Clean and well-organized interior. The staff are friendly, and the milkshake tastes great. The burger feels healthier than before, but the flavor has become a bit bland compared to past visits. ⭐ Long Review The restaurant has a clean and well-organized interior, and the staff are generally friendly. I especially enjoyed the milkshake—it was rich and satisfying. I first tried Shake Shack burgers after visiting the Macy’s in Roseville, and while this isn’t my second time, I’ve had their burgers several times in the past. I usually stick to the same menu, particularly the mushroom burger, which used to have a distinct salty and savory flavor. This time, however, it tasted a little more bland, almost as if the recipe had changed. It wasn’t bad—it still has that “healthy” taste—but it didn’t feel as delicious as before. Overall, it’s decent but not outstanding.

Google
Fresh food, presentation great, clean environment. Seems like they're trying to be healthy with their food(fast food healthy) stating whole white meat on their chicken items and no antibiotics. Would come back.

Wow. Pricey burgers for what you get and the actual burgers look nothing like the photos advertised. 2 burgers, an order of fries for 1, a shake and 1 soda cost over $50! Ordered the black truffle burger, it was good but definitely on the salty side, really flat, small, put together very sloppily, and had big pieces of onions. Didn’t look remotely close to the photo. Such a disappointment and annoyed.

Not long ago, this establishment opened in our area, and my family and I decided to visit and try out this new but appealing place. Right from the start, you are given two options for placing your order: one for regular customers and another for those who are unsure of what they want. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the establishment and the restroom, as well as the fact that the kitchen smell does not linger in the dining area, or if it does, it is minimal. The selection of drinks and burgers is impressive, and most importantly, you feel like this could be the best burger you've ever had in your life. We were satisfied and highly recommend it to everyone.

Well now, look what opened up in Folsom. A Shake Shack! It's in the Palladio shopping center but on the outskirts in a building alongside Iron Point Drive. Right when we stepped in, we were greeted multiple times by various staff. Energetic enthusiasm filled the air! A huge crew of employees were working on this particular weekday evening. We ordered at the counter with an employee. But ordering can also be done at the kiosk. Hubs and I ordered a Shake Shack cheeseburger, hot dog, chocolate milkshake and lemonade. It set us back about $25. They bring out the drinks and food. There are no drink dispensers out in the dining area. If you want a refill, you have to go to the counter to ask. This process is a bit difficult for an old bear like me to get used to. The lemonades are made out of cane sugar, no HFCS. Yes! $4.59 for a small. The dining area is pretty large. Chill, comfortable vibes. Onto the fooood. The Shake burger is a cheese burger with lettuce and tomatoes. Don't get that confused with the cheeseburger which comes without the lettuce and tomato. We almost ordered the wrong one. Hubs was feeling generous and offered me a bite. I took a small bite since it was not particularly large. Good flavors! Angus beef. The hot dog is all beef and split grilled. It had a nice snap to it, and it's Vienna beef hot dog. It's regular hot dog size. $4.99. Hubs ordered a shake but it didn't come with whipped cream even though the menu pictures did. Another thing I noticed is this location doesn't offer a non dairy chocolate shake or custard while most other Shake Shacks do. Aw shucks. I even asked the cashier and she confirmed. Overall great addition to the Folsom food scene.

The burgers were really good better than In & Out burger, the vanilla shake is amazing so were the cheese fries.

I’ve been looking forward to this location opening for almost a year now and was excited to be there to watch the grand opening and ribbon cutting. Food is great and my go to is always the Shack Burger. I think the ratio of bun, toppings and patty is perfect especially when it comes out nice and hot. Definitely recommend eating right away! It is a bit pricey when you compare it to In N Out down the street, but I think the shorter wait (hopefully that stays) and quality might be worth it. In addition to being able to order ahead on the app! Also got the black truffle fries and a Cookies and Cream shake. The crinkle cut fries are always good, and the truffle sauce was interesting to try. I always enjoy the shakes and are what I compare other fast food places to, so I definitely recommend trying. Staff were very friendly and attentive, and the inside was very nice. Glad to see Palladio getting some more food places closer to good parking.

