My wife and I finished our shopping at IKEA and were hungry for a quick bite. One of our adult kids had told us about Shake Shack. They were was close by so we decided to give it a try. My wife and I shared a burger, cheese fries, and a strawberry lemonade. The food was as pretty good and the drink was delicious. I was still a little hungry so I struck up a conversation with one of the employees and asked what milkshake he would recommend and he suggested the campfire s’mores. It was so good! Overall it was a great experience. The staff, especially Kaito, were extra friendly, welcoming, helpful and made our visit fun!

I visited today with my husband and we dined in. The place was clean, well-organized, and beautifully designed with both indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered: • Veggie Shack • Avocado Burger • Cheese Fries • Chocolate Shake • Fountain Soda Our total was $40.94. The location is excellent, right on the main road at 116th St in Fishers. I might try something different next time instead of the Avocado Burger—the avocado portion was too much for my taste and it wasn’t my favorite. However, my husband really enjoyed his meal. Overall, I loved the experience and will definitely come back. Highly recommend giving it a try!

My experience at this branch is disappointing, I used to eat Shake Shack usually in Pittsburgh, I love how the Pattie’s tasty, crispy and crunchy with generous amount of salt and pepper, fresh lettuce and melted cheese 😋. What I’ve tried here is exactly the opposite specially their Pattie’s it’s not what I came for 🥲. I liked their chicken pieces and chocolate shake though. The staff were very friendly and polite, but on my way to restroom, I’ve notice one of the staff leaving without washing his hands 🖐🏻. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻 Overall, I have a very mediocre experience over there.

Google
I pre-ordered my food, It was a little hard at first but I made it through. I had an avocado 🥑 burger with bacon. It was very tasty ( I love avocados) the cheese fries were good. I adored how the fries came with a wooden fork type utensil. No mess on your hands. 🙌🏼 and the shake was good also. I would definitely go back for the wonderful avocado burger and I recommend it to everyone! WTG Shake Shack.

Google
They are having a deal right now, free avocado bacon cheeseburger with $10 min with code "Showdown" so the youth leaders from church came after youth group Bible study. Food size was definitely on small and thin side but everything was tasty. Prices are high based on the quantity. Milkshake was tasty and great.

Great food and friendly staff that brought out a treat for my corgi. Sam was great and even got my corgi fresh water. Didn’t catch the name of the young man who brought out the treat, but everyone was nice. We will certainly be back!

Every time I order from this place nothing is ever right. I ordered a fried pickle dog and it had no bacon or cheese on it just the fried pickles. I also ordered a high heat dog and literally all they put on it was the cherry peppers. It’s missing the cheese and every other ingredient. What an absolute joke. At this point I doubt I’ll be coming back to this location ever again.

Was not very busy, drive through had one car. Dined in with my wife and son. Was not greeted when we entered, several employees right there. Ordered on the table provided. Servers brought out food quickly and the young ladies who came out were quick and polite. Food tasted good and fresh. Restaurant was clean and inviting with an outdoor seating area. Parking was ample, just felt a little tight if you have a bigger vehicle.

Yelp
It's not on the menu, but all over social media about the famous special Dubai Chocolate Pistachio shake. I was expecting the whole thing to be chocolate, but it's actually a hard chocolate shell coating the inside of the cup. The shake is super nutty and is actually a pistachio custard, made with pistachio puree. What makes it a Dubai chocolate shake you ask?...it's the toasted kataifi which is shredded phyllo but tastes surprisingly like shredded wheat cereal. If you let this shake sit too long, know that the kataifi mixed throughout the shake will get soggy. All in all, great stop for a sweet treat. Only thing that was kind of annoying is that you have to go inside to order instead of using the drive thru window. Apparently you can't actually use their drive thru as a full drive thru...they call it an App thru. That's a new one to me, but you can only pick up orders that have been placed through their app. Who knew "App thru" is a thing ‍

Yelp
I visited this location for the first time and ordered the smoke shack along with cheese fries and a cookies and cream milkshake. The ordering process was self-service; however, the staff brought the food to our table. The atmosphere was family-friendly, and surprisingly, it wasn't too busy for a Saturday.

Yelp
Crispy crinkle cut fries, greasy good burger, creamy custard and root beer? Def not healthy, but it was indulgent and hit the spot. We ordered on the tablet, grabbed a number and our meal was brought out quickly. There was someone who was cleaning the dining room and also offered to refill my root beer. The condiments were stocked, everything was clean. Good quick dinner. I just wished I could add on things like extra tomato or pickles on the tablet. It's expensive for fast food, but it was good.

