When I got there, the line was pretty long but it moved along fairly quick. The service was really good and the staff answered all the questions. They were really accommodating to me and helped me with the kiosk since I’m in a wheelchair. The food was awesome. Some of the best burgers I’ve had and they were made on the spot. The fries too. The food was fresh and tasted great! We had the black truffle burger and bacon double cheeseburgers. They were great! The fries were super hot!

As an out of towner Shake Shack's quality taste is among the best. Bang for your buck, eh. Not so much. Their chicken sandwich cost $11.32 and the plain hamburger (pictured) is $7.01. The portion sizes are not the greatest and everything is a la carte. That's the price you pay for this delicious flavor though.

Located inside Aventura Mall, this location is fast and puts out consistently. The crew working was extremely efficient and polite as well. Thank you,it is much appreciated.

Absolutely horrible food. I ordered 4 burgers and they were all burnt beyond recognition. Not sure if it’s even beef that they used. This is the second time I’ve had a food quality issue with them and it will be the last. $$ Buyer beware

Shake Shack Aventura delivered on its reputation for delicious food! The three of us enjoyed juicy burgers with fresh toppings and crispy crinkle-cut fries smothered in creamy cheese sauce. The atmosphere was casual and inviting, and the food came out quickly, which we appreciated. However, the service left something to be desired—staff seemed rushed and not very attentive, which took away from the experience.

Made an Uber Eats order from this location and long story short, half of my order was delivered missing. Called up and spoke to the manager on duty, and he quickly was aware of the problem. He quickly took care of my issue and actually had my food remade. The food is always good, but I wanted to call special attention to the excellent customer service received here. Top notch in every way. Thanks!

Everything was great. You can create your order from a kiosk without human interaction or with an employee. The food was great and the service too. It was early so there were no delays. Probably when packed it might be a bit of chaotic.

Good quick service at their Aventura location. Their burgers are quality and flavorful. The chicken nuggets were surprisingly superb. Would definitely recommend trying. Very tasty. Love the cheese fries.

I don't like coming to the mall during the holiday season cause I try to avoid the chaotic holiday shoppers, but I had a free shake offer given to me by a friend that works at Shake Shack and decided to redeem it today before the offer expires. Located in the Treats Foodhall at the Aventura Mall, Shake Shack offers a variety of food such as: * Burgers/chicken sandwiches/hot dog/fries * Shakes/frozen custard/floats * Cold beverages/wine & beer The fast food restaurant was busy with customers and the employees was quickly taking and preparing the orders in a timely manner. The atmosphere was loud due to large crowd inside the foodhall. Redeeming my chocolate shake was simple and it was really yummy and creamy. I was invited to come back to try their chicken sandwich so I'll make it a point to visit after Christmas.

Shake shack is like a little piece of heaven on earth to me! How could something so basic be so perfect?? I ask myself that very question each time I indulge in its gloriousness. My journey of trying 100's of burgers all over the world has always led me right back to the heavenly shack. Nothing compares to you, shake shack, nothing!

I love Shake Shack mostly for its burgers, fries and custard. I like the Shack Burger, a classic Angus Beef Cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato and their special sauce. I also like the Avocado Bacon Burger, Angus Beef, Applewood Smoked Bacon, and their special sauce as well. I tried their Avocado Bacon Chicken Sandwich and it was so good. Crispy Chicken Breast, with pickles, lettuce and herb mayo, topped with avocado. It is very tasty and the chicken is crispy plus the buttery and creamy texture of avocado and the herb mayo makes this a perfect chicken sandwich! Service and location is good with the casual atmosphere.

We've been coming here for quite a while and have always had a great experience! The ordering process is fast but be prepared to wait a little while for the food since they're usually pretty busy which is understandable. Burgers, milkshakes and fries always taste great and team members are always kind and helpful

I stopped at Shake Shack for the first time, craving something quick due to my hunger. The spicy chicken sandwich with coleslaw didn't disappoint - the chicken was well-cooked with excellent flavor. The fries were also quite good. I would definitely recommend it for those seeking a quick bite.

