In fact the best Shake Shack I’ve been to, and my husband and I are obsessed with Shake shack, we go every so often and are mostly happy with whatever we get but WOOW! This location felt like the fast food dream to me… every single worker said hi to us when we came in, the manager LODDY was at the front offering us her help, in case we needed any. That was chef’s kiss because nobody will usually approach you and ask if you need help to order, which I loved. Also the food itself was divine, like I said we’ve probably ate Shake shack at least 15 times in a year and not one time I’ve ever seen the patties and ingredients layered so beautifully and perfectly, the meat was cooked to perfection, the cheese made me hate all my vegan friends, that’s how much I loved it! PLUS we got a big shack burger for free because we got the help at the front and were able to redeem an offer we seemed to have. Overall, this gotta be hands down the best Shake shack in America haha! We’ve tried Orlando, Port Saint Lucie, Most South Florida and even Chicago… nothing compares to this! LODDY you’re doing the most wonderful job ever, I hope you get the raise you deserve and the recognition for putting together such a hardworking team! ✨🙂‍↕️ god bless

Amazing experience eating at shake shack . This location is super clean, super fresh food, super great staff! Loved my French onion burger and the cookies and cream milkshake!!! Also, special shoutout to the customer service provided by Kylie! Amazing experience and she was so great!

Shaquanda really made my experience worth it. It was busy when I arrived so I headed for the restroom. It was out of soap but she happened to be doing her check ins and got us soap ASAP! The line was still long at the front and she assisted in speeding it up. I received my food fast and it was hot and fresh! This is my first time at this location and it was a great experience! Thank yall! Oh! And the food! Delicious

I do NOT recommend ordering delivery from this location unless you enjoy eating paper. Which I do not, therefore my burger was inedible. I will be filling a dispute through Uber Eats and hopefully get my money back but wanted to warn others of their extremely intelligent food packing mechanism.

This place has efficiency down to an art form. Everything runs smooth, tight, and focused. You order from sleek touch pads or walk up to the counter — no chaos, no confusion, just clean execution. The menu is refreshingly straightforward. No 1,000-item fast-food circus here — just a tight lineup of burgers done right. And guess what? The burger actually delivers. Perfectly balanced. Juicy. And that crust on the meat? Absolutely fantastic. That’s where the magic happens. Now let’s talk about the real star of the show — the girl working the floor. Sweet, sharp, on top of everything, taking care of everyone with genuine warmth. She’s a keeper. That kind of energy makes a place run at another level. Great meal. Great flow. Great burger. I’ll absolutely be back.

Fast casual, but not always as fast as you might expect; however, the friendliness of the staff more than makes up for the slower preparation time. Definitely dine in to get the full experience—and yes, they will happily refill your fountain soda cup as many times as you need! One area this location might not be known for — but absolutely should be — is its incredible community collaboration. Their fun and sweet treat samplings pop up at so many local events, always bringing genuine warmth along with the flavors. At Wilton Manors’ Taste of the Island Festival, not only were the samplings amazing, but getting to chat with Loddy and Katie was just as memorable. A true dynamic duo in community connection and hospitality, they make every interaction feel personal, welcoming, and downright fun.

Just the most incredible experience tonight November 18th 2025 an hour and a half before closing and the service and the food were absolutely fantastic. We dined in and the food was so delicious and well made. Food and service so wonderful I felt the need to review and extend an extra thank you to that staff this night but also for management to acknowledge them for the great job everyone is doing. Thank you for making our night.

This review is for delivery, but our burgers were so good that I have to give credit where due. It had been a couple of years since I ate from the chain because a bad experience at Sawgrass dissuaded me from eating there [ever] again. So, when I drove by this location recently, I knew it was only fair to give them a chance. I ordered the French onion soup burger which I totally loved--but make no assumptions--it is not wet or mushy. My daughter and her husband had the classic burgers with toppings of choice and we accompanied our beef patties with French fries. Oh, so good! Given that we were satisfied and encouraged by the overall experience, I won't hesitate to order again and again!

