We ordered a pepperoni pizza which had a good amount of cheese and the right amount of dough not too thin and not too thick. We also ordered the deep fried Oreos which were also good. The service was great the two young girls were very friendly and helpful. The inside of the restaurant was also very clean.

Discovered this place last week, have been driving by for years and finally realized what it was. Pizza is great and the service is great. Absolutely no complaints. I got the pesto and buffalo chicken pizza and both are fantastic

Been coming here since just after they opened last year. Always have the greatest service and super yummy food. Best white veggie pizza in town. Always crisp crust, never soggy even though its loaded with toppings. Love coming here for a work lunch or bringing my kids after school. Beautiful patio space and great ambiance. You don't want to miss this place!

The girls and I stopped into the new pizza shop. We had the garlic bread and it was delicious with a think crunchy bottom with lots of fresh garlic. We ordered cheese pizza and I tried the veggielicious. The crust is the star of the show, it’s so light and soft with a perfect crunch. The marina sauce has a hint of sweetness. Definitely our new favorite pizza in Riverside.

Incredible food. Ordered the veggie pizza,bbq chicken pizza and chicken Parmesan sandwich. My wife got a Philly cheese steak. Place is smaller but packs a punch in taste and overall satisfaction. Definitely would recommend

Called at 6:30pm to make a reservation at 7pm for 40 people..... FATIMA did amazing as well as all the employees. Food was delicious, service was phenomenal, facility super clean, atmosphere was perfect. Definitely will be coming back. Ty for being a great host and making us feel welcome Fatima

About time you opened! 😩 Worth the wait. Fresh dough and well cooked pizza, pasta, and calzone. My recommendation would be to make the pasta bowls *larger, you won’t lose money, noodles are cheap! That’s my hubby’s favorite food, but will pass on the $20 price for that size. Love the organic sodas! Overall the prices are a tad higher from other similar spots, but you offer beer, loyalty points, and a huge menu of options. Well done and welcome to the city.

SF Hole in the Wall Pizza is a great spot for a quick slice of pizza. The cheese pizza is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, just the way it should be. The place is small but clean, with a friendly cashier who makes you feel welcome. It’s also really close to the Hunter Park Metrolink a train station and UCR, making it perfect for students and anyone passing through. Definitely worth checking out!

Highly recommend visiting. their service was amazing their pizza was so delicious and their chicken wings can't wait to go back. Shout out to the staff keep up the good work.

Tried this pizza spot for the first time and I'm so glad I stopped in! I came in pretty late, close to their closing time, but the staff (Peyton, Ken, and David) didn't rush me at all. They were genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome, which I really appreciated. I loved that they offer pizza by the slice, perfect for a quick bite. The slices were savory, crunchy, and honestly way better than I expected for a late-night visit. You can tell they care about the quality. Overall, great service, great pizza, and a great first impression. I'll definitely be back!

Overall, This place has really good pizza. I've been here a couple times and it's yet to disappoint. The service is also good. I do think they're very pricey. $40 something for a large seems a bit too much. I was hoping to have an affordable lunch but that didn't happen. Only 3 toppings. Okay, this place started off strong -- but the experience went downhill pretty quickly. I placed my order around 1:00 PM, but my food wasn't ready until about 1:25. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with fries because it sounded good and quick. Meanwhile, the girls who ordered after me (wings, etc.) got their food first, so naturally, I started wondering why mine was taking so long. One of the front ladies told me, "It's almost done." Five minutes later, another lady said the same thing. At that point, I was losing patience and almost made a smart remark. Turns out, they made the wrong order for me. Instead of letting me know right away, they just kept me waiting without any follow up. If they had told me early on, I wouldn't have been upset -- I probably would've just taken the Philly sandwich and moved on. But instead, I was left standing there frustrated, watching everyone else get their food. Honestly, I was ready to write this review without even tasting the food because I had already lost my appetite. But to be fair, I gave it a try -- and I don't recommend their Philly cheesesteak fries. That said, I have had their calzone and pizza before, and those were good. So I'm not saying don't try this place -- they do have other tasty dishes. I just hope their service improves. Communication is key. If a mistake happens, be upfront with your customers. Don't leave them thinking the service is terrible -- that's exactly how I felt. If this had been my first visit, I probably wouldn't have come back or recommended this place to anyone. Reason for the two stars is poor communication and food I ordered was not good.

