn't love the taste of it - it had a bit of an earthy taste to it that I had a hard time describing. I didn't really taste much of the raspberry which I assumed would be a stronger flavor. I got their house veggie burger which was very beet forward in flavor. It had black beans, beets, and maybe sweet potatoes? I've never had a veggie burger like it! It was pretty good, but again not my favorite. It left more to be desired in flavor. I love a pretzel bun, which is was it was served on! The French fries stole the show! We ate them so fast - they were deliciously crispy and cooked to perfection. Definitely be sure to get those as a side! All of their burgers and sandwiches come a la carte, so you have to order their sides in addition to the entree.

Cin W.

Yelp
Fast uber friendly service, Tevin was our server and so personable and kind. We had the spicy chicken and the tavern burger, both very good! Would eat here again! Doors opened at 5 and they filled up quickly.

Jeff M.

Yelp
Great service. Sit in the bar to avoid the wait. Tasty seafood from apps to main course

Brennan K.

Yelp
I struggle with this spot. I want to love them more than I do. I think they have a great appetizer selection and would be happy to just eat those. The mains are less than desirable in my mind, especially given the price. It's pretty standard bar fair just with a bigger price tag. The beer selection is good, good homemade root beer as well for the N/A fair and decent service. As someone from anchorage i recognize it's hard to staff in the small towns especially during the busy summer tourist season. They did a great job considering how busy things got, but we are glad we got in early to beat the crowds.

Angie G.

Yelp
Slow service and rude hostess. Didn't get food here but looked at menu and nothing stood out. Beers were below average. Better places to spend your time and money.

Joseph W.

Yelp
This was our favorite place in Seward, the pizza was excellent and my Pho Sandwich was creative and amazing. Our waiter was excellent, we'll definitely be back.

Alia G.

Yelp
After our adventures of ziplining, we were thirsty (for a beer) and hungry! Thankfully, our zipline driver was kind enough to drop us off here. SBC doesn't open til 3pm. We got here at like 2:55pm. There was a crowd of about 14-18 people milling outside. They opened a few minutes later and sat most of the folks immediately. And then asked us and the others behind us to wait a few minutes so that staff had time take drink orders and get the first guests settled. It really didn't take long and we were quickly sat within a few minutes. The point of this is..... This place is hopping and not just at a typical Happy Hour time or Dinner time. Everyone seemed to have the same idea we did... eat a late lunch. The Summer Ale was light and refreshing and you could easily put a few of those down quickly. Be careful there. The Red Ale was not heavy, bitter nor overly hoppy. It had a nice, pleasant flavor and finished with a hint of caramel. Pretty much why I'm partial to red ales.... I like a little body but I don't like hops or bitterness. Both of our meals were very good. I opted for the Side of the Day which was a homemade pasta salad with my Pho King Sandwich. This sandwich was heavy on the bread side of things so I didn't really eat the bread...just the greens and proteins and dug into the pasta salad. The wagyu burger was spectacular. Highly recommend. Really, how do you go wrong with wagyu? You don't. You wouldn't know this place is short staffed. All the folks working were 'on it!' We were in and out within an hour. Plenty of time for us to then do a bit of shopping and then walk the shoreline trail to the other end of town to catch our shuttle back to the Windsong.

Yelp
My family just visited a Seward's brewery called Seward Brewing Company and whenever you have one local brewery in a small town; I get very excited because there's something about the essence of a local brewery that calls out for a small town. This brewery was the exact representation of that! It was on the Main Street of the town, with a warm inviting atmosphere that draws you to the wooden hostess front desk right next to the metal Fermentation vessels with a smell of malt that is getting you excited to taste what the small brewery had to offer. For me, my favorite breweries, are the breweries that have incredible beer and food! Not only was the beer and food great, but there was also a family atmosphere and my kids had a great time as well(they loved the pizza). The staff was very nice, friendly and the service was excellent! They didn't have too many beers on tap but most important they hit every category of beer and all of it was on point and very well done. Overall I give the Seward Brewery a 5 out of 5 stars! Two summers in a row and this brewery is jumping up on the Alaska brewery list to number 4! Hats off to the brewmaster here! The haole punch - dipa 2023 limited release staff collaborate is hazy, perfect amount of hops, fruity and balanced so well. This beer gets the hazy award of the year! Well done, hands down my favorite restaurant in Seward!

Rick T.

