came in and ordered 3 Dubai shakes due to recommendations from an instagram influencer and was very displeased in fact everyone of us whom I purchased it for hated it I called an shift manager by the name of JERRY he reassured more than once I could come the next day to get a full refund of 32.98 once I came back to location and I live in Lancaster ca but visiting my ill mother in Compton ca and he was aware that I did not live in area I was under dressed so I had my niece go in and get the refund for me he denied saying any of this to me over the phone I came inside immediately humiliating myself because I was under dressed and customers were looking at me he then proceeded to lie to my face and gave me the contact card to the general manager I emailed the general manager JUSTIN MARTINEZ no response so I called TODAY and he refuses to help me out completely because he said he believes and is confident in his staff and feels my altercation with JUSTIN when I came back to the store for the refund he promised ME I guess was inappropriate I gave him pictures of the shakes in full also in dumpsters I gave him timing I gave him more than enough he could run cameras back and see I was under dressed and embarrassed I feel very racially profiled!! I also emailed CEO

Small, clean, and chill Shake Shack location off of the iconic Rodeo Drive. Even though it’s expensive for fast food, it’s definitely a good “cheap” option compared to the much more expensive sit down restaurants that are in the area. The quality of the food is consistent with all other SS locations I’ve been to in the past.

Nothing great. Super expensive ($12+) for a burger, $5 crinkle cut fries. The shake was "ok" at best. With all the burger places in Los Angeles there is zero need to ever return here. On the plus side, service was great.

Staff is very kind and attentive! I received my meal quickly, and I was checked on while sitting on the patio. Didn’t have to ask for ketchup or ranch because the staff was quick to offer! 100% the best service I’ve ever received at a fast-food restaurant. Food was amazing as well. Great vibes on the patio, and super clean too! Shoutout to Alex and Benji — made our experience awesome.

Burger is nice but I feel like everything is definitely salty in the US hot chips is okay drink as refreshing.

I had the 2 for 8.00 hot dog deal. My goodness!! They were delicious!!! The fries and the vanilla shake were scrumptious as well.

We had a guy ring us up for half of our order then be a jerk to me when I was visibly upset. He was training someone, and clearly wasn’t competent. Thanks I guess. Everyone but him was absolutely stellar. Updating because it turns out when I had to go back to order the other part of the meal, he had already misrang us before. It took him 3 tries to do a simple order and then he was aggressive and rude. Yeah sorry stars go to one for ego guy.

The burgers taste like any other shake shake - pretty good. The seasonal sugar cookie shake is too sweet. The location is located right next to Rodeo Dr. Service is quick, tables are clean, and washrooms are clean.

I am not one to leave bad reviews. But I had a problem with my order and Justin the manager, I tried to explain it, and he actually Hung up on me not once, not twice but three times! And the third time he blamed it on the phone having a problem! I will no longer patronize a business if the customer service is poor at one location. It shows poor culture across the business' franchise in general. Hanging up on your customers is completely unacceptable. And to lie about it and not be held responsible for your poor communication is crappy service.

It was self order and they bring it to you. I really like the shake shack meals even though they're pricier than average lol. This location was clean and service was quick. My favorite burger is the bbq shack single with pickles and a side of the spicy fries with ranch.

First timer, I have been wanting to try Shake Shack for too long. After leaving the museum, my group was wondering where we would eat. Little did they know I knew where we'd be eating it would be on our way back near where we parked.. Whew! We immediately noticed the temperature change inside it was a bit warm. we contemplated dining outside but opted for dining indoors. We asked the server if it is generally that temperature on a regular basis, and he mentioned yes ! There were several folks dining but plenty of seating areas for my group. Order Veggie Shack Burger made with mushrooms, carrots , quinoa, topped with cheese, and oh how those crispy onions and pickles hit the spot on top of that the Shake Sauce ! Fries Korean bbq fries, the seasoning was on point BTW you can add cheese to your fries. I wish I did. I kinda of grabbed some cheese fries from someone from the group, and I was in cheese and French fry heaven. 10 piece chicken nuggets were thee best juiciest tasty, crunchy fried carbs on the outside.

What I loved is how Alex provided us with great customer service and specific communication. Well serving manners and attention. Thank you

I don't know if Shake Shack is individually owned or not, but the Beverly Hills one was nothing like the West Hollywood store that I've been to many times, and love. I had an awkward time ordering. I went to the counter and gave my order. The employee was acting a bit odd. I guess I did it wrong -- I was supposed to go to a kiosk (even though someone is standing at the counter) and touch a screen to order. I'm "old school"? I threw them off by talking to them when I ordered in person. Oh boy. The burger was dry and bland and nowhere near what I had come to love at the West Hollywood store (the only place I can compare to). I'd go back to Shake Shack again, but I'll skip the Bevery Hills store.