I'm addicted to Shake Shack, and I can't believe I didn't know there was one in Fort Lauderdale! This location is a little nicer than other ones I've been to in the area, and less crowded, which is nice. They have lawn games like cornhole outside, which is so fun! The restaurant is super clean, the employees are helpful, and they run specials pretty frequently. You order at a kiosk and someone brings your order to you. My only thing is that they didn't bring us napkins or ketchup when they brought our order and didn't ask if we needed anything so we had to get up and get it, but besides that, they were good at checking on us and getting us refills. I always get the chicken shack and cheese fries. The chicken shack is SO flavorful!

Love Shake Shack! I'm a vegetarian, so anywhere that has a veggie burger is already a plus for me. I absolutely love the veggie burger here! I tried their shakes for the first time too. The s'more shake was delicious! My friend and I will sometimes get a cup of wine and beer with our burgers - it's a nice place with plenty of seating and friendly staff

Single Shack. OKAY. Nicely charred tasty Burger which was extremely small in size due to my failure to order 2 Patties. The DUBAI Shake was EXCELLENT being thick in consistency. The Fried Pickles were SUBPAR in terms of flavor as well as being soft and soggy with no crunch at all. Come to the SHAK for only their Burgers & Shakes. RECOMMEND.

Favorite place to get a burger! I always get the bacon avocado I highly recommend added crispy shallots. Chicken bites are juicy and tender with the perfect dipping sauce. I love to pair it was fries which are always fresh with the right amount of salt. Sat outside since it was a beautiful day and our food came out quickly. Everyone is so nice and loved how well everything is maintained. Will be back soon!

They don't have an actual cashier at the front desk anymore (it's self order/kiosk), our food was expensive $32 for two sandwiches one plain fries, one water, one small lemonade), but delicious!! The thing that made it perfect was Timera with her EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service Skills (she brought our food and checked on us while dined outside)!!

The worst shake shack I've ever been to. Horrible oily hot dog.The "Shake" was very cheap tasting and had a strange aftertaste. Been to at least 3 different locations over the years. This is one to avoid at all costs. Sorry , I to say this but hopefully management will do better and avoid comments like this in the future

Black Truffle Burger on Uber eats BOGO is garbage. However all the other Burgers are great! Shakes are great. Stop the BOGO on Black Truffle it's not good. Do a BOGO on the Double Shack instead!!!! Love everything else!

I love coming to this location. My food is always made and brought to my table quickly. This is helpful because whenever I visit, I'm usually on my lunch break from work. What I appreciate most is their manager is present on the restaurant floor. She is often the one bringing food out to customers and continually checking in to make sure you're satisfied with your meal. Something new on this visit I noticed is that they've installed 3 iPads at the counter for self service ordering. Love this! There is often a line and never more than one team member taking orders so these three iPads definitely help the flow of traffic.

Upon leaving the store my maiden realized we didn't get the right shake and as I turned around to go back into thou lair I was greeted by my knight and shinning armor named David, lord David "one of the managers" he could tell something was wrong without me even uttering a word he quickly went back and served me the right shake and I was back to my ventures

This was a pretty solid burger. I really like their online ordering system. We didn't wait that long. We ordered about five minutes before we arrive. The food nice and hot.

WOW. Two different shake shacks in two different cities and the same GREAT experience! The customer experience is unmatched, and I personally enjoy their model of having the manager at the front, fielding guests to the kiosk. The entire experience was very fluid and the quality of the food was fantastic & affordable. The person out cleaning the tables was super welcoming and friendly for a refill. The ambience was great for having conversation with music playing very low. Great atmosphere. The manager later came to check on us and see if there was anything else we'd needed and that was the cherry on top! I'd upload a pic but the food is GONE. Sorry!

Came here on a whim, decided to use the app to order but It didn't work correctly. The manager was extremely kind to honor the deal offered on the app despite the technological difficulties. The food was absolutely fresh and delicious and exactly what you'd want from a burger. The place is very clean and I'd totally visit again. There is ample parking as well as parking for curbside orders. The outdoor seating area has a few games so you can really enjoy your dining experience here.

