Google
First time at this new location. A little different feeling than the Domain one as it felt louder. Maybe since there are less plants and decorations to soak up the screaming kid noise. They have "smash" style burgers which are not my favorite type, but these are pretty good. Fries were better than expected and the service was outstanding. You don't get to get your own drink, but they will refill it for you.

Google
The burgers are very small for the price paid. Comparable to the size of a happy meal burger but the cost is $12 for a burger. Fries are separate ranging from $4-$7. Drinks are $4. Would have liked to see some combo options. Their burgers tasted pretty good. Spicy fries are truly spicy! Liked that one of the employees got us a refill while we sat at the table. That’s why I gave a 5 star service.

Google
I was not impressed with the cost for what you got here. For two single patty meals with shakes, the total was $40. The food & shakes were good, but there was nothing spectacular about either item to warrant such extravagant prices. I doubt I will visit again, especially when P.Terry’s or In-N-Out Burgers are much cheaper with similar quality.

Google
Paul and Vickie (maybe Vicky) always make our experience memorable and enjoyable. Every employee there is friendly and welcoming, but those two really go above and beyond to make you feel special. The food is always great and service is a 10/10 every single time. I’ve stopped going to all my other “fast food” burger places in lieu of Shake Shack!

Google
Of course the Burger exceeded my Expectations. But, Karin, who took my order, and brought my Food, is a Rock Star. Super friendly and helpful to me as a first timer here. PROMOTE HER? Hamburger was perfect. Fifty-fifty lemonade/Ice tea was amazing. Good vibe. But it was Karin that left the mark. Come here folks.

Google
This place was amazing! Me and my team who were in town for the weekend were served by one sweet worker and another worker named Kylee! Their hospitality and kindness was very welcoming, and the restaurants food was superb. Thank y’all! Jesus loves you! Highly recommend 💛

Google
The food is good whenever I go, but I do think some of the ladies who are handling the drive-through. Shouldn’t make faces because due to you asking to swap a bag that has stains on it or l have an attitude while taking orders. Drive thru time 1:54pm

Google
The burgers here never disappoint. Love the fries and Lemonade too! This time I did try some new menu items and I will say not thrilled. The fries Pickles were disappointing as the batter was super thick and the Pickles fell right out after 1st bite. They were also very lackluster in taste. Your Pickles are not built to be fried, even though the Pickles are great on their own. Also spicy fries were way over seasoned. I will stick to the classics from now on. Service at this location in Cedar Park is way better then the locations at Domaine and South Lamar. They are very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Yelp
I have to say this is a fun place to get a burger. I especially like the Smoked Shack one with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. The peppers that come on it are spicy and delicious. They really add to the overall flavor. It is kind of do it yourself ordering. There are 3 or 4 kiosk computers set up to input your order. There is an attendant available if you have questions or need assistance. There is plenty of seating, both inside and outside. The tables are adequately spaced to provide some privacy. The next time you are yearning for a burger, stop by Shake Shack and take care of that yearn. You just might be pleasantly surprised!

Yelp
Very expensive ! I don't remember Shake Shack being so expensive but maybe that's why I stopped eating at the Domain location. Four people four sandwiches four fries four drinks at $84 not including tip I could have gone to a decent restaurant with a waiter and not had to order my food off an iPad. The place is clean the staff is extremely nice but the food isn't worth the cost in my opinion. My star rating is mostly because of cost and some minor quality issues. Like I said the staff was very nice and attentive and the manager even gave us some free milkshake coupons for a next visit but I could have bought just as good a burger at In N Out and spent way less. To add my burger bun was so soggy it ripped apart when I picked it up and the burger was extremely over salted. The meat was nicely cooked and had those delicious crispy edges a smash burger would have and the fries are really good but our nuggets tasted oily and also very salty. If one burger alone wasn't $10 -$12 and the fries alone weren't almost $5 each individually order just cause you add a drizzle of cheese I would be way more inclined to eat here and recommend it to others. So my recommendation goes like this , if you don't mind spending a lot of money on good small burgers unless you double up on meat patties and you are craving this place and that craving cannot be satisfied with other places then go here . If you don't like having someone take your order if you dine in and like friendly staff and think those things equal paying more for food then go here. If you like paying decent prices and also having someone polite and cheerful take your order and getting a decent sized meal for your money go to In n Out up the street . Maybe corporate will lower the prices one day and at that point this will be a logical place to spend your money and a side of nuggets burgers fries and a drink won't cost a family of four $84 minus tip.