Yelp
8 brews on tap today...went with the "Just Beer". A delicious pint!!! Only 4.7% with such a pretty color to it. My son went with the more potent "Juicy Swell IPA" at 6.5%. Wood fired pizza available which looked great. Snow boards and a modern mix of tunes throughout.

Kayla M.

Yelp
I usually love it here when I visit, haven't had a group of 6 until yesterday. I noticed the auto gratuity for groups of 6 or more on the menu. But I was pretty disappointed with service and being slapped with auto grat. 3 were kids that didn't get drinks, 2 adults didn't get drinks, the 3 kids shared one pizza. Water was only refilled when we asked. The menu items are typical costal town prices which racks up a bill fast. So to say I need to tip $22 on a few plates and a cider. Meh

Regan J.

Yelp
Love this place!!! Food is pricey but not for the area. I recommend the spicy chicken sandwich. They have a bunch of interesting drinks. I recommend the Sauvey B. All the staff I have interacted with have been super friendly. The menu has a good variety. Cool atmosphere. Try to sit upstairs, great view! My friend described it as clean and classy!

Mark H.

Yelp
I fully get AK tourism related businesses only have 2-3 months to cover their annual overhead and therefore must charge more than elsewhere. HOWEVER, Seward Brewery is totally taking the piss with their $24 so called "14 inch" pizza. There was near zero sauce and cheese and was more than half dough/crust. This is not isolated as it was true of all three pies delivered to our table. I reconstructed the crust for the photo and to show to the waiter who was pretty much a no show at our table for when he would inevitably return. When I expressed my unhappiness there was a barely perceptible "sorry" and that was it. No further comment on the matter acting as if our exchange never happened. The waiter could not have cared less. No di minimis adjustment to the bill, no comp of anything to our table like a coke or an offer of even a coffee on the house. No - he just ignored what I said and waited for his tip. I rarely write negative reviews but the pie and the indifferent attitude has really pissed me off. My recommendation is that everyone should AVOID SEWARD BREWERY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE. Consider the Flamingo Lounge which was absolutely great. Or, if you really want pizza in downtown, go to Apollo.

Debbie S.

Yelp
We enjoyed the food and it didn't break the bank! Excellent service. The abundant fries were so crispy and tasty. The chicken sandwich was moist and cooked perfectly. The kimchi was very good. The poke tacos were okay. The view from upstairs is spectacular on a clear day.

Lily F.

Yelp
Great place in town! We stopped by for dinner and weren't disappointed. The hostess were wonderful as well as our server, Virginia. I order the Mango Cider and it was one of the best ciders I've ever tasted! My sis-in-law ordered the Raspberry Seltzer and Virginia warned her that some people either really liked it or didn't at all and offered her a sample to try first but she ended up really enjoying it! My brother ordered the pale ale and the IPA on tap and wasn't wowed by either but still drank them. We ordered the fish tacos, fish sandwich and hot chicken sandwich and loved them all. We also order a pizza to go and ate it back at our hotel, not the best pizza in the world but did the trick to fill us up. Overall a great experience and wish we had more time in Seward to revisit.

Sean J.

Yelp
How this places doesn't get a 4+ star review I don't know. The burger is amazing, the bao bun special was excellent, and the pizza... damn was it good. The service and ambiance was on par if not better than most mid to high end establishments. Also, let's not forget about the beer... also great.

Heather M.

Yelp
We stopped in right at opening for an early dinner, and were able to sit upstairs - I highly recommend this since it has a beautiful view of the bay! Our waiter Kevin was very nice and attentive! We got a couple of beers that were good, the chicken sandwich, pho sandwich, and an order of fries to split (since not included with sandwiches). The chicken sandwich was phenomenal and my mom said the pho sandwich was one of the best she's every had! We enjoyed and savored every bite and were sad they were closed the next day (or we definitely would've gone back)! We loved our food and would definitely recommend this spot!

Lamar G.

Yelp
I thought these guys did a great job with their story, homemade root beer (best I've had), and they also make a pretty solid fish track here. The restaurant atmosphere was also very nice.

Eric B.

Yelp
I'm a huge fan of the Brewpub restaurant model. Maybe it's a throwback to when my parents had dinner at neighborhood bars in the Midwest. Gayle usually goes along with it, but will clearly let me know what alternative we missed by me making this choice. In this case, the roles were reversed as we first tried for a bar seat at the nearby Cookery, but even she was unwilling to endure a 2.5 hour wait. So off toe Seward Brewing Company we went. We waited a reasonable 15-20 minutes before we were seated and were taken care of by a very nice and chatty wait person. She not only took our order, but gave us a reasonably concise overview of things to do in Seward and her previous work experience on the Alaska Railroad. Gayle is primarily a wine person, but Imperial Stout is always a favorite. My choice was the Rockfish Red. Gayle chose "The Burger" (with salad), while I went for "That Pho-King Sandwich" (with fries that Gayle picks off), which is a burnt ends brisket sandwich. All was good, delicious, and a nice time out.