This location just recently opened up and I visited for a post-LA marathon meal. I ordered the shackburger and fries as well as a sunset lemonade and all came out very fast and tasted great. The employees were friendly and even gave me the shack sauce on the side to have with my fries (I love an aioli/thousand island vibe). They also do free refills on soft drinks which was super nice! The place was clean and well-run and is in a great location with free parking.

As fast food hamburger chain, this is one of our favorites. Just like competitors they have touch screens for making the order.

***First Time Review*** I'll preface this review by saying that I have NEVER had Shake Shack in my life. So I feel like it will eventually need another fair shake (Lol) in the future... When my wallet has recuperated. Visiting a friend at a nearby hospital, knowing he did not have any dietary restrictions, I decided to get a treat for both of us. Two meals =$50... Wow 6/10 *Avocado Bacon Chicken sandwich 10/10 *Roadside Double (Cheeseburger) 5/10. *2 Fries (fries are almost $5 each! What!) 7/10. *Sunset Lemonade 4/10. *Dragon Fruit Pomegranate 10000/10 *Chocolate Salted Caramel Shake (They loved this one!!!) Service was amazing!!! Young kids with etiquette & manners, go figure! Kudos to their parents, them & their managers! I was impressed. I think what made this meal worth it was the joy I saw in my friend's face & they seemed to really love their meal. Would I go to a Shake Shack again? Not for awhile & like I said, not until my wallet has recuperated. Thanks for reading!

Had a fantastic lunch at the Shake Skack. The service was excellent with very friendly and professional employees. The overall restaurant was clean and tables were promptly cleaned after the customer left. I ordered the Smoke shack double which was fantastic. The fries were Excellent and cooked to perfection. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and will be definitely coming back.

They got my order wrong twice in a row. I decided to request a refund and leave since there was no point in trying to get it right for the third time. Incompetence at its best. Needless to say that they were not apologetic at all.

OMG! I've been missing out! I never understood the hype around Shake Shack because I don't eat meat. I received an offer to attend their Friends & Family preview event and thought, "We'll I can at least try the fries." I checked out the menu online and was happy to discover the Shroom Burger. I was in! The new Beverly Hills location is directly across the street from my office. The inside is very nice with tables where you can sit and enjoy your meal. You can order from the kiosk or at the counter. They also have a walk-up window so you can order ahead and pick up if you are short on time during your lunch break. All the staff were enthusiastic and friendly, especially Eric who took my order. He also brought it to me when it was ready. I was excited to dig in! The Shroom Burger was fantastic! I thought it would be breaded Portobello with cheese on top. I was pleasantly surprised when I took a bite and found out it was stuffed with Muenster & Cheddar cheese. Yum! The outer coating was crispy with a soft gooey cheesy interior. The bun was soft and the ShackSauce was a nice touch. I'm hooked. The crinkle cut cheese fries were thoughtfully packaged with a wooden fork. I liked that they were not smothered in cheese, so I could enjoy some of the crispy fries too. The cheese sauce had a nice flavor. It definitely wasn't that fake stuff from the movie theaters. People have always raved about Shake Shack's frozen custard shakes. I haven't had a shake since I was a kid so I decided, "What the hell, why not." OMG! The Choco Salted Toffee Shake was out of this world! Thick & creamy like I remember from my childhood. The whipped cream topping & mini chocolate toffee sprinkles on top were the icing on the shake. I can't believe I've missed out on Shake Shack for so long. Now that they are across the street I'll have to make up for lost time, which also means I'll be spending more hours at the gym. LOL! *Gender neutral restrooms. *Street parking and in the lot behind the building.

Delicious fried chicken bites, cheese fries and creamsicle shake. The chicken nuggets were light and airy but did get a little salty by my 7th one. Food is great and they serve alcohol too. Cashier forgot to ask what dipping sauce we wanted so we didn't have any when we picked up our food. Had to go back to counter to get some honey mustard sauce. Also purchased a gift card here with ease. The associate had to look over some printed instructions first but overall the transaction was quick.

