Pike Place Market Throws Lawsuit at Famed Fish Merchant | Eater Seattle

"Shake Shack opened its first West Coast drive-thru at the Alderwood Mall on Wednesday, September 6; on opening day guests could expect custom Shake Shack swag, and the location lets customers get Shake Shack’s crispy burgers and crinkly fries without leaving their car." - Harry Cheadle

Burger was great, fries were wack, and the shake was heavy both sweet and chocolate. Burgers are at $10 any add on’s will cost you up to $30 not even worth it to have some disgusting fries. Burgers was everything that made this even worth it. Drive thru line took forever..

Google
Looks like a very clean place very loud place. They seem to be overwhelmed. We had the hamburgers and they were good. The cheeseburger was good. The french fries were OK. As other people have said, it’s very slow Service in here. And the food does seem to be pretty expensive.

Google
They were crazy busy and everybody was working as a team, with a smile, rushing around to get all the orders out. Communication was good, even with the crowd addressed when customers came in, were quick to answer questions and check on orders. Who ever the night shift manager is, they need a huge kudos! You can tell the employees are treated and trained well to work under pressure like this. I was very impressed. The Burger was great. The fries were a little cold, I walked up to let them know, immediately they just grabbed me another hot order and apologized.

Google
My smokestack burger was good but greasy. My wife made hers open face as the bun had soaked up all the grease and was not edible. Parmesan fries were good. A bit spendy

The restaurant on a slow, rainy Sunday morning, is filthy. As soon as you arrive, the parking lot is full of trash. Gross. It gets worse when you go inside, dirty tables, overflowing garbage cans, sticky floors, and just look at the window sill — this is weeks worth of grime buildup — the health department needs to pay a visit. The manager of this restaurant needs to be fired. When I pay $20 for a single burger and fries, I deserve better. Goodbye Shake Shack, I’ll fondly remember the days when you cared.

Google
Cold chicken sandwich. Must be new for summer. Shack burger also had barely any sauce. Sandwiches were assembled poorly, very uneven distribution of ingredients. Dubai shake was good but delivered with only a straw, no spoon. Level of quality and service one might expect from a common fast food joint, but I expect more from shake shack. One been to locations around the US and abroad and this is the worst one. The only disappointing one really. I'll have to get my fix from the Kirkland location instead. For atmosphere, it's echo-y inside with very fake plants and outside there's a nice view of a gravel lot and the freeway

Google
First time visitors. It's a self serve order kiosk, which seems to work well. We chose to eat in and they brought it out to our table which is great. It was busy so the 20 minute wait from order to food was reasonable. We didn't try the shakes but the food was good. Burgers are not huge, which I think is a good thing. Chicken burger was done well with a nice crisp. Crinkle fries were good, but I'm not impressed with the cheese sauce. Tables don't get bussed and the garbage was a bit over stuffed. Parking is limited right in front of the restaurant but plenty more nearby.

Google
(Update: The food finally arrived, 59 minutes after ordering. The burger was sloppy, but good.) I've been waiting here over half an hour, and apparently there are people here who have been waiting over an hour. My husband tried to cancel our order but the manager went away. So, we either wait indefinitely or consider the almost $40 for our order lost. To make matters worse, the text alert asking us to rate our food seem to imply they think we have our food already. We'd ask for clarification but there's no one available to talk to. I will update this review if/when we get our food, which is seeming less likely the more I sit here and see how frustrated everyone else is.

Yelp
First of all, there is ALWAYS a wait. Despite this we have come by, several times, as I cannot get enough lemonade and chocolate shakes. However, today after telling the gal serving us that the lemonade was 100% made with a rotten lemon and I wanted a refund, they got a manager to do it passively aggressively telling me that they cannot take the lemonade back. They didn't care it was rotten and I witnessed them continue to serve the lemonade to others behind them. Disgusting. In other cities, even downtown, Shake Shack is great. In Lynnwood? It's trash.

Yelp
The good: Burgers are very tasty, as well as the onion rings and fries. My daughter had a seasonal French onion soup burger, and I was wishing I got that too! The Bad: Very pricey, and the burgers don't include fries. Service is very slow; we waited over 25 minutes for 3 burgers. Also, parking is messed up. The drive through goes into the parking lot, and because of the slow service, the drive through window backs up and people parked in spaces have to wait for the drive through line to move before they can back-up. As an alternative, go to Blazing Onion at the mall, and save a dollar or two for the burger, which will also include fries.

