Overall: 3.6/5 The store is located in The District at Green Valley Ranch which is a nice looking location (reminds us of Santana Row in San Jose, CA). We ordered online, and it took about 12 minutes for them to make our order. I like how you can follow along with the progress online after you order so you know exactly when your order is ready for pick up. The restaurant texted us when our order was almost ready. When you go inside to pick up your order, they check your mobile order and ask for your name which I like. I was in and out within a minute. However, we didn't eat our burgers until almost an hour later. I was still a hungry after eating so I will go elsewhere for burgers next time. Black Truffle 'Shroom ($10.49): This was good but not as impressive as I remember from my first time trying it. ShackBurger ($6.99): The meat was a bit dry, and the overall flavor was lacking. I had the ShackSauce on the side and used it as a dip, but it didn't make much of a difference. I preferred the 'Shroom burger overall. Chicken Shack ($8.49): I added tomato, sliced onions, and shack sauce. I love the soft potato buns which are so fluffy. The chicken was still slightly crispy. I was surprise that there wasn't much flavor even thought I added additional sauce. The butterfly herb mayo was subtle and barely taste the shack sauce. I would probably choose Chick-fil-a deluxe sandwhich over this Chicken Shack Korean Style Fried Chicken Sandwich ($9.29) + Bacon ($1.99): I don't think the bacon goes with this but my husband wanted it. The fried chicken was flavorful enough on its own and way better than the Chicken Shack. Large Yuzu Honey Lemonade ($4.99): This was so sour but you can definitely taste the sudachi citrus juices. I would not recommend unless you love sour tasting drinks.

I had the bacon, avocado burger, and another friend of mine. Had the chicken bites for lunch. This is the first time I’ve had lunch at this location. Definitely worth going on a regular basis. The app works flawlessly.

Finally got around to eating at the shake shack in GVR. Not my first time a shack shake just new to this one. Everyone was friendly and helpful when we walked in and we were able to use a self-serve kiosk and it was super easy and hassle free. The restaurant has a good vibe , they played good music and had some games playing on the TVs. The place looked clean and someone was cleaning tables as people left and kept up with things. The food was well cooked and tasted good, you really can't go wrong with burgers and dogs. If you're walking around the district stop by.

For $62 the food was less than decent. Haven’t eaten Shake Shack for more than six years, tried their truffle burger yesterday, deeply disappointed. Predict they will eventually go out of business, to expensive for what they serve. Unfortunately they’ve pretty much become a joke. To many other places offering a better product at a more reasonable price. Sadly, I don’t believe Shake Shack give a hoot.

The staff very friendly. Especially Olivia, very helpful & kind. Always checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Felt almost like a high end restaurant type experience

I accidently online ordered from the wrong location and came here for pick up. They were super nice about it and just called the other location to cancel and made my order there. Less than a 10 minute wait. Really tasty burger and loved the root beer float!

We had this before in LA but honestly we couldn't even remember what our experience was like and this time 🤤❤️ we fell in love with it. The cashier explained the burger u was getting was the meatless option (because I had requested the mushroom burger 🍔) so she also recommended the stack shack which has AMAZING!!! 🤤🤤🤤 Also got the chicken burger and the Oreo shake ❤️🤤 that was also really good! 👍🏼 Thank you for an awesome dinner! Excellent customer service experience despite the fact it's about to be Christmas. We didn't feel rushed or like our service was cut short, on the contrary best customer service and dining experience we've had! 🏆🎉

Shake Shack never misses. The burgers? Perfect. The fries? Elite. The shakes? Dangerous—because once you have one, you’ll start justifying Shake Shack as a necessary life expense. Even when it’s packed (which low key happens a lot), the staff stays super friendly, the vibes stay chill, and somehow, you still get your food without questioning your life choices in a never-ending line.