*The Lettuce ShakeDown* Been a Danny Myers fan for years and love everything he's done & doing for the restaurant and fast food industry. When I found out Shake Shack was coming to Beverly Hills & the Westside, I knew it was only a matter of time before I caved because I love a good burger (tho I'm an ex vegan & pescatarian) and I've heard & read mostly positive things about this ever-growing chain that is up to 350 locations across the globe. Was out doing errands & some shopping with the wife within the Beverly Hills Triangle and decided to eat an early dinner so we headed to WrapStar but they were closed. We were so disappointed & hangry and didn't want to trek around looking for an alternative so I talked her into trying Shake Shack down the street...but that came with a bit of resistance because she's not really a burger & bun kinda gal. But when she found out they have veggie burgers, she gave in even though she wasn't really in the mood for eating bread -- she really wanted that salad from WrapStar. Well...to make a long story short -- she loved her veggie burger with avocado and was a happy camper. However, I was served a burger with one small & thin piece of wilted soggy lettuce. I've never seen such garbage and thought it was a joke. Even worse, WTF was whoever who made & prepared my burger thinking for serving such crap to a customer. I returned to the counter and nicely & comically showed Jean, who took my order, and he was embarrassed and couldn't believe it either -- his exact words: "that lettuce looks ratty." Then asks if I "want some replacement lettuce?" Ummm F-yea I do..and why ask such a silly question when I ordered just a simple plain burger with "only lettuce." Fast forward 10 minutes while eating my burger: Jean comes to our table to apologize again, told me he's going to tell his manager and also speak to the cooks in the kitchen...and then he hands me two cards for complimentary burgers. Way to step-up & do the right thing, Spike Jean. My ($8.95) double burger was very good...seared & chard to a crisp, yet still juicy...and held up well in their perfect set of buns. And now I intend to hit up their MDR & Century City locations too for my free burger redemption. I'm very impressed with Shake Shack's very reasonable prices Also very impressed with how Jean ended up handling the lettuce shakedown...and expressed that to him as well. I never expect anything for free. But... The food from the BH Shake Shack has gone seriously downhill. Last night I ordered my last SmokeShack. The last bite I took was so gristly I had to spit it out. Better quality burgers can be found everywhere.

I took a birthday trip to SoCal on 4th of July weekend from the Bay Area and wandered in here on my birthday while headed to the Santa Monica Pier. It was fabulous. They had clearly just opened, but the service was A+! My food was ready quickly and it was perfection. Juicy burgers , delicious milkshake and my fries were . I will absolutely visit again when I fly south for some beach fun .

This young man's service was so poor and rude my first and last time coming here for sure.

This location just opened. It's on the small side with a few tables and a counter at the window if you want to eat in, plus no patio that I could see (the WeHo location has great patio seating). Ideal for take-out as the parking is easy in the metered lot just behind the building. The "shack stack" Shack Burger I ordered was super fresh, very meaty and nicely put together. It was crowded inside for pick-up but my order was ready in less that 10 minutes and was really good. Five stars for preparation, customer service and quality. 3 stars for the drab design of the interior. Yes it's a Shake Shack and they all look similar, but this is the 'golden triangle' of Beverly Hills after all, it could be a little nicer inside with better seating or something unique. Very basic . I'll still go to the WeHo location to dine in. But the food here is excellent.

Overpriced crap. Nothing special about their burgers (or any of the food) - other than the ridiculous price. Many better options in LA.

Rude. Stoned. Complete waste of time and money. I called to ask for it to be fixed and the person who answered said "I'm sorry". I asked if I could come back and get what I ordered. He said "No". Everything is cold and sucked. I asked For ketchup twice and he said "in the bag bro" nope. I had time to come back too. What I don't have are all the condiments for the $20 burger. You're better than this. What a joke

Bathrooms in extremely poor condition, very dirty! Visited on Feb 2nd at 5 PM. Disappointing !

I did as I was asked and sent an email with my yelp review and additional photos with my beyond burnt food that was put in my to go order. Then they asked me for my receipt I emailed a screenshot showing my order. Then they emailed two more times asking me for more proof. I mean did you want my social security number and front door key next? This felt more like intimidation to take down an accurate and honest review with photos as proof of my review but instead I'll just update my review here as my review was honest and the photos are proof of how inedible the food was.

Bought three burgers. Rather un-flavorful. Wilted piece of lettuce, slice of tomato and cheese and a dollop of done sauce. Maybe with pickles, onions and mustard they would have been tasty.

Hotdog very good meat , no toppings. Wish it came with toppings. Good service took a while to come take order but lady very polite and nice. Ambiance very clean and aesthetic. I recommend.

After a long afternoon of returning stylist garments to designer stores, I stopped him for some french fries and happen to see the nondairy chocolate shake. It is absolutely staggeringly delicious I didn't want it to end! The cashier was friendly and recommended it!

This was my first time trying Shake Shack and I now get the hype! Everything was delicious- fries, burger, shake- you can't go wrong! The area was so cute with an outdoor and indoor seating area. They also had a cashier to take your order as well as automated ones so there was no line! I will definitely be coming back!

I love Shake Shack! Self service of course,but the order did come out fast!! Food was fresh and yummy.I always get the chicken sandwich and it was BOMB again! Fries always taste better with ketchup:) I have never been to this location but I loved it. Very spacious and found a place to dine in. All in all..go get a chicken sandwich from here NEOWWWWW

These people are a-holes. After 30 minutes of online order I arrived at the window. For 5 full minutes I looked through the window and saw the woman I took the picture of talking with another guy. They totally were ignoring me. I tapped on the window, they did not look at my direction. I tapped harder, then this woman Barges towards me and says: don't hit on my window! I said I am here to pick up my food but you are not coming to window at all. She said : you know what , I have the right to refuse service and I refuse to give your food! Your order is cancelled. I am still in disbelief about what I had just experienced. Interestingly, not a single other worker , about 8 of them came to say anything. Looked like they were enjoying the manager's quarrel with customer. I think there was something going on among the workers. I would stay away from this place until there is change in management.

