Shake Shack Las Colinas

Shake Shack in Las Colinas is a fantastic spot to hang out and enjoy a delicious burger. I gave it 4 stars mainly due to the higher price point. Burgers range from $6 to $12, and that’s without fries or drinks. For our visit, we ordered 5 burgers, fries, 2 drinks, and a milkshake, which came to about $69. That said, the burger quality is outstanding. I tried the double-patty Black Truffle Burger, and the truffle sauce was absolutely incredible—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. However, one thing I noticed was that the green leaf lettuce didn’t hold up well as a bun alternative for a protein-style burger. I’d recommend they consider using iceberg lettuce instead, as it’s sturdier and pairs better with hot patties. The staff were exceptional—pleasant, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Their positive attitude truly made the experience enjoyable and memorable. The atmosphere is another highlight. The space is modern, welcoming, and has plenty of room, making it a great place to gather with friends or family. Overall, Shake Shack in Las Colinas is definitely worth visiting if you’re in the mood for a high-quality burger and a laid-back vibe—just be prepared for premium pricing.

I don’t know why this place has so many bad reviews! My experience is great from freshness of food, food was piping hot and great staff with customer service. There is cleaning wipe for the table. I thought that was a nice touch. Love this place!

Delicious burgers, fries and chicken sandwich! Love this place always fresh and delicious food and great variety and you can even have a nice cold one!

We decided to try Shake Shack today for a late lunch. We both got the avocado bacon burgers and crinkle fries. We also got the cookies and cream shake. The burgers were amazing, and the fries were delicious. The shake was addictive and amazing. Definitely will come back!!!! Must try another burger.

First time at Shake Shack and had a wonderful experience - Emily was great! Despite paying with cash and not using the kiosk we were greeted promptly. Went 2 times in about 5 days as we were visiting the area and had great service each time. The food was delicious but the fries were cold. I will definitely visit this location again when in the area!

I came to eat supper here. I am on a work trip from NC and this was my first time at Shake Shake. I ordered the truffle burger with truffle parmesan fries. I had just started eating when one of the employees, Steve, asked how my food was. He asked me if I had the truffle burger. He said one of the key things missing from my burger was bacon and offered to give me some free bacon to make my burger even better. Truly excellent customer service and food. Great first experience at Shake Shack!

I don't have a Shake Shack Burger store near my house, so I haven't been there often. I had a very good feeling when I went there a long time ago. However, maybe because I ordered yesterday and my expectations were too high? I was a little disappointed. The contents of the burger were too small and not fresh. The store was still clean and had a good atmosphere. The staff were friendly when I went in. The burger is not bad compared to other brands of burgers, but considering the current quality and current price, I would hesitate to visit.

They are a bit too expensive for the portion. There’s expensive and then there’s too expensive. Shake shack sits in the “too expensive “ category. Yet, I must admit, whenever I am craving a good smash style non fake beef burger this is in my top 3!

The burgers and chicken sandwich are mediocre. The fries are exceedingly mundane. There is zero attention to service. I felt like I was ordering at my old school cafeteria; the fries were identical. We paid a very unreasonable amount for meager sized shakes. For a restaurant with shake in their name I was genuinely surprised at the poor quality of the actual product. I ordered the strawberry shake but ,there was very little strawberry detected. We will not be back. There are literally dozens of other restaurants with better food and service nearby. Trust me. Do not go!

These cheese fries are honestly the best I've ever had... Maybe I was just really hungry, but the chicken sandwich and burger are also amazing. Don't forget to add pickles. Just thinking about it now makes me crave more. However, the service could definitely be improved.

Still one of the cleanest fast food franchises! Service is great and place was clean.

Had a great experience here! It was practically empty at 6pm on a Friday. The cashier was nice. I like the menu - it's got a lot of different flavors and types of burgers. We got the shack burger with pickles and the chicken shack, and cheese fries. Everything was a solid 8/10. Definitely high quality for fast food, but the burgers are tiny for the price... the cheese on the fries was a little weird but better with mustard. I'd definitely come back if I felt like spending $20 on a meal

