I can safely say I've never been to a bad Shake Shack since I first began going to the franchise 8 years ago. It's one of the more pricier burger joints but it's definitely worth it's money in service, quality and overall vibe. I can always come around to any location and expect high shelf service and it's no exception over to where I went. Best Smashburgers in the game, nice tender chicken with the right amount of crisp, fries that could possibly beat out McDonald's in the taste test and nobody is touching the shakes because they own that department. It's just comforting that no matter which location you go to, the service is gonna be as consistent and precise, as well as the food being incredible.

The food was great and up to the high Shake Shack standards. The restaurant was nice and big as well as clean which is always a plus. The service was also quick. Overall great experience!

Fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Order took 25 minutes. Overall worst shake shack I’ve been to. Only saving grace was that the employees were friendly.

I barbecue my own hamburgers so very rarely get hamburgers outside so I bought a couple of shakes for myself and my girlfriend. I can say for sure that the shakes are some of the best I have had. The cashier looked disinterested and was not friendly so service I give it a three

Excellent customer service! It was super busy tonight and they powered through! Non stop working for an hour! Everyone so nice and professional. Especially the team leader!

Ordered at a kiosk and put our table number in. We went upstairs because it has a nice view. Got a text my food was on its way. It didn’t come. We had to go back down and get it. My hotdog was cold and the cheese on the fries was already getting hard. Very unfortunate and I will not be back. Ps knowing I was going to sit upstairs I preemptively tipped. So I tipped for nothing. Sounds like a scam.

I ordered chicken shack and avocado bacon chicken. Chickens were dry, very over cooked. I know shake shack burger is small but in that small buns my chicken was even smaller. In the photo, i had two bites and then checked the burger because chicken was too dry and chewy. And the piece of the chicken was tiny. Very disappointed and not worth it. Please don’t go this place if you want to have a best shake shack go to new hyde park one.

I can't speak to the service or ambiance because this was a delivery order, but the food portions were small for the price. The fries were extremely crispy, which I loved. Despite the thicker cut, it didn't feel like there was a lot of potato in the fries. The Chicken Shack's fried chicken was smaller than I remembered it being -- it was smaller than the size of the bun. The sandwich also barely had other ingredients, such as the lettuce. Although the food tasted great, it left me unsatisfied.

Burgers always good and made correctly, all but one time when a patty was missing from the seasonal burger. But otherwise a solid location. Could be cleaner but they're a busy spot so understandable. Orders take about 10 minutes but that's expected from a shake shack. Down a star for cleanliness and stocking the concessions.

I just learned about the promo deals on their app so make sure to sign up. Can take advantage until the end date. Right now, there's a promo for Free smokeshack ($9) with $10 min. purchase. Spent more than that bec got another burger and fries, but still a good deal. The smokeshack had bacon and cherry peppers, which give a good kick. Their veggie burger had a soft patty (I thought would be dry but not), was ok esp with the toppings. There is also a mobile order deal for 2 shakes for price of 1. Some are housemade custard. The frozen hot cocoa looked ok but the maple snickerdoodle didn't look as advertised. I got my chocolate shake with malt but not much difference, just regular. Located on busy Austin Street. A lot of employees handing out orders. Was it the veggie burger but part of our order took a bit of time. Seating is in front or up on the 2nd fl. 3.5 stars

I decided to come to Shake Shack to take advantage of the free chicken sandwich with a $10 purchase that they have been doing on Sundays. This is not the first time I have had Shake Shack. Altogether, everything was good. I ordered through the app and was able to pick my food up without any issues. The hot dog was very good. I love the way it is split. The shack burger was very tasty, too. I enjoy this burger and have never had any issues with it, but I feel like it has gotten expensive for a little burger. The chicken sandwich was the weakest link in my opinion. It was good but didn't stand out from a traditional chicken sandwich that you would order from a fast food spot. I was hoping for a little more. I thought that it was a solid amount of food with the bonus chicken sandwich and altogether I was pleased with the meal.