A co worker ordered her lunch here, had it delivered so I thought I would stop in and try it since it's new. I ordered two calzones, mozzarella, ricotta cheese, sausage and pepperoni plus 2 Caesar salads. I took a little longer than expected, their fryer was down; not sure why Italian sausage would be in a fryer. Nice sturdy cardboard pizza box, not soggy; appreciated that. Small, clean pioza joint. Beers and soft drinks available, large menu. Service was very good. When I cut into the calzone at home, a liquid cheese came out instead of stretchy cheese, hmmm. For $15, it should've been stuffed with pepperoni and sausage, maybe I should've ordered more ingredients. Wonderful flavors, a good marinara sauce. Salad was mixed greens and fresh with plenty of croutons. We might come back and try their other dishes which looked good.

This little spot is a hidden gem! Their staff is always very welcoming, providing service with a smile. The food is always fresh and so many choices of sliced pizza during the afternoon lunch rush. Their prices are rather reasonable, and portions are good for the price point. The location is small, yet still offers plenty of seating, wide screen TV .

They advertise NY-style, but it just didn't give me that true New York vibe. We walked in right during a small rush. The cooks looked a bit stressed, moving back and forth in a hectic rhythm, which made the atmosphere feel slightly chaotic. The pizza itself was good, but I left wanting more flavor and texture. Side note (because I notice these things): I spotted a dirty fork under the counter near the register. I also saw someone empty the trash and then immediately serve slices without washing their hands. One cook kept wiping sweat on their apron. Little things, but they stuck out to me. Overall, it's a decent local stop if you're nearby, but not a must-visit for me.

Food is overpriced and quality is garbage. Ordered a slice an a burger and came out to be $24. Never order the burger here. The burger took 30 mins to make and when it came out it was luke warm to cold. It tasted worse than it looked. Patty was chewy and tasted like it's been frozen for several years. Plus it had hair inside the patty which looked like pubic hair. For $15 dollar hamburger with no cheese and or fries is pretty outrageous.

Pizza by the slice and more, that's what this recent addition to the intersection of Spruce and Chicago brings. Occupying what was once the massive former location of Mario's Place, it's nice to have an Italian establishment reappear here. Inside there's a small dining area, and a display showing all the available pizzas by the slice, as well as pasta and other things prepared to order in the kitchen. My first visit was picking up pizzas to deliver, but i liked what I saw and ordered ahead online. Spaghetti and meatballs plus a slice of meat lovers, which was heated up and nicely boxed. The pasta was great great, too, and I got a second meal from that as leftovers. The slices are pretty hefty, and justify the $6-9 price range. Toppings are also excellent quality. The owners are very nice people and welcoming, I forgot to photograph the second visit items because I was so hungry, but I plan to keep working my way around the menu soon.

As a NY transplant, I'm always on the lookout for places that can recreate that East Coast flavor. This spot opened up recently and saw they sold NY style pizzas and slices. I took advantage of a DoorDash deal because why not save a few bucks? There's so much you can gauge about an establishment and quality just by their cheese pizza. It's simple and so delicious when done right and they got theirs right! It's got that NY taste. Thin crust that crisps up nicely on the outside but stays soft on the inside. Reheats really well in a frying pan! Also enjoyed their calzones. Included in the price is up to four toppings for the build your own. I added garlic, spinach, ricotta cheese and Italian sausage and it was delicious. Bonus points because they use pizza crust liners for their pizza boxes to help keep the pizzas fresh during transport which is a great touch!

I've only had the pizza, it was good. Large slices worth what you pay for. Definitely will be going back

Yummy pizza and great service! The bbq pizza was delicious! Our favorite was the garlic chicken wings! Homemade sauce is killer! The staff is upbeat and friendly. Pizza is more thin crust and we got three slices plus wings and 2 drinks. It can be pricey per slice it's was $59. I recommend but the whole pizza to make it count! But totally delicious!

Hello to all pizza lovers. I tried SF Hole in the Wall Pizza and the food and service was amazing! I got the pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, with green and red bell peppers pizza, and their bbq chicken and it was so delicious! The service was great and they were very helpful. They're a bit pricey, but if you have a few extra dollars to spend, I would definitely recommend SF Hole in the Wall.

