Great tasting burgers! These are smash burgers so don't expect big burgers. They were absolutely delicious! Everything is sold separately! Choices from burgers single pattie, double, and even triple patties! Fries are good and crunchy and also have cheesy fries with addons...the shakes looked so good, but was too full to try!

Food looks so much better than it taste. Meat is flavorless. Bread and vegetables are top notch. The kids loved the shakes. Lady friend felt they were a bit greasy. I like their locations. Trendy!

I've been SLEEPING on shake shack 😤 got the double stack Carolina bbq burger and it was DELICIOUS! Only giving 3 stars on sevice because my friend ordered a whole meal (shows on the receipt and everything) and they gave him just fries alone on the tray 🤣. My friend had to ask for his burger and then his shake.

Smoke Shack burger and fries. The burger was okay, not great. But the fries were good.

I stopped in for a bite to eat for lunch and Marlon was the cashier at the front. His attitude was great he was very pleasant. My food was ready in less than 10 minutes. It was hot and fresh. I just want to say thank you again for the great customer service. -Sammy

Great job by the staff but I think they are understaffed for the demand. Or they need to correct the waiting times in the app. I ordered and said the food was going to be ready from 7-12 minutes. Well it took 28. To me is important because when you are at work, this is wasted time on my limited lunch time.

This place knows how to cook! I'm able to say this burger is soooo yummy! 😋 I'm looking forward to my next visit. 🤤I had the link burger and fries. The burger was not too heavy. It was seasoned well. The fries are cut fresh and delicious! Go get you some of this yummy goodness! ☺️

Delicious food. In Love with the dining space and the interior of inside. They have many self checkout kiosks for ordering which makes is really helpful, and also the menu section is above the kiosks so we can take our time and peacefully order our food. Crispy crinkle cut fries are really delicious and also they have a veggie patty burger. Tiramisu shake is a must try. This is definitely a go to place for quick bites!

I LOVE this shake shack so much! It's my favorite location I have ever been to - everyone is notably helpful, friendly, and above-and-beyond. The restaurant itself is spacious and clean! You can order on the iPads, which makes for a seamless ordering process. Water and cups are accessible on the condiment table as well. The food is always so good here. I am obsessed with their seasonal truffle menu - the sauce is delicious and flavorful. I highly recommend the shroom burger for cheese lovers and the fries. They don't have ranch, but they do have a great herbed mayo that has similar notes. Huge fan of Shake Shack Addison - highly recommend stopping by and hitting Jeni's next door for ice cream after!

I'm going to rate it at 5 out of 5. Meat quality is exceptional well great flavor. Bun amazingly fresh along with the produce . French fries came out made to order fresh and hot! Fresh made to order strawberry lemonade gave it the cherry on the top finishing to every bite.... Delicious Dining area was clean and the restrooms were well kept. Definitely will be back.. thumbs Love this place , service was fast. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Date night at a classic stop. This was my first experience at Shake Shack and all of my friends hyped it up. I had the classic mushroom burger which tasted great. I loved the crunch. Regular fries, which were regular. Tasty but not to die for tasty. A vanilla milkshake. This was the first shake I've had in a long time and I could tell it was simple and classic and made with quality ingredients. I enjoyed the fact that we could order on the machine and have brought to our table. This made the service quick and easy. The woman who brought it to our table was very nice. The place was clean and fairly quiet. I will definitely go back to try other menu items.

The mayo was mostly in a clump versus spread out but good. The bacon/avocado burger was loaded with avocado. Summary Delicious burgers! Convenient location. Ample parking.

I had heard that shake shack had gone downhill and I can indeed confirm those rumors are true. This location is absolutely filthy and we actually considered not dining in. Ordered the SHROOM Portobello mushroom burger. It was beyond gross particularly considering they infused it with gobs of cheese. Reminds me of that scene in the Tommy boy movie when he takes a bite "ufff, I can actually hear you getting fatter". Do yourself a favor and walk 100 ft over to flower child where The food is amazing, its ridiculously clean, and the staff is top tier, unlike the DEI staff here.

We are a Shake Shack household. There's not location close to us, but we do pass the closest one to drive to this location, almost twice the distance away. Why? It's always clean. Our orders are always cooked to perfection, and it's one of the only locations that does not have a massive line all of the time. So, it's easy to get in and out when you have a day of errands but are hankering for their burgers. I will also say that their fries are also great, and in fact, they are probably my favorite fast food fries out there. We hope to eventually get a location up far north DFW, but until then, we are happy to visit this location.