Showed up to order at 9:45pm and was told an employee that the restaurant was closed. Sat in my car and watched them turn away at least 6 people in 10mins. Mean while there is at least 6 persons dining in. Signs show they close at 11pm.

I haven't been to shake shack in years but i decided to go for lunch and it was such a great choice. There was no line which was a plus however it still took a while for me to get my food. I didn't mind because i figured it would be fresh and it tasted like it was so that's WIN WIN! I ordered the single patty shack burger with cheese fries and it was delicious. My only complaint is that i wish the cheese sauce was hot! Also, the customer service wasn't the best. A male who seemed to be the manager was i guess filling up the cashiers, he was the only one in front but wasn't greeting anyone so you just stood there oddly and then when he finally asked do you want me to get someone to help you, i was a little confused because I figured someone should be in the front to help and most importantly TAKE ORDERS. Nonetheless, the food was good.

I totally understand things happen with appliances, however, one of the hottest weeks thus far in NYC in the 90's having your AC not working & having workers still work seems unethical to me. Someone could pass out from heat exhaustion. The people don't need the burgers & fries that much. There was also limited ice. Wednesday just didn't seem like a good day for this business to be open. I hope the AC is working now, but I just can't believe Shake Shack let workers work in such conditions. Personally, I was getting food for a homeless gentleman who requested a hot dog, otherwise if it was for myself, I would've walked right out.

Ordered through Uber eats, got my order completely wrong, tock pictures of the order and sent it through the app. Thinking Uber eats app is good I was going to get comped somehow. I didn't. I got charged. Called back 3 days later. I still had the photos. Uber said 48 hrs had passed and can't give a refund. Called customer service. No justice. I still have the photos with history. SMH

So, I sent a review when I came with my friend and Shake Shack sent me a credit towards my next purchase. So, I thought I'd give em a try after coming back from watching the runners at the NYC Marathon. So, the taste of both my chkn sndwch and fries were actually pretty good. But, the food was really cold. I added cheese to the sndwch and it wasn't melted; so, I removed the cheese. At least I gave it another shot and confirmed that they're just not a good place to eat and considering a simple meal is almost $20. I def rather go somewhere else! I thought the staff person at the pick up area was nice!

Shake Shack is immediately my go to when on munchies! My first time was a 10/10 when I went in I immediately got the Hawk Tuah energy as they say (means the energy was bussin') food was GREAT!! I recommend the Pulled Pork sandwich with extra beans (they have a bathroom if you're a little gassy) Service was a meh But Lowkey.. WILL COME BACK!

I haven't been to this location too frequently but I will say they are much more organized and clean and efficient earlier in the day. I scheduled my order for pickup to take to the beach and it all worked out very well. The chicken shacks and our fries were crispy and warm all the way to the beach and we didn't have to wait a long time. When we have dined in, best time is to go on the weekdays when it's not so busy. The employees are very helpful but I enjoy the self service ordering machines.

The food is great! The place is huge with lots of seating. The service is so kind and fast. Last time when I went with my family the workers were so good and playful towards the children. Great place to come with friends or family

My wife and I order pretty regularly from here. We ordered last night and noticed that the food was cold and was clearly left at room temperature. We decided to still start eating as we were hungry but after a few bites we noticed that the beef was not cooked. Shake shack doesn't do medium rare so this was both cooked improperly and then stored at room temperature. We know the room temperature was caused by shake shack and not the delivery because (1) we saw on the app that the driver was waiting at shake shack for over at least 15 minutes (2) we live less than five minutes from shake shack (3) it was not freezing outside last night. My wife and I now have food poisoning. I think I've written one or two yelp reviews before the whole time I've had yelp but felt compelled to do so bc this was unreasonably unsafe.

The food was delicious, double smoke shack cheeseburger with French fries yummy, the service was good, an the place is welcoming an the AC was on, I was very happy about that cause it's really hot outside these days.