Yelp
Shake Shack Alderwood location is extremely convenient and offers excellent convenience. I placed my order ahead of time upon arrival the order was ready, with napkins and additional condiments. Customer service was excellent! The restaurant is very accommodating to all party types especially those if you have children. There is ample parking, but be mindful of the entry and exit points (multiple sings are marked, but I saw several customers get confused.) Great location, customer service, and quality food!

Yelp
I've waited to try this place out because of the lines. I don't understand the hype! I ordered a single shack burger with fries and added cherry peppers for $15. The burger was very basic, and the patty was extremely thin. They added a ridiculous about of peppers on my burger with the juice- my bottom patty was so soggy, I couldn't eat it. The fries were good. Your basic crinkle fry. Overrated. Definitely won't be eating here again!

Yelp
Shake Shack in Lynnwood has a drive thru and is usually pretty busy. When I went in there wasn't a line and out food came out in about 5-10 minutes. The inside was clean and they made sure to keep the tables clean and clean up quickly. The service was quick and efficient. The only thing is that we had to go up to ask if our order was done because they weren't calling out numbers or names.

Yelp
I'm a fan of Shake Shack! While it's not my go-to burger place (not sure I even have one), I always enjoy a visit. Recently, I stopped by the Alderwood location and used their self-service station to order. I went with a 'Shroom Burger, a Black Truffle 'Shroom Burger, and fries to share. First off, I love that they have crinkle-cut fries--more surface area for ketchup is always a win! I also appreciate that they offer vegetarian options. The 'Shroom Burger is such a treat, stuffed with gooey cheese that makes every bite an explosion of cheesy goodness. The buns are soft, sweet, and remind me of Hawaiian rolls, which I absolutely love. While I was definitely eyeing their milkshakes (hello, Apple Cider Donut Shake and Chocolate Yule Log Shake!), I couldn't quite get past the calorie counts. Maybe next time! The food is brought out to your table, which is a nice touch. This location gets busy--when I visited around midday, nearly every table was occupied. Shake Shack continues to be a solid choice for a casual, satisfying meal, especially if you're looking for vegetarian-friendly options.

Yelp
Terrible service - crazy long wait! Ridiculous - I'll never be back - seriously over a half hour in drive through

Yelp
Yum yum yum yum yum yum yum... hope y'all understand. That double avocado bacon burger with the spicy fries and banana pudding shake with no whip... got my whole paycheck. They expensive but they try to offer other deals.... shake shack lower them $30.00 combs... yum yum yum yum...

Yelp
Visited Shake Shack yesterday for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised. Since the restaurant is right inside the maill, parking is plenty. The order process was simple, easy and quick using the kiosks. A lot of seating and type of seating to choose from. They've got booths and tables so good for families as well. The place is well lit and clean. The food was fresh and yumm. It's funny coz we were joking that the buns were smaller than the patties which is how I personally like it. The fries were crispy and tasty. Will surely be coming back here.
google avatar

Ngoc R.

Yelp
I'm literally craving their burgers all the time and yes it's small and expensive compared to other spots but Take my money tho cuz it's so good. They do need to improve their service. It can be slow at times and I think more than once their drive thru lanes were closed. Honestly expect chic fila kind of treatment when paying premium dollar for fast food lol we got tea last time we came here and probably could have done without it too. Next time will just stick to the burgers

Derek F.

Yelp
Extremely long wait and very disorganized. Feel like no manager on site. About 15 people work in the restaurant and they all stay inside the kitchen but no one works at the counter, and left all carry outs cold while many people are waiting. Both meats and buns are cold. Only the fries are still ok. It has been three times already. The employees simply don't care about the customers and just fool around in the kitchen.

Yelp
We were in the area and decided to try this place out for dessert tonight. There was a line to use the self-serve terminals when we entered, and we noticed that one of the three was broken. After a few minutes, however, we were able to order two shakes, but were disappointed that all of the nondairy options that were shown on the big menu were not available. Our son has dairy sensitivities, so this was a bummer. There were less than 10 shake flavors and types available. Not a huge deal, but we did notice that we were charged an 8 cent bag fee although we didn't get a bag. Maybe it was because we said it was for take out. The donut and peach shakes were tasty, but fairly pricey for the one size cup they had. It cost $15 for two shakes with nothing special added. We liked the sprinkle topping on the donut shake and real peach chunks in the peach shake. I don't think this is a regular place we would go to especially because it was pretty busy, pricey, and not that different from other fast food places in the area, but it was okay for an occasional treat. We haven't tried the burgers or the fries, but they did look similar to the Ranch drive-in in Bothell in size and price.
google avatar

Jen R.