Yelp
We finally decided to take our teens to SS, expecting it to be comparable to In-N-Out Burger. The shop is located in a busy area, which leads to a lot of traffic, but their parking lot isn't designed to accommodate it. It was tricky to get in and out of the lot. The restaurant was very clean and had a large staff--far more workers than customers--but they operated smoothly. I was a bit turned off when we walked in and saw a staff member eating while standing next to the kitchen. We ordered from a tablet, which was simple, but it was disappointing that I couldn't add ice water. Since it was our first time, we felt a bit overwhelmed and unsure about how everything would work. We tried four different sandwiches: a veggie burger, a regular burger, a chicken sandwich, and a burger topped with a Portobello mushroom. Overall, the food was underwhelming and overly salted, and we were definitely not fans of their shake sauce. The fries were crispy and not too salty. We didn't order drinks or shakes because our total for just two orders of fries and four sandwiches was $55, and we weren't impressed enough to consider going back.

Yelp
Food was ok. Cheese burger, fries and a coke. 16.00. I ordered at a kiosk and was asked to tip. For what? I Did the work of a server. And I picked up my food. No more.

Yelp
We have been going to SS since it opened and until last night and the previous time we were very happy. The last two purchase resulted in greasy burgers, limp fries, cold cheese sauce. I have to admit it was 30 minutes from closing, but the cheese sauce was cold on our fries, and they fries looked like they were half cooked. Both burgers we purchased were dripping with grease and my wife's had a sliver of lettuce that was beyond funny. Last night we tried the new Black Truffle fries what I didn't know was that the "special" part of it was a side of a weird dipping sauce that was not even warm. So all in all if they are going to continue this path skip the SS go over to the test kitchen and get a One Trick Pony burger and fries.

Yelp
It's been decent most of the time, make sure you check the bag before pulling out of the pick up window. They could also stand to read the book by the Danny Meyer the creator of Shake Shack on customer service.

Yelp
OO this time Shake Shack shoulda stayed away from Korean style. We got both burgers, sweet and spicy and Korean style fries. Well all I can say is the "spicy" chicken burger was defo spicy but sloppy as heck haha. As for the sweet BBQ burger, just tasted like a regular cheeseburger if you added WAY too many green onions. In the fries we did not taste any of the kimchi powder since therefore they were just cheese fries. So stay away from Korean style Shake Shack

Yelp
First time we have been back in about 3 years. I love the crinkle cut fries and they were hot and fresh. Soda is overpriced and cups are small even when you get a large. I got the fried chicken sandwich today it was fresh, tasted okay. The lettuce was wilted and brown so I scraped that off. My main concern is all the staff wear the same pair of gloves all day. That is just nasty.

Yelp
Ordered food for pickup - the food was ready within 12 minutes which was nice! The burger was good - it wasn't too greasy and despite single smash burger, there was a balanced amount of meat to cheese to bun. The fries were cold - disappointing given the cost. The chicken sandwich was also cold. The pup custard treat is a bit overpriced, but the dogs enjoyed it - definitely enough to split one with two dogs. The strawberry milkshake was divine and the best part of the meal. I would be willing to try them again, but perhaps earlier in the day/evening and possibly eat in rather than pick up to see if helps with food temps.

Yelp
Supper yummy. Classic cheeseburgers. The milkshakes were pretty good as well. Not a fan of the plain crinkle cut fries, but they were good with cheese and bacon.

Yelp
The food was amazing. It was very fast to receive our meal after we used a tablet to order. Inside, the restaurant was clean and organized. The staff was very nice and had great customer service.

Yelp
Have been wanting to try this for a while and am glad we did! Once inside, you order on tablets just to the left of the door. Very easy to look through the menu, select items, and pay. We ordered the Shroom Burger, Chicken Bites, Bacon Cheeseburger, and Fries. We waited about 10 minutes for our food so not too long and everything was piping hot when we got it! Everything was delicious! The Shroom Burger is crispy and stuffed to the brim with cheese! The Chicken Bites were crispy and seasoned well. Same with the fries! Everything had great flavor! The only area of improvement here is cleanliness. It's not filthy by any means but it could be cleaner here. When looking for a table to enjoy our meal we saw several tables that had crumbs on them and items on the floor. A quick sweep of the area and a disinfecting wipe down of the area as people leave would quickly fix this. Overall, we enjoyed our food and would certainly come back!