I'm literally never disappointed with these juicy, flavorful & guilt-free grass-fed burgers. Not greasy feeling just so amazing I could just inhale them. I always order a double shack burger with fries & a shake and am always satisfied. They recently added a kiosk which makes ordering a ton of a lot faster as the lines used to be pretty long. I'm loving this improvement. Located inside the Food Court at the Aventura Mall which provides indoor and outdoor seating options and an elevated dining experience than most food courts. It feels like a sophisticated food hall/cafeteria

Great food. Great food court. Place to eat food was fast and fresh you may wait a little bit with the long lines or the service but the food was good only thing they forgot something in my order so I had to go back luckily I didn't go to far and noticed so they gave me extra sauce that either they missed also or it was just an extra gesture.

Shake Shack is always fresh. You can never go wrong eating here. Great staff. Great service. Good food. Clean spot. Must try.

I've heard so many good things about Shake Shack and had been wanting to try it for quite some time now. We went to Aventura Mall to try the new Jrk restaurant in Treats, but they closed an hour and a half prior to their posted closing time- so we tried Shake Shack instead and we're so glad we did! The line was long to place an order but they moved through the line quickly. The cashier was so friendly and welcoming - really shocking for a mall food court restaurant! ;-) My partner and I both ordered the Chick'n Bites 10 pieces ($6.89) and the Crinkle Cut Fries ($3.09). The Chick'n Bites were smaller nugget size (maybe sized around a half dollar). The fries were about the size of two cups and both items combined were a great dinner portion. The food was served up promptly and was very tasty. I highly recommend giving them a shot if you're dining in Aventura Mall!

Great location that is in the food court area of the aventura mall. Quick and friendly service. You walk up and order and then take your food to a table wherever you'd like in the food court. The burgers are so good here. Not too big but not too small either. The signature sauce on them is my favorite. I always get the shackburger and it's fresh and topped with tomatoes , cheese and lettuce. I also got the cheese fries but on this visit they were SOOO salty. My boyfriends bacon cheese fries were also very very salty. We still ate them of course because their fries in general are soooo yummy!! My boyfriend enjoyed his go to meal - the smoke burger. One thing that does freak me out about this location is if you get more then one fry order.. they stack them on top of each other after the one has been on the counter and prep area. So it's touching your food... If you park in the garage near tap 42/serafina and park on the 4th floor- when you walk into the mall area you will hit the food court immediately!

Love shake shack. The burgers are awesome - I always order the Smoke Shack which comes with a cheeseburger with applewood-smoked bacon, chopped cherry peppers, and ShackSauce. My wife loves the shroom burger - even though she eats meat, she prefers this stuffed and crisp-fried portobello mushroom with muenster and cheddar cheeses. Great frozen custards, lemonades, fries, and more. Just wish it wasn't so pricey.

Shake Shack is good but too pricy. I came here for the first time and ordered two burgers with fries and sodas. Everything came out to $30. I find that too pricy for a burger place. The taste of the burger was good, but it was also very small. The burgers should be bigger for the price people are paying. Plus, my ShackBurger was a little pink. I didn't mind it but if you don't like your burger meat pink, be careful. The fries were really good as well. Crispy. I feel like the fries were more filling than the burger though.

The cashier who serviced me was friendly and helpful. She suggested I try the new mango flavored lemonade and boy was it good! I highly recommend trying this limited time flavor. They also offer avocado now so I added some to my shake burger. I loved it! The line was long but the wait wasn't. I love shake shack!!

IT DON'T MISS. This place seriously freakin slaps. My partner and I have been coming here since they opened in Aventura's gastropub-like food court and EVERY TIME the food is ON POINT. If you're in the mood for a classic smash burger and crinkle fries, then this Shake Shack is your spot. They've somehow managed to master the art of the burger. Everything stays on the burger and nothing is sliding around so you get the perfect ratio of all the flavors. Well done Shake Shack Aventura, 10/10.

I have eaten at this location a few times over the last couple months. It is the closest location to where I live. So I was real happy when I heard they opened in the food court. They are so popular so it seems to take a lot longer to get your food here compared to their South Beach or Boca locations. I like their fries with the cheese. The cheese makes all the difference. The cheese tastes like real cheese, not that canned stuff. (I don't really know if it is canned or not, but it tastes like higher quality) I also like the shack burger a lot. The sauce is tasty. I order either the cheeseburger or the Shack burger. I kind of alternate because they are both kind of addicting. The only real issue is the food never seems to be hot enough at this Aventura store. There are always so many customers which is great for them, but frustrating because I do not bring my food back when it is cold because it will just take that much longer to get it hot. Next time I might just take my food to go and heat it up at home. If the food wasn't so delicious, I would not go through the effort.