Yelp
Fries were cold and it just wasn't good. The price isn't worth it. Also, I asked t for subtractions but they added the stuff anyway.
google avatar

Tamara K.

Yelp
It should not take 30 minutes to get a single burger. Hire more people or figure something else out. At least my food was cold.
google avatar

K Y.

Yelp
Waited for an HOUR for a hotdog fries and onion rings. Unbelievable how when the food was received it wasn't even hot. not even a freaking sorry for the wait or anything! Truly a disappointment it use to be a great place to eat but this experience has ruined it. The ambience was loud and overwhelming. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Worst experience

Yelp
Went today for first time. And it will be my last. 1 car ahead of me in drive thru. Took 15 min to get 1 burger fries and shake. Fries are cold and soggy. Burger is so salty I've now tossed it. So now I make PB&J after spending over $20! When I asked girl at window if this was a normal wait time she gave a vague oh you never know response. Service is bad as we. Can someone explain the hype?
google avatar

Tsiva G.

Yelp
Truly don't know how they are still in business. Dont come here unless you are willing to spend at least 45 minutes of your life waiting in a drive through with only 3 cars ahead of you.
google avatar

Rylee R.

Yelp
$50 worth of food and they forgot one of my two entrees. Drove an hour home already and no one is answering the phone despite them being open still. Disappointed is a light word.

Yelp
Last time I tipping on a pickup order here. Missing items upon missing items. Surely they can find people that can do simple things like counting the burgers and fries?

Yelp
Alright I was hesitant to try this location based on the reviews. I've been to Shake Shacks all over the states and London and have yet to encounter a drive thru location - which is nice but clearly has some kinks to work out. (There's a chicken place down the road that has it dialed in ) I arrived at 7:24 on a weekday and almost went inside but the line was only a few cars from the ordering box so figured I'd be okay... wrong. I didn't get thru the line and have my food until 32 minutes later. Now, I will say the food was super hot and delicious. I got the shack burger + onions, fries and a vanilla shake... came out to $19 something. The consistency is there for the other locations I've been to but it is a bit pricy. (What isn't?!) I did notice while waiting at the window for a while that many of the kids working there looked a little lost on what to do. I saw several that were standing in a waiting pattern. May just need a strong manager to step in and take control of this location. I will say the few guys I did talk to were very friendly and apologetic for the wait. I'm sure it'll improve eventually.

Yelp
The Shake Shack at Alderwood has been opened nearly 6 months ago, yet they are still struggling with team management and providing decent customer service. I was excited to try this place in October 2023, and I ordered the Shack Stack and Apple Kiwi Lemonade (a limited item from a few months ago). The food took a while to come out (around 30 minutes) and at the time I felt it was related to the lack of staff. I love the quality of the burgers here because the stuffed Shroom patty is so unique to this burger place, it's my absolute favorite. Although I must admit the burgers here are more pricey to other fast food spots. The lemonade was very sour and bitter. The flavors in the drink did not taste like apple or kiwi, it was simply a bad lemonade. I have given this location another chance at my most recent visit, but ultimately, I will not be coming again until they improve their team management and customer service quality.

Yelp
I went in at a time they were not busy busy and all of the employees were standing around, yet it took about a full minute for anyone to even look my way and acknowledge that there was a person standing there. Then about three of them looked at each other like "you", "no you", until one poor fellow had to walk over and help me. He looked less than amused. So that was a disappointing start. Place was very clean though and the bathrooms were very nice and also clean which does say something about the restaurant I asked if they still have their vegan shakes and they no longer carry them which is the reason I went so I did not end up ordering anything. The answer to my question was a simple "no" . Which went along with the entire customer service experience. So I have no idea how their food is but based on my experience, I wouldn't return. I'm just not a fan of giving my business to places that can't do the basics in customer service anymore. There's so many other places that I can go. I'm not gonna reward businesses that cannot .

Yelp
Highly disappointed with tonight's order. We went through the drive through and ordered a truffle burger with truffle fries, smoke shack burger with regular fries, and a strawberry shake. First, The smoke shake patty was completely crumbled. It was as if they two broken halves to make the patty. Second, They forgot the truffle mayo that comes with the truffle fries. We had to turn back around and go inside to ask them for the truffle mayo. Third, The strawberry shake was warm! We're guessing that this was not made fresh and was taken from the counter. When we went inside there was over a dozen milkshakes just sitting out.