Good burgers, great service, nice ambiance and friendly staff. Fries were just ok, wish they had truffle or other options. A good options for fancier option to fast food type burger.

Sends me right into a tasty food coma :) These burgers are addictive! I can't believe how flavorful, juicy, and succulent the actual pattys are... I think it starts there in that they make the best tasting beef burger and keep the toppings and the rest simple. Simply perfect burgers, fused by secret sauce, cheese, and a delicate simplistic bun. You can get fancier with toppings but I like mine just lettuce and pickle. The fries and shakes are good too. They have really interesting flavored shakes on their rotating menu which makes it fun whenever you visit. Yum!

Yes! I found the perfect carbless burger! Look at the lettuce bun... it took me several bites before I could get to the burger.... Seriously the freshest lettuce bun I've ever had!

I just moved down here and wanted to try some new and this waa would definitely come again the chicken bites and loaded fries 10/10 and next time i will be trying the link burger , customer service also a 10/10 the guy at the front was very nice and helpful! 10/10 must try again!

Food yummy. We ate too fast to take photos! I was driving to McKinney to Shake Shack because I didn't know we had them here. I had called my son in Sacramento, CA, and he was eating at a Shake Shack that is how I heard of it.

Nice ambiance with fast and friendly service! The place is really clean and has lots of seating. I ordered a hot dog, shack burger, fries, and 10 pc nuggets. The burger was well cooked, but on the smaller size. The hot dog was great and reasonably priced. The fries were great, but the chicken nuggets were way too salty. I had to drink a lot of water when I ate them. Even the fries were comparably less salty than the nuggets. I wish I knew about the lettuce substitute for the buns otherwise I would've ordered that instead. Overall good vibes, just wish my food wasn't so overly seasoned.

Shake shack is my Bfs favorite so I have been to Shake Shakes all over the world.. This is the worst one I've ever been to, I went to the bathroom and one of the employees was literally smoking pot in a stall - I'm all for herb, on private time.. but when you're making my food.. not so much. Our food was all undercooked, my chicken, his burger, our fries.. it was just sad since shake shack usually is well ran and always a decent bite to eat. We went to experience the new "Hot Ones" collab limited food and it was just sad because it didn't taste great but that could be the cooks fault.

Just recently was intro'd to Shake Shack at the Las Vegas airport of all places and fell instantly in love. Great quality burgers - very juicy and super flavorful. The crinkle cut fries are so crispy and have a great amount of potato in them - not just batter. They're the stuff of legends, IMO. I was very happy to find we had one so close to home and even happier to find the chain is consistent. Great burgers. Great fries. The only thing is the receipt can be a little steep, but that's inflation for ya.

Food was cold. French fries were made hours ago and inedible. Delivery took way too long. By the time it arrived, we ended up throwing most of it away.

Covid/curbside visit, so can't really comment on the ambiance. Shake Shack is always good! It's a little pricy-- came out to $30 for two shakes, two fries, and two entrees. However, the food smells divine in the bag and tastes great. It feels good knowing all of the food is good quality and good ingredients-- the chickens are vegetarian fed, and there are no antibiotics used. The crinkle cut fries are crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. I don't really recommend the Chick'n Bites. They are incredibly crispy and are good cuts of meat, but they're a little bland. Wish they had more flavor! The dipping sauce doesn't really do much to improve this. I ordered the 10 count and had to force myself to get through them. On the other hand, the Chick'n Sandwich is great, and is easy to customize through the app. I love the original sandwich, which is a perfect light/refreshing meal, but my boyfriend customized it with Shack Sauce, onions, and tomatoes for the same price! The shakes are amazing. I love the cookies & cream. They're pricey but worth it. I wish they offered a wider variety of dipping sauces for the chicken, but other than that, can't complain. I'm just giving 3 stars because you can get similar food for less.

Lovee lovee lovee this burger place! Their ordering system is wayy cooler than other places! They have an option for online orders and they have ipads inside to make ordering super easy and user-friendly! They have multiple options to choose from and you can easily customize any order to your choice! We ordered shack burger (double) with pickles, without tomatoes.. also ordered a side of shack sauce.. it was amazing! We also ordered their famous crinkle fries with cheese sauce.. tasted great! Next we ordered hot chicken shots which were really hot and crispy! The chili gave a great kick of flavor to the chicken!

