The thing I like about travelling is that I get to indulge in chains that aren't readily available to me in my area. Even if it happens to be in an airport. Once I got off my flight I booked my way here to stand in line to satisfy my craving for at least a few months.
The line was a bit long and moved at a bit of a snail's pace. The reasoning for that is that they were short staffed (much like anywhere at present). But the lady working the orders would hop off the register after an order and help prepare an order. One order taken, one order prepared. The line sure did start to back up.
Once up there, I already knew what I was going to order. So there was no hesitation on my part. Just give me the burger, order of fries, some cheese to dip it in, and a lemonade...wait, there isn't any lemonade. Ok, give me an iced tea...there isn't any iced tea. Lord, just give me some water.
The area that this resides in is quite the mess. The trash cans were overflowing in the area where you get straws, napkins, and what not. I got a straw and basically had to take my trash with me when I found my seat.
The food, was exactly what I needed. Definitely satisfied my craving. But, why didn't you just dump that cheese right on my fries like I usually get and give me one of those wooden forks? I mean, that is half the fun of it.
If it wasn't for my craving of this at that very moment, I probably would have went elsewhere. All because of the staff. Not only were they short staffed, but they weren't a cohesive team. It just wasn't a good time until you actually ate your food.