Yelp
I have heard how good Shake Shack is for a very long time. So a co-worker and I tried it for lunch one day. The establishment was moderately clean, but not spotless. I only point that out as they don't even take your order. You do it at a kiosk(not a big fan of that). Food came out in about 10 minutes. I ordered a double patty bacon avocado burger and my co-worker ordered a chicken avocado burger with bbq fries. We both ordered similar but different drinks. We both ordered drinks mango passionade and a mango tea? Idk, the drinks looked virtually the same so we don't know who drank what. No call out on what anything was. The BBQ fries were terrible. Regular fries with a HEAVY dose of bbq seasoning in one spot. The burger was good but the presentation looked like it was made by a 8 year old. My co-worker said basically the same thing for his Bacon avocado burger. I truly don't know what the hype is. Decent food, but two drinks, two sandwiches, and a fry was $45. Pass.

Yelp
Nice to try the Shake Shack here, I have the Korean Chicken Burger, fries and Maple shake but the employee forgot mine. So I need to return in the front desk. When they gave me my Maple Shake they gave me Vanilla Shake. Wow. My friends have vegetarian burger, bacon avocado burger, then they said he doesn't have your chocolate shake but my friend had her frozen hot chocolate. Great. Tasty food, yummy beverages, taking off a point because the self service kiosks were not operational and it did take several minutes for the food to come out. Worth a try!
google avatar

Alanna L.

Yelp
Honestly the best burger. The smashed patty or however they do it is just incredible every time! Very cheesy and it doesn't taste fake. I always add avocado! The truffle burger and sauce in general is next level. The fries are good and the service is faster in store vs the drive thru. I've sat in that drive thru line for over 25 minutes before... for 2 shakes, a burger and chicken bites! My husband and I like coming here prior to getting on the light rail for a night out. Definitely plan to spend 45 minutes here to save yourself the stress of running behind
google avatar

Lee M.

Yelp
Located in Alderwood. Tons of attractions nearby. Plenty of parking and they have a drive thru TBH, the price to ratio of what you get isn't worth it. I've got two small burgers for $17 USD . It took 15 minutes to get my take out. The place is new which is a plus, I guess. But it's overhyped imo. The chicken burger was tasty but it's comparable to the one at Popeyes. But smaller and more saucy.
google avatar

Smaly K.

Yelp
Wanted to quick bite, so we stopped here. It was an hour before they closed, and it was pretty busy. I ordered the 10-piece Chicken Bites and BBQ Fries. It took a little over 20 minutes for me to get my order. Looks like there was only one person grabbing the orders for the lobby. And I did notice a few people going back up to the counter because something was wrong with their order or they were missing an item. The BBQ Fries are their crinkle fries sprinkled with BBQ seasoning. It was good, but much better when I took them home and put in thr air fryer (I like my fries extra crispy). The Chicken Bites were pretty small, and tasted kind of dry to me.

J N.

Yelp
Expect to always wait more than 20 minutes no matter how small your order is. There hasn't been a single time where I've received my order correctly. Food is good but I never receive what I order and always have to ask multiple times to actually get what I payed for. Ridiculous.
google avatar

Elizabeth R.

Yelp
I went a week ago and mobile ordered 20 minutes before going in to get my order (order eta was 15min max). I ended up waiting 15 more minutes. the people in the drive thru got their orders before me WHICH im pretty sure defeats the whole fucking purpose of mobile orders. Technically I waited 35 minutes and I even advocated to tell them im waiting for my mobile order and what my name is. They blatantly lied about how much longer it would take for my order to be ready after that. Thought the current 2.2 star review was a bit harsh but they deserve it actually.

Jason L.

Yelp
Shake Shack: Great Taste, High Price Shake Shack consistently delivers on taste and quality, with their food being absolutely delicious. However, the lack of combo meal options makes it a pricey affair. A standard order of a burger, fries, and a soda can easily push your total over $20, which feels quite steep for fast food. Also in my opinion, burger are small for the price. That is for just one person, now imagine going as a family... On the bright side, the service is always good, and the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. If you're looking for a tasty burger and don't mind the cost, Shake Shack is a solid choice. But if you're watching your wallet, be prepared for a higher bill than your typical fast-food joint.