First time for food from here, delivered. I am not impressed with the website or the food. I had a craving for a hot dog and couldn't leave the office so I ordered one here. What can I say? - it was a hot dog and cooked ok but not much taste and was sent with no condiments whatsoever. Terribe in that respect. There was no way on the web site to ask for mustard, ketchup, onions, relish, and all the other great things I might want on a hot dog. . I've had much better hot dogs at 7-11 ! THe crinkle french fries were good though. I would not go back for this item.

I really like Shake Shack. I'm not a big burger person because they tend to be too big (in my opinion). I really like the size of the burgers at Shake Shack and you can add extra patties if you prefer more. The fries are a decent size as well as the drinks. They also have great shakes! I enjoyed the cookies and cream one. I will say it's a bit pricey for just a burger spot which can be a negative. I usually receive good customer service when here but there's been once where we waited forever and it's like they forgot about our order somehow but the guy at the register was very kind and gave us coupons.

My first time trying Shake Shack and I will definitely be back! Their chicken bites were the best chicken nuggets I have ever had. The crunchies on the outside of the bites are so good! no sauce needed, super moist and definitely seasoned. Bacon avocado burger is delicious too! Got it delivered with Uber eats and it was hot and fresh! If you are tired of the McDonald's/Sonic/Chick-fil-a/ routine this is definitely a step up!

2019 Yelp 120 Challenge - #82 I am so happy that Addison finally has a Shake Shack. Honestly, what is there not to love with a made to order meal with shake sauce. This location has some new additions that I have not seen in other locations, but the food is still delicious. Order: There is an ordering station with a touch screen where you can place your own order. Once your order is placed you input your name and phone number and then you get a text when it is ready. You can also place all cash orders at the station with a Shake Shack employee. Sitting: There is plenty of seating if you want to sit inside and eat or you are welcome to get it to go. Food: Shack Burger - My Favorite Smoke Shack Shroom Burger - Meat Free Chick n Shack Crinkle Cut Fries - Yum Hot Dogs Shakes Beer, Wine & Doggie Treats.

I went in late night on a Sunday and the place still had a good amount of people eating. When you walk in you can either go to the right and order with an employee and pay cash or go to the left and order on device and pay card. I'm not sure if it's this specific location or all of DFW locations but this one has a burger with a jalapeño sausage link from Pecan Lodge on it...and that's what I got, including cheese fries and the cookie holiday shake. I find Shake Shack to be a tad expensive for such a simple burger joint with not many options. But man was this burger worth it, hell the whole meal worth it. The sausage definitely added much needed flavor and extra spice to the burger, yet the burger was still cooked perfectly and juicy. The cheese fries are EVERYTHING...main reason i go. It's so melty and cheesy and it's not cheese slices like In N Out does so I'm happy about that. I also tried my luck with one of the holiday shakes and it was fantastic. I ordered the cookie shake and it was basically cake batter ice cream with sprinkles but so delicious. This was only my second time in Shake Shack ever but I'll continue to come back.

Food was alright. I'm writing this review because I overheard the workers saying we were impatient because we were simply standing while waiting for our to-go order. We didn't feel like sitting down just to get back up but ended up being judged for it lol.

Shake shack's strawberry limeade tasted like it was trying to be alcoholic but completely missed the mark, Somehow it also tasted like milk??? After a good chunk of the drink was gone it did taste better. The 50/50 was nothing to boast about but drinkable nonetheless. The smoke shack burger was pretty good. I added pickles and it gave it a nice crunch and added to the flavor. The fries were tasty ! Airy and light but still had a good crunch to it. Overall it was pretty good!

Every time i'm craving a good burger I can always depend on shake shack to never disappoint. I got the Black Truffle Burger and it was 10/10 as expected. I also ordered the parmesan truffle fries and it came with the black truffle sauce and it was yummmm. Would definitely recommend ordering that before they take it off the menu (Black Truffle Burger) !!

If you can about service don't come here. If you haven't been to a Shake Shack before you might feel a bit confused by the staff not seeming super friendly or polite. Having visited several locations in different cities they're all kind of like that, don't let it bug you just enjoy the food and clean restaurant. The burgers seem to get better every time you eat here basically the opposite of whataburger. Orders are always done correctly and the food is out pretty quick even tho sometimes the restaurant is truly slammed. Plan on either ordering online or using the kiosk at the restaurant.

