Shake Shack

Today i went to shake shack and Ordered a double cheeseburger and a double shake burger, two fries and a large lemonade which came up to about $42 . I asked for a cup of ice and they told me they charge $1.50 for the cup . I walked over to Chick-fil-A and ask them for a cup of ice and they gave it right to me and I did not order from them. So I'm just here to say go to Chick-fil-A instead of shake shack OK cause why am I spending my money and can't even get a couple ice SMH

Awesome service (yes, at the CLE airport), delicious burger and cheese fries, packaged with care.

Chaotic. Very disinterested staff. My burger was ready and waiting but no one to put it in the bag and hand over. They don’t change gloves after cleaning. Very unhygienic. No kiosk ordering as well. Worst shake shack!

This is the perfect place if you wanna wait 30+ minutes for a simple order. The order? A shake. Manager was screaming at her employees and not actually helping them. Save yourself some time and avoid this location at all costs.

Best place to eat at the airport, in my opinion, especially since they serve burgers and fries for breakfast. Food is made fresh and has been delicious both times I’ve ordered. Staff is also very kind, which isn’t always the norm for airport locations.

Fantastic burger. Crunchy fries. Just kinda disorganized with my order. People in front of me got served before me with similar / same orders. Couldn't figure out the fries. Just.. confusing haha. Food was great though, just a bit colder than it should have been.

My order was avocado bacon burger; comes with fresh sliced avocado, crispy bacon and nicely crispy crust patty. Mayo was a little salty. Over all,I satisfied with it except saltiness, it was over powering the tase.

Had the shake stack & fries, delicious, this was the place to be, we had to wait for a flight. Airport “dinning room “ is a little dirty, there was a line, but 5 min. fresh, tasty, hot burger & fries… by the way super good!

Came for breakfast and staff was incredibly pleasant. The food was just okay. Not the normal shake shack burger juicy and great. The fries were not hot, but either way this service was fantastic.

I only had fries on my visit here while flying out of Cleveland. Their fries were fresh, hot, and crispy. They were better than regular Shake Shacks restaurant fries. I love crinkle cut fries and these were outstanding. I don't know how I got so lucky! Service was fast and friendly. I'll stop here again on my way out of Cleveland.

Great service. Nice manager who really cares about travelers. The burgers were great. Juicy and perfect melted cheese. I got a fruit punch and it was delicious. Sometimes you just want a fruit punch.

Came in at 4 pm on 1/31 (today) and this crew was on top of their game!! Food was hot, flavorful, timely, and amazing. Probably the best airport food I've had in my life. Overall, great experience.

So good, wish there was one someplace else on the west side. Shake burger and cheese fries are my go to and they are the best.

I am freshly gluten free and have been feeling anxious about eating at the Cleveland airport after a cross contamination incident elsewhere. Today I came to shake shack and the customer service was impeccable! From the woman taking my order, the food runner, and the darling chef I feel like my allergy was taken care of with all of them double checking with one another about my allergy. These people are truly so kind and considerate especially at 5:30 in the morning!!! They truly made my day today :)

The food quality is good. That's about it. There was no one in line when I ordered. It took about 10 minutes to get a single burger, with no orders in front of me. One employee was just standing in the back talking to a friend. Another going around moving the trash can for some reason? I finally got my food after I saw it sitting there for a few minutes - when I said "hey can you please give me that food". It's a smash burger.. I sit down at the gate and there are no napkins. Ambiance is fine, it's an airport. The food was good but expect a long wait and ask for napkins. Staff seemed to be having more fun than doing their job.

The girl added a tip to our bill without asking and then played dumb couldn't even finish her sentence when we noticed it on our bill. We were about to give her a cash tip until we saw the tip charged to our bill already had to have a manager come over to refund it so watch out at the airports these places or atleast this one they add tips themselves then bank off the extra cash tips. That is stealing fyi. This girl should honestly get fired but I am sure the entire places is doing that banking off people rushing for their flight and not noticing it . SUS

Bussin, best enjoyable with a low taper fade. They used kindness and helped me enjoy my borgir with lots of tasteful flavors

I was pretty surprised to see a Shake Shack in the airport, the first one I've ever seen. With several good options I chose them because there was no line. The area is super with lots of nice seating and everything was clean. That's a great start with me. The eating area is off set, so it feels private too! The staff at the register recommended the Smoke Shack over the shroom, so why not. I also got fries and strawberry shake. The clerk smiled and was friendly. Checkout easy, but ouch on $17+ I was given a buzzer. Food was out in less than 10 minutes and hot. There is a condiment area to side with ketchup, mustard, straws and napkins. The area was clean. The burger was very good, not great. I liked the bacon and burger tasty. But did not care for the peppers which seemed overly spicy. Fries meh! Strawberry shake good. This seems like an overall nice place that I would return too. 3.5, rounding down. The price is high for the end result of an ok burger.