The restaurant was clean but the burger was charred beyond recognition. I couldn't believe they actually put burnt meat in a bun and gave it to a customer. The cooks definitely need more training. I don't recommend burgers from here.

we ordered a chicken sandwich, a double cheeseburger and fries! The chicken sandwich was good and a tad juicy which we appreciate. The burger is tasty but wasn't our favorite that we have tried in LA. The fries had a great crunch and were cooked well. Definitely give it a try if you haven't been but we prefer the local spots

Thank you Mya for helping us with our order !!! We placed our order in two different kiosks with the same phone number .... Apparently this was not the thing to do as my friends order was lost... we approached an employee and he said he would check (laptop in hand) and be back in "30 seconds" ..... of course that was a lie ..... he never came to our table or followed up .... Turns out he was the MANAGER .... When we went back to the counter he was working the food line !!!! No follow up or concern for a PAID order (already showing on the online banking)- an hour later she got food ..because of Maya who stepped in and resolved the issue .... Mya thank you for going the extra mile .... Ace , the manager, needs some customer service training !!!!! Ace gets was the reason for THREE STARS however .... MAYA DESERVES FIVE STARS !!!!

Great service and food! I was not able to use the tablet but Johnny was quick to help me check out at the register, truly appreciate the attention specially during lunch time.

Came here yesterday for lunch and was super excited to try it. Order the shack burger and it was so tiny. Not much flavors. Their fries were pretty lackluster. $20 for a lunch and left hungry.

The taste of the food was good but I would've preferred to go down the street to In-N-Out. It was extremely over priced for the quantity of the food they give you. We had to order from a kiosk, for the price I'm paying you would think they would have someone taking your order. The customer service after ordering our food was great. The server/buss boy was very kind and kept making sure we had enough sauces. I would give it a 5 if it wasn't overpriced.

The manager had a bad attitude. He said his name was Jerry but the receipt says Johnny. Puts a bad name for this establishment. Was not even in uniform wearing a hoodie he looked like he woke up in.

First time at this location in Beverly Hills. Just opened yesterday. Very clean. Plenty of seats. Food was fresh and good.

Ordered delivery and the burger didn't come with any shack sauce or shack sauce on the side. No ketchup, nothing to pair with my meal. A dry unflavored burger. Legitimately ruined my meal.

Fast food? Ultra slow food. The service was quite non communicative too. Customers do not seem to be a priority here. The ambiance was sterile.

I came in on a Friday around 6:30pm. There was hardly anyone there and I ordered at the counter. Two smoke shacks, one with cheese and one without. They still got it wrong...

Ordered chicken shack, hot chicken, fries and strawberry shake. All the items were great, the hot chicken was my favorite, love spicy but I wouldn't recommend to anyone who can't handle too spicy. Kids loved the strawberry shake. Service was quick and they delivered to my table. Decent ambience with outdoor seating options. Bit cramped up inside and gets crowded due to queues for placing order and queues for restroom being very close to each other. Use the kiosk to order if you prefer. Don't overthink with the low ratings, it's a fast food joint.

Food is just okay. The BIG problem with Shake Shack is their app. Tried to place an order using their app. Kept getting a message indicating that the order was being processed, followed by a message that "something went wrong, try again." This happened four times. Gave up on the Shake Shack app and ordered using Uber Eats. Minutes later I get an email showing FOUR duplicate orders are being prepared. Called the restaurant and after some effort learned that the orders were canceled. However, four charges and four credits are on my credit card. The app wouldn't let me change the store or delivery time set by the app.

My second time is ever trying shake shack and I absolutely love it. Everything tasted sooo fresh. I look around and staff is smiling laughing such a good energy in this spot definitely coming again since I work around the area

Good food. I had the chicken sandwich, bites, fries and shake. All tasted great. Service was top notch. I ordered just before closing and all food was prepared and ready in no time flat. The crew working that night was very nice. If you go, ask for Jean.

Very disappointed. I just got postmates delivery and I paid extra for it to be delivered right away and I'm only a mile away. Therefore, my shake should not have been completely melted. Shake Shack must have prepared my shake before anyone came to pick it up and they refused to refund me. The shake is almost $7, so it should at least be cold and not melted, right? Guess that's too much to ask. Last time I order from here.

I live up the street so we order from here quite often. When it comes to "fast food" burgers shake shack is by far the best. The shakes are amazing and the staff are friendly. Wish they had better fries though
