Shake Shack Katy Freeway

The wait time for my sandwich on a Thursday night was quite long, however, when it finally came... I was impressed! It was my first time trying the chicken shack sandwich and I thought it was seasoned well and crispy. The spicy fries have a good amount of powder on them so eat them slowly... you might cough up a storm. One of the workers, Rose, had such a sweet, infectious personality. Very eager to help my table and had a great sense of humor! She definitely elevated my dine-in experience. Clean location with lots of parking by the way...

The service is very dynamic you do everything through a table that there is when they arrive very dynamic and easy to ask for the attention is fast! The menu is varied and simple! The hamburgers are divine! And the price is incredible! Regarding the parking lot, it’s big!

First time in shake shack and definitely not the last. It was delicious and just what I needed before I go into work. So so so good. I had the mango lemonade with raspberry boba and the Carolina bbq burger. Amazing. And hubby had the Oreo shake 😊😊😊 yummmy and don’t forget the strawberry shake 🤗🤗

Amazing Burger. If you can't afford it go somewhere else. I see these reviews like they didn't know the price. Really cringe. Bathrooms are really clean. The burger was out within minutes. People don't know how to order or read pricing... Great place... Burger is huge...

UPDATE: Still love popping into this Shake Shack for a burger and fries. Tried the Smoky Classic BBQ Burger, and it's one of my favorites now! I love Shake Shack, and this location is consistent with my shake shack experience. I always grab the Smokeshack Burger and the Crinkle Cut Fries. I got that here, and they were delicious. They were hot and fresh. The flavors are on point, and what I have loved so much about this brand.

I feel like the food was overpriced.It was good, though the shakes were awesome.They aak, if you want to leave a tip, but you have no waiter plus you have to order on the kiosk so I didn't too much care about that.But the shakes were good the server seemed to be upset because no tip was added she had ab attitude the food was almost $40 bucks 2 shakes a plain burger fries and shakes! Had to put order in ourselves so why would I leave a tip! But any the shakes were good 👍🏽

We drive past this place often enough and finally decided to give them a shot. Bright new building, super clean and very open with outdoor seating available. No cashiers which is a different approach. You walk up to a table full of touch screens and order your meal. So if you get it wrong it all your fault! (Haha joke). I noticed it was fairly priced for burgers, shakes, & fries. The food was good. Kinda like a weird cross between smash burger and 5 guys IMO. Everything was smaller in portions than I expected, although I didn't leave hungry. The shakes are on point to be fair, was really good! The member who brought the food out was friendly and courteous. Give them a try see what you think. It's the type of place you'll say "I'm in the mood for the specific taste of shake shack" I think. We wanted to try this place for ourselves. The burgers are good but not worth the price. $10+ for a burger + $5 for fries. The portions are so pretty small, the burger was the size of my palm. We spent $30 with tax and tip) for 2 burgers , 1 fries and we had water. Maybe if their prices were lower it would be worth it.