Google
I was SO disappointed. I love Shake Shack and eat at the locations in San Francisco quite often. We were so excited when it came to Folsom. We have tried it a few times since the opening - but for some reason the taste is nothing like the other locations we’ve been too. The burgers were dry every time (no matter how we ordered or what style). I’ll have to stick with the other locations that I know do taste good. I’m really not sure why this one tastes so different ????

Yelp
Came to try the new Dubai milkshake. It was very tasty. Loved the texture and balance of sweet and crunchy taste/texture. It was cool to crack the sides of chocolate into the milkshake. I honestly expected it to have some chocolate flavor but it really doesn't. That being said, and being the chocolate lover that I am, I don't regret trying it but I would pick something different. There also seemed to be a discrepancy in the price, it stayed the limited time shakes were 6.99, but the Dubai one was not one listed, however, there was no other prices for it on the menu. So o thought that the price was steep for a milkshake. So this was a one time experience for us. It was over $23 after leaving a $2 tip for 2 Dubai milkshakes. 3 stars for the value. We ordered this to-go. The staff was super helpful and engaging and greeted us upon entering. 5 stars for service! We will try other flavors in the future and the burgers looked really good too.

Yelp
I went to Shake Shack solely to try their Dubai milkshake--and it did not disappoint! It was solid. The presentation was beautiful with a chocolate shell around the cup, a creamy pistachio milkshake, and kataifi on top for that extra texture. It was amazing and totally worth the visit. I haven't tried the food yet, but I definitely plan to go back for it. You can order at the counter or use the self-service tablets, and they bring the food out to you, which is a nice touch. Overall, a great experience for my first visit!

Yelp
Arrived (June 20. 2025 around 3:30) and when the "cashier" greet us she directed us to the self serve (not realizing taking her job). Complete our order and arrives fine. Restaurant appeared clean and young man was sweeping. Brought our food and there were missing items. Had to go up and ask and seemed as though I was bothering her. We ate our food and our daughter wanted a refill of her soda and NO one came up to help nor asked if needed any help, three of them just stood there, until I had to use my dad voice to get their attention. Again, she appeared to be bothered. The irony I have a tip of 18% at the kiosk before being served. I should have waited and determined after my service like I normally do.

Yelp
May 30, 2025 - Folsom, CA Our first time here, and it was a little confusing to order. Do we order at the kiosks, or can we order at the counter? Apparently either is okay. You order, then they bring the food to your table. We both ordered the ShackBurger (single, $7.99, 500 calories) quarter pound patty of 100% Angus beef with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun. It was the perfect size for me, and was cooked perfectly, char-grilled, just the way I like it. We split the fries, which were also delicious. Crispy on the outside, tender inside with just the right amount of salt. We sat inside. It was a little loud, but the tables were well spaced, so you weren't seated super close to other diners. Good experience, good food served quickly and with a smile.

Yelp
My second time ever going to shake shack, and I enjoyed it! Burger was solid and I liked how fresh the vegetables tasted. The Carolina BBQ chicken burger was soooo good. I was surprised on how much I enjoyed it, probably because of the fried pickles! Cheese fries were not great, regular fries were better. It's hard to compare this to in n out because I still think in n out does it better, but still a solid burger option
google avatar

Yelp
To be honest I wasn't a fan, the area the parking lot is in was suuuper sketch and there were a lot of creepy people. The tables were really sticky and it didn't look cleaned up at all. The shakes were also overpriced in my opinion. $23 for 3 small shakes is crazy to me. They were delicious I will admit but there definitely is better places for way less the price you could go to.

Yelp
Ambiance: Basic self serve hamburger place. Nothing special. Service: People greeted you as you entered and stated if you need help ordering at the kiosk; just ask. The kiosk is pretty basic. Food: Bacon Cheeseburger. Let's just say In N Out has NOTHING to worry about. This burger was good and cooked well. Just not worth high price. Crinkle Cut Fries. These are always an excellent choice and cooked well. Just remember everything is priced separately; no break on combos. Just not their style. Chocolate Shake. I really thought this is where the difference maybe due to the word Shake in their name. Let's just say that In N Out and Carl's Jr. is better $25.00 and change for the three items. Your basic meal. Definitely owned by an elite!