Yelp
We had a delicious meal down the road and I was still hungry after (LOL), so we stopped by Shake Shack on the way home. It was bustling, we headed to the screens to place our order digitally. I got a simple burger with the usual toppings and no cheese, and it was ready in a few minutes. Who I would guess to be the owner/manager was helping run the counter and he seemed to be very on top of things and professional. My burger was delicious and I'd definitely come back. The only reason that I took off a star was because A) I'd love to have the option of a lettuce wrap instead of a bun and B) They had a Trollz milkshake promotion going and the fake-colored cotton candy topping a sugar-cookie milkshake was insane. I don't love seeing terrible choices like that being marketed so specifically to kids. The location as a whole though was nice and well-run, so I give them kudos!

Yelp
Nothing beats the portobello mushroom. Crispy and juicy, I can skip all the meat and become mushroom eater for weeks. I don't like the cheese fries. I would order normal fries next time. Store is clean. Outdoor seating options available. Gender separate restrooms Parking around the store area

Yelp
I just had lunch here for the first time! It definitely exceeded my expectations. I loved the crispy edges on my cheeseburger. It was so good.

Yelp
The food was great! The service was also very good and they also have a text messaging system that lets you know when your food is ready! The ambiance was pretty nice!

Yelp
They did a great job preparing our food, it even came out within 5 minutes after ordering! The quality was great too. We could see workers going around helping out with a smile on their face. It is family friendly and pretty clean, but could use a tiny bit more care. Overall, the food here is delicious and I would definitely recommend!

Yelp
My wife and I had lunch here on Sunday. It was not a good experience. The restaurant was really dirty and the staff seemed unfocused. $35 for the two of us and we both were questioning our health while we finished our lunch.

Yelp
We ordered takeout from Shake Shack and we're beyond impressed. Not only did the food stay warm by the time we got home, but everything was packages extremely nicely to ensure optimal at home experience. What really stuck out to me was the cheese fries. They were packaged in a box with cutouts with the cheese on the side so the fries were actually still crispy by the time we got home. I have never experienced that at any other place and was very impressed. Ordering through the app was also extremely easy. We seamlessly picked up our order from the drive up window. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Decided on a burger and saw the Shake Shack and made a detour. Easy Kiosk ordering. Helpful staff. Needed clearance to buy adult beverages. Our orders ready quickly. Really tasty well constructed burger. Not haphazardly thrown together like many fast food restaurants. Local Sun King Cream Ale on draft and the canned wine wasn't bad.

Yelp
My wife fell in love with Shake Shack while we were in Vegas, so we've been trying to make the trip up to Fishers for a while. We made it late on a Tuesday night, which is good for my anxious kiddos not having to wait in a long line. There wasn't anyone taking orders (maybe unless you only have cash?) - you put it in on a tablet across from the kitchen. So if you're paying with a card, you're probably better off ordering ahead with the app. Food was really good - not quite as mind-blowing as I remember on the west coast, but still great. We kept it pretty straightforward with Shack Burgers, fries, and hot dogs - no complaints really. Store was decently clean. I can imagine this place would be overwhelming given the size of the restaurant and parking lot during a busier time, especially being right off I-69, so definitely plan ahead where you can. After the dinner rush was a good experience though!

Yelp
As much as I want to rave about this restaurant, I can't. It was just ok. I had a double ShackBurger, crinkle fries and a chocolate shake. They were smash burgers, pretty good, honestly. Tasty burgers. No complaints. The fries were basic, which was fine. The shake was basic, good but not 'wow, that's great!' good. It appears you can order only a a kiosk and they text you when your food is ready. A little impersonal, but maybe it's more efficient for them. The wait for food was not long, as the restaurant was a little over half full on a cool Sunday afternoon. You pick up the food at the counter and that's that, there's no table service, which is fine. The bill was almost $20, and that was without leaving a tip for the food service staff that the kiosk solicited. That's a lot of money for a burger and fries that aren't nearly as good as what you can get at Five Guys. In the end, it's a name, it's a place to go to so you can say you went. I might go back some day, I'd like to avocado bacon chicken sandwich. But I won't be in a huge hurry to get there.

