I recently purchased a dozen and a half number two crabs from this place, and I was extremely disappointed. About 90% of the crabs were missing legs — and not just detached, but completely missing. The legs weren’t in the bag either; they were just not there at all. It felt like I paid for scraps, not whole crabs.
SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! This used to be a go-to spot, but the quality and care have clearly gone downhill. For the price and the trip, it’s just not worth it anymore. They need to step it up — customers deserve better than this. I won’t be returning unless there’s a major improvement.

Instead of deflecting responsibility, a more effective approach would be to sincerely acknowledge the concern and concentrate on ways to enhance the quality of the food and the overall customer experience.
As a paying customer, I anticipated not just a quality product but also a respectful and solution-oriented response. I hope you take this feedback to heart and view it as an opportunity to consider how your business can better serve its customers moving forward. I wish you the best.