I recently visited this location. I was disappointed that my veggie burger was lukewarm. My husband shroom burger was lukewarm as well. I'm not sure about returning.

There was a time whenever a Shake Shack opened in other parts of NYC, it would become an automatic celebration with lines for days come opening day. Given this was the second ever location in the borough, the hype train was coming in hot and has cooled down a bit after all of these years. Regardless, I think FoHi is the right place for one of New York's most celebrated burger chains. The location scouts for Shake Shack did their job well. This store is located in the heart of Austin Street and sticks out in the best way amongst its more antiquated neighbors. Ordering is done at the ground level with a nice second floor dining area with a slight view of the neighborhood. Parking is a drag, but that could said for any of the businesses on the street. The food is Shake Shack quality, which generally ranges from solid to very good. Most everything from their traditional shack burger to the newer options, gets a thumbs up. I give them a lot of credit for being so on top of their delivery / takeout game during the pandemic and keeping that momentum even to this day. Where I think they will often fall short is how often they mess orders up. I don't think I've walked away from this place without having some kind of dispute with the order. Normally, it's a cinch to order directly from their app, but I either end up having missing items or stuff that is made incorrectly. Sometimes there's a stale quality to the food when it's been sitting out for a while, which is bound to happen when they make things quick. The issue is that it's not always reflected on the app or obvious in person. Overall, they certainly not the cheapest option (#1) and the service really varies: when they're good, they're great. When they're not, I'm almost heading for the other direction. I will usually be less critical for other non-premium fast food joints out there, but I always have higher expectations for Shake Shack. _____________ (#1) A semi-oxymoron in Forest Hills.

Did you know that when you order at their place using an IPod, shake shack automatically adds 15% tip. Isn't that crazy? Tip for who? I suggest all shake shack employees unionize against this and make sure they get it back. If I'm not served and I even do the order myself why am I paying a tip which suppose to be a discretionary adds on for good service.

Basically like any other shake shack, though I don't know if I'd order what I did again. I usually get a burger but wanted to try their chicken, so I went for the little bites. One was super batter-y to the point of being wet (it didn't help that they were overly oily) but the rest were decent. The classic lemonade was good along with the blood orange lemonade. The service was fast and the restaurant was clean. Fries were good as usual, and my partner got the usual single burger. It's basically self-automated ordering here; I only saw people ordering via the iPads at the front. I guess staff was there if you needed but focused mostly on just making the food. Probably why things came out fast. I'd go again, I would just order something else.

After receiving a text that my food is ready, I still had to wait 10mins at the waiting area, my whole order was cold, the whip cream on the shake was melted, what's the point of adding whipped cream if you're going to let it sit there to melt ?? Ever since Covid hit, it looks like they can't handle big orders. I don't know what's going on in this establishment in forest hills. It wasn't like this before covid. Very unprofessional here, & I am a very patient person but I honestly wanted to lose it! It seems like to me, that the employees were only on top of the carried out orders, forget the paying customer that's in the restaurant trying to have a nice meal with their family. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have a big order.

Lots of fun new things happening at Shake Shake. Their wine is in a can. They now offer a black truffle burger for under $10. OK, I haven't been here in a while. Friendly service as always. My anti-biotic burger is always top notch. Their upstairs seating is reopened.

Shake Shack was the first itch we scratched during the Covid-19 quarantine. Ordering using the Shake Shack app was easy, and so was pick-up. This Shack Shack has barricaded its entrance with a table that serves as a service counter for both in-person ordering and order pick-ups. Our burgers and fries needed some reheating (not unexpected of some pickup / delivery situations), but otherwise tasted great.

Shake Shack's quality/flavor definitely varies by location. I found that the Forest Hills location made an excellent cheeseburger, which most closely resembled how good Shake Shack was on my first try many years ago. Delicious!

A lot better than Mc Donald's! The burgers are juicy and flavorful! They also carry beer!! Indoor dinning is open now and they are pretty fast download the app because they have specials every now and then!!