I visited for the first time this past weekend. You order at the counter and wait for them to deliver your food. The wait time was about 15 minutes, which was a bit longer than expected. The food was good, but a little pricey for a burger my son declared small (not pictured was their standard single burger). I ordered the truffle burger and my husband accidentally ordered the mushroom burger, which was not a beef patty with mushrooms, but an actual cheese stuffed mushroom. It was small but tasty. The fries were standard, nothing special. We ordered a 2nd order with cheese and bacon, and we were underwhelmed by the quantity and quality compared to the price. The location is convenient to shopping, and I liked the brightness. We may visit again, but it doesn't pull me in like I had hoped.

They have great burgers but this location can't get it together. Ordered to pick at the restaurant three times and didn't go well . 1st time I asked for their sauce only on the side and they still put in my burger. 2nd time . Order a burger not cheese and came with cheese . I talk to costumer service online they were very nice and gave a discount code to use next time . So I decided to give them one more try . 3rd time : absolute disaster. My fiance when inside and pick up order and when I looked at burgers the was no lettuce or tomatoes only the extra stuff we added it (onions , pickles ). I ordered guacamole for my burger and instead they put on my fiancé's double burger. So my fiancé went back inside to ask for lettuce and tomatoes and I fix the rest . They also forgot to give us our non diary chocolate frozen custards and they said they didn't see so they apologized . Instead of giving us dairy free they gave us regular ‍. Not a good experience at all . I was the other day author location in Aventura and we packed a big order and not problems at all . Seems to me that they are not taking the time to really read the orders . Hopefully they can get together soon

Great dogs, burgers and fry place! The service was the star of the show. The staff was super friendly and they went above and beyond a normal fast food place. Great space and the food was yummy!

It's fine but overpriced for what you get. And they removed the human to order from. So now you order at the kiosk. Very impersonal for an overpriced burger.

The food here is definitely high quality! The fries were crisp and fluffy with a good amount of salt and the burger was one of the best i've had! I like how you can serve yourself condiments and water. Very clean place and friendly staff. Definitely a great casual place to go with friends or just by yourself. Just wish there was a combo you could order instead of everything being a la carte.

I am not a big fan of Shake Shack. I find them a bit overpriced and the burgers kind of greasy, but I was in the area and I decided to give this one a try. The burger was warm and moist, the fries were just ok...not really crispy like I like them...but again...I was expecting that.... Easy to park and walk in, since the River Market parking lot is huge! As a background on the brand, Shake Shack is based in New York City. It started out as a hot dog cart inside Madison Square Park in 2001, and its popularity steadily grew. Always hot and fresh and for sure you are leaving full and the shakes are so good you won't want to share I have never had a bad meal here and everyone is always friendly and helpful

HIGH PRICES - UNDERSEASONED MEAT - FUN PATIO GAMES. The kids liked playing corn hole outside, but you can do so much better on the food at these prices.

Food is always consistent. Most staff associates are usually friendly and professional, however, my experience on Friday with the individual that was working the window and the lobby was very abrupt, to me, as I stood nearby waiting for my order. I actually considered it insubordination but I didn't take it personally since I own shake shack stock, she actually works for me . I'll certainly continue to visit this location.

I never review chains, and certainly not fast food (I know, fast casual), but this burger is my guilty pleasure and frequently my cheat day meal. Always clean, consistently good, and they have a manager called Lolli who appears out of a cloud of smoke at even the hint of disappointment, and fixes it immediately. When I become King I'm going to bar restaurants that occupy this space but Shake Shack will be granted a reprieve. They need to dramatically step up their to-go packaging though, they just shove their open food into an open bag and off it goes. If they were smart they'd send spies over to BurgerFi and steal their SOP's on to-go and delivery.

