Shake Shack

I read most of the negative reviews here but I decided to give them a try and I did. My order was double shack and fries. Burger was so good and fries as well. There were like 5 people front of me but I got my order within 5 mins only which considered FAST! 👌🏾 There were more than 5 guys working hard on the back there. The lady on pick up desk was really kind. Cashier wasn’t smiling at all and not friendly. Thanks.

20 minutes to get food. Out of pickles. Ordered fries and didn't get them. Our cheese on a burger that shouldn't have it. Barely any shake sauce on both burgers. Patties were dry and also no tomato. Avocado was so small I needed to put my glasses on. Overall one of the poorer airport dining experiences and that's saying something since we all know airport dining isn't very good.

Best burgers of my life. Each bite was delicious. I ordered: 1. Chicken Shack (Crispy chicken breast topped with lettuce, pickles, buttermilk herb mayo) and 2. Double Smoke Shack (Cheeseburger with cherry peppers opplewood-smoked bacon, ShackSauce) - Highly recommend eating here. - Top quality burgers with heavenly taste. - These guys have magic chefs. 👨🏽‍🍳🧑🏽‍🍳

Wanted to give a somewhat positive review, because the bad reviews almost scared us away from this place. Wait was honestly respectable for how many people were there and they had a conveyor style system going for making orders. Order was a standard shake shack burger of the same quality that I would get outside the airport. Partner and I enjoyed our lunch.

I love the Mushroom Burger. It taste very good. It took about 7-9 minutes, what I think is okay. Not much to say about the service, everything goes quite fast. We also eat the cheese fries, that one is not everyone’s taste. But the fries alone is good.

We are visiting from Miami and yesterday we ate at the shake shack by Canal Place and it was wonderful service and food was exquisite. So we get to the airport today and we find another shake shack and since it was so good yesterday expectations were high obviously and we decided to have it again. We ordered the avocado bacon chicken sandwich like the day before and it was terrible. It came without bacon and avocado and the chicken was old and overheated so I didn’t like it at l. When we went back to the counter they just gave us the avocado in a separate bag instead of making a whole new sandwich. So I don’t recommend this place at all.

Absolutely incompetent. Cashier could not tell me why the burger was NOT gluten free. When I asked for the manager, she delivered some random man who looked like he didn’t know left from right and outwardly said he was NOT the manager. She then proceeded to say “just get the burger” clearly not understanding allergies. Really embarrassing to have them at an airport! It was also 8pm so the options were limited. I could never imagine making someone feel so awful about an allergy out of their control. Shake shake should be appalled at the service they have hired.

I went to Shake Shack when I was in NYC so had to get something while I was close to one, and it was at the airport in Louisiana. I got the smokehouse burger, fries and black and white shake. The burger is a perfect size for me, fries were good and I loved the shake.