I almost walked pass by this Shake Shack and had to peer in the window to find it. It was a Sunday and there was a street fair and so many pedestrians outside. As you walk in there is a line with one register, there are kiosk where you can place your order. Sorry folks, wee bit tech challenged and prefer to go to a register and place an order with someone. It was a bit backed up with one person in front of us that had questions. Staff ask us to use Kiosk. I had no idea and just waited which did not took too long. Once order placed, receipt and pager given to you like other Shake Shacks. Towards the back was the dining area and where the restrooms were located. Noticed stairs- more tables and chairs? It was a grab and go type day. My friend had a plane to catch. Did not have time to walk all over the place and check out all the facilities. This place reminds me of a fast food joint like a McDonalds. Guess, I was spoiled by going to the Shake Shake out in Westbury, Long Island. Now, that was a fun place. Whole different vibe. The burgers are universally the same and the crinkle fries. Haven't tried the shakes here but most everyone was getting shakes for the kids on a hot day.

Thanks to out-of-state travels, I got to debut 3 different fast-casual burger chains all in 1 month: Smashburger and In-N-Out Burger in Vegas and Shake Shack here in New York. While In-N-Out seemed to enjoyed the most hype in the media, partly due to its operating vicinity in Western US and thus Hollywood, the New York based Shake Shack appeared to be the hottest burger joint in the Northeast. Though not an aficionado of burgers, I could readily tell the difference in quality of a Shack Burger, but not its Western rivals. I enjoy the texture of the beef, the buttery buns, and whatever ingredients they put in its secret sauce. Even the tomato seemed fresher and the lettuce greener. Now why only 4 stars? There were only 1 line with cashier, and 4 touch-kiosks with no taker. I decided to wait in line since there were only 2 people in front of me -- and in case I had questions since it was my first time at any ShakeShack. I was quickly the next in line; however, there was a problem with the receipt or calculating the correct changes for the previous order, and I was stuck waiting for the next 10 minutes! I was really frustrated. Since the closest touch-kiosk was within an arm's length away, I tried to sneak an order without losing my place in line. Unfortunately, when I was all ready to check out and pay, the screen flashed an error message - something about white list and out of range! After the cashier finally put in my order, I dreaded the next round of waiting upon joining the horde waiting to receive their orders. Luckily, I didn't have to wait too long -- either that, or my expectation was way too low after the infuriating ordering process. Oh, another miss: there was only 1 ketchup pump and it was out of ketchup! So the quality of the burgers was able to make up the very negative experience and poor operation. That speaks volume about how much we loved the ShackBurgers!

The meat quality is good and the toppings seem of pretty decent quality, but the burgers aren't just well-done, they're burnt to a crisp, so much so that they frequently have holes in them. I like seared burgers, but they "kill" these burgers and I think most of the flavor comes from their extensive use of salt. I don't know why they think they need to overcook every burger, but they do. And yet on their ordering kiosks, there's a box to check if you want the burger well-done (which I don't check). I really don't think when they first opened in Madison Square Park that the burgers were this burnt. Also, they seem to be understaffed when they're busy, So when you finally get the burger, it's warm, but it should be hot. I was in there the other day and they have a water dispenser next to the soda machine. They usually have plastic cups there for water. They didn't have any so I asked for one. I was told they didn't have any plastic cups. I don't know whether the worker was just too lazy to get some more, whether they were really out of them or whether they don't want to let people drink free water anymore. So, it's good, but they charge far more than typical fast food chain prices and for the price, it should be better, IMO.

The good things about Shake Shack in Forest Hills location are clean, wide-spaced and you can order by iPad! Our favorite burger is definitely shake stack which served with juicy patty and fried mushroom. The fried mushroom was amazingly addictive, the filled cheese was creamy and the outer layer was crispy. We also love their fries, it was fried well, soft inside and not soggy at all. We won't have Shack shake everyday but once in a while.

