The wait time for my sandwich on a Thursday night was quite long, however, when it finally came... I was impressed! It was my first time trying the chicken shack sandwich and I thought it was seasoned well and crispy. The spicy fries have a good amount of powder on them so eat them slowly... you might cough up a storm. One of the workers, Rose, had such a sweet, infectious personality. Very eager to help my table and had a great sense of humor! She definitely elevated my dine-in experience. Clean location with lots of parking by the way...

My 1st time at Shake Shack and was very disappointed. I initially did drive up orders which started smooth. I waited for about 15 min in line keeping in mind there was 2 cars ahead of me. When it was my turn the lady at the window barely acknowledged me, I don't expect over the top happiness, but being that it's Shake Shack and it's a bit more superior than a regular burger place I was expecting quality service. I received my drink and proceeded to wait 10 min in the window . When she gave me my order she didnt say sorry for the wait but handed me the bag which looked like it had been thrown and was greasy . I thought maybe they were just rushing. When my son and I looked inside and at our burgers we were shocked, our burgers were squished and cold . Our cheese fries were ok . We literally were laughing at how bad our burgers were and could NOT believe we had payed 30 bucks for these burgers. I do have to admit even though our burgers were cold and squished the taste was good. The Cheese fries were really yummy. I honestly don't know if it's the location, or it being drive thru but I was dissappointed and would not recommend this location. I will probably go ahead and try it again at another location.

The service is very dynamic you do everything through a table that there is when they arrive very dynamic and easy to ask for the attention is fast! The menu is varied and simple! The hamburgers are divine! And the price is incredible! Regarding the parking lot, it’s big!

Called from College station to make sure they were open till 1am. Took the 90 min drive over and had the best burger and shake of my life. Manager Ro was very kind and offered a discount buy one burger get one free deal. Excellent experience, would drive 90 minutes to eat here again!

First time in shake shack and definitely not the last. It was delicious and just what I needed before I go into work. So so so good. I had the mango lemonade with raspberry boba and the Carolina bbq burger. Amazing. And hubby had the Oreo shake 😊😊😊 yummmy and don’t forget the strawberry shake 🤗🤗

We were in the area from out of town and we always tried to go to someplace to eat that we do not have back home. Shake Shack with next to where we were at and it was either them or Pluckers. The burger and fries were delicious it wasn't a very big burger which was good because I don't like to be stuffed but I left full. The burger was freshly made their sauce was delicious and we will be back.

UPDATE: Still love popping into this Shake Shack for a burger and fries. Tried the Smoky Classic BBQ Burger, and it's one of my favorites now! I love Shake Shack, and this location is consistent with my shake shack experience. I always grab the Smokeshack Burger and the Crinkle Cut Fries. I got that here, and they were delicious. They were hot and fresh. The flavors are on point, and what I have loved so much about this brand.

We had an amazing experience at Shake Shack! We were attended by Tracy and she was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from her friendly attitude to her attention to detail. It’s rare to find customer service like hers these days, and we really appreciated it. Thank you, Tracy, for making our visit extra special! We will definitely be coming back. Jason & Yuslyn Raymond

I really like the food here, but it's kind of pricey for what it is, so I don't eat here often. Check in with orders is done via computer, though staff is available if you have any questions. There isn't much ambience to speak of, but if you have the cash and want a good burger, this is worth trying at least once.

Mediocre. Two burgers, two sides, two beverages (one was a beer). I had to fidget my way through their kiosk ordering system. Not intuitive or even close to easy. I was greeted by an employee who offered to answer questions, but seemed to enjoy my difficulty in ordering. All the while... An employee who had yet to start was putting together her pre-shift meal. An impressive display of deconstruction that showed her utilizing some Shake Shack components and then dressing it with her own jar of Prego sauce. Odd show. Back to that ordering system. It wanted my cell phone number so that I could be notified when my order is ready. Then, it wanted me to put in a table tent number so that my order could be delivered? Which is it? Fess up... The cell phone thing was so that you could direct message me with marketing. And then the ordering system asked me for a tip. Pass. Folks, this was $50 for a meal for two that just wasn't that great. There are a LOT better choices at far below that price point. And those choices will provide some real customer service to earn that tip and still stay under $50. With a beer. The burgers were okay. Not great. Removing Shake Shack from the list.

