Shabro Hot Pot Shabu Shabu

Super clean and friendly service. AYCE Korean style hot pot with unlimited beef, pork, chicken, seafood and vegetables. The quality of the food is good. However I couldn’t get the right dipping sauce. All the sauces were either too sweet or too salty. I needed something more acidic and spicy. Lunch price is $16.99. Not cheap.

Yes, yes, yes to this hot pot!!! I’ve been to both the Shabro in Carrollton and now the newer one, and this one is significantly better. Not only is it clean, bright, just an all around better atmosphere, the broth seems like it taste better as well. Okay so lunch is $16.99 for certain meats, I think you can order number 4-7?? And dinner is $24.99, from the menu alone there’s not very many seafood selections but many meats! That doesn’t hurt my feelings though especially when the buffet has all the options you can think of! The only thing I wish they would’ve had here is these seafood balls with fillings in them (they have these at Manna Shabu)! But other than that, staff was great, and food was Delicious! Can’t beat this for an all you can eat buffet!

Loved it, my first time at a hot pot restaurant and can’t wait to go back. It’s like build your own ramen or Pho, that’s the only way I can think about it but, at the same time, so much more. The veggies were fresh, meats were fantastic and service was great. I’ll be coming back for sure!!

Service was good and the waitstaff was expedient. Meats were about what you'd expect. The place was super clean, had lots of space, and the location is convenient. You have 5 broth choices which is less than some places but not bad. Have been here 2x and would come again.

Authentic 🔥 hotpot! This place reminded me of the Chinese trip I had. Highly recommended! Good quality meat and you can of course get the broth more spicy. Very clean and we'll maintained

Love the concept, fresh raw ingredients you cook at your table individually and endless possibilities, All you can eat Japanese shabu shabu . Great atmosphere, clean, exceptional customer service. And it's BYOB!

Very bright and clean place. The service is good! Verity of soup bases, meet, seafood, veggies, ice cream. I recommend meat 2, 4, and 10. Compared with other shabu shabu hot pot place, $24.99 for dinner is totally worthy.

Great experience trying Shabu Shabu ... you get given a pot of soup that is put on heat on your table... you are allowed to take as many veggies and fish to boil and cook in the soup. Meat is limited and can be ordered... and have a fantastic time... great experience!