Yelp
I have such a love/hate relationship with this place. It's been many months since this location opened and this Shake Shack continues to struggle. How do you run out of gluten-free buns? It sucks when I have to drive from Edmonds to Alderwood only to be told all the GF buns are sold out, which meant I wasted my time, gas, and expectations. This has happened multiple times. Like, is everyone ordering a GF bun? Does everyone has celiac or an intolerance? If they are so popular, then why not order more than less so this doesn't keep happening?

Fantastique J.

Yelp
The inside is pretty nice and the food is good if they get your order right. The service is pretty slow. They also don't fill shakes to the brim, they'll leave like an inch of space. They put crispy onions on my girlfriend's gluten free bun. They're a little lost.

Yelp
The first drive thru Shake Shack in the Washington from what I've heard. I haven't tried it myself, but ever since they opened, the drive thru line has been very busy. It'll die down in a few months I'm sure, but right now, it's been the main appeal for this location. I went inside during their opening week late at night and got myself a shack burger with avocado and fries. It's been a hot since the last time I've had Shack Shake, but honestly, it was a decent burger. Definitely on the higher end of burger options over here in Lynnwood, but not the very best still. Still waiting on a mind-blowing burger. You can order at the kiosk or at the cashier and just take a number and sit afterwards. The place has a reasonable amount of seating, but with how busy it's been, you might not have any luck getting a table. Lighting of the place is a bit dim to give that shack vibe I guess. Probably better during the day, but honestly, who really cares. We just want to eat a good burger. Service was good despite the crowds of the first week. Food came out at a reasonable time, so I feel like the place is pretty well managed at the moment. Hopefully that doesn't change. I'll definitely swing by again soon for another burger. Will try something different to see if they have a mind-blowing burger that's worth my money.

Tina K.

Yelp
Wtf. This is what I got when I ordered a double scoop. This tiny thing for $6. This is def not a double. And people working the drive thru were rude af
google avatar

Robert W.

Yelp
Grand opening week so I'll be gentle. Line was long but went fairly smoothly. Shake Stack Cheese fries and a chocolate malt. Staff was friendly until payment. I refuse to tip for fast food. Cashier was friendly until she saw no tip. She immediately put on an attitude. Restaurant was clean and staff cleaning tables etc. I was disappointed in paying $5 for a small serving of cheese fries (see picture). Portobello mushroom was obviously frozen. One bite and come sliding out of the coating and like a mushroom was slimy, otherwise the burger was good Malt was good but again $6.50 for the size was a bit much I'll give it a few weeks and come back. The wooden fork is useless

Yelp
This is a good Shake Shack location. I really enjoyed my burger, and the milkshake was amazing. This location definitely met my expectations.

Yelp
We went through the drive thru, took close to 45 minutes!!! My mom ordered a grilled cheese it was cold cheese on a burnt upside down bun! Fries were okay, I ordered a cheeseburger it was just okay, very sloppily made. The lady at the window apologized for the wait, and was kk d but we won't be back
google avatar

Yelp
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME: YOUR FOOD WILL BE COLD I've been to Shake Shack multiple times, and I've come to expect a bit of a wait, but last week was something else. I decided to go inside to order since the drive-thru is notorious for taking 30-45 minutes, and I thought I'd save some time. I placed my order, but then I ended up waiting another *28 minutes* for my food. What really frustrated me was watching the staff--especially the girl bagging the orders--spend more time chatting and joking with her coworkers than actually getting the orders out. The cooks had food ready and lined up for bagging, but she kept taking her sweet time, laughing and chatting while customers waited. There were solid 6-7 minute gaps between calling out customer numbers. It's frustrating to see staff so disengaged, especially when they're just standing around while the food is sitting there waiting to be packed. I even considered trying to wrangle a worker to cancel my order after that wait, but when I finally got my food, it wasn't worth it. My fries were old and soggy, and my burger wasn't even close to being as good as I remembered. Honestly, at this point, the quality of the food just doesn't justify the service. If this continues, I'm not sure I'll be back anytime soon.
google avatar

Willie F.