This was my first time at a Shake Shack and I am now a fan! Ordering was very easy at the kiosk. The place is brand new and modern. Food came out very quickly. The food was delicious! Perfectly cooked and well seasoned. A bit pricey but definitely better than the average fast food. The manager even came by to ask how everything was. Very friendly. The bathrooms were clean.

Back in July Shake Shack had a limited shake and we were lucky enough to get our hands on one, it was the Dubai Chocolate Shake. We were on a road trip at the time and thought we'd try our luck. So we get in the drive thru and I ask if they happen to have any (each store had a limited number). She says we are in luck! And luck indeed. It's so so good! I had only just been introduced to Dubai chocolate in June and couldn't get it out of my mind, so this hit the spot. Man, it is rich! We got one and shared it and that's really all we needed!

First time here! I wasn't too impressed. I ordered the chicken shack and as you can tell the chicken came out over fried and burnt. The inside is pretty basic nothing too spectacular. The young girl that was on the floor waiting tables and helping place orders on 6/6/25 @ 1pm was phenomenal! Her customer service was very attentive, helpful, and most importantly she was nice! Although my experience with the food wasn't memorable she made my first time overall experience pleasant! Keep up the great work!

This conniving and disingenuous organization is misrepresenting their "free" shake shack deal with the Space Cowboys. They doubled down on this by saying that it's just the cost of fries and a drink, and that's only when they make it a shake and large fry. I will no longer utilize this organization. Please note I called their corporate line, twice to no response. Clearly this organization has lowered it's service standards.

Took my kids in for late lunch and shakes. Everything was great until I found a bug in my lettuce wrap. One of the workers came over and I showed it to him and suggested they re-wash their lettuce. Then a manager came out and proceeded to tell me how the lettuce comes washed and they wash it again. Well guess what you missed a bug. Didn't offer to replace my lettuce wrap that I wasn't even half way done with. Ollie did offer to take my tray. Geez thanks.

Painfully slow drive through. Gave my order and name at the speaker but they read back the wrong order at the window. I took what they gave me because I didn't want to wait longer. The car in front of me threw a drink at the cashier but hit the wall. A guy was on the patio screaming loudly about something. I ended up with truffle fries and a bacon avocado chicken sandwich. Fries were soggy and I didn't order the exact sandwich. The price tag with drink was $21. I didn't find value for what I got. Wild experience. I get the feeling better management is needed here. I don't see myself returning any time soon due to the cost and particularly this location didn't feel safe.

Today is T-mobile Tuesday and my sister and I went to Shake Shack for the first time to see what the hype's all about and this specific location absolutely did not deliver. The ShackBurger singles that we ordered was rather small and basic compared to what you can order at other fast food restaurants, and their chicken bites were extra salty even while trying to mask the salt with vinegary sweet ketchup. At least they have a redeeming feature, the cookie and cream shake. It was perfectly creamy and not too sweet. ShackBurger 3/10 Chicken Bites 3/10 Cookie and Cream Shake 7.5/10 For a restaurant pretty packed for a T-mobile Tuesday, the place was fairly clean and the service was rather good for consistently carrying out huge number of orders in a timely manner. If it wasn't for the T-mobile Tuesday, I would probably not try this place. Especially with the mixed reviewed from family and friends. Save your money and go to In and Out instead.

Came here to satisfy my fast food cravings. Love their veggie burger!! They were so kind enough to offer me a lemonade sample of their new summer flavor- Yuzu honey lemonade, which I also enjoyed. It is a tad bit sweet but I still liked it even though we can't adjust the sugar. We got 2 vege shacks, 2 bbq fries, 1 lemonade; this added up to about $32. Pricey but yummy food. BBQ fries did lack spice though. We will surely be back for the vege burger! As you don't see many fast food places with a good vege burger (I don't like those fake meat burgers at all!).

