Shake Shack Ft. Lauderdale

Amazing experience eating at shake shack . This location is super clean, super fresh food, super great staff! Loved my French onion burger and the cookies and cream milkshake!!! Also, special shoutout to the customer service provided by Kylie! Amazing experience and she was so great!

I do NOT recommend ordering delivery from this location unless you enjoy eating paper. Which I do not, therefore my burger was inedible. I will be filling a dispute through Uber Eats and hopefully get my money back but wanted to warn others of their extremely intelligent food packing mechanism.

I absolutely love Shake Shack! Whenever I'm in the States, it’s a must-visit. The burgers are always fresh and delicious, and the French fries? Simply amazing! The drinks can be a bit pricey, but you can ask for re-fill. While the overall prices are higher than typical fast food, the exceptional table service makes it worth it. I had Katie taking care of us, and she was fantastic—bringing our food quickly, checking in frequently, and ensuring everything was perfect. Overall, Shake Shack offers a great dining experience with delicious food and top-notch service. Can't wait for my next visit!

Our server Shaquanda (sorry if I have misspelled it) she is always super kind and helpful. I will be coming back more often because of her.

The food tasted great. We didn't have to wait long either. BUT, I thought they gave us kids meals at first because the burgers are so small. When we eat out, I usually only eat half of a burger/ sandwich and take the rest home. But I had to eat the whole one here and was I still hungry afterwards I doubt we'll go back.

10 out of 10. Katie takes so much pride in her establishment and we feel it every step of the way. This has been the best dining experience(not fast food- best dining experience) we've had in a while. Thanks for the great time. We'll be back soon.

This was my first trip to a Shake Shack Restaurant. I've traveled extensively and have seen Shake Shack Restaurants in many locations; I just never took the opportunity to give them a try. I found Shake Shack to be refreshing and a great value. Our burgers were perfectly and quickly prepared to order. I requested added condiments and onions without additional charges. Overall, the restaurant was clean, well maintained, with professional staff. Do yourself a favor and give them a try, you will not be disappointed!