Veggies burgers were yummy! Vegan and gluten free. Thank you to the manager for making sure the order was right, Very attentive!

the staff at this location is usually really nice and helpful despite the whole kiosk issue with no human to order from , Yah just have to make it known you need assistance. I walked in yesterday and there were like 7 broccoli haired teenagers huddled around ALL of the kiosks just laughing at the screens not doing sh*t and an employee IMMEDIATELY came to my rescue and took my order herself and i finished before any broccoli hairs even completed their orders. hilarious. anyways about the food the burgers are always cooked to perfection they are willing to fix any mistakes of toppings the made without hesitation and they offer a good amount of options. they were not able to put jalapeños on my burger and honestly the shack sauce is trash but i don't think that matters which location. your better off mixing a ketchup mayo and mustard on your own to make a burger sauce to dip in.

The truffle burger and avocado bacon burger are so damn good! The perfect size for me! The shakes, all so damn good! Great seating and customer service!

This place is so good!!!! Kim is amazing! she took such good care of us. The food is AMAZING. It feels so welcoming and the environment is definitely warm. The Black Truffle Mushroom Burger is to DIE FOR. 10/10.

Well I went by this place for probably over a decade I thought well I'm in the area I'll stop by. I walked in and I saw two different counters so I had to ask where to place my order which is on the left side no problem. So I'm looking at the menu and I decided I just would have the standard hamburger with everything except bacon fries and a chocolate shake. Price is normal $16 that's pretty normal around the country. However there was one ingredient missing in this establishment. The place was relatively clean many tables were dirty but that's not a big deal. The place was pretty updated It had the cement floors the high ceilings nothing special just a hamburger joint. What ingredient was missing was probably the most important ingredient beside the food. It was the employees. When the girl took my order she didn't look at me she didn't say anything to me her face was completely blank it was like she was staring at the register looking down maybe glanced at me no facial expression whatsoever. I paid my credit card she asked by for water to receipt I said yes. She meely turned around and walked away. No thank you No nothing okay no problem so far I guess because that's the way it is down here in South Florida most quick service restaurants. So I go and sit down and I get the mayonnaise and things like that and the girl comes and she sets the tray down literally swings around and walks in the other direction.. No here you go.. No hey hope you enjoy.. No I'm glad it's your first visit Hope you come back.. No here's your food Have a great day.. absolutely nothing she didn't even look at me. I watch her as she delivered food to other people with the same expressionless look on her face. In my view she hated being there she hated her job It was written all over her face. One of the best ingredients for people to come back are for the attitudes. Sadly I must admit people no longer really look for that They just want to get their food sit down and eat. But businesses will grow when they have great people who really understand what the word customer service means or customer satisfaction. Obviously this is a chain with no owner operator. Owner operators walk the floor They stand out front and they see what's going on. Today we have many many owners but not many operators. They operate from afar. As far as the fries they were lukewarm. I knew a guy named Luke once. They were nothing special I actually they were critical fries they would have been good I believe if they were hot and cooked a bit longer. The hamburger with the meat patty smashed down was okay. Fresh lettuce fresh tomato a red tomato it was very good. I'd give it hamburger about a seven. I give those fries about a five or six. And I give the ambience a big zero. Last two questions of myself when I go and visit and shop restaurants. One will I come back and two what I order this again. The answer here is no. I compare this to Jack's hamburgers and Jax is far superior. Even the McDonald's new quarter pounder which is now freshly cooked on a clamshell grill on both sides at the same time when you order it exactly is actually a better hamburger if they would just use better lettuce it would be great. Compared to five guys this is much better five guys is a overly a priced sandwich that just doesn't make the mark. The shake was very good but it didn't have the bite of the crystallization when I drank it. It was more smooth more tendency to chocolate milk. The ice crystals either disappeared or they're not using enough butter fat. Ice crystals are held in suspension using a proper tailor machine I don't know what they're using. That's my review of this restaurant. Like I said I'm not going back I don't recommend it they're better hamburger establishments out there and the help at least talks to you and says hello and they say thank you. Actually I felt like I was doing them a favor instead of them serving me. That's it for me for this segment.