Prior to my most recent visit, I had gotten takeout from here a few times, and the quality was subpar. I always thought this specific location was mid compared to the one in rice village. However, I feel like they definitely stepped it up, and the food was so much better this time around. The burgers were served fresh and hot. The chicken was crispy and juicy. The fries didn't seem too soggy even with the cheese. The coffee and donut shake was just okay- the flavors are very subtle. At that point I'd rather get a vanilla shake instead. Service was alright... most ordering takes place at the kiosks anyways. Ample amounts of parking, but the lot can fill up quickly during peak lunch/dinner hours.

True to form, this brand new Shake Shack is serving up fresh and delicious offerings. The place is absolutely spotless and everything is brand new. The staff is still bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, though I'd say it took longer to get our food than I've had at other locations. I expect speed of service will quicken with time and experience. They have a drive-thru and kiosks you can order from inside for ultimate convenience. But when it comes to the main event - Shake Shack has a burger that will make your eyes roll back into your head when you take that first bite. The chicken is searing hot and fresh. The cheese on the perfectly cooked fries was MEGA ADDICTIVE. We've been waiting with bated breath for the opening of this location, and I'd say it was worth the wait - they sure made us pay for it, though.

We had a terrible experience while on vacation in Miami, so this meal was largely sponsored by Shake Shack corporate to make up for that experience. We had been eagerly awaiting the opening of the Katy location and even tweeted (what's it called now? X-ing?) the Shake Shack account asking when the new location would open. Saw on Nextdoor that the new Katy location was finally open, and we decided to take our discount code there for lunch. We ordered via the website because the app was not working at all (to use the code you had to order online - not in person), and our food was on a pickup shelf upon arrival. The instructions did say we would get a text once our food was ready, but that never happened, so the shake was a bit watery by the time we picked it up, but not bad. The food was still warm. The burgers were as expected (the smoke shack is a perfect vinegary, peppery delight), and the chicken bites were good. There is no way to ask for more than one sauce in the app, even for a large order of bites, so I had to ask the staff for a second flavor (I like honey mustard - my husband prefers bbq), but they were very accommodating. I know they just opened so it's still a work in progress, and there was a lot of staff that didn't seem to know what to do, but that will improve. The restroom was clean, it's new obviously, but the parking situation is treacherous at best. Much of the lot is still gravel and with the very long drive through lines and one way in one way out setup, getting there is a bit daunting. All in all, it was a good visit and we'll be back.

We came here for their soft opening and ordered via drive thru. Customer service was ok. The people who greeted us in the beginning were helpful. But, the drive thru had a lot of staff that weren't proactive. A customer in front of us had to come out of his car to ask where his order was despite there being three attendants outside. The parking lot also looked unfinished because there were parts of it that were concrete and other parts that were gravel. As far as the food goes, it was pretty good. But, there's room for improvement. We ordered their Shack burger and Chicken sandwich. The beef patty was flavorful, but a bit too salty. However, the veggies were fresh and the potato bun was fluffy. The strawberry shake was fragrant, although a bit sweet for my liking. The cookies and cream shake was also a bit thick. I think the staff could've blended the cookies in more thoroughly so that it would be easier to drink the shake through the straw. It was still delicious and creamy. The chicken sandwich was juicy, but again, it was a bit too salty. They didn't have the veggie burger at the soft opening. I really wanted to try it. I guess I'll try it at the SL location. Overall, the food was good. I think this location just needs to iron out their food seasoning and consistency, training of their staff, and finishing their parking lot.

Excellent bacon and avocado burger with fries. It's been a long time since I've had a burger this good. Zaid gave excellent customer service and the restaurant was very clean.

New place in our neighborhood so you know we had to come and enjoy the festivities. We've been to the one in Montrose but figured why not. So Wifey got the 'Shroom burger which she loved because, according to her, every bite had the perfect amount of cheese. I had to go with the double-meat original because that's how I roll. haha! the cheese fries were great, but Wifey had the "seasoned" fries which were a little too seasoned for my taste? maybe cheesey-seasoned fries next time? Service was great and quick considering it was packed that afternoon, but all is well that ends well.