Yelp
I first had shake shack in nyc and was happy to hear that they were coming to indy. I've tried to visit a few times but the line is always very long, so I decided to order take out! I had an awesome chocolate birthday cake shake, it was so tasty, dare I say better than the Portillos cake shake, this coming from a native Chicagoan. I love the crinkly fries, crisp, not too oily and just the right amount of salt, get it with the cheese sauce. For my burger I got a single with everything on it, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup and Mayo. Very very tasty burger! Enjoyed my food and can't wait to get into the brick and motor location!
google avatar

Gary L.

Yelp
Another amazing meal at Shake shack. We love the spicy Korean chicken and burger!!! Please don't take them away off the menu? We will be back soon for more!!! And to all the complainers, all prices are high now and you pay for quality. Keep up the good work thanks

Savannah C.

Yelp
Interesting place. Food and service was good. A bit confusing how you have to buy everything separate. Like the burgers and fries don't come as a meal. The food is fresh. But a little bit too pricey for what it's actually worth in my opinion. Maybe I'll give it a try some day again

Yelp
I'd been hoping to get to Shake Shack since their opening. I pondered waiting for the Fashion Mall location to open, but today I was near Fishers wrapping up some business and decided to take the opportunity to check it out. I'll admit that I'm not fond of this location. The Fishers District offers a whole lot, but the area is just so congested and during peak hours it just drives me a bit bonkers. However, this was before the pre-dinner rush and crowds hadn't yet descended upon this area. Shake Shack is located in a free-standing building. There's parking all around it including 2-3 accessible parking spots near the front door. They did have an area roped off right by the door (I'm guessing crowd control) that partially was blocking these spots. I knew very little about Shake Shack prior to my arrival other than it is a burger joint with custard, crinkle-cut fries, and other options. The entryway is accessible. There was one register open for those paying with cash. The person working made it known that credit card users could use one of four computer terminals to order. I hesitated to do so since this was my first visit, but with a few people in line I opted to go ahead and do so. These computer terminals have a nice organization to them. You essentially have a handful of possible food areas that you can easily click on. You add the items you want to your "basket," check out, pay, and they call your name when your food is ready. Kudos to one employee who saw I was in a wheelchair and offered (and remembered) to bring my food to me. I ordered a double burger plain, an order of crinkle-cut fries, and a large iced tea. I did not try custard on this visit. My order came in at just under $15. I was pleased the terminal didn't ask me if I wanted to tip. It's a pet peeve question of mine when I'm not provided service. They prepare the drinks. It wasn't clear if they offer refills. I couldn't find this information on the menu. This was a lacking to me since a large iced tea is $3.09. $3.09 for an iced tea that was smaller than a traditional large seemed a bit steep and I was thirsty when I left. The double burger sort of leaned toward the Steak n' Shake/Culver's style of burgers. It's an angus burger. The fries are solid. They have a handful of outside tables. I found a smaller indoor table - a decision I would regret thanks to two of our younger children who were a bit loud the entire time I was there. The dining room is sort of an open concept. I'm not fond of the design. It feels very busy and was definitely overly loud. I can't imagine what it's like when it's full. There are a couple wide-screen televisions, though it was music overhead that dominated. The food was good. The burger was a highlight for sure. It's in a weird price range somewhere between fast food and fast casual. They seemed to be straightening up the place a bit. I'll admit I expected it to be a bit more pristine since it's relatively new. My table was dirty...not gross...but definitely not clean. This wasn't a bad experience. It wasn't really a good experience. The employee who brought my food was probably the highlight. I'm not a fan of self-serve kiosks, though in this time when finding staff is difficult I'm sure it helps. However, if I'm paying $15 for a meal a little human contact is nice. The food is solid, though I wouldn't call it destination food. I wouldn't go out of my way to have this meal again. I would certainly stop in if in the area. I may more easily go to Fashion Mall since it's closer to my Lawrence home. The atmosphere was the real disappointment here. After a hard work day, I want to relax and this just wasn't relaxing. If I'd sat outside, I may feel differently. If I'd known about refills (Admittedly, I didn't ask), that may have helped. Overall, this was a middle-of-the-road experience for me. I'd probably go up to 3.5 due to the employee's helpfulness. However, the congested and loud atmosphere and dirty table have me comfortable leaving my rating at 3 stars for now. If I visit again, which I'd consider doubtful, I'll re-evaluate. However, I will be visiting the Fashion Mall location and will hopefully have a better experience.