She posted photos of their new Korean menu and of all the items, their black sugar vanilla shake caught my eye. So, this review is not about their food - solely about their shakes. We were not far from the Fort Lauderdale branch of this chain, we decided to stop in. We had already eaten lunch, so this was going to be "dessert". Frankly, we hadn't been to a Shake Shack since a "just okay" experience at their Boca Raton location quite a while back. The place was messy and service was lacking at the time, in addition to the high prices, so we just didn't feel any need to hurry back to any of their other locations. But I do love a vanilla shake every now and then. Besides the calories, sometimes the cream/milk gets to me, so I limit my exposure. I was willing to take a chance on their new variety. At this Fort Lauderdale location, all covid compliance was outstanding. You order online or inside and you are even kept separate when ordering at the counter. You pay and then are escorted to a numbered table. The tables are spaced apart - with tables marked with signs that are closed. Your order is then hand delivered to your table. Of course, they also do a big take out business. I got their new shake and my husband ordered a vanilla malt (malt is extra). My shake was sweet - like molasses or crème brulee or a caramel flan - more sugary than bitter. It was topped with whipped cream. There are a gazillion calories in this shake (all their shakes are pretty high in calories), so it won't be a frequent indulgence. However, it was delicious worth every damn calorie!

We came last night for dinner. We walked in and NOBODY was at the counter at all. Three rather corpulent female employees were back at the serving counter, so I asked one of them to come and take our order. She walked to the entrance and pointed to a flat screen console "You gotta order here" and walked back to her co-workers! There was an older couple in there ahead of us; I helped them put in their order, while the employees giggled and stared at one of their phones... The hamburger was good, if a bit small and greasy. The fries were undercooked and soggy, Like frozen fries done in a microwave. Folks, avoid avoid avoid this place! I ate at a Shake Shack in an airport last year and it was pretty much the same experience.

I appreciate a place that is still taking all the necessary covid safety precautions. They only allow two people at a time inside to order, everyone else waits outside. Once you're called in, you can ask to sit inside and they direct you to a table that has been sanitized. Everyone is seated every other table which is fantastic as many places now ignore that and sit people at all tables, right next to each other. Before I was led to my table, the cashier directed me to the hand sanitizer. I ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich & spicy cheese fries. Highly dissatisfied! There was nothing spicy about either. The sandwich reminds me of the Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich but honestly, Popeyes wins this chicken battle. The sandwich was bland, no flavor. I know what you're thinking, why go to Shake Shack and order a chicken sandwich and not a burger?! I wanted to try something different and it backfired. I would come back as I felt safe dining in but definitely trying something else.

I'm a big fan of shake shack. It feels like a fast food burger, but healthier. This location has always been very clean and helpful staff. The location off of federal is hard to beat as well. Plenty of parking, although If you are picking up curbside; there are not a ton of spots. On my last visit, I ordered the shack burger with sweet peppers which truely give your burger a sweet little kick. The price and location make shake shack a winner for me!

Haven't had a burger in over a decade, this was my first attempt at trying one again and WOW! Fries and cheese bacon fries were also great. Shakes are a 10/10. Overall great food, great service, clean place! Would recommend.

Perfect location to go to after shopping for a little bit. Super quick service and staff was very attentive and friendly with any items I was missing. The fries were nice and crispy, and the burger, of course, hit the spot. The ShackBurger was nice and hot, and the ingredients tasted fresh

Shake Shack was okay. We came here for lunch and the food was good, but not incredible. I had the cheeseburger, fries and a shake. They brag about their burgers being pure Angus beef and because of this, they charge more. Honestly, I don't find that the taste is better than any other burger place, so I don't know why I have to pay more. Use non-Angus beef and lower your prices. The shake was okay, but again, just okay. If you're going to name your business after the shake, shouldn't the shake be something pretty incredible? Well, it wasn't. They should name the restaurant, "The Mediocre Shake Shack" just for honesty. The food was okay. Not worth the price, but it was still okay. I doubt that I'll be going back.