Decided to try this place because I wasn't in the mood to cook dinner and figured the wait would be quick since the slices are already made. The restaurant does, in fact, live up to its name as it has a pretty quaint interior with only a few tables for dining in. You order at the counter and then they heat up each pizza slice in the oven before bringing it out to you. The pizzas are thin crust but each slice is pretty hefty--so much so that I couldn't finish my 2 slices. I ordered the cheese and veggielicious because those were the 2 only vegetarian options for slices. The veggielicious has a pesto sauce with spinach, feta, roasted peppers and basil. I much preferred it to the cheese pizza which I thought was pretty one dimensional and dry. It was missing that beloved cheese pull. The staff was really friendly and overall it satisfied my need for a quick bite that wasn't a drive thru, but I don't think it'll be my go-to place in the area for pizza.

If you're looking for a place for a quick bite to eat, SF Hole in the wall is the spot to go. It's located in a shopping plaza at the corner of Spruce and Chicago, next to a boba shop and Mundial coffee shop. I like that there's the option of outdoor and indoor seating. When you walk in, you notice the decor on the walls and sports teams caps. The tables and area is clean and we'll kept.The staff are friendly and welcoming and one of the staff there is also named Fatima too! Which I thought was cool. She is helpful and attentive to customers needs. They have a variety of options on their menu from salads to pastas, and you guessed it.... pizzas and more. I've tried their chicken pesto pizza and their regular cheese pizza. They have the right amount of crunch and are delicious. You can also order a whole pizza to go. They also have a self serving water station too. So if you're ever in the area and craving a slice of pizza or two, check out this local spot.

The pizza here is pretty good, nothing too much to write home about since it was quite expensive for a slice of pizza and there weren't any crazy specialty flavors. I think if they had specialty flavors available by the slice, this would be a great place for the price!

Great little spot close to my son's High School, North. We like to go here after school some days. Try the Aloha Hang Over slice! Friendly staff and chill ambiance. Great place!

Went to Hold in Wall Pizza joint, and I was excited as it was suppose to be a New York style Pizza Joint. The decorations was okay, but the tv was too loud and hard to have a conversation. We ordered the Large pizza with meat and vegetables. And it wasn't anything but a New York pizza nor was it any good. The pizza crust wasn't mid at best. The vegetables were undercook. And for 1 large pizza, and two drinks all for nearly $60.00 it was nothing but a disappointment

Came by today and Peyton took my order and helped me decide on the philly cheesesteak and talked me into upgrading to garlic fries and it was amazing. The other guy Kenny made sure my drink never ran out. 10/10

They promised we'd love it and they weren't wrong! Happy to have some delicious New York style pizza in Riverside. The pepperoni has the nice crispy edges, crust thin with a crisp also, extra points for the nice pizza boxes and the thing under the pizza to let the crust breathe. The pesto on the chicken pesto pizza was very tasty as well. This isn't budget pizza, you pay for the quality but it's worth it. Will be back!

The pizza is okay. Like a mall slice if they existed anymore. If it was a real pizza place they wouldn't have the conveyor style oven. Price was a bit high for a slice, but a decent size. $50 for a pizza? Can't see that price happening. Even the best pizza in the country isn't that price.

So my gf wanted some Costco pizza well unfortunately she forgot her card and we looked up other pizza places that sell pizza by the slice and we found this gem in the cut ! The service was a 10/10 it's a nice little quiet hole in the wall pizza place literally !!! The pizza was a 10/10 we had got 4 different slices all were great definitely will be back !

Over the phone I ordered a few spaghetti's and meatballs and sausage for pickup. Place was cool, very clean, staff was awesome. Got home and we dug into our dinners. First things first the spaghetti and meatballs were very good. Sauce was good, the meatballs were really good.. The only issue we had was, we thought that they forgot the sausage. We were looking in the bag, looking in the containers of spaghetti, saw nothing but meatballs, no sausage anywhere. But then I noticed that the little pieces of meat that I thought were part of the meat sauce were actually little pieces of sausage like you would put on a pizza. In all my years, I have never seen a spaghetti with sausage where they use the tiny little pieces of sausage that you would put on a pizza, I would never have ordered it if I knew that's what it was . Every single spaghetti and sausage that I have ever ordered in my entire life always has links of sausage.. so although that was disappointing, everything else was great. If management sees this, please bring in sausage links, you cannot sell spaghetti with sausage and put little pieces that you would use on the topping of the pizza in a spaghetti dish, it just doesn't work.. We will definitely Be back, the food was awesome just a strange way to do that dish.

Staff are super cool and the pizza here is soo good We got the Hangover Hawaiian and the bacon jalapeño on a Hawaiian pizza is next level. Pizza came out super soft, crispy and juicy Huge pizza for 43 bucks, 16 slices between the four of us, we were starving and couldn't even finish it- planning to come back for sure..