Literally the worst customer service you can come across! I ordered through Uber eats 4 burgers with fries and drinks and only received 1 bag with just the fries! I call the shake shack to see if there is any way they can deliver the burgers because I am hungry and at work till 6 and it's 1:43 so I can't go pick it up! And the manager admitted to me that it was someone on her team who messed up and only gave 1 bag when it was 2 bags but that there was nothing she can do about it or no way she can have it delivered here. They should really have a policy to help customers when their team messes up an order because that is not fair to my co workers and I who will now stay hungry at work.

Its shooppinnng timmmeee and ofc it get tiring and I gotta do some food breakk!! Customer Service: Ofc they are a little busy. Line wasnt too long and the cashier was pretty too when we were ordering. It took us abt 8minutes to get our food after we ordered. Food: We ordered a smokeshack without red peppers. I must say the burger was really juicy and tasty. The fries were very good, I wasnt expecting that to be honest. But the food was good in general. Price: The total for the burger and fries came out to be $11.11. It wasnt bad at all for the price. Worthed it? Yesssssss

This place never disappoints. The food is always delicious and consistent. This is hands down my favorite fast food burger place. Service is always nice as well. Highly recommend their burgers, fries, cheese sauce and milkshakes.

I had a pretty good double shake shack burger today. French fries were pretty poor cold, unseasoned and very small portion. Staff seemed miserable and the three people at the counter really didn't exude a welcoming friendly vibe. The lady who called out your name held food at eye level while yelling out your name spraying your food with saliva. Very unappetising and unsanitary. This is generally a very good franchise but the staff needs some encouragement. Food in the adventura food hall is of a very average standard and sadly this place isn't an exception . When I compare this restaurant to shake shack Lincoln road it's hard to believe it's the same franchise. Place isn't cheap over 14 dollars for a double burger and fries with no drink. Staff also push an automated tip system which for this level of enthusiasm is frustrating.

I love Shake Shack. Recently I have found myself in Aventura mall quite often and dreaming of the double shack burger on my drive up. Yesterday, I caved to my craving and I am so pleased. This spot is within the new treats food hall on the third floor of the mall. My favorite orders from here are the double shack burger, the smoke shack and of course the cheese fries. My bestie loves then chicken shack, and it looked SO GOOD when I saw a fellow customer order one, but my heart is just so set on the classic burger. Service was friendly and speedy, food was on point as always and there are many seating options in the food court! In summary: Shake Shack is always a great idea.

The food is tasty and made fresh. The reason for a star deduction is they offer no healthy options. The chicken is fried and the only side are fries. However, All of these items are very tasty. The staff was friendly and efficient. You can dine inside or outside. The shroom burger is a fried mushroom with a cheese filing. It's amazing. The fries are crinkle cut.

Honestly, I might sound very basic here, but there's nothing like a good, simple burger with no gimmicks (this coming from a burger connoisseur that has consumed the Whataburgers and the gourmet stuff). That's literally what Shake Shack does best. From the perfectly smashed patty, to the delicious sauce, and simplicity of the lettuce and tomato sandwiches between two pillowy soft potato buns - a Shack Burger is all you need to get your taste buds going. Paired with the best crinkle fries and melted cheese on this side of the earth and one of their seasonal shakes, you can't go wrong with a Shake Shack meal. The hubby and I wish we had closer locations, but whenever we make the track to Aventura, we know we're in for a good time.

Awesome burgers and chicken sandwiches, the vanilla milkshake was delicious. Their fries are really good too. The 4 stars are because they didn't follow the instructions.

I heard a lot of hype about this "legendary" Shake Shack and I knew I had to find out if the hype was warranted. I stopped by here with a friend and we both got the Chicken Stack sandwich, no sides, but I got a chocolate shake. The sandwiches were phenomenal! I loved the crispy bread on the chicken fillet, it was very juicy on the inside, and crisp on the outside. The herb mayo had a nice touch along with the tart pickles. The only negative I'd give is for the milkshake. It didn't taste like real ice cream but instead, almost like a whipped chocolate milk, if that makes sense. I wouldn't order it again, especially for over $5! Other than that, I'd come back and order the chicken sandwich again with a side of fries.