First time dining here. The location is great with plenty of parking. Friendly employees. It is not cheap but I feel like it is quality and that is what you pay for. $14 for a burger, shake and fries. The fries are TOO delicious and a bit addicting!! I love that they do not cut the bun all the way so nothing falls out of the end. My favorite was the water. I know that might sound a bit odd, however, Ft Lauderdale restaurant tap water is a hit or miss They triple filter and the taste was perfect. Very relaxing and calm environment with a several tv's.

Who doesnt love shake shack? I wanted a good shake shack burger so I decided to stop by a couple of times while I was in the area. Shake shack is a lil on the pricey side but you are paying for quality. My only gripe is that my burger was underseasoned two of the four times that I visited. Maybe they just dont season their meat in south florida...anywho. On two of my visits I was did curbside which is a great option if you dont want to go inside. On the occassions that I did go inside I saw customers looking through the bags on pick up shelves as if they couldnt read the name written on it. That was very irritating. personally I wouldnt want anyone opening up my food a looking all it, just seems on the unsanitary side, but hey it is what it is. Other than that my food was good, hot and eveything that you would expect from a shake shack.

I really wanted to love this place, and I wish I would have checked other Yelpers reviews before getting my hopes up. Over all this place was just extremely average for me. I was into the way things sounded, but the presented product just kind of fell flat for me. Examples of the meh: -Cheese on cheese fries was so luke warm that it actually got cold before we left. -Burger grease sort of over powered the entire burger. Things I liked were the cherry pop milkshake (delicious- custard in shakes makes them well above average) and my mom liked her portobello mushroom burger. I am not in a hurry to return. Honestly, based on this experience I would rather just pay less and get McDonald's.

Ordered for pickup and thought I got there before the suggested time , the food was already there and not very warm! The order seemed very haphazardly put together. This was my first shake shack order after much hype from my children. Not impressed to say the least.

I tried the Veggie shack at Ft Lauderdale airport and was not impressed! The veggie burger had a salty flavor which is not needed! I also had french fries .A while after this meal ,the stomach was turning!

Other than to say it's OK, I can't find much to thrill about anything with regards to Shake Shack. According to their own information noted on their rather uninformative website, Shake Shack sprouted from a hot dog cart sales operation in Madison Square Park. Though they now have rather glam restaurants, the food is still pretty much hot dog cart food. And, I would say that for the most part, it's still nothing but a burger and hot dog joint. They say all their burgers are cooked medium, unless otherwise requested. Well we requested rare and the one I had and the one my guest had were both heavily charred well done. They say they are that way unless you ask, but don't waste your time. We did ask, but the clerk refused. You'll get it well done regardless as the clerks are trained to ignore such requests for doing burgers rare or medium. I can only conclude that Shake Shake apparently has little if any faith in the quality or purity of the meats they are serving, hence they sterilize it by overcooking it. I ordered their Smoke Shack ($7.19) rare, but the clerk said he could only get it medium which actually means well done. Upon ordering they give you one of those buzzer things that will go off when your meal is ready to pick up. Though supposedly a fast food operation, it's slow. My order took a full 17 minutes and when you pick it up, it's just sitting there on a counter in what looks more like an open maintenance garage door than it does a food counter. I have to say, however, that my Smoke Shake burger tasted rather good and was reasonably enough priced though I think they made up for that by charging $2.39 for a soda. Overall Shake Shack is clean, orderly and appears to be extremely popular. But for me, not being able to order a burger done the way you want it done, then with rather little meat to it, and with a limited hot dog cart size of menu, I can no way go more than Two Yelp Stars. As a tip, if you want a decent burger done the way you want it done and with fresh in house ground meat, go down the road to Jack's Old Fashioned.

Shake Shack is our go to spot when traveling with the kids for a quick meal that's more elevated than McDonald's. It's so nice having one close by in Fort Lauderdale after the countless times of going out of our way to Boca to have lunch. We like stopping here on Sunday for lunch before grocery shopping or while running errands. My tried and true is the regular ShackBurger but my husband tried their new hot honey chicken sandwich that was delicious. I love hot honey and this was delicious! He also tried their watermelon mojito (which does not have actual alcohol in it). I didn't care for this drink as it was very tarte. My kids (7, 5 and almost 2) always clear their plates here which also makes me happy.