Yelp
Bravo! Less than a week open and it seems this location is running like a well oiled ship. We arrived on a Wednesday: kiosks all working, employees friendly and knowledgeable. We got the limited edition black truffle fries, black truffle burger and my favorite: the shack stack. All came out fresh and delicious! A staff member made the rounds asking everyone if they needed anything else including refills on my lemonade. I didn't know they offered free refills! Been missing out all this time at other locations. I will be back probably more than I should, as this is right next to the Tesla supercharger!

Yelp
I've included pictures from our two visits. I was not able to review them when we visited on opening day, due to the business not yet being available on Yelp. The hubster and I returned tonight for an early dinner. Inside you have the option to order at a kiosk or at the counter. We have now done both and they are equally effective. If you want friendly and human interaction wait for counter ordering. The interior is kept very clean. There are options to sit at tables or booths inside or tables outside. Both visits we sat inside and did not have an issue finding a place to sit. Staff is VERY friendly and courteous. Something in short supply these days. So I appreciate finding this and let them know. On to the food... these are NOT your ordinary, run-of-the-mill fast food burgers. I would rank Shake Shack Burgers above In and Out and perhaps even slightly edging out Five Guys for flavor and freshness. Their fries are crinkle cut...not my favorite, but mighty tasty. We also shared a soda and have yet to try one of their shakes. Their prices are on the upper end, but it is nice to treat yourself to a delicious bite and especially enjoy the staff that work there so why not! Pop in and give Shake Shack a try.

Yelp
First off. Yes shake shack is expensive. We all know that going in. I've had shake shack twice. Once in NY and again at one of the airports. Both were pretty average. I went to try out this location. Had their special truffle burger. Fries and the pomegranate drink. Burger was delicious. The bun was really good. The drink was great. That great balance of sweet and tart. Fries were bland. The biggest issue is with ordering. You walk in through the door. There 2 kiosks to the left. 2 cash register in front. There is no directed lines. People are clumped up here waiting for food or ordering. It's nearly impossible to tell where the line is to order. It's messy.

Yelp
I've only ever been to the Shake Shack in the Ice Blocks of midtown, which can get pretty busy. This one is located right next to Whole Foods in the Palladio Plaza. My first time here at 8pm for a late dinner on a Tuesday and the restaurant was still half filled. There are self order kiosks and 2 cashiers. We opted to do the self order kiosk. 2 double cheese burgers. I usually eat my double double burgers with pickles and mustard only- they didn't have mustard as an option, only the shake shack sauce. I ordered a side just in case I would not like it- it was free with a burger purchase. The burger is just meat cheese and buns, you have to choose all your additional add ons by choice. They had crispy onions for an additional $1.25. Sounded enticing but didn't want to be disappointed. Onions, lettuce tomatoes and what not are without charge. Burgers came out piping hot! Just how I like it! Cheese was melty and patty was juicy. I think that the patty lacked salt, but maybe because I didn't have my mustard. I surprisingly did not care for the bun. You can taste that the meat and cheese was of good quality. Patty wasn't too thin. I would say that one patty was the size of two In n Out patties thickness. French fries- they only have the regular zig bag cut French fries that can be plain, garlic Parmesan or the truffled style. They taste better than they look! They were not soggy and were crispy. Very very surprised. There's ketchup pumps and salt and pepper packets. Would I come back? YES Would I crave to come here? NO Very very clean. Restrooms and restaurant.

Yelp
Typical fast-casual place that is visibly clean and spacious. The staff members are pleasant and on top of keeping the lobby bussed. This was my first ever experience with Shake Shack and it just left me disappointed. Burgers are definitely more greasy than I prefer, and hubs and I both agree this is not somewhere we will be visiting often. My single patty burger made me feel groggy after eating. The price point is not far off from other burger spots, but Shake Shack's prices are just not justified for me. The burgers are on the smaller side and have thinly smashed patties. There are other fast-casual burger spots around the Palladio area that I would much rather stop by.