Always terrible. Last 3 experiences have been horrible. Bad service, rude attitude, and missing food. Hair in my food and undercooked meat. Place is complete buns and all the people that work there are too

Hello, my name is Ashley B. Let's get started with the review! I ordered the Shake shack, burger, and added mayo, and I also ordered the chicken shack with a side of cheese, fries, and a Coke with no ice. I had high expectations for the chicken sandwich because it looks so delicious but when I tasted it, it tasted a bit salty so I had to take the pickles off because the batter on the chicken is already salty enough. The Burger was OK, I felt like both sandwiches needed some onion, which I couldn't remember to add. The cheese fries were decent, but I should've gotten the cheese on the side because I was only able to eat a few of those. The Shake shack sauce is a mayo with some type of herb in it. The Coke was not coking. It was a little water down or kind of flat even without ice added to it so imagine it with ice. I paid $24 for this meal and glad I gave it a chance. There is a Chick-fil-A on the other side of the freeway opposite from this location so they do have some competition with the chicken sandwich. lol

Drive thru sucks ! Asked over and over for the guy to speak up because I couldn't hear or understand him and after the third or fourth time I just drove off!! Customer service sucks !!!!

I had a previous bad experience with shake shack but I tried them again and much to my surprise this experience was amazing starting off with the young gentleman that worked the front counter today between the hours of 1230 and 1pm . My man you set the tone. I appericate his customer service and friendliness. My hat goes off to you. As well as the speedy service today with my order I will definitely be back with my family and friends keep up the amazing work

I've only had shake shack once and I really liked it. We were really craving burgers so decided to stop by here. We ordered three types of burgers from them and enjoyed all of them. I also ordered their seasonal cinnamon shake and it was goodt. The only negative was how long it took to get our burgers!

Shake shake with a drive threw off i10 coming in from san Antonio? I'm definitely in! Top notch customer service! It was cold out and they had 3 people taking orders. Food: how can you go wrong with a shake shack cheeseburger ? You can't! Always a great quick bite to grab on the road. Plus they sell too Chico! I normally get shake shake at the airports or when traveling. Glad to see they have one off i10 now. Really good customer service too. I'll definitely be back again soon.

Whoever was taking orders clearly doesn't understand how to perform their job. Repeated my order numerous times, to literally just have a plain burger without cheese. She refused to read the order back, took payment and threw the food into the car. Upon arriving home my order was clearly wrong.

I'm glad there's another Shake Shack! This is a clean location with attentive staff and multiple ordering kiosks. Shake Shack burgers are always delicious and I wholeheartedly recommend the Shack Burger. Parking is difficult since there is only one entrance, but you won't regret going!

It's was my first time eating shake shack. I walked in the place so much colors and the place was clean and nice and organized I had ordered and sat down. I got the food and the food was soooooooooooooo good

I just want to give this crew some props. Went here on a busy Friday night, placed an order and it seemed like it was taking a little longer than usual. They were pretty slammed so I didn't think much of it. Unfortunately, when we got our food, the shakes were melted and the burger was cold. I alerted an employee and the manager had it remade with zero pushbacks. I just want to thank them at taking time out to make sure we got fresh food, worth the money we paid for, during such a busy time for them.

We got the shack stack to see what else is included. Plus fries and small drink $23. The #1 on menu seems to be the one people get most, but in my view, the small size doesn't warrant the price.

They forgot my fried pickles :/ just gave me ranch and no pickles. It was hot and fresh though, the food I DID receive.

Order a burger and when I brought to the counter, asking if they serve all their burgers, pink the worker replied that they do serve it pink by default, and no button to for well done. He offered to remake for me but I already at most of it. Not sure why they serve the burgers pink.. doesn't make sense.

Newly trending, awesome ambiance, awesome service, awesome food. Just wish they could do combo meals, everything has to be purchased separately, over $3 each for reg fries and drink. Family of four a cool $78

Why do many restaurants not care about the customer's comfort? This place is always about 32°. Do they not want anyone to dine in???? Burgers are on the small side for all the money you spend. I forgot why I don't eat here very often.

Amazing burgers and fries. Thoroughly impressed by the in-store design, cleanliness, and the electronic ordering system. An elegantly executed, innovative take on the traditional American burger joint--elevating it to a luxury status-- similar to what the brand Yeti did with coolers. Love the "fine casual" concept. Feels akin to what Apple would do if they started a burger chain. Personally I'm very health conscious, so I wouldn't eat it every day, but it's great for an occasional cheat meal (or two). The cheese fries are damn delicious :) I can see now why Danny Myer is such a legend in the hospitality industry, and why this place has such popular appeal. Will definitely be back.