Mehdi A.

Yelp
Food was amazing for a brewery. More than just basic brewing options they offered a yam & black bean wheat berry salad as special which was really good. I also ordered hot chicken which was pretty great. Definitely suggest this place of you are in Seward.

Dixie D.

Yelp
Unreasonably Expensive & Arrogant Customer Service Some Great beer or so I hear. The place looks so modern and inviting. The front doors are simply stunning. However - nothing else is. The menu is very limited and it is hard to get past the prices. The product is not at all special or tasty. My pizza was gummy in the middle with toppings barely recognizable. As I walked in there was a small sign off to the side & a little behind the front counter. It said "Wait to be Seated". But after a few minutes and checks of the old Apple Watch to check my blood oxygen (nothing else to do) I went in search of a staff person. After all, they had only been open 20 minutes - should have wait staff available I reasoned. Wrong. Then a host came literally charging past me to a large party coming threw the front door in back of me. I spun around to try to get the charging persons attention. The lead person coming threw the door pointed to me and said " I think she was here first" to which the charging person looked around, saw me and my friend standing there - told us "'Someone will be with you in a moment". Then gathered the party of 10 together, led them right past us, (never even excusing herself), and up the stairs. My friend wanted to leave but I wanted to stay so I could do a review on more than the front door and hostess. A new person did immediately appear to search her book and then seated us. Our waiter was in a hurry but did suggest a nice beer. It was not that memorable but decent. My friend got a dark beer and enjoyed it. All in all not an experience I would want to pay for again.

Shikha H.

Yelp
Great location and views! Tried their flight but only liked the milk stout. The tacos weren't as flavorful and felt dry. The fish burger was still better than the tacos. The place didn't live up to the expectations considering the number of reviews.

Debra B.

Yelp
I had a great experience. Walked in to a friendly hostess who seated us. The server was helpful and knowledgeable on the beer. We had 2 flights. They were all really good. We ordered apps to share such were also really good. The view is excellent. I would recommend. People were hanging out playing games.

Carmen B.

Yelp
Camping by the bay. Rain is no problem when there's a good brew nearby. Nice IPA. Intriguing menu. Friendly, classy service.

Paul J.

Yelp
This is a modern well-run and very cool concept brewery. But the problem is the beer doesn't match all the razzmatazz. We got a flight of all the beers they offer and the pail was okay and everything else was so so to some of them were kind of ew. We got a loaded fry appetizer with an egg on it and for the price they're just wasn't enough fries as well as it made the presentation look weird on the big tray with only 40% of it covered. The green salad was okay. The beer pretzel with the everything bagel seasoning on it was quite the highlight. If you like a beer pretzel definitely try that at this place. The bathrooms were in great shape and there's plenty of parking out front.

Kellie L.

Yelp
Really good place for a beer or seltzer and some food! We had the seltzer and it was very refreshing. The side salad was delicious and our entrees were amazing. We sat at the bar and had great service and views of the whole restaurant. Would definitely come back

Kendall C.

Yelp
Nice views. Food was good. Inside is nice and spacious. Staff was all nice but took some time to get the food

Douglas D.

Yelp
Good beer. Good food. Good service. Crabby Mac was generous with the crab. Tasty. Liked the beer. Especially the TK421-Imperial Stout.

Isha J.

Yelp
Slightly confusing when we talked in because their pizza menu is just for upstairs and their pub menu is just for downstairs, even though it's all a part of the same brewery. I was with a larger party that wanted something from different menus, so having them both offered at each level would have been great. Regardless, service was really nice. We had the fish tacos, salmon sandwich, and veggie gobetti. I would recommend the Appalanche Cider as well - it was really good.

Sam K.

Yelp
Great brews and we shared the nightly special side and salmon burger. It was very well prepared and delicious. This place was recommended by our host at the lodge. Brewery was full but no wait for a table. Service was prompt and very good.

J C.