Yelp
I came to this location to get a few of the usual menu items and to try the Korean Style Fried Chicken sando. Generally, a Gochujang sauce is a thick and spicy-sweet crimson paste made from red chile pepper flakes, glutinous rice (also known as sticky rice), fermented soybeans, and salt. This white-meat chicken breast sandwich was drowned in a very sweet Gochujang glaze. This Gochujang lacked the spice that one comes to expect from a sauce/glaze such as this, however was heavy on the sweet, which is unfortunate as this is supposed to be what makes this sando a standout. The kimchi used on this sando is white napa kimchi, which includes napa cabbage, daikon radish, carrots, garlic, and onions. This version of kimchi was not what is expected when one thinks of kimchi. Overall, the sauce and "kimchi" were a disappointment as I was expecting more traditional flavors. This is the type of sando that may be for someone who likes sweet glaze on their chicken and cabbage as a substitute for lettuce.

Yelp
Quick service and decent burgers! I love that their burgers have more than just the standard toppings and they always seem to have a new seasonal item every time I go.

Yelp
This place was awesome today -- super clean, super fresh food, and super nice staff. I love it when companies are at their best.

Yelp
I was in need of a quick dinner and decided to check out the new Shake Shack in Cedar Park. Unfortunately, they didn't offer the spicy chicken or spicy burger options, nor did they have the variety of shakes that other locations do. Compared to the Domain branch, this location is smaller, though it does have an outdoor patio with a few tables, some of which have a slight cover or umbrella. Upon entering, you're met with a self-ordering counter to your right or the option to order with an employee. The system is user-friendly, prompting dine-in customers to take a number and input it into the system. The SmokeShack burger was decent but lacked the expected smoky flavor. On the brighter side, the fries were delightfully crispy - a big plus for me. I ended up creating my own spicy ketchup sauce using the Tabasco sauce packet they provided.

Yelp
Only had one lady working who was worth her salt. Spent 6 dollars on a beer that never came. Manager was rude. Wasted 30 minutes and 6 dollars just to find out they didn't have any beer.

Yelp
Welcome to Cedar Park, Shake Shack, and I must say, I'm thrilled to have you here! Having visited various locations across the U.S., including three in NYC, one in Connecticut, one in Seattle, and two in and around San Francisco, I expected a familiar experience during my visit to this new location. To my pleasant surprise, I was proven wrong. My husband and I arrived promptly at 11:00 am on a Sunday when they opened. The welcoming smiles and eager assistance from the employees guiding us through the ordering process via kiosk set a positive tone. We ordered an avocado bacon chicken, a chicken shack sandwich, cheese fries, a cookies and cream milkshake, and an organic iced tea. Once our order was placed, we gathered condiments and napkins in anticipation of our meal at the station behind the kiosks. With a variety of clean seating options, we chose a window spot with two tables close to each other, providing a nice view of the surroundings. The modern interior design added to the pleasant ambiance. Surprisingly, we waited less than five minutes for our meal, a refreshing change from my previous experiences at new locations. The food looked perfect, and the first bites confirmed it. As we enjoyed our delicious meal, we observed the friendly and attentive staff, a level of service uncommon in my past experiences. The manager was actively overseeing operations, circling both inside and outside, even managing the two convenient drive-thru lanes, a feature I've never encountered at other locations. We were asked multiple times if we needed anything, including refills on my husband's tea. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and the food lived up to our expectations. Having our own Shake Shack in Cedar Park eliminates the need to travel to the Domain for fantastic food and service. Kudos to the staff and manager for elevating my Shake Shack experience. I'll remain a loyal fan and advocate for life. High five to everyone for the outstanding work! While some may complain about the prices, it's essential to recognize that Shake Shack offers a significant step up in food quality compared to places like McDonald's. It's considered "some of the best in the industry" when it comes to fast food. The commitment to sourcing quality ingredients in line with leading animal welfare practices is evident, with 100% hormone and antibiotic-free Angus beef served on buttered buns, a far cry from basic fast-food chains. Additionally, Shake Shack's use of sustainable materials in their design further contributes to their appeal. Considering the fantastic quality and genuine ingredients, the cost is justified, making Shake Shack my preferred choice over any other burger chain.

Yelp
Brand new location. First review. I like them Got single cheeseburgers, fries, an order of bacon cheese fries, chocolate shake and a lemonade. You order at a touch screen kiosk, take a table number, and they bring your food to your table. I thought the food and service was good. Pretty good thin patty burger. I really liked the chocolate shake. Crinkle cut fries were good. The bacon cheese fries were a little over the top for me, but they were good and fresh made. Overall, a good burger experience. Worth a try. We will be back.