Sometimes I crave a plain ol' burger, and not the fancy, sit-down restaurant kind. I want it to be beefy, with a soft bun, and loaded with veggies, ketchup, and mustard. I typically skip the cheese because it interferes with the flavor, at least in my opinion., but I do love cheese! I decided that Shake Shack was my favorite. This time, I had their Korean BBQ burger, but that's too much crap on a burger. Gimme' that plain old Birger. Shake Shack has earned my favorite. It's my absolute favorite. I love the smashed patty with crispy edges. I love the big beef flavor and I love the soft bun and all of the normal toppings. This is the burger. It just is and I'll happily pay $7.00 for it every time. (Same goes for the cheeseburger.) Their crinkle Fries were excellent, dipped their Shake Sauce. The dining room was nothing exciting and causing them to lose a star. Clean, but Pretty bland, actually. Minimal side refills and condiments. However, all in all, I'll be back for the food.

This is my first time trying Shake Shack. I tried the Shack burger and Parmesan fries with truffle sauce. The burger was on this small bun that didn't match the patty size. The burger was fair and not worth the price. The fries were delicious with the sauce. I ended up paying a little over $18 for the meal. Not worth it. I should have gone to Five Guys.

Ordered a burger -- it doesn't come with lettuce and tomato, or onions on it. Just meat and cheese. Weird. Over priced for what you get and the fries are a NO GO. I will not be returning. You can get a better burger from JLB for what this place offers.

Okkkkkay, come thru Shake Shack !!! Burger spicy fries, and creamsicle float... food was very good!! It's pretty new to the area so the ambience was cool and service has some kinks to work out. But overall great experience .

Great experience on our first try of shake shack. Needed to pickup something quick for dinner. Saw this place, stopped and picked up their cheese burger. Light and tasty burger. Family loved it as well

Small burgers and hotdog not as big as pictured in menu. Very pricey for the value you get. Fries good but, very pricey.

We had been anticipating this restaurant to open since it was close to the office. I ordered the shroom burger which is portable I mushroom stuffed with cheese and fried, it takes the place of a Hamburger. This was delicious! I also ordered cheese fries. Next time I will opt for regular fries, the cheese was very bland and tastes like plastic.

I'm not sure what their value added to a hamburger joint is. Their shakes and hamburgers are very good. Hamburger comes plain so you have to dress it yourself. I happen to like this. Since the place is brand new, it is clean as a whistle. The young man at the counter was very pleasant and went out of his way to serve us.

Just tried this place out. Went through the drive through, ordered a shake, and when I pulled up to the window, there are two employees with their backs to the drive through window, talking with other employees. I had to wait over five minutes before I had to honk twice for then to turn around. When they turned around and opened the window they literally said "what's up?" I sure hope that their customer service improves. The shake I ordered was not bad at all but at 6 dollars for a little shake, it seems to be a little bit overpriced.

Burgers were good, Staff was good, what else can I say. Since I live in Katy I eat at Shake Shack so when I have a taste for a good burger I make my way to Shake Shack. If you haven't been I suggest you go.

I will not come back to eat here again. This place is nothing but a step up of McDonald. If I want a good hamburger, this is not the place to go. Sorry Shake Shack....

We went through the drive through to order our food. The employees were nice, the menu was easy to read & you were actually able to pay right at the speaker which is pretty cool. We ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries & 2 shakes. We spent $37.60. The burgers were very delicious, the meat tasted good & the buns were so soft. The fries were very good with a great amount of seasoning/salt. The shakes were EXTREMELY tasty. I finished my shake before getting back to my house. It'll be nice if they had different size shakes because I'd get a large for sure. The reason for 4 stars is that the pricing is a little high. Even though the pricing is high, it's still a great place to get food & im definitely coming back again, often, especially for the shakes !

Food is a 9.5 Service is a 10 Overall the restaurant was amazing! I would recommend to try.