Yelp
Breweries and kind of my thing, and I visit the local brewery whenever I travel. Really liked this place. The beers were good. Honestly whoever names the beers deserves a medal (looking at you TK421). The food was great after a long day. Had the Brisket Pho which was reaaallly good. If they added some pickled veg and some jalapeños it would be epic! Would highly recommend!

Carrie G.

Yelp
We stopped here while in Seward camping for the weekend. There was a line wrapped around the building when they first opened- I think it was 3pm on Saturday. They are very popular. We got seated at the bar and didn't have to wait long. The bar tender was just non stop pouring and pouring and checking in on everyone at the bar. We got a flight to try different ones but they have pre made flights- only the right side of the menu you could get one. Why? Most places you pick what you want it's not that hard. They also had some attitude on their menu kind of sassy vibes. I feel like half craft breweries in Alaska have a big ego and the other half do the same good job just nicer. Idk if that makes sense lol food was good and different than what you'd normally see at a brewery.

Colonel P.

Yelp
This place has the feel of a rather sanitary unauthentic "chain" restaurant trying to fit in with a small alaskan tourist town that prides itself on authenticity. One of the biggest restaurants in town with so-so beer and so-so food. But it's clean and certainly not anything like some of the more salty drinking establishments on 4th Street. Basically a McDonalds of microbreweries where tourists will feel safe - and some will even believe it's authentic Alaskan.

Joy L.

Yelp
Great ambiance, mediocre food. Read the menu and it sounds like its going to be amazing... but when they actually put the food in front of you, it pretty much all tastes the same. The pretzel roll is indistinguishable from a regular roll, etc. The only thing that was notable, surprisingly, was the fries- they are outstanding. I'm not a fan of French fries... but their fries are really good, so dont pass them up. Their artisenal rootbeer is not good, it's very watery, so I would pass on that. The family says the burgers are also a pass. My Korean pulled pork was good, but the roll was gross, so I deconstructed it and focused on the meat. The meal was a toss up. I really wanted to eat at the Smoke Shack, but it was closed... This place, like so many places in Seward is about the setting. The food is overpriced. Get some beers so you can choke down the food and the bill I guess...

Katherine S.

Yelp
Cool little brewery spot. They have a variety of beers that are okay. Nothing really stood out to me (I got their flight). I had their basil pizza and my husband got their fried chicken sandwich, and I totally wish I would've gotten what he ordered. I tried a bite of his and it was delicious. Not too much batter, and the chicken was perfectly juicy. Their pickles are also house made and sweet and spicy. Now for my pizza, I definitely feel like it wasn't worth the price. I got the basil pizza and it literally had 4 or 5 pieces of basil on it. For 17$ I was unimpressed. Do: order the fried chicken sandwich Don't: order the pizza, over priced for what it is. Also, we had fantastic service. Our server was the sweetest and so helpful and accommodating. They were also following COVID-19 precautions excellently. Everyone wore a mask, didn't re-use menus, everything was really tidy and clean & not over crowded at tables.

Yelp
We stopped in for a quick drink after dinner. My husband got the flight and was specially surprised with a few seasonal brews. I was pleasantly surprised that they had wine, but it wasn't great. know, I got wine at a brewery so it's my fault. I just didn't want a cold beer Ambience is really cool. Might have to wait to get a table.

Yelp
I'm certain we had food at the campground but why make a backpacking meal when you can eat in town? Don't answer that... Anyway, I think the reality is we needed a cold brewski after our less-than-ideal kayaking tour with Miller's Landing and therefore we found ourselves at Seward Brewing Company in early July of 2019. I loved the aesthetics/environment in this brewery and the local decor. The beer was good and the service was great! Unfortunately I had my eyes on a dish I saw in some Yelp pictures but it seems as though the menu changes seasonally/yearly/who knows so that was a little disappointing. I got a salmon burger instead (pretty good) and my dad opted for a salad (weird, I know). Anyway, the prices were indicative of a tourist spot, I wish they were a bit more reasonable. Even so, this place got the job done and I would most likely dine and/or drink here again in the future.

Yelp
Food and service were excellent - we ordered the chicken sandwich and artichoke heart pizza and were blown away by how good it was! Server was super attentive and offered multiple samples of drinks ever though we showed up 8 mins before closing. Heartily recommend.

Yelp
Unfortunately pretty disappointed with their gluten free options (like much of Seward). We could only order salad and it costs a crazy amount to add meat to it ($14 for fish I believe). I would strongly recommend against this location if you need GF accommodations. Unlike many of the restaurants we visited, this one was fully staffed which was very appreciated.