Tired of ordering from here and hoping they've straightened themselves out, only to find they haven't. Wanted a shack burger with onion and pickles, got a cold cheeseburger with ONLY onions and pickles. Diet soda wasn't labeled, looked just like the regular one. Everything was cold as if it had been sitting out for hours. This "fast" food isn't cheap. The place isn't that far. Other places manage to deliver hot food at lunchtime and get the order right. They'll be getting my money from now on. The $70+ would have been better spent almost anywhere else.

I love Shake Shack's double burgers. The meat are well done and the standard pairing of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and shack sauce are great. I came here during Covid times. I ordered pick up through online, and within 20 minutes it was ready. It had separate entrance for pickups. Really professional in Covid service. Definitely like the place and its service

Shake Shack is one of my favorite burger joints in NYC. It's often compared to In-N-Out Burger for some reason but they do not compare in my book. Back to the review.. Being a long time customer of the Madison Square Park location, I'm grateful to have a Shake Shack so close to home in Queens. Hell I'm grateful this location is in-doors. I've been to this location a few times but my last visit was a great one. Granted it was packed (going on the weekend will ALWAYS be packed) but with the installation of the self-order kiosks my visit here was a delight. The kiosk asks for your phone number so instead of getting one of those crazy buzzers you receive a text instead letting you know your owner is ready. I like this so much better than the buzzers. If you come here (and you eat beef) I highly suggest getting the Smoke Shack burger because they come with delicious peppers. Oh and try the cheese fries. They are quite yummy.

I really didn't know that there was a location in this neighborhood. I was so excited to see this place. Their Shake Shack burgers are always cooked perfectly and always hits the spot. I love their crispy crunchy crinkle french fries. The staff is fantastic, polite and it was a pleasure eating here. The place was extremely clean plus it's a really large place. This is definitely my go to burger place if I am in this area again.

Got two Korean Fried Chicken burger. Even though the flavors didn't taste authentic, I thought it was a great attempt at a fusion of Korean flavors. The fried chicken was crispy and doused with a gochujang sauce. It was paired with kimchi slaw and sandwiched between two warm buns. The sauce was a bit salty, but overall I think the sandwich wasn't bad at all. It's a bit tiny for what it is worth

What is there left to say that has not been already said? This is the GOAT burger joint. Whenever I try other burger joints, I use Shake Shack as a benchmark for excellence. I always order the shack burger with a very satisfying black and white shake. It is an experience like no other. The patty to bun ratio is perfectly sized. I never enjoyed eating those ridiculously large burgers with buns the size of fists. I'll just end it right here.

Shake Shack has introduced a different cup for their lemonade / half and half. I thought SS is progressive and they've introduced this new straw that's recyclable, but what's up with the plastic cup?! It was a paper cup before! Lemonade (and iced tea, and half and half) is also not self service anymore, so you cannot customize your drink. I asked if I could get a refill after I finished my drink, and I was given a new cup. They refused to take my cup back to refill because of health code, which I understand, but that's all because it's not self service anymore.

the food here never fails to make me smile , the food is always good and the shakes are YUMMM ( lowkey watery thou ) but i love the fries !!!!!! and the milkshake flavors are always changing so love thatttt, expensive but i mean it's shake shack, u get good quality

I've loved Shake Shack since I waited on those long lines back in Madison park. I still consider that outpost the gold standard to which all other Shake Shacks are judged against. Maybe it's the ambiance that comes with eating there in the park that contributes to my higher opinion. Maybe it's the tempered enthusiasm with having to wait for my food. It kinda doesn't make sense given that the lines there are horrible during lunch time. Even so, the burger patties just seem to have a better char and the fries a certain crunch in between a bevy of trees in the middle of a concrete jungle. This version of Shake Shack doesn't include the long lines and includes ample seating area since the initial opening. In theory the experience should be preferable and maybe in time it will provide its own charm similar to the Madison Park experience. The burgers here are ok. The burgers are a smashed patty with a certain char on the exterior of the patty with a potato bun with some lettuce and a tomato slice. As far as the fries are concerned, I do feel the fries can be crispier and don't find as many of the super crispy bites I get from other SS. Parking is a pain in the butt on Austin Street. If you get lucky and find a spot without having to loop around 3 or 4 times and have some jerk behind you blow their horn waiting for you to slide into a spot, you should purchase a lottery ticket.

