Had dinner with family tonight. Taste is ok ok types. Not wowsome. Prices were ok, not over priced. Couldn't taste soup as he said it will take 30 minutes. Begun with chicken majestic, it was good but not spicy. Then had Chicken Tikka Masala. Taste was good but not spicy enough. Butter naan was very good. Rumaali roti was also very nice & well baked. Then had Chicken Biryani Family pack. Portion was adequate for 3 to 4 persons. Chicken in the biryani was all like boiled, tasteless. Couple of dishes we served ourselves, no one bothered to serve. Cutlery was not already available, had to ask, the he gave only forks. Then I explicitly asked for spoons, then he brought spoons but I didn't use the as it was not clean and hygienic, dirt marks clearly visible all over the spoons. Washrooms ate not clean and not maintained good enough. AC was adequate only if you sit close to blowers. Parking can easily be gotten infront of the restaurant. Overall experience was ok but something that one could like to revisit again and again.

The portions are big. Good is just fine not all that great. The fastest selling item is Biriyani. Most orders are online. People do come dine in. They have a big list of items on the menu. Take out orders take time if you order non fast moving items depending on the time of the day.

Very busy place to find a seat. Need to wait atleast 15-30mins some times it may take more based on rush. They have separate sections for families and gents. Nothing much about the ambience it’s quite normal with full rush. We have ordered Chilli prawns, Tandoori Chicken, Family pack chicken Biryani. Chilli prawns were so tasty well cooked. It’s crispy and soft. Tandoori chicken piece was so tender and masala’s were perfectly balanced. And coming to biryani it’s so good. Easily sufficient for 4-6 people. Good quantity of rice and enough chicken pieces were there. But felt Dum was little bit less. And they give free rumali roti and egg curry for ordering family pack biryani. Service was very slow. They took so much to serve and also late response to us. Chilli prawns - 4.5/5 Tandoori Chicken - 4.3/5 Chicken Biryani - 4.7/5

Their biryani bursts into your mouth with a flurry of flavors! Their portion is good enough to binge on for 3 people from a single serving, and the quality of meat was also top class! For those loving the typical Hyderabadi flavor in biryani, this is it :)

If you’re looking for delicious biriyani at a great price, you can’t miss out on the mutton biriyani! It’s an absolute must-try that will tantalize your taste buds and have you coming back for more!

I tried mutton biryani and it was good. The biryani had the right amount of spiciness however the mutton pieces were small and the rice quantity was alot. Definitely a scope of improvement in service & ambience and hence deducting a star for it.

If you’re in Hyderabad and craving a hearty meal, Shah Ghouse is the place! The food was absolutely delicious—we had chicken kadai and naan, and the portions were huge, perfect for sharing. The place is always buzzing, so expect a crowd and a bit of a wait. But once you’re served, it’s totally worth it. Great flavors, generous servings, and real Hyderabadi vibes!