Yelp
It was our first time to shake shack today. I had a black truffle, single burger, and my wife had the single bacon cheeseburger. I then added the bacon cheese fries, and my wife had regular fries. I had a cherry blossom shake, and my wife had a chocolate cocoa shake. It was $52 for everything which is OK. It was very easy to navigate the kiosk ordering. The order came out quickly. Everything tasted good and everything was nice and warm. It was "almost" enough food to fill us up. The burger and fries could've both been just a bit bigger. All the employees were super great.
google avatar

Robin J.

Yelp
The self service is fine and food came out fairly quick on a Monday at 6:30ish. The ambiance is casual and clean. But the rating is based on the food: Single shack burger: 2/5; barely warm and both patties were overcooked on the verge of burnt and dry. Spicy Fries: 2/5; these should be marked VERY spicy but they were the only ones that came with ranch. Beware of the spice!! We won't go back. :(

Yelp
Order Double Cheese Burger no pickles no onions. The burger was delicious and juicy. We ordered takeout. The only problem was the way the burger was put together or packaged. The tomatoes and lettuce all slid to the front, so halfway through the burger it was only meat and cheese. Other than that I would give them a 5 star review. My son had a double with everything and he said, " Dad my burger was packed right I had veggies through out my burger. My wife has chicken nuggets that were over cooked, but her cheese fries were good. Yes I recommend Shake Shack, but don't recommend the chicken nuggets.

Yelp
I like Shake shack a lot when I visit New York, but I have not yet been to their midtown Sacramento or Roseville Galleria stores yet, as I live in Rancho. I had a coupon for a free shack burger with a purchase, and I was thrilled to see that they are now at the Palladio in Folsom. The place is easy to find, as it fronts Iron Point Road. I come in, the place was bright and clean, and everybody was so friendly. To get my free burger, I had to order it on the app, but the app was being a bit wonky to me. The employee cheerfully showed me what I needed to do to get it to work, and within a few seconds, my order was in. I ordered a shack burger., a side order of the Parmesan truffle fries, and a soda. My order came quickly. Of course, I forgot to get a picture of the food. The burger was good. The bun was a bit soft, so it didn't hold up to the burger very well. But, you could tell it was a good quality meat, and it was char-grilled to perfection. All of the veggies that came with the burger were crisp and fresh. The one thing I didn't care for was the cheese. For such a high-quality burger, I thought that using American cheese, was a bit of a letdown. The next time I would just order it without the cheese. The Parmesan truffle fries were not just a home run, they were a grand slam! The crinkle cut fries were the perfect temperature and texture, they were very generous with the Parmesan on the fries, and that truffle mayo, dipping sauce? Oh my God... it's made with mayonnaise, and black truffle oil. A very high-quality oil too. It was so amazingly rich! I would gladly order that on one of my burgers. It's one of the best dipping sauces. I have had in a long, long time. Even if I would've had to pay for the burger, for the quality of the food, the price is reasonable . I'm glad they are here, I will be back. Thank you!

Yelp
Finally tried the new Folsom location after it's opening here a couple months back. The restaurant is clean, modern, sleek with cool background music playing. Self-ordering was easy. There weren't too many customers at noon on a Thursday, so the food came out really quick. Everything was prepared to perfection. I loved my cheese fries that tasted great from beginning to end (unlike In and Out which turn into cardboard). My single cheeseburger was heavenly. My chocolate shake was thick and complemented everything. The prices are higher than In and Out, but so so worth it. I've found my go to hamburger and shake place!
google avatar

Yelp
It's open! This is only the 2nd time here, first was in Sacramento. Nice dining area and servers were attentively refilling drinks for customers and keeping tables clean. I loved my cheeseburger with house sauce and crispy onions! The double wth bacon was amazing! Burgers are like homemade, juicy and cooked just right! Fries were the best! Crispy and not greasy. One thing to be aware of is it's not cheap, both burger combos were just under $50!!! But mmm maybe we will alternate with In n Out!
google avatar

Yelp
Shake Shack is awesome for a quick, tasty bite. The burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy, and the shakes are super creamy. It' is a bit pricier than fast food, but totally worth it for the quality. Great vibes too!