Yelp
Checked out the popular Shake Shack - finally! I know I'm like a year behind everybody, but every time I had tried to stop by here the line was so long when they first opened. So I finally got to see what all the hype was about. I'm going to be honest, it was just okay. Not my favorite of burger places. I think my expectations were too high. The competitors are still rated higher in my book. The food is good, don't get me wrong. It's just not what I would rate them for the price. I think you are paying more for the location than for quality and quantity. The burgers are are eh/ok, with an extra side of grease. The average cost is about $8, I'd pay about half this for their burgers. They are smash burgers, so it's more about preference. Fries and shakes are good, not as overpriced as the burgers. It's not something I'm going to come back for though. I wish I would have loved the burger - looking forward to trying maybe a new menu item?

Yelp
My mother insisted on Shake Shack since we were in the area for lunch and she had never been. Having spent more time than I care to in airports, (flight attendant here!) I've had Shake Shack before and it's not anything special as far as I'm concerned. Fine, let's get Shake Shack. Ordering from iPads we clicked through the menu and ordered. (Very McDonald's like, no human interaction, no one to ask questions about the menu.) I ordered the "Shack Stack" lettuce wrapped and I will say their take on the veggie patty (shroom burger) was the only thing I found remarkable. Yeah, the food is cooked when you order it but then again so is Freddy's and Culvers as well as Steak N' Shake, ALL of which I would say is as good if not better than Shake Shack. My mom liked her "malted Shake" and she said most places don't get the malted part right. So a bonus there perhaps? If you have the choice of McDonald's or Shake Shack I would choose Shake Shake. Lol. I'd rather have something local with sit-down service for about the same price. (Bru, or Workingman's Friend for example.) But carry on you burger sheeple and order your Shake Shack from iPads!

Yelp
Since the Yelp event I was going to in Fishers was postponed I headed over to the Hot Room Yoga for the food that was supposed to be at the event. It wasn't there yet when I arrived and the next class was at 8. I didn't want to wait that long for the class. I drove over a half an hour to get to the event and once I saw Shake Shack I was veered over to it. I've had In n Out Burgers in Arizona and California and I love them. But, wow Shake Shack I think has them beat!! The sandwiches are simple and not all dolled up. Lettuce, cheese, tomato, shake shack sauce, beef, and bun was what was on the Shake Shack Burger. It was great! The cheese fries aren't like other cheese fries. The sauce isn't like the standard cheddar cheese. It goes well with the crispy krinkle cut fries. The milkshake I ordered was the cherry pop milkshake. It had vanilla cola, frozen custard and Amarena cherries and pop rocks on the top! That was a premium milkshake! Two thumbs up on that one. I will say I saw a lot of out of state cars as I don't think Shake Shack is in all states. I would recommend trying it. The staff had on Shake Shack headbands and masks with little hamburgers and milkshakes on them. They had a lot of carry out orders also. They have a drive up if you want to order on the app. They also have a nice patio outside. Make sure to ask for the Shake Shack sauce!!! It's a game changer!

Yelp
Shake shack is my go-to spot for quick and tasty food options. For the space, there is a good amount of parking as well as seating indoors and outdoors. I've never had an issue finding seating, even on a busy weekend day. I find the kiosk system that you order at fast and pretty user friendly. You can come here knowing every time that the food with be very consistent quality. The food can be somewhat overpriced for what you get, I really wish that this location offered meal prices as well as a la carte. As efficient as I feel the inside ordering and wait times are, I have avoided using the drive-through pick up option as I have had multiple bad experiences with my food not being ready when ordering on the app.

Yelp
This shake shack is located right off the highway, making it a really convenient spot for a travel lunch! I'd never had shake shack before, and I was super pleasantly surprised by the quality of this food. My husband got the bacon bourbon burger, and he liked how it was Smokey, rich, and really flavorful. It was a little messy to be honest, but delicious. I had the mushroom burger and had really low expectations, but it was SO GOOD. the deep fried portabella mushroom cap has a stuffed with cheese, and the sauce and toppings were delicious. I might be trying more vegetarian options everywhere else, because this thing was GOOD. The fries were pretty good. I really liked the churro chocolate shake, which I thought was a unique combo of flavors. It was a little overly sweet, but that was expected. One star taken away for prices. 31 dollars for a lunch for two seems like a lot for what is essentially fast food. We'll be back!