I just tried SS's spicy chicken sandwich, Hot Chick'n, and it was delicious. I've had the reg chicken sandwich several times but I'm not a fan of the herbed buttermilk mayo sauce. It's too tangy. The Hot chick'n isn't too spicy but adds a lot of flavor. The cole slaw is very plain but I like the crunch. You can choose different lvls of spice, so maybe I'll get it extra hot next time. L got 2 burgers with lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles. I added an organic fried egg and some avocado for richness at home. It was so good with the runny egg. Great service!

Ive tried DD several times, and never really had a good experience. I've had it at Shea Stadium, and a few other locations. I also reviewed the one on 17 in jersey. Aside from their bacon grease burgers, they have dogs, fries, chicken sandwiches and specials every so often. They also have shakes! This time, I got bacon cheese fries, extra cheese on the side. Their cheese is by far the best thing there! I can probably drink it lol! I also got a hot dog with stuff on it. And a sweat tea. I placed my order at the screen, it was a little cumbersome to use, but I powered through. After making my selection, it asked me 2 more times if the order was correct or if I wanted to order more. Then it asked me to insert my chip or tap to pay. Usually these systems let you print out the ticket and bring it to a cashier, but nope! Not on these ancient devices. I went up to a cashier asking how do I pay cash, she said through me. There was no indication or sign that to pay cash it had to be done by them. I told her that's my machine and handed her my money and she said the systems are separate! I need to first cancel the order, then replace it with her. I've been here 5 minutes already and I was starting to get a little fidgety. She took my order, spelled my name wrong it's Dick not Dic. Dic is a former broadcast company that made Power Rangers here in America. After I placed my order with her and paid, it took about 5 minutes to get my food. Waiting wasn't that bad. Got my food and cup. They told me their ice machine is broken, and if I want ice they have to put it in. No worries, I asked for a little bit of ice. Got the sweat tea, found out later it doesn't come with sugar! Who ever heard of sweat tea without sugar lol! Got into my car, and noticed my bacon cheese fries were missing the cheese, guess it always goes on the side now? Fries were crispy and amazing! Best food item on the menu! Cooked perfectly! Delicious. Hot dog is meh. Dog is good, but the toppings hurt the dog more than they help it. Kinda surprised that there was no cheese dog on the menu.... Once I took the toppings off, and put the cheese on, so much better! The potato bun is delicious though. Overall, place was very clean inside, employees were decently friendly. No real issues. This time I was smart to avoid their grease Burger! If you are in the area and passing by, and hungry, then stop in! If it's even a little out of your way, don't bother. Unless you love cheese! Then go out of your way! Their bacon cheese fries are the only really good thing on their menu. The rest, go to a five guys for burgers, or papaya dog for hot dogs, or Texas chicken for chicken sandwiches! Or if there is one near you, Chick-fil-A. They make the best chicken sandwiches!!!!!!!!

This Shake Shack is nicely decorated and spacious. Two floors of seating. Lots of TV screens. I didn't use the restroom here, but I noticed a restroom code on the receipt. Smoke Shack burger: It was fine. About what I expected. Cheese fries: These were the only crinkle fries I've ever liked. Somewhat thin and crispy. The cheese sauce was great, though there wasn't quite enough of it. The takeout bag was poorly designed. It doesn't really close at the top, so when it's cold outside, the food gets cold more quickly. It was also difficult to remove the paper box/tray from the bag because the box had the same dimensions as the bag and was stuck inside it.