Review #61 of 2024 3:15 PM visit on December 9 What's not to like about Shake Shack? We opted to place a mobile order for a quick meal. After a short drive, we parked and walked inside, where our food was already ready for us. We ordered two Shack burgers--my wife customized hers with avocado and bacon, while mine was just as I requested, with no tomato. We all shared a Yule shake, and for our two younger kids, who were still at school, we grabbed a cookies and cream shake. Overall, it was a pleasant experience; it had been a while since we dined there, but the place was bustling, and the staff was impressive with their service and customer interactions. We will definitely return!

We have been coming to this location and it never disappoints. We are waiting patiently for the Warm Springs/Durango location to open. We eat and dine here on Fridays for dinner and we usually beat the dinner crowds. Shake shack is originally from NY and my husband being from NY was excited for this place to come to Vegas. (First location opened at NY NY casino). Their menu is pretty simple and not too overwhelming but from time to time they have new items to try that they offer for limited time. This last visit they had a Black Truffle Burger and immediately I had to try. My husband and son ordered their regular double cheese burgers and our youngest got his chicken nuggets- they are coated and fried perfectly. It was Free FryDays so yay! Cant go wrong with free fries! Lol. Picture posted is the Black truffle burger (doesn't look as good as their promo pic) but it was definitely good and worth it to try.

This is my go to with my son as we make the drive from Reno to Phoenix after his breaks in college. Easy to get in and out and food is always tasty. This time I signed up some Shake Shack club and before I left they had sent me an email saying next burger was on them! Wow- thanks guys. My favorite is the double smoked burger with extra sweet peppers. Man just writing this is making my mouth water. It's got such a great taste to it and I feel is reasonable $ wise for what you get. Service is always right on the mark might I add at this location for us! Minus one star as the bathroom was a wreck but the food made up for it!

Ordered take out and it was so delicious. I got the smokestack and for some reason the peppers were crazy hot! I don't remember them being that spicy before but it didn't ruin the burger. Still delicious! My food was ready so fast and the customer service was amazing. They were pretty busy since it's Friday night but worth the wait!

The food is delicious and the service is fast. The ambience is pretty cool. You can seat and watch the TV or chat with a friend while the music plays.

Homemade burger, almost like a smash burger. Great taste - but on the smaller side. Prices are reasonable. You can place your order on the iPad. Then they bring your order to the table. Quick service. Lots of tables; not too loud. Lot of families - always a good sign.

I actually ate here randomly when I was walking to mall and check out other shops on the street. First when we park by the Shack Shack parking lot something smelled off. My husband was saying it's probably meat smell but whatever it was, I was turned off by it. It was busy and spacious inside. I always wanted to try Shake Shake and now I can say that I did but it was very expensive and it wasn't my cup of tea.

I will start from saying I don't come here a lot because it's a bit expensive. But I do enjoy it when I order it. The shack stack shroom burger is so juicy and just finger licking. I did try the spicy Korean bbq cheese fries. They where okay not my go to. But I do like the fries alone. This place is always busy so I just did door dash. It was still warm when I received the food. So I like that it always is fresh.

Can't believe I haven't left a review of this location yet. This place is fairly close to home so have eaten here quite a bit. I love that the menu does change quite often with seasonal versions of burgers, chicken sandwiches and shakes. I've been pretty pleased with everything I've tried here and offering different versions makes it palatable to come in short succession and at not feel like you are always getting the same thing. Right now they are offering Korean style burgers, chicken and fries. I had the Korean chicken sandwich and Korean fries yesterday and they were both very good! Also tried the frozen hot chocolate shake which was also very good. Only nit is that when you order through the UberEats app (I do this sometimes because I have Uber cash I need to spend before it expires), you don't get all the same options as in store. For example, I didn't see an option to customize burger to not have a cheese in the app and it's not eligible for the 2 for 1 shakes between 2-5pm.