DO BETTER! - I have been to Shake shack once before in San Francisco and I enjoyed it. Danny Meyers would NOT be happy. Today was a Thursday and we showed up around 1pm for lunch. It was not very crowded, plenty of seating open in the dining room, so really no excuse for the poor service (and cold fries). We ordered a specialty burger (North Carolina something with fried pickles) also an order of fries. We got a fountain drink and sat down to wait with our table number...and we waited...I wasn't initially paying attention to who came in after us and if they got their food, but once I noticed, I realized the table of one man who came in about 10 mins after us, got his order delivered -- we were still waiting - so I asked the guy who delivered the food to him, and he said they were "really busy" - this was false, they were not very busy, even the DoorDash cubby of pick-ups wasn't very full. I thought the silver lining here would be that our food would be hot hot (if the kitchen turnover was so "busy") - well, after a total of 24 mins of waiting (I checked the receipt time for accuracy) our food finally arrived. Fries were barely warm. Just GRR, when I treat myself to this kind of meal I want to truly enjoy it. The burger was fine, I didn't really taste the "North Carolina" mustard or the fried pickes. The shack sauce was also lacking and in a blind taste test would have been just called "mayo"). And like I said the fries were cold and floppy. The ladies bathrooms were also running out of TP, I was gonna tell the guy who seemed to be the manager, but I saw him depart for the outer reaches of the parking lot when I saw him last. One positive, the cashier was nice.

Hmmm. I've dined at a few Shack Shack, and this location is ok. Correct me if I'm wrong, and I'll remove this review, but I didn't see any combos. I ordered 4 burgers, 3 french fries, 3 drinks, and a vanilla custard, and it was costly. Order at the counter or on the machines located on the right side. I loved the vanilla Custard, but the portion was small. Not even enough for a cone.

I always love Shake Shack's crinkle fries! It's one of my favorites alongside Chik-fil-A's waffle fries! The burgers are average, since I'm forever team In-N-Out. The service is amazing though! Shake Shack employees are always kind and helpful. Ambiance is good at this location; it gets crowded but the space is big enough that it doesn't feel too cramped or loud.

Dripping in oil. They should normally atleast let the patties stop dripping oil and grease. The bread was loaded and soggy with grease. What has happen to this once tasty restaurant? Horrible food and not to mention the forgot my adds and fries.

So good! First time was very yum It is definitely not because I worked all day and it was my first meal . But I was previously vegan before so I was very surprised. They definitely do not cater to vegans at all.

Smokestack burger was small but good. Crinkle fries were good. Over $3 for any drink option seems high. Pass. No combo pricing; everything is ala carte. But "good news"! If you buy 12 burgers you'll save a whopping total of $2.09! A fast food burger joint that asks for a tip? But at least they do bring your tray out to you, something really unnecessary at a fast food burger joint. Inside was nice enough... for a fast food burger joint. But come on, is a small burger with fries and no drink for $14.50 after an obligatory minimal tip to avoid risking having your food spit on really worth it? Nah... not really.

I don't normally eat fast food but was offered by our admin at the office so i took it and ordered, Worst mistake i made! we got our order and the order was wrong, i ordered a vegan burger but got this mushroom burger that was deep fried with cheese on the inside, also looked like it had two bites on the backside of the bun. NASTY! my co worker got a grilled cheese and it looked like someone stepped on it! the fries were cold and not crispy at all as i ordered, slinky as rubber in fact. this meal made me sick fir a few days and even four days later i still feel a little queasy. This place is the shit for shit!

Food was okay not worth the 16$ it cost for a McDonald's happy meal size burger fries and a drink. Lady at the counter was rude as all get out asked for no mayo on chicken sandwich the put it anyways and instead of making another sandwich they toasted a new bread took off my lettuce and tomatoes and used the same chicken with mayo. Thing is it wasn't busy and they were in the back talking the whole time acting rude because I wanted to place an order like it was bothering them I want to eat here so they can get a paycheck every two weeks......

We ordered onile for delivery The poor driver got there and the order wasn't ready. he picked up wrong order and when i called back they not care to give my refund They gave us no straws, no spoons for the ice cream, no napkins, no ketchup.

Cleanliness isn't their top priority and the food wasn't that great. How do you manage to charge what you all do when the roach gets top service? Their workers saw it and did nothing to it. How is this possible? It makes me wonder whether the kitchen is actually clean especially when their staff doesn't bother or want to do anything to the roach. I hate that I paid them $42 for two burger combos for their friendly roach to have more rights than I did... This pissed me off to no avail....

