Absolutely delicious and beautifully crafted ice cream sundaes. I tried the strawberry cheesecake sundae and it was amazing! It was huge! The staff were friendly too. We will definitely go back soon.

The absolute best hot chocolate and milk shakes I’ve ever had. Super underrated hidden gem in Columbus I recommend anyone visiting to try this place. Always great service and consistent quality throughout years. I will always be coming back!

I think I just ate half a bag of M&Ms even before getting to the INSIDE of my glass!!! These designer shakes were truly a work of art. We've been trying to get down here for years and finally made it. Cannot wait to bring family and friends for the decadent treat. Would also be a great after Prom kind of spot!! Made upon order made it fresh, the perfect thickness, tasty...and...interactive!! Go try one!! The only issue was parking; maybe the construction made it a tad challenging, but it was still worth it!!!

This was AMAZING!! I had the sweet and salty and it was PERFECT. Not only did it taste GREAT but it was truly a work of art and made me feel so special. Let me say… while the shake was everything I could have hoped for— the customer service was what truly made our day! Thank you.

Yesterday was my second time visiting and it was just as enjoyable as the first! Not only was my order delicious, the people truly make this cozy atmosphere welcoming. Knowing that the owner cares just as much about the beautiful works of culinary art he creates as the enjoyment that it brings his customer makes this place top tier. Great place for a birthday, date or just because. To put a cherry on your sundae top, the prices are very reasonable. Treat yourself to handmade greatness.

Such a great spot!!! We drove through Columbus today on our way to Indy and I was craving a vegan shake - so happy I found this place!! Our shakes were incredible and the customer service was amazing!! Cannot recommend enough 💯

I got the Cotten candy shake my sister got Ohio Blake out and my mom got the sweet and salty shake they are so good and family friendly. They are very nice people and no line when I was there the service is amazing.

I was feeling a need to nurse my sweet tooth so I had a shake delivered to my house at 8 pm with the hope that it all came in one piece. These particular shakes are better in person. The pictures were definitely accurate even though I got it delivered. My S'more Shake was delivered after 40 minutes and it was done with contactless delivery which would have been fine had I known what time my shake was delivered. The Yelp app might have a hand with that. I will check out the physical location when I have a free day. 4 Stars!

This dessert is also an entire meal, haha! Absolutely recommend sharing this with someone, but so so yummy.

This place BLEW US AWAY. The milkshake was fast, delicious, and well worth the price. We barely waited 5 minutes and the singular staff was friendly and efficient! The place itself is very cute and super vibey. perfect location near campus and easy parking too. Will be returning with my nieces and nephews!

So let me start off with saying these shakes are as good as the pictures lol. My friend and I were fascinated with all the new businesses around campus. We ordered some pizza from a block over and decided to explore while we wait. Shake No 8 just stood out for some reason so we looked up some information online and was blown away at what they sold and how good it looked! As we walked up to the door we were greeted by Said the owner. He was extremely nice from the moment we entered. He let us know we were his first customers of the day so I just knew we were in for a treat! He explained the coffee options which we definitely needed and some of the shakes. To be honest I was more distracted by the slideshow with different shakes. My friend ordered his shake and it seemed like a lot so I decided not to get one and that I'd share with him because I'm lactose intolerant. When I mentioned that to my friend Said pointed out his dairy free machine which makes dairy free ice cream. I'm not gunna lie I thought it wouldn't taste good but I was so wrong. After we got our delicious shakes we started to take pictures before we dug in. Said came over and talked to us for a while as we smiled and giggled at how tasty our shakes were. I can't wait to bring my family and friends to this gem!

We ventured out on a Friday night to find something sweet. We were pleasantly surprise to stumble upon this place. It's actually a cafe that serves artisanal coffee along with some great desserts. Staff was very kind and attentive. It was not too busy around 9pm on a Friday. Our server recommended their crepes (which were amazing btw). We also got their s'mores shake, which was average (just too sweet for me but hey! if you like sweeter dessert, this might be your drink.) 10/10 for the crepes perfect amount of filling and soft on the outside. Blissful with a dollop of ice cream on the side. It's definitely a great place try out if you are looking for desserts options outside ice creams in the ice cream capital of the country!