Yelp
I was able to stop by yesterday during my lunch for Friends & Family Day at this new location. Check in and ordering was super fast and convenient. Daily was a great help and answered any questions I had regarding the menu. My food came out and was delicious as always. Looking forward to stopping by this location more often.

Yelp
Great food. Overpriced, with really shitty music. I used the questionnaire to notify them about my displeasure and was sent a $35 coupon for my next visit. That's pretty good customer service !

Yelp
Very clean place just like all the other reviews people where friendly took our order and brought it to our table we only came here for the Dubai shake that is limited but we ended up getting regular fries as well It is in my opinion way to pricy for what you get the fries is a small basket they where good but nothing out of the ordinary the shake was 2.5 /10 for me not worth the hype at all my boyfriend loves shakes he only drink half he didn't like it he felt he was chewing grass in a shake lol well we won't be back but it was an experience. Price for fries and shake about $16 and some change

Yelp
The first time I had shake shack it was in Vegas. Amazing food AND super amazing service. The second time was in Orlando. The third time was in Boston. However when they opened one in Sac I was so excited but I never went to it except once. But I was openly going out of my way to find Shake Shacks when out of town. However, I WILL be coming back to this location. It's much closer to me than Sac, the location is easily accessible, the food was delicious and the service was really wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful and had a great attitude. The whole dining area was packed but it was dinner time on a Thursday. When you walk in, use the kiosks to the left and I guess wait on the right. There's not much room to wait. I thought food came out pretty quickly. Fries were more well done instead of blonde which I LIKE. makes it nice and crispy. Burgers were well seasoned as usual and cheese sauce definitely gets congealed after a few minutes. But when it's warm it's so good. Price point is yes, a little high, but quality makes up for it! I'll be back!
google avatar

Yelp
First of all, the staff here is the best. Honestly - so nice. They get refills for you and say hello. The inside is cool and nicely kept clean. What I will say is that they're going to have a problem with their ordering system because the three computers are literally right next to the door - so if more than two people are in line, you have to basically stand outside. Otherwise you'll be in front of the door blocking anyone else from coming in. They should really change the set up and I bet that the flow would go a lot better. As far as the burgers go, they're not my favorite, but I get the appeal. They're just a little too greasy for me.
google avatar

Paulene M.

Yelp
Food, greasy burgers, price point per burger off putting. No children's menu. It's basic burgers awfully expensive. Wouldn't not return. 2 cheeseburgers for 16 bucks. Burgers are not what images look like, for 12 buck burger it shouldn't have been as flat as we received it. Improvement: possibly a meal order where customers can get a fries and drink, and add a children's menu. I wouldn't recommend young ppl or families to dine here.
google avatar

Brandon F.

Yelp
This place was awful burgers were dry and smashed. No sauce or napkins like I ordered, including no sauce on my dry shack burgers, the shakes were not sweet at all, ordered a Oreo that tasted like plain vanilla and a chocolate. Fry's were soft and also dry. No crisp or crunch. could have been cause I ordered online idk, not coming back when in n out is down the street and cheaper.

Yelp
My daughter & I both got the smoke stack burger & shared the cheese fries. Used the kiosk 2 order which I HATE doing!!! Someone should b taking my order. Food was brought to my table & we grubbed. It was delish!!!! Can't say anything bad about the food. Next time, I really wanna try the shroom burger!!!

Yelp
This place was so good we picked up for lunch and dinner The burgers rival In N Out in a different dimension: the patty itself is of quality and juicer. The buns were soft and the cheese was delicious. The cheese fries were crispy even though they look more starchy. I was impressed and can't wait to go back. Get the app for deals!
google avatar

Jake P.