The food is great, but beware if you're ordering through delivery services. The bags are sealed so the delivery people can't check the order, but I have consistently had more items missing each time I order. And it's not just a side of fries, I mean I am missing complete orders, whole burgers and shakes and a kids meal etc, all on different occasions. Whoever packs the to-go orders absolutely sucks at their job.

Very Disappointed in my Shack Stack. The burger was tasteless and tiny and the fried mushroom cheese was stringy and tasteless. So disappointed! The lettuce was soggy and old and the worlds smallest tomato. Not a good $11.00 fast food experience! They've gone downhill!

This is my favorite semi fast food burger. Everything is made perfectly, every time I go. I went with the double shack burger and we added cheese to our fries. I don't think you find a better, faster burger, than this. Prompt and always polite service. I highly recommend this place.

Why bother asking people to give you directions via doordash if you don't follow???? How can a WHOLE ORDER be wrong?? Oh and how can NO ONE answer the phone???? OH AND how does this pass as lettuce????? Wow just wow

Location is in the mall. This is great. You can do some shopping and grab a bite to eat too. Ordered two Shack burgers and fries. Why not indulge. They are so good, had to get 2. With a custard on the side. The burgers are juicy. A little on the pricey side but totally worth it!

Okay so as a vegetarian I really HAD to try the mushroom burger. It was very satisfying at first but but after a while it was too much. The patty is fried and packed with melted cheese inside the mushroom fill. The fries are OK too. But hey go check out what the hype is all about.

Can you really ever go wrong with shake shack?! So there were a lot of people ordering when I got in line it was intimidating I thought it would take forever. They had three cash registers open and three different lines which sped up the process. I ordered a shack burger, French fries, and a chocolate shake. The burger was cooked perfectly and the bread was just so melt in your mouth soft! Everything was perfect!

Nice menu but way overpriced. $9.99 for a double burger which are very small patties to begin with. $2.99 for a soda which adds up to a $14 lunch and that does not include fries. The burger is very good and they do offer lettuce wraps and customization at no additional cost. I think five guys it's a better burger and a better place to eat but I would leave here in a pinch just be prepared to open up your Wallet and spent about $17 for a burger fries and a soda.

My absolute favorite burger place. The meat is grilled to perfection, the lettuce is crisp, and the buns are perfect for the single or double. I love that they have crinkle cut fries, they also have environmentally friendly forks and straws; for the cheese fries and drinks

Good burgers, at a somewhat decent price for the area. There's not much more to it, their burgers won't change your life in any meaningful way, but they won't be bad either. "Does its job" kinda thing. I do prefer the other burger place in the mall but unfortunately it is located by the movie theater and not in the food court.

Food- 2 stars Service -3 stars Total- 2.5 stars Having had Shake Shack for the first time in New York I loved the shroom burger, the fries weren't the best so when I spotted it in the mall I was instantly attracted to ordering the burger. Unfortunately it wasn't as great as my initial encounter. The mushroom was extremely tough to bite into and a little difficult to eat without looking like a mess. It lacked major flavor, thankfully mustard and ketchup exist. But I'll have to say that the time of service was pretty good. I didn't wait for more than 10 minutes to receive my order, and in comparison to the time I waited in New York it was lighting speed lol. Honestly I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

Favorite fast food burger joint. The burger is amazing. Thin, with the perfect char. The crinkle cut fries are delicious as well. The burgers always taste very fresh. Whenever I'm craving a quick burger this is my stop. I just wish they had more in south Florida, specifically Broward.

The cashier was sitting down the entire time and spoke extremely low. I only ordered 3 drinks and had too wait 15 minutes. The young lady provided me 3 drinks with out straws and a cup holder. The lime Agave margarita was not properly made and I couldn't even finish my drink. They had only one person taking orders and about 10 people in the kitchen area.

I checked out this place for the first time at the new Food Court on the 3rd floor. Shake shack was the only place that had good amount of people in line. I never had it before and heard good things. You first notice the employees, they had a person assuring each section was covered from cooking to making sure each person got their complete order correct and making sure the costumers left satisfied. I can tell they put their best foot forward and we all know that is the most important thing we notice when we eat out. The menu was straight forward; burger, cheese or no cheese and the normal toppings of tomato, lettuce and condiments. The burger came out fresh and meat was cooked just right, sides of the burger meat was a little crunchy with a cooked middle. The downfall was that the sides are a separate order. We just got the large fries that's shareable for 2 people. The one thing I didn't try was the shakes. That will be my next attempt when I get the chance to come back. Food was great and service was awesome.