The service is incredible. The staff is so kind and very quick. Its a very nice modern place, the surroundings are nice. There was a water dispenser and you didn't have to pay for the water. The food was AMAZING. This is an amazing experience.

If you're looking for a fun date night spot, this is your place! One milkshake is enough for 2, or you can each get something different and try each other's! Lots of options, glorified milkshakes!

Super cute over-the-top milkshakes that are very Instagram worthy! There's a lot of places that have milkshakes, but do they have them as cute as this?

There's quite a few caveats to this review. 1. We got here at the right time (230pm on a Saturday) as some of the bad reviews complained about waiting, which we didn't have to do. 2. It ain't cheap. Be prepared to drop $10 for milkshake, but it's as much for the experience and the uniqueness of the shake as it is for the shake itself. 3. It ain't healthy. You will probably be mad at yourself but it's worth it. Not something I'd do every weekend but something unique to entertain family from out of townnor to shake up your dessert rotation. Milkshakes were solid, not life altering but a creamy thick milkshake. And the fancy decorative stuff on top of the Oreo shake is another $3 so be prepared.

FINALLY. There's finally a crazy milkshake place in Columbus. I've been waiting for this forever. I always see photos of these shakes but I never know where to get them. The shake was incredible. I went with Oreo supreme. It was very delicious. The only downside is covid-19. I walked in expecting a shake in a glass with fun decorations and very photogenic. What I got was a shake in a plastic cup. While it did have an oreo rim, it wasn't the cool crazy photo shake I expected. But it makes sense to do plastic and keep it simple during these times. I enjoyed the shake a lot. Definitely a bit pricey. I'll probably wait to comeback once covid is gone.

So, apparently, after delving into the reviews of this place, horrible customer service seems to be the main problem they were facing. However, they mist have changed staff or something, because when I went, there was only 1 person behind the counter and a help wanted poster on the door. He seemed so eager to have a customer and asked me all about my day, and was willing to explain the different menu options to me. The milkshake itself was just okay, but the 1 employee was so amiable that I give this place 4 stars. The place was barren, and given that the employee was just chilling outside the store before I came in, I think it is a safe bet to say that business wasn't going well. I hope that this business can do a little bit better because it seems that they have new, nicer employees.

Went here for to celebrate a friend's bday. Not too busy around 9pm. The staff was very nice and let us stay til closing. The milkshakes are really fun but overpriced. If you want all the fun toppings, the 16 oz milkshake is $13. The toppings are tasty but the milkshake itself could be a little thicker. This place has the potential to be really fun with a few tweaks!

We celebrated the first day of school here last night. It was an amazing experience! The man at the counter was so interactive and friendly- when he found out why we were there he said he would take care of us and boy did he! The milkshakes were GORGEOUS! The place is spotless which is impressive seeing as the milkshakes come dripping with frosting and candy. And they were as delicious as they looked. We will definitely return!

This is a sweet place to get fabulous shakes! When we have family from out of town I always take them here. The price a little steep but I cannot say it is not worth it or else I wouldn't keep going back. Lol!

The desserts here definitely look better than the way it tastes. I had the strawberry Nutella (not pictured) and didn't love the texture of the crepes. I felt as though it was undercooked, and not enough of fresh berries you'd want to balance the Nutella with. The milkshake was average, though the presentation was cute. A friend of mine ordered the Oreo crepes and as written on the menu, it said it would include (melted chocolate) but instead he was given Nutella. I wouldn't usually put up a fight about a mistake such as this, but my friend is allergic to nuts, and was excited to read that this did not included Nutella. When I asked the employees if "melted chocolate" meant "Nutella," they explained that they ran out of melted chocolate, so instead replaced it with Nutella. I understand mistakes, and replacing an ingredient that they no longer have to make the dish complete.... but because Nutella includes a major food allergen, they should have specify that. We were not offered a "remake" of that crepe. I don't think I'd be coming back again.