First time trying this spot out with the family. My daughter loved the pizza! And she is a picky eater. She said it was bomb.com. The pizza sauce was flavorful. The cheese was tasty. The wings were just as good! The music playing fit in perfectly. Definitely a good hole in the wall! My father in law thought their brew was a delight! A great find in Riverside!

Left new review on Google. I'm sad this keeps happening, there was such good structure and potential. In the end, standards are hard to upkeep. Goodbye.

Delicious Surprise discovered ! We stop today for a slice and were truly amazed once we tried their pizza because it is soooo good! I totally recommend the veggielicious pizza, husband loved margarita, and they also have pasta, calzones and beer! We live close by so we are their new regulars from now on. Keep it up

JUST LIKE NEW YORK Wow. I haven't had pizza like this since our last trip to Net York. 1) Service: The service was perfect. We got our food in a timely manner, and everyone was very friendly/inviting. The owner approached us once we were finishing up, we couldn't thank him enough for the delicious meal and service. 2) Pizza: YESSSSSSSSSSSS. Thin & crispy crust, perfect amount of topping with a whole bunch of cheese; With just enough sauce to bring all the flavors together. This is by far the best pizza in town. I will never go anywhere else. 3) Calzone: The dough wad perfectly fluffy on the inside with a beautiful golden crust on the outside. It was filled with a generous amount of toppings and ricotta! They paired this with a side of marinara that was to die for. 4) Wings: DON'T pass on the wings, they were amazing! They came with just enough sauce to get the job done, and additional sauce/ranch on the side. 5) Overall this was a pretty cool place. I really enjoyed being able to watch them make our food. All of the staff was on it, their work flow was perfect and the guy who took our order was very kind, and helpful. I would heavily recommend this place to anyone in the area. I loved the authenticity. I will be back 10/10.

I decided to order a burger instead of pizza thinking that a double cheeseburger would be satisfying. All I can say is that it was definitely worth it ! The owner Howard is a great guy and the staff is really nice. They have an outdoor area and they have events every Thursday ( Motorcycle Meet) The pizza by the slice has a lot of choices ! If you are looking for quality food instead of commercial pizza you should definitely try it !

First time getting pizza here! I ordered 3 different flavor and they're all soooo good! Veggie pizza, mushroom and pepperoni pizza, Aloha pizza I love the crunch of the bread! Definitely coming back! One of my favorite place now for Pizza! Worth it! The service and Ambiance is great. Great place to hangout!

Not only was the food absolutely delicious, service was outstanding. The owners go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy, taken care of and treated as though we are appreciated to be there. We got two calzones and a cheese pizza. The marinara sauce which can make or break a pizza was delicious. If you're looking to support a mom and pop shop, please go here. They deserve the support. You can taste the care through the food. Excellent service manager very attentive, it was close to closing 35 min til and we where taken care of. I highly recommend this pizza place. The pizza is very very good. We tried the calzone out of this world. The pasta was awesome also. We live close by and have found out new pizza place. The decor is nice and inviting! They have an outdoor set up also.

The place is clean and the services good friendly staff. The pizza however was nothing to write home about. I feel like it's kind of hard to screw up a pepperoni pizza it's kind of basic but $66 for two calzones and a pepperoni pizza that I don't even want to eat is a little excessive wasn't feeling it. I never thought I would say I should have went to Domino's but I should have went to Domino's

Took my family of 5 here and everyone was happy. Pizza by the slice is perfect for a family where everyone wants a different topping. I had the bbq chicken and it was perfect. Crust reminds me of NY pizza. My kids had the pepperoni and the Hawaiian - and they asked for more. We shared a macaroni and cheese which was also really well-made. Creamy and gooey. We tried the deep fried Oreos, and they are better than the ones from the fair. Service is great - really sweet girls taking orders who are happy to help. Also good beer selection, which is important for a pizza place. We live in OC and wish there was one closer. We will definitely be going anytime we are in the area.

What happened?? This was my go to pizza slice place for lunch, it was very good - something has changed. Lunch was soggy nothing great slice of pizza. Noticed different staff today 9/23/25 so maybe that's it? I hope they get back the quality they had before! Will give it one more shot then onto someplace else.

My Daughter and I decided to try this place. It was our first time coming here. The food and service were great and didn't disappoint. It's very nice inside, clean with lots of cool memorabilia to enjoy. I recommend giving this place a try.