Yelp
For starters, I'd like to say that my review is based off of my visit on day 2 of their grand opening. We visited on a Friday evening and waited in line for about 35 mins. The line was wrapped around the building. We ordered the Smoke shack which has these red peppers, shack sauce, and bacon added. I also ordered fries and the cookies & cream milkshake. We decided to eat inside of the restaurant, which was clean and spaced out (Covid-friendly). All of my food was ready within 10 minutes and everything was fresh. One of the servers noticed that my shake had not been topped off, and she went and added more to my shake. The service was just excellent.

Yelp
We ordered on the Shake Shack app, which was very easy to do. Then we picked up our bag of food at the designated time, and it was ready exactly when they said it would be. Our food was hot and delicious, and the whole experience went seamlessly. I feel like this -- ordering ahead on the app -- might be the thing to do until the novelty of the first Shake Shack in Indiana dies down and the crowd abates a bit. You can always wait in line, but why wait in line when you can ... not wait in line? Apparently, this Shake Shack location is one of the only locations that has the Shack Track app-thru lane, which lets you order via the app, and your food is brought out to your car. Even more reason to use the app to order! I got the Avocado Bacon Burger, which is not on their regular menu and is a limited-time offering. If this burger is available when you're there, you should get it! It's very good. I also got the fries, which are crinkle cut. My kids got a hot dog and a plain cheeseburger. We were all super satisfied with our meals. Shake Shack did it again!

Swt P.

Yelp
The best burger in town! While they are not the cheapest, the burgers and fries are consistently delicious. You can customize your burger by adding toppings like bacon or avocado. Be sure to ask for a side of shake sauce for extra flavor. The quickest way to get your food is by ordering through the tablet or app. I particularly love this location because the seating area is spacious. The service is always fast and friendly. Shake Shack remains my favorite burger spot, whether I'm in town or traveling.

Yelp
Recommend ordering ahead and grabbing from the drive up window. They give you a time to pull through making it very convenient for travelers. Double Cheese Burger, Fries, and a Summer Lemonade is what I went for. My next visit I will get a shake and try the chicken sandwich. Great place to stop if traveling on highway 69. Thank you Shake Shack!

Yelp
It's Mother's Day 2021 and we decided to try something new for us and in the area. Ordering can be done with their app or at the store with their tablets. Since it was our first time we decided to use the tablets. Process was smooth and easy and the interface was good. After getting the order in, we waited at our table for about 10-15 minutes until order was ready for pickup. It was a busy Sunday afternoon so we were impressed that it came as fast as it did and it was correct. We expected nothing less. My wife and son's burgers were reportedly tasty. They did not get them well done. We also got some crinkle fries with cheese. Very tasty also but you cannot go wrong with potatoes and cheese. I got the portobello mushroom burger stuffed with cheese which was also good as the cheese oozes out after your first bite. Not too oily either. Since it was our first time we decided on trying a couple of shakes. Cookies 'n cream and black and white. Both hand crafted shakes were excellent

Yelp
My FAVE is now in Indy! I absolutely love shake shack! It's our favorite place to eat during travel. When I went to NYC last year they had the nuggets and to my surprise they're now in Indy!!!! The food was piping hot and the wait was 20 minutes. I love they have a kiosk so you can get in and out quickly. I can't wait to go back! This time I opted for the nuggets since I haven't had since NYC. Next time, smoke shack all day! The mango lemonade was also delicious! So nice to see another yummy place you can grab food and ice cream in the fishers district.

Yelp
Yeah - so I'm not a big fan but I do give them some props. The burgers are definitely good and that's probably the most important thing. They get that crisp on the outside which is what makes their burger different from most others. Beyond that its kinda "meh". Crinkle cut fries like the ones you get in the frozen food section of Kroger. The shakes are ordinary - not bad at all but nothing better than your local Dairy Queen. Its still relatively new in town so lines can be long. If you can get in without a line it might be worthwhile. If you show up and see 20 people in front of you I'd say its not worth it. Five Guys is superior on almost every front IMO.