Yelp
Food was mid. The shack sauce was not very good. And the lettuce was very rubbery. and I really want to hate the fries, but they're so like crunchy and I really want to hate them, but I just can't.
google avatar

Yelp
Chicken was very greasy. bun was burnt - truffle fries were cold Not worth the money. Overpriced
google avatar

Rosie B.

Yelp
Very sad burgers. Paid $12 for a black truffle burger and it looked nothing like the advertised burger. Would gladly pay $12 if it was even remotely close to the burger in their photo but what I received was a monstrosity, just compare the photos. The burger I received was so small, very flat, the onions slices were huge, and it was just sloppily put together. Also ordered a cheeseburger, and they forgot to put the cheese. I think I'll stick to In and Out.
google avatar

Yelp
The shake burger was wonderful and the Berry Cherry Pomegranate Lemonade. Also they had free refills. I was not expecting the food to be put on your table. The ambience and open and cheerful. 5 out 5

Yelp
Super nice and polite staff but unfortunately don't think they have built up the that standard of service you want to give customers. I ordered a single burger and waited 30 minutes for it to find out they "lost the order on screen" and so they made me a fresh one in 2 minutes. They were apologetic and nice but it's a similar experience I've had at other very busy or new Shake Shacks. I don't blame the employees though--I'd guess it's a training problem. Again, super nice employees, but for the premium prices they are charging, I'd expect more. Smoke Shack Burger was good though.
google avatar

Willy W.

Yelp
It is very clean. Cheese burger tasted like typic fast food faire. Fries were hot and crispy but way too salty. No one spoke to us except the man that brought out. Would have been nice to have been able to say "hold the salt". Kind felt like eating food out of a vending machine. 45 dollars for two small cheese burgers, 2 fries, 1 shake and one drink that was mostly ice. It's cheaper and better to eat at Whole Food!
google avatar

Amelia M.

Yelp
Honestly I had high hopes for this place considering there is a bunch of them around California but I was super disappointed. Not only are there not any meals but everything is over priced. Burgers are $10 and up and a tiny fry is about $6. I mean the price based on the taste was not worth it. So for starters everything needs seasoning. I got the chicken sandwich with bacon and it was greasy had no flavor. A little salt would have been decent. We also got the double shake shack burger that was dry. It had no sauce on it whatsoever. And the spicy fries were cold floppy fries with cayenne pepper. We also got two shakes that were very mid. Also I ordered online and asked for condiments in the pickup order and there was nothing. Not even a napkin. I would probably never come here again especially when in n out is right down the street for half the price and twice the taste. Very disappointing.

Yelp
I'm mostly giving stars because my first visit the food was better. I ordered the Shack Burger but it should have been called the raw onion burger. The amount/size of the sliced onions was off putting. I couldn't barely taste the meat and what I could taste was greasy and burnt around the edges. The cheese fries had all the cheese in one spot instead of going over the top of the fries. My soda had an extra sip waiting for me on top of my lid...SMH. Considering the price of the food it's embarrassing what was served.

Yelp
Visited the new Shake Shack tonight, and even though it was extremely busy, we were impressed with how quickly we got our food! We ordered the ShackBurger, cheeseburger, Chicken Shack, and truffle fries--everything was 10/10. Can't wait to come back! The service was fantastic despite the rush. The team was clearly working hard, and it showed. A special shoutout to Riley, who brought our food to the table and checked on us to make sure everything was perfect. He was super friendly and attentive. Great experience all around!

Yelp
Super expensive for what you get. Premium burger pricing for tiny, over-salted burgers with hardly any toppings and few veggies that don't fill you up. Would recommend for shake only, not food.

Yelp
First time at shake shack and it did not disappoint! This location was so clean, and the staff was sooo friendly and helpful. My lunch came out quickly and tasted so fresh!

Yelp
This location just opened few days ago so I thought I gave it a try. I had bought shakes from this chain in downtown sacramento but not the foods. OMG, bought 2 of the limited truffles burger and a shroom burger to go. When I opened the bag and took out the burgers, I was stunt. They were small like cheese burger at mcdonalds and no lettuce or tomatoes or anything else. The taste was ok but these are pricey for $11.49 and $9.99 for vegetarian one. Sorry but you better make it better otherwise In N out is still the best in town for its taste and price. Maybe I'll give it a 2nd chance next year.