Last time I was here, I asked if I could take a sip of its Strawberry Lemonade. It was good and knew I'd have to order it next time. Today, I came in to buy it. It looks kinda of strawberry-colored. Definitely taste mint, lemonade and sugar. I added their Iced Tea to tame the sweetness of their Strawberry Lemonade = perfect summer-feel drink. Refreshing. Every visit to this shake location, I'm greeted by friendly, patient, and happy staff. Fairly clean tables, counters, seats, benches and bathrooms for customers. Keep up the good work!

Shackstack is amazing as always! It's cheesy, juicy, tender, and just delicious! Double cheeseburger is amazing as well! Chick'n Shack was great. It was perfectly seasoned, with the right balance of herbs.

I ordered through Uber eats Friday, September 3 at 4:30 PM I should've looked at the reviews before trusting the store with my food order because I called to make sure that my food is fresh because there has been a delay in my order and basically the person that answered the phone told me he doesn't know if it's stale , he can't check on my order to reinsure a paying customer food is going to be fresh or not "because I ordered through a third-party" and I expressed my concern because I know a company doesn't want to give out stale food and wants it to be fresh to the best of their knowledge and will do what they have to do to ensure that but clearly that wasn't the case Update : Finally received my order at 5:30 a hour later and exactly As I predicted my food is cold I asked for cheese on the side they put cheese on my fries they gave me a burger and I don't even eat red meat I didn't order that my grilled cheese is cold as hell my chicken bites did not come with the honey mustard sauce that I ordered this is like the worst experience I've ever had a shake shack yeah They need to get it together or be taken off of Uber eats if you can't meet the qualifications why would you serve an order an hour after it's been out that's bad customer service and unhealthy as hell and I already called you ahead of time and you still didn't want to help me that's weird I change two stars to a one star I will never be ordering from location and nobody else should ... I didn't order a red meat burger I don't even eat red meat? If you were going to give me an extra meal you should've gave me something extra that I've already ordered and get my order correct?

This is a nice location for shake shacks. I stopped by late at night to grab a float and it was still busy. The wait was quick but it was still pretty busy right before closing. They have an loft type area upstairs for seating which was cool. I'll be back and see how long the lines get.

Great shake shack. In terms of food quality, it is what you would expect from any other shake shack, delicious. This one stands out to me for a couple of different reasons. First the good - the decor is amazing. There is a lot of seating and even an upstairs. People are very friendly. The bad - the staff do not seem extremely well trained. I asked for an IPA, but the cashier told me they didn't have any, so I got a regular shack ale. However, when I got my beer, I could clearly see that they had IPAs on draft. Not sure what the girl was thinking. The handles were right next to each other. Overall though, great place. Would stop by if you need a quick bite.

I've had shakeshack throughout the years and this is by far the worst one I've ever had. Burgers was mediocre which I didn't think was possible following a preset recipe. The wait is long, the workers feels like they don't want to be there, horrible customer service, if you had a name tag I would put your name here, I'm talking about you guy with glasses. Constant eye rolling and sighing whenever anyone asks a question. People are always dissatisfied with McDonald's but honestly the McDonald's at forest hills serves better food and offer a better service. Not even Jesus can save this place, you should close immediately.

Oh how I love having a Shake Shack so close to home. This location is always clean and the staff always friendly. The food as always is on point and ordering from the app is amazing. If they say it'll be ready in 15 minutes, it will be ready in 15 minutes. The burgers, the chick'n, the new hot chick'n, the fries, I can't really pick a favorite because I love them all so much.

So far the best and organized shack I've been too, I went to a few other locations and they always wind up messing up my order, thanks for the service and delicious food

The man who cleans up here is really on point! Took our plates away after we finished and opened the door for us on the way out. The ordering kiosks r convenient and there is seating on the second floor. My party of four found a seat immediately near the window on a weekday for dinner. Now the real reason why I am writing this review... THEY HAVE BLACK SESAME SHAKES YALL!!! I saw the ad on their big screen and being the easily influenced eater i am i had to order a large (good enough to split bt three full people). Really legit, tastes like my favorite black sesame frappe at japanese Cafe Zaiya in the city- if anything this ones a little heavier. So yummy