I've been here a lot. It's expensive, but it's a solid burger. Here's my problem with it: I walk in and check out myself with the little screens, then the computer asks me to tip? How about shake shack pays its employees more money so the customer doesn't have to. Do better business. Ambiance, meh -stale really.

When I found out they were making a shake shack in Addison I was ecstatic no more driving downtown! Their burgers are delicious. The buns are everything! So buttery and soft. The meat is always flavorful. We always get 1 order of regular fries and 1 order of cheese fries to share. Their cheese is not runny which is great. I am a fan of their deserts like their Oreo milkshake and their seasonal pie + custard. Last one I had was blueberry pie with vanilla custard and OMG I almost ordered a second to go. So creamy and the blueberry pie was a great crunch texture. The only time I've been disappointed was with their cherry blossom lemonade. It tasted like regular lemonade and it did not look pink. It also didn't come in that special cup it was advertised in but it wasn't bad enough for me to remove a star. Definitely stop by! It's spacious enough to fit the whole gang and they are currently doing quick and easy pick up orders.

$14.91 for that burger, those fries and a small drink? Goodness, how much is the rent for a location with the most crowded parking lot north of Dallas? There's nothing wrong with the burger, good taste, just incredibly small at that price point. Love the pet menu. It would make more sense if you had a patio and allowed pets. Service was friendly on my visit, they even refilled my soft drink. Atmosphere is spacious and comfortable. Would I go back? (laughing) no.

The burgers are always great!! I just st don't like I always have to go through Grubhub to order something to be delivered. I can't just call directly to have something delivered. And we live right in the neighborhood

Burger was good. Real meat Patty was the selling point. Napkins & condiments were in the bag, which is always nice. It was packed nicely. Turn around time was good. However the fries and lemonade were nothing to be too excited for. The customer service is also, well... bland. They spoke so low I could barely hear as they told me where the menu was located. My order was called and set on the counter, and the person walked away before I even made it to the counter to get it. No have a good day, thanks for coming in, see you soon. Overall experience was just meh, okay. Doubt I'll eat here twice.

What can I say besides Shake Shack is delicious. Cheese fries, smash burgers and shakes

We were so excited to find out that a new Shake shack was opening near our new house. We ordered through Door Dash tonight and would have loved to get it delivered, but I was worried about the order getting screwed up since I just order a patty wrapped in lettuce, so I had my husband go and pick it up. Lo and behold, when he got home my order was completely wrong. I ordered a burger wrapped in lettuce and received some kind of fried chicken thing. My husband said he checked the order, but it was so dark outside that it looked normal. Needless to say, it went straight in the trash. We ordered here last week as well, and the patty was so greasy it was almost inedible. Such a bummer because we loved this establishment when we lived in Philly. I guess it's not the same.

Very beautiful place and great service. Went here for birthday dinner with my friend's family and they were very helpful when we made a minor mistake in the ordering.

upon entry, the first thing I noticed, was the extremely strong scent of kitty litter in the back of the establishment. Not the most appetizing thing... also almost every table was dirty. me and my friend ordered at the same time and my food took considerably longer. Haven't been here in a while but I definitely remember the shack sauce being a lot more flavorful. Our cheese for our fries was hard and solidified into one piece. Got my burger protein style and they put like 10 pieces of lettuce on either side? Idk just seemed wasteful. customer service was lackluster and seemed like they were annoyed we were here. Won't be back

It was exactly as good as I expected a Shake Shack to be. The food was reliably delicious - and pricey. We ordered a Link Burger, Hot Chik'n, Bacon and Cheese fries, and soft drinks. The order came out in about 15 minutes, what was annoying though was that they didn't have a refill machine and we couldn't therefore sip on our soft drinks until our entire order came out. When the order did come out, the food quality was incredible. I will say though that the Hot Chick'n was HOT. Like I damaged the inside of my mouth and water couldn't save me-kinda hot. Probably wouldn't order that again... The bacon and cheese fries also weren't impressive and I should have remembered that from the last time I ordered them - the cheese is just too overwhelming. I honestly would have rather preferred just-bacon fries! The staff was friendly for the most part, although I didn't have to interact with humans much given I used their tablet for ordering. It was very clean and empty at 9pm on a Saturday.