We came here around 9pm for some late night dinner on a Sunday. It was delicious. I had the chicken bites (very flavorful) with some bbq sauce for dipping. My husband got shake shack burger with cheese fries. He said it was really good and that he was happy with it, the fries came with a dipping sauce that tasted like mushrooms. To me, it had a restaurant quality flavor. I was impressed. They have beer and wine as options to drink as well as a few lemonades, soda, water and obviously shakes. We will come back. (This was my first time visiting a shake shack and it surpassed my expectations)

I visited Shake Shack for the first time and it did not disappoint! I ordered the Shackburger and added bacon and crispy onions. It was delicious and honestly the definition of a perfect burger. I also had the Strawberry Frosted Donut Shake and it was excellent as well. The service was the best part of the experience. I loved being able to order my food on the kiosk but the staff was very attentive and asked if we needed any additional help. Thank you to the closing crew from August 1st 2024! I went back on August 3rd during the day for lunch and it was just as delicious. Can't wait to go back!

Okay I have been to the original in Manhattan and I remember waiting in line for at least an hour for the best, most memorable Burger experience I have ever had. Maybe things have changed. Or maybe they earned extra points for the "Park" ambiance. This is not the Best Burger I ever had. Nor is it the Best Burger in Las Vegas area! It is pretty dang close though! Ok everyone has a fave I know. But you get a really Good Burger and the price is right! You better get plenty of napkins because the grease (mark of excellence) will be dripping g down your wrists! Toppings are fresh and perfectly portioned out. Why would anyone go to a standard chain drive thru burger spot when you get this at the same $$$? The crinkle fries are great super crispy and hot. Pass on the powdered?? Cheese sauce stuff! So many menu choices too! Gotta come back for more! The self ordering kiosks are weird and not my idea of customer service. The restaurant is open and clean even the kitchen was very clean. There is a patio as well. One of the Better Burgers in town!

These burgers are top notch for quality. You can taste the freshness! The vibes are chill and family friendly. This location is usually busy but the service is great. They have the self ordering tablet which speeds things along!! Can't go wrong with anything you order but I'm a sucker for a simple burger, look at my photo aren't they pretty!! Also I love how we are getting ready to head out and they clean up for us, very good and highly recommend

Let me start with...I feel like this place is super underrated. This has literally become one of my go to Burger spots! It's easy on the wallet and always delicious. The service is always friendly, helpful and attentive. The eating area is always clean and well kept. I've never seen a dirty table sit dirty for long... The burgers and fries are always delish! The burgers to me are the perfect size to pair with their toasty crinkle fries and not be over full and uncomfortable. Portion perfection! This is an absolute must try - especially if you are looking for a quick sit down not super fancy burger. And the parking around this location is plentiful!

Not gonna lie, I wasn't looking forward to Shake Shack. I tend to avoid it like the plague because of some of the issues I've had in the past, so when our friends suggested the meet up here, I was not excited. This Shake Shack changed my feelings and we are actually already planning on when we can come back in to have a burger and a shake. Which is saying a lot because my first experience with Shake Shack was in Bryant Park (NYC) decades ago. They served boozy milkshakes at the time and I remember the mixture of ice cream and booze was so wretched to my 20ish year old self that I almost threw up. What a waste of credit card space. Every single time after that has been a nightmare and waste of money and tummy space with severely over salted burgers, soggy buns and sickly sweet shakes. This location has an almost perfect burger. When I say almost, it's because they need to start adding their excellent pickles from the Chicken Shack to the ShackBurger (which is what I did, stole my mans pickles.) I'm dying over the blood orange lemonade. It's quite possibly the best lemonade I've ever had. Perfectly balanced, not too sweet or tart. The service was excellent as well. We got our food fairly quickly and they didn't get confused over the fact there were multiple flags at the table, like some other places. Someone was cleaning the tables pretty fast after being vacated as well. Nice touch! Can't wait to come back and try a shake. High hopes it won't fill me with rage or dread.

Was able to come by for a to-go order to split with a friend. I got the Shroom Burger, only option for a vegetarian but it is my favorite! The patty is a mushroom with cheese and fried, and is all sorts of delicious. We also got a tray of cheese fries to share. The cheese was a bit gooey/solid when we brought it back to the house, but the taste wasn't impacted. In fact, they could have added more cheese to the mix! Shake Shack has always been one of my favorites. The location of this one is nice if you want to avoid crowds on the Strip.

