Okay, this place started off strong -- but the experience went downhill pretty quickly.
I placed my order around 1:00 PM, but my food wasn't ready until about 1:25. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with fries because it sounded good and quick. Meanwhile, the girls who ordered after me (wings, etc.) got their food first, so naturally, I started wondering why mine was taking so long.
One of the front ladies told me, "It's almost done." Five minutes later, another lady said the same thing. At that point, I was losing patience and almost made a smart remark.
Turns out, they made the wrong order for me. Instead of letting me know right away, they just kept me waiting without any follow up. If they had told me early on, I wouldn't have been upset -- I probably would've just taken the Philly sandwich and moved on. But instead, I was left standing there frustrated, watching everyone else get their food.
Honestly, I was ready to write this review without even tasting the food because I had already lost my appetite. But to be fair, I gave it a try -- and I don't recommend their Philly cheesesteak fries.
That said, I have had their calzone and pizza before, and those were good. So I'm not saying don't try this place -- they do have other tasty dishes.
I just hope their service improves. Communication is key. If a mistake happens, be upfront with your customers. Don't leave them thinking the service is terrible -- that's exactly how I felt. If this had been my first visit, I probably wouldn't have come back or recommended this place to anyone.
Reason for the two stars is poor communication and food I ordered was not good.