I was so stocked to find out that they finally opened a shake shack by my house. I used to eat at shake shack in Coral Gables all the time so now I get to eat it close to home. My favorite are the cheese fried because their cheese sauce is just magnificent. Everything on the menu is fantastic. The mushroom burger is really good if you don't want to eat meat. Milk shakes are so freaking good. Can't wait to eat there again.

I like the food, but the burgers are small. I could only eat half, so It was ok. The milkshake was expensive, so don't buy it if you can't finish it. The cheese dip had a weird texture. Their shake sauce is a creative term for mayo with color. Don't think you can save a buck by getting a scoop from Haagen-Dazs, it was $8 for a kid cup with fudge. Also, the chicken didn't slap me when I ate it from 'chicken-guy'. Next time I'm going to Luke's, Lobster for the crab. If I'm going to spend $50, I'll get the 'trio' and sit around back.

I am huge Shake Shack fan, I've eaten in in many of their locations in NY and their one in Coral Gables. Although I am parcial because I really love their food, I must be objective and the restaurant in Aventura Mall was not up to their standards. I ordered a 'Shroom Burger and fries and both were overcooked (stale) and were cold when served. The place was packed and I did not mind waiting for my order but was disappointed of the final product. There's got to be a better way to handle the crowds and keep the service and food standards. I will return but with a different expectancy.

To be honest I was pleasantly surprised by this place. We were in a rush and needed a quick lunch. Burgers were what everyone was craving and the line wasnt too long. This place is in the food court, in the corner. We ordered the chicken shack, chicken hot dogs and had to try the vegetarian mushroom burger with a side of fries. The mushroom burger was really good! Its a mushroom with a crispy battered outside and filled with some oozing cheese (Picture attached). Usually a mushroom burger is alittle tough, but this one was soft and seasoned with a crunchy breaded outside. The cherry on top is the oozing cheese that comes with each bit and its not an overwhelming amount either. The chicken shack also had a crunchy breaded exterior and was tasty, not too oily either. The chicken dog was just Ok. We got some extra garlic mayo to eat with our food which gave more of a flavor profile...even with the fries. This place is in the food court but right next to an outdoor eating area too. Good food in the food court.

My review is only based off of quality and service. I am a huge Shake Shack fanatic. Anyone that knows me, knows that this is my go-to place when I want a burger, fries, and shake! After walking around Aventura Mall and eating at Luke's Lobster, I was craving a sweet treat! I decided to walk over to the newly opened Shake Shack if I'm not mistaken (as I don't frequent this mall often), and hopped online. They were very busy on this particular Sunday afternoon, but I figured since I was just ordering a shake, it would not be too long. The line moved fairly quickly, and I was able to place my order for a chocolate shake. Unfortunately the wait time is what sucked. It literally took over 15 minutes to have my chocolate shake ready. And the worst part was that by the time I got it, it was not even thick. It was liquidy. I was not too pleased with my Shake Shack experience on this day. I understand they were busy, but customer's are still paying a pretty steep price at the end of the day, so it's quite expected that the product be as it should.

Very delicious burger and hot dog! For a fast food place it is very very good and definitely worth a try! The fries were great as well! Not too salty nor greasy! Yay to shake shack!

The most over hyped overpriced burgers I've had here in Sofla...tasteless, twenty bucks for double burger, fries aand shake ...never again, sorry don't see how they've built this on my results today

Just left this location and ordered meals for the family that we had to ditch due to everything being cold. Not the Shake Shack quality I am used to, after driving all the way from Pembroke Pines me and the family were very disappointed.

My favorite chicken sandwich ever. Better than Chik-fil-a, and trust me, theirs is good too. Order the lemonade iced tea. You won't regret it! Only downside to this location is the fact that it's at the mall food court and it can get a little too crowded. But don't worry too much, it takes only about the 5-10 to get your food ready.

We have been here a couple times with our family .I always was good,fast but last time in our visit there we were unhappy with burgers we are group of 8 persons The meat was overcooked and dry!!!! I would come back here again to eat but I hope the stuff on the kitchen will do better job.