Tom K.

Yelp
If you want to spend $30 for 2 smashburger style cheeseburgers, 2 shakes and 1 fries, then this is the place for you. Everything was delicious and perfectly done - fresh to order! It is self serve ordering and they text you when your order is ready and d they being it to you.

Mason E.

Yelp
Food is very good. The service really isn't that bad. You get your food quickly and it is very quite delicious. I got the shack burger with fries and lemonade, and it was a very amazing lunch. The reason again the only reason I cannot give advised stars was the price or the value of the food is very good but it was almost $18 for a single person. I feel like shake shack in advantage that Price or they're the only one that is tasked with inflation. Last time I was in New York about three years ago. The whole meal was $10 and it was in Manhattan. It's a little pricey, but it's good food.

Jen J.

Yelp
We tried the new Shake Shack this evening and the food was great. We ordered the Frozen Hot-cocoa shake, the snickerdoodle shake, the smoke stack, the chicken stack, bacon cheese fries, classic fries and chicken bites with honey mustard. We also grabbed a unsweet tea and sunset lemonade! The food was prepared quick, all was a good temperature so we could eat right away. Good flavors, perfect portion sizes. The crinkle fries were crisp and sooo good!!! The tea and lemonade were great. Highly recommend the lemonade and any of the shakes!! Our shakes were yummy, did have a slight hiccup when ordering as we ordered with no whip and they were prepared with. The staff were super sweet and fixed it immediately!! This isn't like a fast food place where you order a "meal" you purchase each item individually. Unless you are in the mood to share super good fries, I would make sure you get your own!!

Ana B.

Yelp
The Korean chicken sandwich was delish! (We enjoyed the food so much that forgot to take pics). Excellent customer service, the manager was professional, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant was very clean, to include the restrooms. We can tell customer satisfaction is a priority. Will definitely go back!

Terry E.

Yelp
Entire order incorrect, no refund in sight. Either this company fell off or this store has to find its way.

Brandhon W.

Yelp
Love the flavors combined in the food. Fries are amazing with the supposing sauce that has some ginger in it. However the portions are very small. This is just a snack rather than a meal.

Gaurav K.

Yelp
This shake shack just opened up in cedar park and they have long ways to go in terms of getting processes and training in place. But they are trying hard. We ordered thru drive thru and had to repeat my order and double check it before we left. They got my order mixed up with another customer and good thing I checked my order before I left the location. Manager was guiding the drive thru along with communicating with employees inside as well. Food was just usual shake shack food what got expect in every location. I will give them another shot in a few months and hope by then they would have got it all in place.

D M.

Yelp
Slow service Our order was ready and sat on the counter about 5 minutes before we got it 14 bucks for two cheeseburgers, which were small , dry And basically a small patty on a small squished bun and a slice of cheese and maybe a condiment. No lettuce, tomato, pickles. Pretty bad Won't be back

Alexandra R.

Yelp
The good: I appreciate they have a dairy free milkshake and the veggie burger is pretty good. I also enjoyed the Korean fries. The bad: way too expensive for the small portions. It may be better quality than some places, but this is still fast food. The first time I ordered online I customized to have no Shake Shack sauce. When I got my food it was squirted on a quarter of my burger. Like someone had started to add the sauce, realized they weren't supposed to, but then just left it as is rather than fixing it or at least wiping it off. The second time I ordered online, I went to pick up in the drive thru. There was nobody else in front or behind me as it wasn't a peak hour. The guy told me they prefer I pick up my order inside. While I could understand if it's restaurant rush hour, what exactly is the point of having a drive-thru if people can't use it? I happen to be extremely pregnant, so the convenience of picking up through the drive-thru was greatly preferred. It wasn't the hugest deal but just rubbed me the wrong way as I've never experienced this at another place. When I went inside, I saw my bag on the shelves. I went to go pick it up, and turned around to ask about the shake I ordered. The woman who worked there grabbed the bag out of my hand, put it back on the shelf, and said "we hate when you take the food off the shelves. We want to make sure your milkshake stays cold." Umm okay? How are these two sentences connected? I understand why they don't put milkshakes with the rest of the food, but why am I having a bag of food I've already paid for snatched out of my hands? I apparently wasn't allowed to pick the bag back up until she handed me the milkshake. Very odd. Why place food on shelves that are out in the restaurant, rather than behind the counter, if people aren't allowed to pick up their food? The really strange practices at this Shake Shack + the weird employee behavior have put me off coming back. The food isn't good enough and costs too much to deal with all that.

Tara D.