Shake Shack is my new favorite fast food burger joint now that we're in Nevada and can no longer just go to the neighborhood In-N-Out in California. The buns are so soft here and everything is super fresh. I love trying the different seasonal drinks and burgers every month. Order at the cashier and then take your number to a table where they will bring you your food. They've got a nice water dispenser and ketchup on the side. The TVs are always running sports and they've got a fun little sport table. Kids can get a free coloring paper and crayons. Tip: If you buy a drink, they will refill it for free! Food: - Shackburger: classic cheeseburger with tomatoes and lettuce. The single is sometimes too small so if you want hearty go for the double - Double Smoked Bacon Cheeseburger - so delicious bc of the bacon, this is what the hubby gets every time - White Truffle Burger - (seasonal Feb '23) if you love truffle this is absolutely divine, it's a strong white truffle taste and the fontana cheese and crispy onions helps balance it out - Cheese fries - what's not to love about ooey cheese on crinkle cut fries Drinks: All shakes and drinks here are the best! Can't go wrong with a Cookies & Cream shake and if they have time, I think you can ask for a sample of the drinks. Also they serve alcohol here!!! Amazing!

$20 for burgers and fries you have to order yourself at a tablet, half the menu isn't even available. What a joke. The nerve to ask for a tip!

We decided to come here because the wife has wanted to try this place for a while and they have gluten free buns for the daughter. It was very busy, mostly families. We approached the counter and saw an employee. We figured we were going to give her the order, like we would normally do. Nope! There's a touch screen machine and it's self-service and she is just standing there to assist maybe? Her attitude wasn't the best. Touch screen is somewhat easy to use but it's missing options like no cheese, add mustard, etc. We ordered 2 regular shake shack burgers. Which is a cheeseburger. The got a double with a gluten-free bun. And we ordered these double down fries which was $10. I didn't expect it to be a giant bowl of fries with a ton of bacon, chopped red peppers, and cheese sauce. It was really good but there was way too many red peppers which really didn't have that much flavor. The gentleman that brought everything to the table was very nice and had a great attitude. We also got three regular sized drinks Everything came to $57. That was pretty damn pricey. All in all, the burgers tasted good but could I tell the difference between other burger places in this? Probably not. Was it worth $57? Not really. It's been checked off the list of places to try and I will leave it at that.

This is a gorgeous location! Very busy but you can self order then just have to wait. It took us awhile to find seating to wait and then our order was ready. The food at this location is excellent and nice and hot. Highly recommend!

Here's the deal with Shake Shack. You have to know what to order. The burgers are just "ok". The shakes are meh. The chicken sandwich is God-like, and the cheese fries are excellent. The cheese sauce at this location wasn't as good as the stores back East, but still a must get. Oh, and don't get the cheese fries to take out. Once the cheese hardens they become inedible.

Food is the same basically everywhere. The employees are unwelcoming and service was awkward and uncomfortable.

Overpriced and just not worth it. There are way better places for half the price. What a disappointment.

Burger was great but very expensive. Same thing goes with the fries. Not enough food to get you full. Although the portions were fairly small, with every bite I felt a bit gayer, until, I eventually finished the burger and noticed my hair color changed to bright pink. Probably because this establishment is big into PRIDE MONTH. Boooooooo!

Outstanding! Flavor and quality is perfect for what I expected in a burger place. Love the fact I can have beer or glass of wine while waiting for my foood.

Alrighty, folks. If you read my reviews, I look for EVERYTHING positive to say about an establishment. Great location. My wife really likes the "vibe". We walked in and the cashier managed to eek out a smile. The server did not bother with a smile or a "you're welcome". A week ago, we ordered a shake and did not do a review. ORDER THE SHAKE! The shake is 5 Star. The fries were a 3 Star, regular, but good crunchy fry. The hamburger neither had the texture nor the taste of meat. I almost ate half of the burger. We will definitely return for the shake - but don't go for the meat. Dang - I hate to be the two-star guy. 1-star hamburger, 3-star fries, and decent iced tea is not worth $18.00. I can prep all of it much better at home for $5.