Yelp
Went in for lunch. Used th kiosk to order our lunch. Went to check out with my gift card. Could not figure out how to use so I went to the counter... waited. Asked how to use the gift card. Was told I had to use the counter service to use gift card. I was not happy. I asked why isn't it posted that the kiosk does not accept gift cards. She said she didn't know. I than let her know I was going somewhere else. I am now going to gift my card to a homeless so I can write it off. We went to Chick n Burger... spent our $50 there. Service was poor.

Yelp
Tried Shake Shack for the first time. The restaurant was clean and slightly busy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hamburgers looked great but I opted for the Shroom Burger. It was advertised as a fried portobello mushroom stuffed with cheese. It was nothing that I expected. The fried coating was slightly overdone and it oozed with cheese when I bit into it. A sliver of mushroom could be seen but I couldn't taste it! It certainly wasn't the portobello mushroom that I'm used to! Not sure what type of cheese was used but it was flavorless. Next time I'm getting a burger because it looks like that's what they do best. I wanted a vanilla malt but they were out of malt so I got a cookies and cream shake. It was the best part of my meal. The fries were also very good. Large crinkle cut fries, golden brown. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Four stars for the friendly staff, delicious shake and yummy fries. That fifth star might come once I try their burgers.

Yelp
Great experience here. I had the black truffle burger. Was encouraged to add another patty. Not disappointed the burger. Despite the heavy foot traffic on a Friday night the staff was very friendly and efficient. They even came by to ask if we needed anything several times. And pick up any remaining trash left when we were through. Table service is without the high prices. And a special shout out to our helper Riley. He was on top of it! Made sure we had an everything and he didn't forget us. Will definitely return!

Yelp
so happy to have a shake shack closer to where i live now! wasn't surprised when i walked in and it was absolutely slammed (as most usually are)! i loved the option of ordering at the counter or at the kiosks. the line at the counter was decent so we opted for the kiosk option. very user friendly and easy selection & check out process. i was surprised to find that there aren't really that many tables. we ended up have to push two tiny tables together to sit (& this is my only reason for a 4 star rating)! the staff are incredibly friendly and check in on you to see if you need anything (refills, ketchup, etc.). the food was delicious in true shake shack fashion. we also tried the bacon cheese fries (which got devoured before a photo was even thought about lol). tons of parking with the garage nearby. it's in a great location with all the shops at palladio -- perfect for a snack break while you shop! a few tables outside to dine on the nicer days as well. will definitely be back!

Yelp
Underwhelming all the way around. The burgers are small. The photos made them look generous, so my husband figured the double would be way too much for him. Wrong! The burgers are like a McDonald's-sized patty. Ok for me, but he left hungry. Bun was very soft and probably the best thing about it all. My meat lacked seasoning even though it had "shake sauce" on it. Crinkle cut fries weren't much better than what I could cook out of my freezer and in my oven at home. Then the sodas! Ugh - they have to fill them from the counter for you. I'm not waiting around for that to happen. I will say it was clean inside, just boring decor. Surprising for a big corporation that I'm sure spends money on designers.

Yelp
This Shake Shack is new to Folsom and the first I have eaten at. I got the basic Shack burger and fries. The burger is the perfect size for me as it is not huge and I can actually finish it! It was delicious with crispy burger patty that was perfectly seasoned. The fries were hot and crispy. Expensive for fries ($5) but at least they were good. I want to try a shake next time as they looked so good and the seasonal flavors sound amazing. Service was very friendly at the counter as well as employees going around checking on customers and offering drink refills! Keep up the good work!

Yelp
When my burger came out it looked like a Small McDonald's Burger. The meat was tasty but not much of it and the bun was a little soggy,I suggest toasting them. Didn't like the special sauce, just tasted like too much Mayo. For the price of this burger I give it a NO Thanks. Habit and In and out are much tastier and worth the price. Also French fries were just frozen fries cooked in oil, nothing special.