Yelp
When I came here the first time it opened, I was not at all impressed. It was a 30+ minute wait at the DRIVE THRU and then the food wasn't even that good. Don't get me wrong, I've had Shake Shack before but this location just wasn't it. I remember saying in my old review that maybe it's cause it's new but hopefully it got better? This time around, I ordered DoorDash from this location so I'm not sure how long the wait at the drive thru is. But as far as the quality of food, it was a night and day difference. I'll update it to 4 stars because the food was so much better and definitely more memorable. I ordered the cheeseburger double. The patties come smashed and there was definitely a nice crisp. The buns were on point and the presentation looked really good inside a oversized box. I got the korean spicy cheese fries which were pretty good too, but it was definitely not spicy. The flavor in the cheese was on point, and I actually like the fact (maybe this was unintentional? not sure) that they put the cheese on the bottom instead of on top. It made sure that I still had crispy fries on top when it was delivered to me. Overall wayyy better experience and I think it's more on par with other Shake Shacks now.
google avatar

samantha h.

Yelp
I'm truly convinced that this location is committed to serving cold food and making you wait an average of 30+ minutes. If they're unable to keep employment up with demand they should just close. I've been here several times including yesterday ( which I left the drive through after waiting 35 minutes and when I rolled up to order they were out of many items including truffle) , but there's literally not one time I've had even a warm burger and fries here, I would take the wait if at least it was warm. Don't waste your time or money Edit: Looks like the same bot is responding to all the negative reviews with the same generic response but all the reviews go back several months of the same complains everyone waits over 25 minutes to get cold food with a whole bunch of employees standing around , no thank you Ellie

Yelp
This was my first experience with Shake Shack...also my last. WE decided we would dine-in and entered the store there was a modest line for the 3 order kiosks. However, the the groups playing their order were having all sorts of troubles with the machine. by the time we got our tuen to order, the line was outside the door. The ordering process was not too difficult, but the process to complete the order, with all the email address, phone number. decisions on receipts, etc, it took about twice as long as it needed to. Silly me, I left a tip for the crew. Always a tough call when you are tipping before you receive service. We found a table and waited...and waited...and waited. After 20 minutes, I returned to the counter and there was our food, sitting the counter, unattended, getting cold. I asked to confirm it was our order...it was. I asked if how long it had been sitting there...the response was, "if I just waited at my table, it would have been delivered"....I guess eventually. Of course, there was no longer a need to deliver it to me. Asked if it was normal to wait 20+ minutes for food, the response was a VERY indignant, "...we're very busy and short handed, it often take longer than 20 minutes". Fast Food? NOT. So we settled in and enjoyed our meal. The total bill, with tip, was $53 (3 burgers, 2 fries, 2 soft drinks). The food was good. But, the service was non-existent, and the store manager had attitude. I want my tip back, and I'l never frequent Shake Shack again...there goes my tip.

Yelp
Bad service, employees seem unhappy you showed up. Not worth the price and many better options in the area. You

Yelp
I cannot believe how small these burgers have gotten! It is half the size it used to be and more expensive. It's smaller than a MCD cheeseburger. Wow!!! The patty was two broken pieces. Super disappointed. Never going there again!

Yelp
What the hell is this lmao. $10 for this. Most of them aren't even breaded. Also waited an additional 10 minutes for this. Had to go up to the counter to ask about it. I'm also still sitting in the restaurant but this service was so bad, I couldn't even wait to post this.

Yelp
Food is absolutely delicious, staff is always friendly! Whether they are bringing your food or just walking by, they always acknowledge with a friendly smile or nicety. Love the meat, the bread, the fries, the shakes, everything! Worth the price and drive thru can be busy so I prefer dinging in and the restaurant is clean with hip decor. What's not to love??

Yelp
I actually like their burgers. Well I like the burger that I got which was the cheeseburger. It's the smaller smash cheeseburger with lettuce, onions, and tomato. Of course we got the crinkle cut fries. Service is a little slow which was weird cause we were the first ones in there. Floor was slippery AF. Seemed oily, but I was waiting for an accident to happen and someone to slip and fall. Super dangerous. But nice new establishment. It's also pricey for the amount of food you get.

Yelp
Burger buns are ALWAYS cold. It's because they toast it way in advance and not right when order comes in. It's mushy, like why would you think that's okay to serve? Doesn't seem like that's Shake Shack's standard. I'm sure Danny Meyer would not be happy with the product that is served here.

Yelp
Be prepared to wait a long time in the drive thru. For two burgers with some fries, with a very short line, it took more than 20 minutes. And it seems like this location is always out of certain things. But on the positive side, the people that work at this location are friendly enough. I've always gotten an apology for the long waits and they are communicative about the status of the food once you get to the window.