Located in the District in front of Greev Valley Ranch Casino, this place is usually very busy. Other than that, no complaints since the food is always good!

I like shake shack alot. I ordered the double down fries, and half of them didn't have cheese sauce. That's my complaint. Half of my fries were dry. That seems criminal to me! This was a Togo order, so I didn't notice until home.

I honestly love shake shack, I always get the shroom burger instead of a regular burger because it's different and super good. I like how they started doing the iPad screens for ordering yourself, it's nice to be able to see photos of all the menu items. I ordered a frozen custard this time, in the photo they were just scoops of vanilla but when they brought it to me it was literally mostly melted which was kind of odd. I assume they scooped it first before my burger was made, which I wish they hadn't done. I kind of thought that was just common sense.

Too pricey for the quality. The hamburgers are good but the prices are ridiculous. For two burgers, two fries and two small sodas and a tip it came to around $47.00. Now, if the food had been exquisite I could understand the price. But that was not the case. The burgers were average- my husband got the one with cherry peppers (double) and I did the one with the meat patty and the portobello mushroom. I have to agree with the other reviews that the mushroom is too tough to bite through which makes it inedible. Perhaps the deep frying of the mushroom is what toughens the skin? A seasoned sauteed slice of a portobello would be amazing adding much more flavor while leaving the mushroom tender and edible. The fries are just plain "make at home in the oven" ore-ida tasting fries. Very plain. Unless you like yours covered in cheese sauce, which I do not. The service is good, the restaurant is clean with a nice atmosphere. Not a horrible experience just not worth the money.

The Smoke Shack Burger was the best burger I've had in my life. I'm 82 years old and have had thousands of burgers in my life. The meat was wonderful, but the big secret is the red cherry peppers. These are fantastic!

Love shake shack! Never overly crowded at this location (whenever we go). We like the regular cheeseburger and the shack stack/portobello mushroom cheeseburger. Their fries are also good, never soggy. Shakes are sweet, but my son loves them. He also loves their chicken nuggets.

Had the Korean burger. Underwhelming doesn't even begin to describe it. I've had better burgers at Wendy's and that's saying a lot. This place is overpriced, the service is blah and the food is boring. Nothing like the picture. What was Korean about it other than a few pieces of mushy green onion? Nothing.

Before Covid when going to work was a way of life I ate at Shake shack regularly and thought it was pretty good. Today I got it to go and about 15 minutes off of the grill. I have to say it was pretty disappointing and mediocre. Seemed like the same potato bun, and the quality of meat did not seem to be lacking... It just was not very tasty. The other thing that really was surprising is for a to go order They did nothing to wrap the burger to travel. It was in the same paper and cardboard container as if I were eating in the restaurant. This guarantees pretty much a bad experience for takeout orders. anyhow, maybe it would have been better eating in at the restaurant, but based on my experience today, I am not inclined to go back to Shake shack anytime soon. Give me a Habit CHARburger!

For a fast food type of burger it's absolutely thee best burger of them all I swear. If you're a cheese gal like myself they do NOT disappoint. You can also get cheese fries with a side of cheese sauce as well and it's warmed and cooked to perfection. Their lemonade is incredibly sweet and tart and their milkshakes are some of the best I've had. This location in particular is a bit boujee from what I've experienced from overheating the customers being mmmmm not so nice to the poor extremely sweet staff almost like they forget where they are and think their at a Michelin star lol other than that chill environment restaurant but every single time Shake Shack does nooot disappoint I also heard really good things about their chicken sandwiches as well but I'm too hooked on their cheeseburgers to get a chance to try but their on my list!

Came out to Shake Shack for a sweet tooth. I bought a chocolate. Sundae it was ok. Next time I'll stay traditional with just an ice cream cup or a milk shake.