So I was a fan at first but after my recent visit to the restaurant, I'm starting to understand the whole bad customer service theme. So I live in Gahanna, so when I come out here it's a light trek. On one occasion, I showed up an hour and ten minutes before closing, only to be told that they were not going to serve me because they by the time they got to my shake it would be close to closing time. I was in the establishment, there were approximately 8 customers and 3 individuals behind the counter. You mean to tell me that I can't get a shake with those type of stats an hour and ten minutes prior to closing? More recently I was really at a loss for words. I'll tell you what happened, but before I do, let me share what I observed during a previous visit. During the pandemic, I came to this establishment one night to get a shake. While I was waiting for my turn to come up, a group of three individuals received their order. As they proceeded to walk to the table to take a picture, they fumbled the platter and dropped 2 of their drinks on the floor. The workers quickly jumped up and addressed them and told them they would remake their drinks. This time, I'm at the same establishment, but this time, I committed the fumble. When the server handed me my drinks, she gave me a tray with some whipped cream on the side. I didn't see it until I was in mid-step and saw it drop, and my foot slid on it just a smidge; that's all it took for one of my two shakes to fall to the floor. The owner asked begrudgedly if my son and I were okay. I said yes, and that was it. There was no "We'll make you another one" for me.

These shakes are amazing! The owner is extremely friendly and uses high quality ingredients. We went on a Friday afternoon and had a great experience. The kids were blown away at how detailed their shakes were and the adults were blown away at how delicious they were. You can tell it's not cheap ice cream! We will definitely go back!

Have been seeing people posting about it and was wondering what the hype is about. For $11, I feel it's not worth it as it taste like a normal mint milkshake. There's peppermint candy pieces in the milkshake too which I do not like. You can add $3 more to 'eight it up' to have the whipped cream and candy toppings. However, I would prefer if we have the option to customize and choose our own toppings as the chocolate mint shake only comes with more peppermint candy pieces and Andes chocolate.

The shakes are super expensive. They are $10.88 for a regular shake, and to upgrade to all the toppings is $13.88. The shakes are more cold flavored liquid than a milkshake. The line was super long. It took about 15+ minutes to get our order. We ordered regular shakes to go. The staff did upgrade our shakes to include all the toppings because of the wait. The upgrade was very nice. The toppings on the shakes are really cool looking, but the prices are not worth the shakes except for maybe a one time photo opportunity.

I recently took my very pregnant sister in law to get milkshakes because that's all she's been craving. Overall, it definitely met up to our expectations. The location is on the southern part of campus near gateway and parking isn't too bad. For some reason, I had in my mind that this place was large, but it reminded me of the size of a coffee shop with cafe style tables, comfier chairs if a table isn't your thing, and some outdoor seating with umbrellas. I would assume that most people that go here know what they are getting themselves into... overpriced and over the top milkshakes. I got the o' shake which had cookie dough and my SIL got the sweet n salty one. Just because we felt like going all out did we decide to get all the crazy toppings just to be fun but it does add a decent extra charge. I believe for both our milkshakes, I paid around $30 total which is my opinion is pricey. Milkshake can easily be split with someone if that's what you're wanting. I for sure could not finish mine. Just of note, if you sit inside, the milkshakes get put in one of the glass cups, however, on the patio, you can only have it in a clear plastic cup. Overall, did we have an enjoyable time? Yes. Were they the best milkshakes ever? Definitely not. I would only suggest to go if you're wanting the over the top experience. I'm honestly not sure if I will be back again, but I am glad that I did go.

Place was really good. Great customer service and great vibes inside with chill music and comfortable lounge area. People are only putting negative reviews because the wait is long and are mad they said they can't come in. Once you get over that the experience is worth the wait. Love it.

I tried Cotton Candy milkshake this time. When I got the milkshake, I was like wow it looked so cool! It had a strawberry flavor cotton candy, and a stick of sour candy on top. The milkshake was not overly sweet, and it was so fun to eat with other toppings together! Don't forget to order "shake it up" to upgrade your milkshake, have all these fun toppings on it!

My husband and I stopped here on a whim and were not disappointed. I tried the Smores shake w/ all the extras. I especially enjoyed that it wasn't too overwhelming. My husband wasn't feeling adventurous and went with the basic Strawberry shake. He said it was the best shake he's ever had.

