Shake Shack Alderwood

Looks like a very clean place very loud place. They seem to be overwhelmed. We had the hamburgers and they were good. The cheeseburger was good. The french fries were OK. As other people have said, it’s very slow Service in here. And the food does seem to be pretty expensive.

First time visitors. It's a self serve order kiosk, which seems to work well. We chose to eat in and they brought it out to our table which is great. It was busy so the 20 minute wait from order to food was reasonable. We didn't try the shakes but the food was good. Burgers are not huge, which I think is a good thing. Chicken burger was done well with a nice crisp. Crinkle fries were good, but I'm not impressed with the cheese sauce. Tables don't get bussed and the garbage was a bit over stuffed. Parking is limited right in front of the restaurant but plenty more nearby.

Cold chicken sandwich. Must be new for summer. Shack burger also had barely any sauce. Sandwiches were assembled poorly, very uneven distribution of ingredients. Dubai shake was good but delivered with only a straw, no spoon. Level of quality and service one might expect from a common fast food joint, but I expect more from shake shack. One been to locations around the US and abroad and this is the worst one. The only disappointing one really. I'll have to get my fix from the Kirkland location instead. For atmosphere, it's echo-y inside with very fake plants and outside there's a nice view of a gravel lot and the freeway

Listen to the other reviews and skip this location. Upon entering, you order on a screen, as there is no employee at the register. I placed an online order and came to pick it up. The employees seem to not be trained, as they were all impolite. The food was overpriced, small, and soggy, but tasted okay. The tables were dirty, and the bathrooms were gross. I would definitely not return or recommend this location.

During a recent visit to Shake Shack at Alderwood Mall with my mom, we had a fantastic lunch experience. The standout for us was the burger, particularly the perfectly cooked patty, which had a delicious smoky flavor. The fluffy bun added a great texture, complementing the rich flavors of the burger. While the food was exceptional, the parking situation in front of the store was a bit limited, which could be an inconvenience during peak hours. Overall, though, the quality of the meal made it well worth the visit.

I went for the first time today, and now I understand why the ratings are so low. I placed a pickup order for a Double ShackBurger, but one of them came as a single patty. Additionally, even though I checked the box for well-done, the patty was pink. The staff's performance is subpar.

Always an amazing experience when I’m here, usually visit this location a few times a month for a meal, or even just a shake. Photos and videos are all our typical orders. Also, shoutout to Kade! Very friendly and always smiling.

The high prices push you away while the excellent food sucks you back in... ...We almost skipped out on the Alderwood Shake Shack due to the low 2.6 reviews, but we're glad we gave them a shot because the food is fresh and absolutely delicious! Being located next to the mall is a blessing and a curse. They get lots of business which makes it nearly impossible to get a quick meal. But, if you have some time and patience, the food is pretty stellar. During both of my recent visits the restaurant was clean, the staff was kind and helpful, and the food was excellent. I must admit I was shocked at both the price of the food and just how good it tasted. The absolute best smash burger around - as it should be for what you end up paying. I spent $40 for two burgers, two fries, and a single drink. When you have some extra time and extra money, definitely give them a shot.