My first ever Shake Shack experience left me wanting to try more! Located in the beautiful Green Valley "District", this location was well maintained and full of friendly staff members! Upon walking in on a Saturday afternoon, the staff immediately greeted you and took your order. Now I was between meals and didn't want to order too much, so we settled on a famous shake with a side of loaded fries! The Neapolitan shake was simply out of this world! It tasted just as the name implies, and was the perfect mix of rich and creamy! The loaded fries were good, however, I wasn't a huge fan of the cheese used to cover the fries. It had the taste of cheep cheese someone would use for dipping chips in at home. Though I still haven't tried their famous burgers, the shakes alone give me reason to return!

I'm glad I gave SS another chance! When we were in Vegas last year, the burgers we had were awful. My cheeseburger had the greasy scrapings from the grill. Since it was my first time, I thought that it was the way they serve their burgers. FF to COVID 2020, we were in the area and decided on something quick because we had to return the rental and get to the airport. They only allowed a few customers inside for dining and luckily we met the max. Hubs got the cheeseburger with Provolone and I got a hot dog because I was leery after the last experience. I liked my dog but hubby's burger was delicious. He also got a strawberry milkshake and he swears their milkshakes are the BEST! I'm not a fan of shakes and I always have a Coke, my drink of choice with fast food. I'm happy to say that Sacramento has a Shake Shack now and I'll be visiting soon!

No way around it, Shake Shack has delicious food. Burgers, fries, and shakes, you can't go wrong here. The bacon cheese fries were especially a big hit among our party of three! Staff members were friendly, wore masks, and taped tables off to require six feet of space between tables. The only downside with Shake Shack is its overpriced menu. $6 for a small shake and no combo options seems a little much.

They really offer a five star burger! I've been hearing about Shake Shack for years and this is the first time I've actually given one a try! I was in Henderson, NV for a business trip and saw the local outlet and decided to give it a try. I got a "to go" burger and fries to take back to my hotel room. I ordered the Shack Stack burger, which is a thick fried Portobello mushroom on a cheeseburger and it was so delicious! I think my mouth was still watering when I finished it! When I took the last bite of the burger, I thought I could not wait until I could go back again! I also had an order of fries and a "half and half" drink (ice tea/lemonade). Those items were perfectly good, but that burger was truly awesome!

This is one of my "go to" spots when I'm craving a cheeseburger. I always order the shack burger with cheese fries. I especially like that they use crinkle cut style fries.. my absolute fave! Pair that meal with a lemonade and you will be in heaven!! So tasty and good. Will definitely be back for more!!

Their mushroom burger is the best. Bread is delicious. Service in store is great. Online it is a hit and miss.

Shake Shack burgers might be my favorite burgers of all time. We've been trying to be a little bit healthier lately so we haven't been ordering here that often but yesterday I couldn't resist and I needed some of my favorite burgers. We placed the order online on their website (super easy to do), and by the time we got there, we received a text that our order was ready for pickup. Basically, you just pull into the parking lot that is adjacent to the storefront and they have clearly marked spots to where curbside pickup is. It looked like they normally have a tent up but they were taking it down when we arrived, so I assumed I needed to head inside. I went to the front and they had a table right at the front entrance so you couldn't walk in. They had bagged up my food and all the employees were wearing face masks and gloves and everything. They were definitely being safe. It was so weird to see that location so empty and made me a little sad. The employee that handed me our food was so nice and I could tell she was smiling under her face mask haha. Our food was stellar as always. I got the shackburger and fries and my husband got the shackburger with no bun (wrapped in lettuce). We also got their lemonade and iced tea. Their lemonade is probably the best lemonade I've ever had. Super refreshing, especially during quaratine.

Really yummy smashed burger with a fluffy bun. A single cheeseburger was $6.09 by itself with no drink or sides so definitely on the pricy side. I was bummed to see the whip cream on my shake was an up charge as well. Besides the price, the food was tasty, the restaurant is clean, the staff was friendly, and the food came out quickly.