The food was great, I have no complaints. Kinda pricey but everything is expensive these days. My complaint is the customer service, the cashier (the large lady in the front) was quite rude. I'm very big on customer service and have never had a problem tipping. When we got to the counter, she didn't say not one word, not even hello, can I help you, nothing. I proceeded to tell her my order, she later then tells me something about tipping. Ma'am you will not be getting ONE CENT from me. So we go sit down and wait for our food. I guess she's the cashier and the waitress because she brought our food over. She pretty much dropped the plate and walked away. Some people shouldn't work in customer service if they have bad attitudes. Shake Shack do better with hiring employees who are customer friendly!

Shake Shack is one of my favorite fast food burger joints and it's sad that it's hard to find in DFW... but thanks to T-Mobile Tuesday, I was able to score myself a free burger. I made the drive to Las Colinas to claim my free burger. I ordered a ShackBurger to-go via the app. I wasn't able to dine in but this location is located in a very safe area and the restaurant itself seemed to be extremely clean. I picked up around 5:30pm on a weekday but the place wasn't busy at all... so I was able to pick up and go. After coming home, I began to wonder... when did Shake Shack's burgers get so small? I wasn't complaining... but they were really small. $6.49 for a burger was mildly disappointing, but hey - it was free. The burger itself tasted great. Shake Shack has a great reputation for a reason and I'm so happy that I was able to have Shake Shack for the first time in a while. I'm not in this area much... but if I'm in the Las Colinas area and I'm crtaving Shake Shack, I'll definitely be back!

Lol...WOW! They got me...once. My first time ordering here and did so only because they had a promo of a free chicken sandwich with the purchase of $10+. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and cheese fries. I honestly feel I was ripped off being charged $14+ for my order and that was WITH the free chicken sandwich. The burger was small and completely unremarkable. The cheese fries were, well, just crinkle fries with essentially cheese wiz. The chicken was half the size expected and unremarkable as well. I would have been seriously irked had I paid full price for what I received. Heck I'm pissed I paid $14. Seriously, do people actually return to this place after one visit? I won't! Again...WOW!

I personally do not understand Shake Shack. The order experience after dealing with the awful app was great, just go in and grab and go! It was overall alright, $5.69 for a single, it felt too light to me and was overpriced. The onions were too strong when bitten and there was not enough sauce. The cheese frys, I guess its done that way to preserve freshness, but I do not like the way it was all packed separate and is wasteful. The cheese sauce was VERY great tho it was strong and cheesey, if I had more it would go great dippin a little for the burger. We had a gingerbread smoothie, Christmas cookie and one of their original flavors strawberry. Christmas cookie, threw away, normally finish my food but this one was a fail along with the gingerbread one (we did finish). They were both too liquid. Strawberry was nicer and thick and had a decent taste. Nothing outstanding so after trying 3 different shakes from SHAKE Shake, sadly not impressed with what I got.

My little one loves Shake Shack and was excited as when I parked in front of the bldg. He's autistic and doesn't deviate from certain foods much. Typically when I come in I order at the kiosk as its better to see the menu and so that he can help to curate his meal. Upon coming into the door, I wasn't greeted, however I was told that I could order at main pos (point of sale) rudely. I walked to the self serve kiosk and was pulling up the menu, then was yelled at by this aggressively rude, heavy-set blk woman that the kiosks didn't work. I politely informed her that isn't what she said. The other workers looked at her puzzled, like why is she yelling & what happened. I immediately turned around, grabbed my child and said it's ok and she said something else rude afterwards. I opted to go the Shake Shack in Dallas off of Preston...23 miles away. Having my child in peaceful and calm surroundings important for his well being. I absolutely will not pay for services (especially food) where the service is anything less than professional, the aggressive behavior exhibited was inexcusable. Btw, there were no signs on the door, near the kiosks, or on the kiosks themselves that showed they didn't work or were out of order. The kiosks were working the same as the location on Preston. I will not recommend this location.

Burgers are good but expensive. No bundled meals with fries and drink. Burger sloppy made with meat sliding hiding off the bun. Almost no lettuce - see the photos. They will not add condiments and you have to add mustard or ketchup yourself. I did like the crinkle cut fries. $16 for double burger small fries and small drink.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The first time we came to eat here, I was skeptical. But, boy, was I wrong! This is the best burger I've ever had. All ingredients are of excellent quality. The meat is perfectly cooked, hearty yet light; the bun is buttery and just perfect. Shake Shack uses real cheese, not fake American crap. The chicken stripes and burgers are excellent. However, I would skip on the fries, drinks, and desserts. They aren't worth the money. The main downside is the price. It's way too expensive! I mean, you can get a steak or seafood for what you spend in this place. Plus, the wait is horrible. But, if you download the app, wait for an offer, order ahead, and pick it up, you should be fine.