The food was amazing. You could taste the natural ingredients. The employee was extremely nice and interactive. The place was clean and looked nice. Would definitely recommend to go here if you're debating on where to eat!!!

Food was below average and it was priced on the higher end. You're better off going to any other burger place. You'd think with the name shake in their name, their shakes would be great but it was a let down. Fries were alright. Definitely not coming here again. Also if you're decently hungry don't come here. You're still gonna be hungry afterwards.

nevaeh was the rudest person ive ever encountered at a shake shack!!! wow !!! i came in to pickup my to go order and this girl didn't greet met, smile at me, say anything kind or welcome and basically threw my food on the counter!!!!!!! like, manager, please go watch the footage of your employee tossing the to go bag on the counter like, "here. take it." i'll never be back to this location again!!!!

I had a double cheeseburger with a sausage on it. The burger was good, a touch to salty. The cheese fries not good at all, over all it was not worth the money. I will go back to try the shakes.

This is my go-to for a gluten-free burger. The bun isn't too huge and dense, and the burger patty isn't too large either. Normal human size burger, nice, airy, gluten-free bun. Feel like it's cleaner eating than typical fast food.

Always been a fan of shake shack but recently visited this location during the Coronavirus crisis for takeout services and was pleased by how well the restaurant is handling the situation. Ordering is easy through the app or website and the staff helped make social distancing easy by marking where each customer should stand in line.

My daughter wanted a cheeseburger and I decided to try the hot chicken sandwich. The portion sizes are very small for the prices they charge. Both portions made me think of the sliders served at White Castle at 3x the cost. My daughter ended up preferring the cheeseburgers at Hopdoddy and SkinnyFATS to the very small cheeseburger they served at Shake Shack. My chicken sandwich was decent. The bun was very good and it had good heat but didn't have a lot of flavor. The Nashville Hot at Super Chix is much better tasting, larger and less expensive as is the Nashville at Blaze of Thunder. I'm not sure what the fuss is about and I don't think I'll be back again for a long time.

On a whim we tried the Shake Shack in Addison today. Yes, we had food at home but we also had a power outage right around lunch time. Anywho, we ventured out and found Shake Shack. We ordered online while sitting in the parking lot. Our order consisted of: The Shake Burger The Chicken Shack Chicken Bites (for the toddler...there is no kids menu) Large Sprire Large Fifty-Fifty (tea/lemonade) Once the order was placed it was expected to be ready within 7 minutes and a text would be sent when the order was ready. We waited about15 minutes and no text. I went in to check. I waited 3-4 minutes before someone came to check. She was very nice and asked me what I needed. I told her I was checking on an online order. She couldnt find it, checked the online system, then looked at the mobile pick up desk and found it. So we never received a text for the completed order. Now the food: small for the price. I can appreciate that the food was still crispy and warm when we got home. The chicken sandwich was good, basic crinkle fries, and a small burger. The food was good but not amazing. We tried the Shack Sauce on the side. To me it tasted like a really greasy mayo...thick and fatty that coats your mouth..I'll pass on that. Would I go back? Probably but it wouldn't be a place I'd go running to.

Holy smokes you guys are expensive... (O_O)... $23 for 2 burgers, one fry and shake. I do like the concept of ordering on the screen, but $23 is just not within my budget for a fancy "I-n-O". I'm glad I got to try though! Small little burgers with minimal ingredients.

I have been to Shake Shack 3 or 4 times since they opened here--despite the fact that they replaced my beloved super-close-by La Madeleine location. I won't hold THAT against them. But I thought about it. Each time I've come I have only ordered the gluten free bun. It is still a very tasty burger even on a gluten free bun. The last few times I've thought of stopping by for a burger....I've not, for one reason only. Every. Single. Time.--The meat has had some inedible little something in it. I get it. That happens sometimes. But every single time I've had a Shake Shack burger? Come on! Makes me wonder where they get the meat from or why it happens to their meat with spectacular regularity. I do miss the taste of the burger (and shake shack sauce) and the convenience. I will try it again someday soon. And cross my fingers that the stars align and I get the meat patty that is free of inedible bits. If/when that happens then I will be back more often for sure. Because it is close. And tasty. And quick. And I'm not much for cooking, or planning ahead for my mid-day meal.

The worse place. Service is extremely slow, Cold food, small and tasteless burgers, incompetent staff.
