Shake Shack Baybrook

Person taking our order was just kind of there. Not very friendly or helpful too much with menu questions. The lobby was clean and being cleaned as soon as diners departed. Food came out so slow. No real rush to any employees working. Single burgers are small. Meat was crisp, bun was soft. Shake was creamy. Cheese sauce on fries weird. Fries basic and bland. Maybe cooked in sunflower oil like SS, kind tasted as if, I don’t like that taste. Food not worth the high price when there is Whataburger here in Texas. Took a star for this. Not something I’d eat again, but especially after the way it swelled up and bloated both my husband and myself and made us feel awful all day, even gave me a headache. I wonder if they use MSG, because that’s how I feel after eating MSG. Took a star for this. Was asked to do the survey in store, did so and was surprised at the last question, ‘Do you feel our food is worth the higher price?’ Almost as if they know they’re too high but trying to justify it? $40 for two people to eat fast food is kind of nuts.

I would definitely go back! You have to order from a computer screen. No problem, but it's filled with so many finger prints that you could swirl the screen. 🤮 Maybe they should have some type of wipes, or even sanitizer there. We touch the screen then eat with our fingers... The avocado bacon burger was good but really nothing to right about home about. Their menu says some kind of shack sauce but there was no kind of sauce on my burger. The smokehouse Burger is where to go! There are chopped red things. I don't even know what it is but it's spicy and it just makes a perfect combination with this burger. I definitely recommend this one The crinkle fries are very good. They don't get soggy as they sit there and that's a plus! Right now there's enough parking but it is a small parking lot. I can see the parking lot being overwhelmed and full very quickly during the day. Overall the place is clean. The staff seems to be somewhat nice and the food was pretty good. I would go back but I'm going to have the smokehouse Burger!

To go order. Got home & meat pink inside so not edible. Looks like it was made so fast no care to ingredients being put in burger. So disappointed.

Our first visit ever to Shake Shack was great. We visited the Baybrook location. Very easy ordering on a kiosk and super easy to customize everyone’s burgers. The kids were super happy that everyone got their food exactly as ordered! The kids said the cheeseburgers were delicious! I loved my cheeseburger and French fries. The employees were really nice. The employee that walked around asking if anyone needed anything was so so sweet. The restaurant was clean! Restroom were clean! This is a good place to stop with the kids. They have burgers, bbq, chicken, shakes and custard! Yum!

This is a brand new location. The inside was very clean and spacious, there was plenty of window seating. The staff here were all very nice and helpful. They made sure to keep the place clean and made sure we were taken care of. The food was very delicious. My buddy and I enjoyed our burgers and fries, although I was expecting the fries to be a little better for the price I paid. Still tasty though. Rating 9.0/10

1st you have to order food yourself. God help the staff in weekends. Hamburgers good. Fries way too expensive for being crinkle and sprinkled with parmasean cheese. 2nd set of fries had melted "cheese sauce as it states in their menu". Price was as much as a hamburger. Skip or share 1 set without the cheese sauce or parmasean sprinkle cheese. Drinks too expensive. Given incorrect side. Easy too pricey. Should've gone to one of the 3 major competitors nearby. Got to offer package deals with drinks. Wish I could get my money back.

You order your food on the desk kiosk they have. Adding anything to your burger is extra. Now, let's talk about taste. The burger was ok and my meat was red on the inside. I did see the customize button, so I guess they may have had a well-done choice option. The fries, let's say that my spouse cooks better at home. I give them a 4 out of 10. I would go back to try a shake! Two meals with drinks $38.

Mostly good but there was a manager who did not seem to grasp the concept that I was allergic to the sauce and it got put on my burger anyways. I told them that they should be giving me a refund and remaking my food because I was already reacting and had eaten about half the burger before I realized. I was still hungry and needed SOMETHING. The manager then turned around and tried to catch me lying about my allergies to something unrelated. The food is great, but this manager SUCKED. I wish I had better things to say about this location