No drive thru or curbside, but place your order ahead online, receive a text, and it'll be waiting on some shelving right inside. Fries are better than In and Out Burger. Yes, that seems like damning with faint praise, but they're actually not bad. Burgers are what sadness on a bun looks like. Burger meat seems fresh, cheese is generous, bun will be falling apart before you even touch it, veggies are barely a passing afterthought. Pretty danged greasy, and hard not to be just a little disgusted with yourself after eating one.

Back for another visit because those burgers are so darn good! Honestly with this visit the service was excellent. The team was quick and efficient and the restaurant itself was very clean and inviting. Food was on point as always. Thank you all for a great visit!

i went in for the first time and a gentlemen named Patrick was super helpful and gave me all the information i needed. and gave me options and was honest and kind. i got the dreamsicle and tiramisu limited time shakes and they were wonderful! i spoke to the manager to give praise to Patrick, and he was very kind and gave me a coupon for a free scoop of custard! i would drive back to this location for the kindness and smiles all around(:

Stopped in today and will be my last visit to this Shake Shack. The lady taking our order was rude and incompetent. Charged us for 3 burgers when we ordered two. Added bacon for $1.99 which I did not ask for. Got everything credited back to my account but her customer service skills were atrocious. I've not experienced this at other Shake Shacks but this one in Irving has seen us for the last time. (At least the burgers and fries were good).

Three of my family members got sick last night. The other five are ok. The food was good but I don't know what happened.

I really dont know why this location is so bad. I went once when they first opened and I overlooked how long it takes to get food (when not busy) I came back today after months and they still take forever. Other things I didnt like was their ordering system is chaotic. People are everywhere and half doesnt know they can order at kiosks. Another thing is, it was burning hot inside there today. My coffee shake turned into froth by the time it got to me. I was drinking melted coffee shake pretty much but did not want to stand there and wait anymore so I just left. I'm never coming back. They need to get it together

Ignore the bad reviews. ...Some folks want Michelin star quality AND gut-busting quantity for fast food prices. Yes. ..a single cheeseburger and fries will run you about $10, but quality and use of Non GMO cost more. You can easily spend $10/person at any fast food burger joint for mediocre food. Shake Shack has flavorful juicy burgers, deliciously crispy fries, well seasoned hand breaded chicken sandwiches, rich creamy shakes and even flat-top griddled Vienna hotdogs! The staff is friendly too. The wait can be long, especially during lunch and after work rush. I suggest ordering from the app. This allows you to skip the line and head straight to the pick up counter. There are better burgers out there, but Shake Shack is tough to beat for fast food. This includes In-N-Out, Whataburger, 5 Guys and even Culver's.

My comment comes as a Grocery store deli clerk.... The service was anything but polite. I could feel how annoyed the cashier was to take my order. They had closed everything down including the ability to get a cup if ice water. She had to use my card 4 times and my Navy Federal App said it went through everytime! Just give me a butger and fries without an attitude. We all want to go home at the end of our shift. But it was Not 10 pm! Thank you for listening to my rant.

I've been to other Shake Shack around Dallas, Houston, and Austin, TX, and they never disappoint. So when this place opened up, we were excited! When we first walked in, we noticed you can order at the kiosk. Love this idea since we can take our time and look at every item on the menu. When we were ready to checkout, the kiosk took forever to process our payment. We stood there for a good 3 minutes waiting for our order to go through. We sat down and five minutes later we get a text saying our order is ready. Went to go pick up our order......but it wasn'tready....Stood there for five minutes while they were preparing our order. I don't know if other places do this, but we saw them grab our "pre-made" shake out of the fridge and our fries off the warmer. If we remembered correctly, we thought they made the shake per order. I guess not?? We ordered a Shakeburger, Crinkle Fries, Black & White Shake, Coffee Shake, and the new Chick'n Bites w/ShakeSauce. The burger was good, tasted like how we remembered. Crinkle Fries didn't taste fresh...The Shakes weren't as good. And don't get the Chick'n Bites, didn't taste good. Wasn't worth it. The worst part was the Shack Sauce. It was so cold, dense and thick that I couldn't dip the Chick'n Bites without scooping the whole sauce out. Thought my sauce wasn't fully melted, so I went to the counter and asked for another one. They grabbed the sauce in the fridge and handed it to me. I asked if the sauce was suppose to be this thick, and they said yes....Even saw the couple next to us open the Shack Sauce, dipped their finger in it, licked their finger, shook their heads, closed the lid, and tossed it to the side. Don't get me wrong, the burger was good! But, for the price you pay, I expect everything else to be top notch and fresh.