Yelp
So the lines have been crazy long out the door, but on Friday I had the day off, so we went a little early to beat the lunch crowd and finally get to check it out. I had the SmokeShack, which is bacon cheeseburger with diced cherry peppers and shake sauce (something akin to a thousand island-ish). Hubs had a double burger with lettuce, pickle and tomatoe. We split a small fries and each got a small diet coke. It came to $25. One thing that was weird was all our food was put on a pretty small tray. So no plates at the tables. It was awkward to try to eat over the same tray to have a place to put our food down. I dont know if this is a covid thing or what. I saw a lot of people getting their fries covered with cheese, and that probably would have been a good idea. Our fries were nice think crinkle cut, but a little overcooked and a little cold. My burger was pretty tasty. The peppers give it a little spice. The meat had good flavor. My husband ate his burger, was was not overly impressed. ... so overall, I'm glad I went because I've been curious. And it was good, but just not amazing. I guess the lines out the door led me to much greater expectations. #ReviewsByRL

Yelp
I believe we all have been waiting for this restaurant to open and it's great that we have it here. First days after opening, were hell for all the employees so a big acknowledgement for all of them. And after several weeks that the trend was over I could find myself grabbing one of apple wood bacon. I must say that despite that this is my favorite choice for burgers this time I found them without the flavor that they usually have, whether it was the prep or the rush to take care of all customers but as you can see the burger was not as fluffy as usual it was like bland. We enjoyed the treatment, the distancing and all the guidelines they had. Despite that there was a moderate line we we eating within 25 minutes. I still don't get what does having ketchup outside in the container instead of packets have to do with covid but ok hope.we are back to normal soon. Keep up.with the good work, waiting times are getting better and the chocolate shake was super tasty!

Yelp
This burger is truly better than a gourmet burger I've had at a sit down restaurant. We went around 9ish and the line wasn't super long. The parking lot in this area is always packed due to all the restaurants. You must wear a mask to enter. There is a register to order as well as iPads to order for carry out or dine in. We sat In and there were a lot of people just hanging around in the restaurant waiting for food. The Avocado burger was so good, fries were fresh. Can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu.

Yelp
We live nearby and live coming here when we can! I love coming periodically because they always have seasonal milkshakes and fruit drinks. I also always love the burgers. They are very juicy and filling! I'm not a big fan of their fries, but I always go back for burgers and the drinks. I also have always found the staff to be very kind, friendly, and they always like giving honest recommendations. Things to think about: Parking lot is connected to other places so it can fill up quickly and it is on the pricier side if you're looking for a budget meal. However, I do recommend!

Yelp
Delicious burger and fries! We ordered on the app on our way to Fishers (per advice on Yelp). The app is easy to navigate- you do have to create an account which made it a little difficult for our two separate orders in our car. You are able to select a pick up time which is great. They have a pull thru line where you give your name and they give your order. It did seem quite busy inside so I'm glad we chose this option. I had the Bacon Avocado Cheeseburger and crinkle fries with a half tea/ half lemonade. The Shake Shack sauce was a nice addition to the burger. The burger was well cooked and nice and hot. The fries were great- the staff only gave us 2 ketchup for our two order of fries so I wish they had gave us more. The tea/lemonade was not for me- it was not very sweet and the tea didn't seem like it was meant for iced drink. My husband got a shake and let me try it and it was great! Everyone enjoyed their food and the order was all correct. I would recommend coming by and trying this famous chain.

Yelp
TL;DR Great burgers, fries and shakes at New York City prices in, gulp, Indiana. I have eating at two other Shake Shacks out of state and they both were in high rent cities (MIA and LAS). I love these smash burgers but at $50 for lunch for three is just too steep to justify any frequency. Pro Tip: When you order they ask you for you cell number to text you when your order is ready. Give them your number! They don't spam you and it's frictionless. If you are one of those who don't want to give them your number, at least play attention when they call your name letting you know your order is ready. The number of oblivious people is astonishing. SMH.

Yelp
There's couple different ways to get your burger. You can order from an app and pick up inside the store or do a drive thru pick up. If you want to eat inside the store then you can order from kiosk and choose dine in when you place an order. They also accept cash. Food was great overall. I enjoyed my Shake Shack burger and cheese fries. We decided to dine in and placed an order on a kiosk. Text message didn't come through so the staff called out my name when food came out. Overall it was quick and was great!!

Yelp
Today I ordered the Chicken Shake and Bacon Cheese Fries and the entire meal was one word "AMAZING!" The chicken sandwich was piping hot and crispy throughout even with the delicious buttermilk herb mayo and sour pickles. I enjoyed every bite! The cheese sauce and bacon on the crispy fries was also quite delicious! I was quite pleased with this entire meal!

Yelp
Modern building. Good parking When you enter it is unclear whether to order from computer kiosk or approach the counter. There are no prices on the laminated menus. After you struggle ordering on the computer screen you are asked for a tip. Once you order you can wait to have your name called and you go fetch your own tray. Food is above average Prices are a little steep for a fast food like experience