Stand in line for 10 mins and they take everyone's order and tell me they're closed as I walk up to the register. I was going to order food for a family and a bill probably around $150-200 but I was rudely told to leave the line. This place is the antithesis of how a restaurant is supposed to be ran. Inept morons who would rather clock out at exactly 8pm instead of serve customers hungry and annoyed from multiple flight delays. Shame on this place.

Tipped 20% and didn't even get a smile when I picked up my food. Yet they were thanking all the other customers or wishing them a great day.

We were flying out of Cleveland back to Chicago and then finally home in California. On the way to the gate, on Concourse B, we spotted a Shake Shack. Apparently, it is newly opened since early March of this year. It's not a full-service location because the menu does not offer if the entire line of a typical Shake Shack location. Think of it as a Shake Shack Express location. We've had Burgers from Shake Shack before during one of our previous visits to Chicago. We like them so we decided that we would grab one before our flight. Wife and I both got the same thing - the single pattie, standard cheeseburger. It was very good. It separates itself from all the other fast food places because the pattie is hand formed, not a machine produced round piece of ground beef. What we like is the extra flavor and texture that results from really good really until a little bit of a crust forms on both sides. It was every bit as good as the other Shake Shack Burgers we've had before.

YUMMY - I had an absolutely fantastic Shake Shack experience at the CLE airport. This will be my new travel tradition. I ordered the vegetarian burger option around 1pm (just after lunch) - a fried portobello mushroom with gooey Muenster cheese, lettuce, and other toppings. It was delicious ingredients and the perfect size for a filling lunch with the strawberry shake. Service was friendly and no wait. It wasn't super fast, but that was ok for me because it means the food was prepared fresh. The to-go bag was a bit much, but better to have too much packaging than not enough.

I was so happy to see Shack Shake at the airport! Unfortunately not a great experience. I don't mind paying $14 for their chicken sandwich and a chocolate shake but this one was definitely smaller than the ones I had a the Pinecrest location. I was still delicious though. The staff ?!?!? Good grief. The person that took my order was friendly but the probably 6 employees behind the counter were so busy screwing around it took over 10 minutes for me to get my order (there was no one in front of or behind me!) You know what was important though? Chris behind the counter making sure he got some girls phone number who wasn't even ordering anything. Literally walked around the counter to chat some girl up and get her number. Seriously, who is running this place?

The cheapest Shake Shack you will ever find! Burgers are half the price vs locations in bigger cities. $5.89 for a single ShackBurger - which isn't really that cheap compared to your typical fast food place but it's a steal for Shake Shack haha. The burger was tasty and pretty much what I expected. All the employees were genuinely friendly when taking my order and giving me my food. Thanks for the great service!

As good as every other shake shake. Delicious burgs. Fries crispy and fresh. Burger for breakfast was fantastic

Literally served an uncooked burger patty. One patty was done and the second was red on the outside! I argued with the moron at the counter for a few minutes about the finer points of a medium cooked burger. I walked away not eating after no resolve. This place has many issues.

Wanted to try Shake Shack for some time so when I was early for a flight I figured this was as good of a time as any. Because of the reputation, I was expecting the restaurant to be lively and energetic. Not the case. The front line was very friendly but I didn't get the vibe I thought I was going to get. Much to Hopkins credit the airport prices are reasonable so when I saw the prices at Shake Shack I had to pick and choose carefully. I opted for the grilled hot dog and a shake. The dog wasn't much to write home about and they only had catsup and mustard for toppings. Onions and relish would have been nice. While pricey, the white and black shake was the star here. Very much reminded me of summer cookouts with vanilla ice cream and Hershey's chocolate syrup out of the can.

Mediocre burger/shake and mediocre service... I find it absurd that the CC screen prompt requires you to select other in order to get to a no tip option. They're literally just fast food that's slow. No extra service, heck a solid portion of the workers are just tooling around instead of grabbing the food that's ready underneath the heat lamp. This was a disappointing, overpriced, and bland meal.

Can't rate the food. The counter staff spent more time jawing with each other and buds in the seating area than taking an order. The labor market is obviously tight. I walked away on June 21 at 7 pm.

The service was so slow (NYC's is faster) with multiple people just standing around. The person taking orders made me feel like it was a bother taking my order. The hamburger itself was plain disappointing (and I've eaten at several shake shacks). Asked for the special sauce and got mayo. The onions were sooooo thick making me not want to eat them, while there was only 2 measles slices, if I had. Honestly wished I had gotten chick fil a afterwards. I'll save my shake shack fills for any other location.

Got here for an evening flight. The line was long so I used the bathroom and walked back to the line. Only one additional person had come. The cashier told me they were closed and the people in front of me were the last ones. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