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile now and so glad we finally did! I thought the only thing they sold was milkshakes but I was mistaken- lots of different fancy beverage options and some other snacks. We came for the shakes though, and finally settled on an Oreo one. With tip, one shake ended up being about $18, which is obviously quite pricey for a shake. However, I would say it did live up to the hype. The best touch was Oreo crème filling on the outside of the glass with Oreo and sprinkles smattered around. So freaking good. The shake itself was also quite good- the addition of whipped cream and Oreos and fudge really elevated the experience . Definitely bring a friend (or more) to split the shake with; teamwork makes the dream work. The staff was prompt and courteous and so kind to us even though we made a mess that could rival that of small children.

My favorite place for coffee in Columbus. Amazing ambiance and a great place to sit down and work. Owner is so nice and will always take care of anything you need. All the recipies are his own and my favorite is the Double Shot Creme Espresso. Try this place out!! You won't regret it.

WOW this place is a major hit in my book! My first visit wasn't planned - I was just wanting a milkshake and from somewhere a little more exciting than Dairy Queen. I randomly saw this one after searching for ice cream shops nearby. I am so glad I chose this one. It's very comfy inside - you walk in, and the entire atmosphere is just so inviting. The guys behind the counter greeted us right away and helped us understand the menu. We chose to do the Oreo shake and the coffee milkshake. There is an option to make your shake super fancy (I forget the name they call it - look for that option at the bottom of the menu on the wall!). Trust me, you are going to want to do this. Look at my picture and you'll see what I mean! The milkshakes look like works of art. Also - these milkshakes are what dreams are made of. They are SO TASTY! The flavor just smacks you right in the face and then kisses you on the forehead :) The oreo shake has a strong and rich cookies and cream taste, and the coffee milkshake has a very intense coffee flavor. I personally preferred the Oreo shake, but the coffee is also delicious. I can't wait to come back to try the other flavors!

The shakes are pretty good but it's the froof and Flaire that people come for. They are a bit over the top and pretty $$$ for what they are ($11+? For the fancy ones?) we got some simple shakes which were quite nice and cheaper. Not sure I'd come back but it was good. Have a few tables outside and dog friendly . Thanks

I've been waiting to try this place and finally got the chance tonight! It took us a second to find meter parking and walk there. We arrived around 910 (they close at 10) on a Thursday and waited in line for about 5 minutes . Which was fine because the menu has a lot of yummy sounding things and we had difficulty deciding. The aesthetic of the place is unique and fitting. We decided on the cotton candy milkshake and the Oreo supreme (cookies and cream) and we upgraded to the "eight it up". It regularly costs $10.88 and the eight it up upgrade was $3. When we went to find our seats we sat in the only available seats that weren't closed. They were these super comfy chairs facing high street. Unfortunately the dining area is small and with COVID restrictions half of there seating is blocked. Hopefully, they add some tables outside soon. It took a while for them to make the shakes. I had expected that from the reviews and made sure we weren't in a rush. Plus a good amount of work goes into these shakes so it's understandable. The cotton candy shake was delicious! It had cotton candy they made to order and it was the best cotton candy I've had. It also had sour candy on a skewer it was very good and not stale. The rim had icing with fruity pebbles stuck to it. Then there was whip cream with sprinkles and colorful candies on it. It was a pretty blue and didn't taste like the syrupy fake cotton candy flavors you get from other places. The Oreo supreme had a big Oreo wafer and two Oreo cookies in the whip cream. The rim had icing with Oreo crumbs and sprinkles. The icing rim on the Oreo shake was a lot thicker, so I couldn't eat all of it. After scraping a couple spoonfuls off I could feel a sugar headache coming on and had to stop. The shake itself tasted amazing . I love having quality shakes that don't taste like syrup! The size was a good amount (16 oz). When we were getting ready to leave they asked us how we liked it and thanked us for coming in. All the employees were very friendly. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. Overall, we really enjoyed this place and the experience that came along with it. This is not something I'd do regularly seeing as how it's expensive, but we want to come back and try other things. Also, the location being just south of OSU I have difficulty imagining very many broke college kids being able afford this and keeping the business open in the long run.