It's simply a really good burger...especially with avocado & bacon. Shakes are yummy as well. Don't expect bargain prices though.

First time to the Fort Lauderdale location. They were set up for social distancing. All employees wore masks and gloves. Plenty of hand sanitizer stations and every third booth was available as the others were clearly marked with yellow tape no seating. We both ordered single burgers. We also ordered the cheese bacon fries. The burgers were good but very small for 7 dollars. The cheese bacon fries were ok. They drizzled the cheese sauce on the crinkle cut fries and placed cut up bacon on top. Overall experience was good but as stated the burgers were small for the price. The staff was very nice.

Only way to order is in the kiosk. I ordered a hot dog and was very surprised the only option for a topping was cheese . Say what ??? No relish , chopped onion , maybe even kraut. The girl assisting was nice and said they do have mustard ( hallelujah) and she would get me some chopped onions. Waited what seemed forever ( around 15 minutes) and I get my hot dog with 2 packets of French's mustard and NO onions . They can't put the mustard on the hot dog? I tell the girl I asked for onions and a few minutes later SLICED onions in a napkin come . Sliced onions for a hot dog? It's mind boggling how you can offer hot dogs with no toppings .

We have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of shake shack once we saw the sign so we went opening week. I've had it before and i knew it was good but it had been a while so i wanted to go in fresh. I was not disappointed yet again! I got the double shack burger with crinkle cut fries (cheese sauce on the side) and a soda. When i first got the burger i thought it was one patty but after a closer look it was two. I don't remember the burgers being so small. They are thin burgers, cooked extremely quick so the crust on the burger is perfect while the meat still holds the moisture. They are served on a potato roll which is my favorite kind of roll, with lettuce tomato and shack sauce. This is the kind of sauce that makes you forget about mustard and ketchup. Fries were awesome. Crispy but airy on the inside. I'm a big fan of crinkle cut fries because they have the ridges that allow you to scoop more cheese sauce. The CS was awesome, didn't get congealed after 30 seconds like most do. Overall, I'm a big fan of shake shack. I do wish the burger was a little more substantial for $8.00 but i would definitely go for lunch again.

Cheese fries could use more cheese! Smoke Stack was so good. Loved the red pepper sauce...it was yummy! Chicken Stack was super crispy & yummy Too. We had. black & white shake which was vanilla custard with Fudge, but I had expected ribbons of fudge thru it & it was all mixed in ..custard in shake was so good. Just a little disappointed it didn't have fudge stripes thru Shake!!!

My boyfriend loves burgers, so whenever he sees a burger place we kind of have to go. We came during lunch time and I didn't have a very good experience. At this type of restaurant you pay for each item you want separately. The shack burger single patty is $5, fries $3, small beverage $3, shake $6. Things can get pricey pretty fast. After you order you get a buzzer, which serves no purpose because they call your name at the window. My buzzer went off and after standing there about 10 minutes they seemed to be calling everyone but me. I finally got the girls attention to ask about our food and I had to wait for them to make it. Finally got the food! Yay? Nay. For a $5 burger, the patty was small and a tad salty. The fries are crispy crinkle cuts. I also had a holiday mocha shake and it tasted like a coffee milkshake if you like coffee ice cream you'll love it. I decided to take it back and swap it for a cookie shake. The manager was really nice and got them to make me a new one. Got the shake... they did not put any whip cream or toppings on. For a $6 shake I would hope I got it as advertised with the works. Needless to say, I was again disappointed. The shake needed that whip cream because it was not very sweet. The whip cream could've made it a little more sweet. Not the burger place for me, however if you like your burgers this way go for it.

The food was ok. And my bigger issue was how messy and falling apart the burger was. I feel like I use to really enjoy shake shack but this visit wasn't my favorite! I can say I definitely won't be running back here any time soon