I love Shake Shack but i dont really like this location. We ordered what we usually did and the spicy chicken sandwich was so small! A little smaller than the size of a palm, for $7 it wasnt worth it. The burger i got was good but my cheese fries i got wasnt. The cheese on it was so thick and nasty.. I ordered to go and tried the regular chicken sandwich and it was a slight pink color! I didnt wanna risk getting food poisoning so i threw it away. I wont be going back to this location..

Yay! Congratulations Irving and Las Colinas on getting a Shake Shack! I've said it before and I'll say it again- Shake Shack is my hands down favorite franchise burger. You just cannot get better than their savory potato rolls. They use high quality ingredients all around. The chicken sandwiches are perfectly crispy and juicy. The shakes are thicc and filling. Service is quick, friendly and organized. The menu is a little pricey compared to other burger joints but not unreasonable. Good stuff! I won't quit until I've tried everything on the menu.

Yummy, my wife and I have been meaning to stop in for a long time. She needed to run by her office to pick up a Christmas present so we'd be in the area and it was lunchtime. For curbside pickup my wife ordered a Smoke Shack and I ordered a Link Burger, a Shack burger topped with Pecan Lodge's Homemade Jalapeño Sausage. We decided a share an order of crinkle cut fries. My wife opted for a chocolate shake and I ordered one of their seasonal Winter Citrusade. It is a mixture of key lime juice, blood orange juice and Shake Shack's in-house made lemonade. The burgers were awesome. The jalapeño sausage was perfectly spiced just the way I liked it. Both of our burgers were really good and the fries were served piping hot. What we liked about the burgers were that they were not huge, regular sized burgers. They reminded us of what we'd cook at home. My Winter Citrusade was SO delicious. We'll definitely stop in again real soon and take advantage of curbside delivery until COVID-19 gets under control and we feel safer dining out. We had a great time in the car relaxing while we ate.

5th time in a ROW to get incorrect orders. I have boycotted Shake shack for over 6 months after countless emails to come back with discount codes just for them to mess up my order again. I will NEVER return to this embarrassment of a location for Shake shack. Management is basically clueless as they have no Quality control on the orders that go out. Why add an option for cheese on the side just to give me cold soggy fries all clumped together in cold cheese? Pathetic. I hope this management sees this and makes a change but I have 0 hope as they are an embarrassment to the entire company.

Went here last Saturday for their friends and family grand opening and my mom and I had such an awesome time! When we arrived we were warmly greeted by one of their employees and guided to their kiosks. One of the other employees told us to pick whatever we wanted as long as we made a donation to the children's charity that they were sponsoring. I got my mouth all ready for a chili cheese dog and found out that they do not have them, so instead I got their crispy chicken sandwich. My mom and I shared an order of their fries and she got their double cheeseburger. For dessert I got their apple pie custard. Our order came out pipping hot. The chicken sandwich was super crispy and still had tons of chicken that was light, flaky, and juicy! I loved that it was topped with crisp lettuce and a mayo aioli sauce. Everything came together so well and was so yummy. I took a bite of my mom's burger and it was just delicious!! I am not a huge burger eater, but I would order this burger! The french fries were super crisp and lightly salted. I am so glad that we decided to share the fries as they give you a good amount! I was not expecting the apple pie custard to actually have a piece of pie in it, but it did! It was not super sweet and was oh so good. I could not finish it so I took it with me and it made an awesome dessert over a couple of days! I definitely plan to come back and get another chicken sandwich. For the future I would suggest that they have a numbering system or some way to call out people's orders once they are ready as they were having some trouble getting people their orders. The dude behind the counter had a super soft voice, so you could barely hear him. It is cool that they have a texting system, but once the text let's you know you got your order there should be another way for them to call your name. Or maybe have a box or separate area for people to pick up their orders? Other than that the food was great and I am excited to have a Shake Shack so close!!

