Shake Shack

Service was great and the shack stack burger was on point! So much better than in n out!!!!!

Redeye milkshake, chocolate milkshake, avocado chicken sandwich, and the shroom burger all tasted good. Plenty of seating. My food took about 15 minutes to come out. There are 2 burgers which don’t contain meat, these are good options for vegetarians.

I had added 3 extra shack sauce which was never given. The service is really poor, there weren’t even as many people for them to make such mistakes. Even the shroom sandwiches that I received were falling apart, very poor service.

I went at 5am on a Wednesday and felt the service was great - the food took longer than the standard airport meal, but I wasn’t in a rush so that was fine. Pleasantly surprised by the amount of breakfast options

Me and my family love shake shack whenever we goto Boston Aquarium this is where we end no complaints on any of there food it's always great and a good time!

worst shake.... so loud!!! and not nice !!! 😭 😢 😥 i know its airport... but same price other places treat is way better to customers not here......... ;;;;;;;

They make excellent coldest fried chicken sandwiches

Not nearly fast enough for an airport eatery, especially a chain. It’s an open kitchen so you can easily observe that the workers are moving with zero haste or urgency whatsoever. Annoying anywhere, unacceptable in an airport.

This was an airport so aiprot rules apply (assume more expensive, less options, less customer service, not as clean). This was tough. The food was wrong, all cheeseburgers had no cheese (???), fries had nasty congealed cheese, it took 30 mins, and the workers seemed uninterested in being there. Brutal.

I stopped by before my early JetBlue flight. I ordered the breakfast burger with hashbrowns. The breakfast burger was delicious - I loved the breakfast sauce! The hashbrowns were good too - they were crispy and they provided a huge serving. I liked sitting at the bar. I appreciate that you could order from the kiosk.

Had an amazing opportunity to be one of the first customers to try out this Shake Shack location The staff at the front meeting us were excited and you could feel their energy. They were super friendly and very informative as to how the Kiosk works, dining options. However, once getting to the front of the line, you could see the stress and anxiety from the staff and when placing an order they basically had nothing to offer. The manager came out to apologize and stated that they were not expecting this many people. This Shake Shack location is very much built like all their other spots but has an amazing view of the planes docked at the gates. The burger was okay. The fries were batched cooked and I must have had the tail end / bottom because they were not crispy and way too salty. I was fortunate to have this meal as a compliment from the restaurant as part of their grand opening, however, had I needed to pay for this I would have been very upset when compared to the other options in the airport for the price they are asking for. Definitely some things need to be hammered out as they move forward. I'll be sure to try them again on my way back through the Airport.

Fantastic! Best bite in the airport. I think it's new but it's great by me. If you're going to dine in, single or two just at sit at the bar. Order your meal from the bar, staff are excellent!

The food itself was alright but the service here is terrible. The kitchen was quick making the food but the other employees would let orders sit in the back for five minutes before bagging it. They all move at a snails pace. The woman to my side nicely asked when her order would be ready and was scolded by the staff. Over at the bar, the tender clicked around the POS system for minutes until I told her I wanted to order. She clicked around the kiosk for another few minutes before starting to make my drink. When I gave her my card to pay she left it in the reader while she went to make drinks for other people. I spent a good 30 minutes here standing around for just OK food.

Horrible, tried to order lunch for the family (4) easily would have been 80-100 dollars. We were told they have no regular buns and we could either get lettuce wraps or a GF roll. We asked for the roll and were told it was an upcharge of $1.00 per roll. I told them inventory control is not my problem and wasn't paying extra for a roll I didn't want, or they could give me I free soda bottle ( priced @ 4.05). They said the were charging for the rolls so I cancelled the order. There loss, not a good business decision.