Waited for an hour in line outside of the store. Waited for another 25 minutes while inside. When we got out, someone asked, "Is it worth it?" I don't think. The shakes and crepes were pretty and OK delicious, as you can see in the pictures. But I don't think they're worth the wait and price. There are other options in Columbus with much better taste and price, and you don't have to wait for over an hour. I'm sure opening a store during the pandemic isn't easy, but management better sort out better staffing and customer service. From 12 noon until 2:30 pm on a Saturday, there were only 3 people working hard to complete orders.

I've been waiting to try Shake No Eight for awhile now and today was the day! My daughter got the cotton candy shake with all the extras. My son got the cookies and cream with all the extras. I went with the coffee shake with no extras, not even whip cream. They were fantastic! The staff was friendly and attentive. The space was very clean and tidy. Such a cool spot to visit if you're ever in Columbus. We will definitely be back!

Great presentation, service, and taste. Don't understand why people give poor reviews for wait or price. Just a business doing their best in the aftermath of a pandemic. Keep up the good work!

1. Most importantly, the shake wasn't even good. And was $14!!!! For about a 16oz cup of thin milkshake, whip cream, icing on the side of the cup, and 4 Andes mints stuck in it, and a few m&ms. They definitely shouldn't do the "eight it up" option for to-go orders because it was hard to hold with all the icing on the side while people are wearing gloves in the winter. 2. There's got to be a better system for ordering. Since they allow seating inside, only x amount of customers can be inside at a time. So sometimes, when it's your turn to order, you can't even go inside to order until someone that was sitting leaves. The line is often out the door and it's hard to see inside. There's no # limit posted on the doors to know when you can go inside. Often you'll go in and then get kicked out. No one is near the door to help you know when you can go inside to order. 3. The wait was very long for a mediocre product. I wouldn't mind the wait if it was Jeni's lol

Love this place but just don't go when they're 15min about to close LOL they'll give you attitude. Daren was really nice and he gave amazing costumer service but there was a girl there that gave me really bad attitude. And I get it it was about to close BUT I asked her if they were still serving and if it was ok to order and she said YES. If she would've said no I would've been ok and left no problem but why would you say yes and then give terrible costumer service, attitude and a half full drink. Smh. Anyway the milkshakes here are super, totally worth it.

I took 4 crazy 10 year old girls to this place and we had the best time! The owner was patient and gave everyone tastes of cookies and candy as he made the shakes. They were a little too wild for indoors but he was so kind. It was an excellent experience. They have been begging to go back. And we will!!

This place is amazing!! The attention to detail is fantastic and the interior of the store is beautiful. Freshest and most delicate cotton candy I've ever had and the owner showed how passionate he was about his job. Took the time to have a conversation with us about his dream and progress to perfect these milkshakes. Thank you!

This place is amazing! The latte was a perfect temperature and so smooth. The crepes are amazing and they taste amazing. I am so excited to have a local shop near OSU that has such amazing desserts and Silver Bridge Coffee.

OK so this place I seen on social media looked amazing ! BUT ..... The Place open at 12:00 we got there at 12:30 and the line was already out the door waited 40 min to get in once we placed our orders waited close to an HOUR standing up because no sitting was available and they don't let you leave once you place your order so once they call your name you go up there and get your shake ... we decided to get ours to go because of no sitting the shake was ok definitely over priced

I have to be honest, I feel like this place is overpriced and their advertisements are misleading. The milkshakes are already $10.88 but you don't get those beautiful creative candy coated glasses you see on their Instagram. No, for that you have to pay $15. For the basic shake all you get is the milkshake with whip cream and (in my case) an Andes mint on top. The milkshake tasted great but nowhere near being worth $11. I wouldn't recommend this place based on the pricing alone. If you're looking for a better option for these over the top milkshakes check out Odd Fodder in Perrysburg.

Perfect Instagram desserts. Was visiting from California and stopped here since we wanted a treat. Glad we did. Shakes were amazing.