Yelp
First time I've been in a Shake Shack since I lived in DC 5 years ago. The order process changed, but the amazing service clearly stayed the same. First was helped by someone who typed order in for me, second, the order must not have taken the second burger ordered, but they went back and rushed it through. The Manager delivered it with apologies and warned about the temp. Again, excellent service. The Smoke and Shake Stack were tasty, perfect texture and temp. Upon leaving, I accidentally dropped my iced tea and started to clean up, Manager came out, ainc friendly and helpful and took over. Good eats, friendly and amazing service, and I forgot to mention how immaculate the place was. Went today Tuesday 4/23 at 1pm. This location team is killing it with service and cooking up the menu.

Ashley C.

Yelp
I will not stand for this slander! I LOVE SHAKE SHACK!! Sure she's a bit pricier but the food is just soooooooooo good. I've never had an issue with service and staff is always more than willing to grab any items you may need. Only complaint is that they don't have an option to add a side of ranch when you order on postmates!

Charlie R.

Yelp
Delicious. Happy to have one closer than downtown. Keep em coming. Hopefully more locations open up further north

Cale O.

Yelp
Very, very expensive. Not sure a family of four or five can eat here at a reasonable price. We spent $75 + on fast food and that's with out ordering fries and drinks for everyone. Waaay too expensive. And no combos?? Employees were friendly and nice. Food was good but not $12 a burger good. Crinkle fries were good.

Coach R.

Yelp
Would like to give 3.5 stars; but here goes: Staff is VERY friendly, offering to help multiple times. Inside is very clean. Ordering may be the wave of the future; but I still like talking to a person(especially on a first visit). As others have said, prices are a bit high. Iced tea was fresh; but no refills? Was over $3, IIRC for a medium size cup. Chicken bites were at least half breading. It was tasty; but there was at least as much breading as chicken. Honey-mustard sauce was meh. A little spendy for just a snack. I might stop by again just for kicks; but it would be hard for me to head this way for a burger(MOOYAH is the best!) or meal of chicken bits. SO many food stops along this strip of 1431...I hope they can make it!

Cubs W.

Yelp
3 star for the food but minus one for the prices. It's all pretty meh. Many better local options for that price range.

CK M.

Yelp
Keeping it simple, NOPE, price for 2 just over $40 portions small, taste was average, hope you do well though.

Jan J.

Yelp
My child was terminated from this location after being a victim of verbal sexual assault/harassment. Additionally a Manager verbally stated directly to my child she does not like black people. This is the type of behavior conducted behind the scenes of the Cedar Park location. Blatant racism and discrimination and fraudulent termination.

BloodLetter T.

Yelp
This place sucks. Portions are extremely stingy. Smallest burgers around. Food was lukewarm, they charged me for a double but gave me a single, forgot my ranch with the chicken bites, and failed to give me a receipt. Extremely expensive. $10 burgers? $8 shakes? Insane. They should call it Shakedown shack.

David T.

Yelp
Absolutely overrated!! The prices are very high and the burgers are definitely below average. This is the worst burger in the city. The service was awful and slow. I'm going to stick to the local burger joint!!

Jason U.

Yelp
I dined ni, on the patio. The automation was difficult to navigate but the food was good, staff were helpful.

Steve H.

Yelp
Went through the drive thru as we didn't want to go in. We finally received our food but had to wait on our shakes at least 5mins. By the time we got them and pulled into a space to eat our food was warm and cold French fries. It was overpriced for what you received!!! I wanted a sugar cookie shake and I was told that since they were new they didn't have them . We will not be returning there again!!!!

David J.

Yelp
A little gem amongst burger joints in the area. Love the Korean touch. Burger a d fries were on point. The shake was rich and delicious. A bit of a wait-get over it- well worth it!

Matt L.

Yelp
There are no combos and the price of two burgers and two fries and drinks was 30$, it's good but not 30$ good we could eat at Longhorn steak house for as much with tip just another Cali joint trying to charge Cali prices in Texas, it's good but so is Whataburger where to COMBOS come out around 10 cheaper and the put lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on your burger Shake Shack does not

Daniel M.

Yelp
I've visited numerous Shake Shacks over the years and was always pleased with their service and food. I visited the Cedar Park location and had to use a kiosk for the first time. This immediately reminded me of other lower end fast food places. I was not impressed with the changes and the lack of speaking with someone to place my order. I placed my order on the kiosk and my food arrived at my table. I was surprised by the small portion size of the burger and fries. The bite size food was delicious but not filling. The eating area is extremely clean and sterile, I didn't feel welcomed and felt as I needed to leave after eating. I plan on spending my hard earned money at other establishments where I'm greeted and assisted when placing my order.