Hubby and I stopped here because we were in the neighborhood. I'm not usually a burger person (I have a thing about ground meat) but I don't mind the occasional burger If it's well done. Unfortunately this place was expensive for what you got and underwhelming. Most of the tables were dirty and the wait for food was quite long. Pros: the shake I got was delicious! They also have an option to make a burger well done, which I really appreciate. Cons: my daughters frozen yogurt was all melty by the time we got it. Service was slow. Almost every table was dirty. Expensive for what we got. ($32.00 for two shakes, two burgers, a fry, and a small cup of chocolate frozen yogurt.) Rhe burgers reminded me a bit of the ones from Culver's, with a thin patty.

Definitely want to go back to this location to try more items, overall really delicious but PRICEY AF

Tiny little burger for $8. Almost nothing inside other than the chicken. I don't know what happened with Shake Shack. Very disappointed.

Paid 24$ for a small sandwich small fries that was not worth it for me. I also got 2 shakes I got cookies and cream and strawberry. The shakes yeah I guess they are good but I would not go there for the food . Over priced for nothing!

Shake Shack has some great burgers, fries and shakes across America, and this location is no exception. I had placed a rather large order in the app. (7 burgers, chicken bites, 2 shakes, 3 fries) I did encounter a slight issue with picking up the order however. After notating that I've checked into my curbside spot, a shake shack employee promptly handed me my order. I've asked him to confirm that everything he handed me was the complete order and he confirmed it was. After arriving back at home, me and my family of 6 that I ordered for discovered that the three fries were not present. I called the store and was able to get in touch with the manager Rudy. He told me that I would be compensated for the missing fries and can stop by the store and pick up the three fries free of charge. So I went back to the store, Rudy wasn't available but Obed was. I explained my situation to him and he did provide the three fries orders as well as coupons for free fries for future orders. I wasn't refunded for the missing fries like I was initially told, but after getting the coupons, I figure it wasn't worth the hassle to bug further. They tried their best to make it right, but wished they would've just gotten it right the first time.

Came to the SHAKE Shack for shakes and were very disappointed 1 with the selection and 2 because mine came out like water. When I asked why it was so thin and could they remake it at first they said they weren't sure they would have to check. So he walked off and didn't come back. A manager noticed we were standing there asked if he could help and he went into the back and remade it himself after he got excuses from other employees as to why they didn't remake it. Came out nice & thick as a shake should but pretty incompetent employees.

This location just opened up right next to my work. YES, there are a lot of other quicker fast food options in the area. However, I feel like if you are wanting a solid Shake Shack burger then it is worth the wait! I ordered on their kiosks (card only). I should mention that have been to a couple Shake Shack locations, including some in New York and did not see this. I really enjoyed the kiosks because you are able to make small adjustments to your order. On another note, if you are going during lunch time, then yes there will be a wait and yes it will be packed. I could not find one seat during lunch. If you have some time to kill during lunch, try it out. Good burgers and fries for a decent price!

The employees are friendly and I always get my order fast. The reason why I am putting 4 stars, is due to their new hot honey chicken sandwich. The chicken was tasty, but the mayo is super spicy. I had hot chicken in Nashville, but it was never this hot. I was literally crying, nose running, and not able to taste anything due to the mayo. I know it is advertised as hot, but not even Nashville chicken is this hot! In the future, I will stick to my usual burger.

Gotta say I was pretty disappointed. After trying Shake Shack for the first time in DC, I was looking forward to having it in Dallas. Granted, my visit was about an hour before closing, but staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there, the lobby was dirty, and food took forever. Things were cold and overcooked and this was just overall a pretty poor experience.

I had a hot dog and fries here yesterday. It was really good. My friend had a mushroom burger and cheese fries and she really loved it. I know where to get a good dog now! The weenie they use it tasty and it's on a brioche bun. My only wish is that they had Chicago style toppings (or other options) for the dog.

Best chicken sandwich I've had. Staff was very careful with my daughters allergy. My coupon wasn't scanning properly but they did not slow up my ordering process and took care of it separately. Food was all cooked and presented perfectly! we are repeat customers for a reason! Best run Shake Shack I've been too!

This place is mediocre. I would definitely choose Smash burger or whataburger over Shake Shack. I didn't order a shake and I had the protein style cheeseburger. It was cooked pretty well and it was flavorful, however, I was still unimpressed. I did pay about $5.50 for the burger and had water. So that was a plus. They don't have combos, so you pay additional money for fries. I tried my coworkers fry, and it was very bland (think -bag of Ore Ida crinkle cut fries). My other coworker got the cheesy fries (think- the same thing with two slices of kraft single cheese melted on top) No sir! I will not be back lol