Sylvia G.

Yelp
Went through drive-thru to just get a melted shake. Drive thru needs to direct people with big orders to get out of the drive thru and have someone bring out their order so others don't get melted shakes.

Phillip T.

Yelp
The place has only been open a few days, but it is a national chain. All ordering is done on a kiosk. Burger was good but small and thin for the price. Fountain drinks which are served by the staff and not out in eating area was not good. Has standard coke and it was flat and got aroma of bleach, from either the plastic glass or straw. Takes some time to complete your order and they want your cell phone number. They text you while you're waiting just to tell you they are filling your order. Kind of strange wanting your phone number. Ambiance was low. All wooden chairs and benches. You have to ask for napkins, salt and pepper and ketchup and refills. Fries for two people which was included with the combo meal was one small container of fries for two people. Way over priced for what you get.

Josh A.

Yelp
I've never left a review online for anything but I had to for Shake Shack. The prices are absolutely absurd. I ordered a burger, fries, and a shake and the total was just shy of $25. I will say the food is very good and the staff were all very nice and helpful. If the prices were lower this would be an easy 5 star review.

Jacob H.

Yelp
Not worth the wait or the money. Two burgers, two fries, and two drinks = $40 and a 10 minute wait in the drive-through. The burgers were thin enough to give a see-through negligee a run for its money. And somehow, one of the burgers still wasn't cooked all the way. For that kind of money, you could go get a gourmet burger at a 'insert sit down restaurant of your choice here.' If you just have to have a fast food burger, any other option is better.

Claudia P.

Yelp
First time at Shake Shack and the burgers are perfect blend of flavor, cheese and yes a little grease making it very juicy and tasty! The sauce in the burger adds another great flavor to the burger. The French fries were good and nice crispy crinkle fries so we loved them. Although it was packed, we received our meals pretty quickly and it was hot when it got to our table which is always good to know that it is fresh. The staff was very friendly and checked on us periodically. The place is clean and well maintained. We will be back.

Erica C.

Yelp
Love shake shack! Service is great and food is very fresh all the time. Highly recommend!

Alexis O.

Yelp
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! The food is amazing and tastes so fresh. The ambiance inside this place is amazing and everything looks so modern and lively. The workers are so cheerful and bright that it puts a smile on my face! The shroom burger and cheese fries are my go to and I would 100% come back here again!

Luci S.

Yelp
Well, went into Shake Shack to see what all the hype was. Walked in and the inside was clean, only a couple of tables occupied. The person that took our order was polite, friendly, but awkward. They informed us that tip was split between all staff and cash was just given to the "waitresses". I ordered house burger, single patty(about $7), a order of cheese fries ($5, cheese on side) and a unsweet tea ($4). We sat ourselves, and about 20 minutes later our food arrived. We were not checked on, and our order was wrong, my partner had to get a refill, why they are called waitresses-no idea. The burger was ok, the meat had good flavor, though it was a little juicy, it was nothing special, my burger did not have a good sear on it. The shack sauce was absolutely bland and I question if it was eveb there. The Vegetables lacked flavor as well. Everything was muted, Flavor was seriously lacking. I did enjoy the bun, it had a nice soft chew. The fries were crinkle cut like Culvers, but again lacked flavor and the fries, though fresh, were crispy in a not so good way. The texture reminded me of air fried fries. The cheese sauce was decent as far as cheese sauces go. It tasted like they elevated canned cheese sauce by adding a heavy cream for a "milky" taste and it tasted like they added Nutmeg to give it that nice béchamel flavor. The tea was tea. There was NOTHING special about what we ate. NOTHING. The price was crazy! You can eat at mighty-fine, in and out or culivers and not only get better bang for your buck, but FLAVOR as well. Now, I'm speaking towards the burger and fries, cannot speak about their other sandwiches. But if you want a simple burger, only a fool with no tastebuds and money to burn would eat here. We spent over $30 on two burgers, one fry with cheese sauce and one tea, plus tip-ridiculous. I wish I had better things to say, really do.

Lucy B.

Yelp
$41 for 1 double bacon cheeseburger, 1 avocado single burger, 2 fries, 1 shake & 1 drink? Very hard to enjoy at that price.

Nora E.

Yelp
Drive through is horribly slow! Been sitting here 15 minutes behind 4 cars. Then they walk up and down and get you to pay so you don't pull out of line.

Pari R.

Yelp
since it was a new place we decided to give it a try but their burger smelled bad but the chicken and the fries were testy
