First time trying Shake Shack.. wow! Delicious, fresh, hot, fast and great customer service. Definitely on the pricier side but SO worth it. Restaurant is clean and chill. Got the Double Smoky Classic BBQ Burger with Cheese Fries and a Mango Passionade (refillable 😉).

I had it delivered to me, the food presentation as neat but beyond that the flavor as always ay other locations such as in NYC. From this location in Miami is very tasty and fulfilling. 10/10 I had a chocolate milk shake, a single both Shake Burger and a Smoke Shack with Bacon Cheese fries and 6 piece Chicken bites. The chicken bites taste like real chicken, felt I should mention that. Hope you enjoy.

I want to start this off by saying I do not write reviews for restaurants, let alone fast food restaurants. That being said the service I experienced at this location was nothing short of unbelievable. I had originally ordered on uber eats for delivery. Hours went by and my order wasn't picked up. I eventually decided to go and just pick it up myself. Upon arriving and explaining the situation the lady at the front profusely apologized and remade my order fresh for no additional cost. She was very kind and went above and beyond in her service. While I was eating my food the manager came over a couple times to check in on me. I do not experience this level of service even at some high end restaurants. The staff took what was a bad experience and turned it into one that was very pleasurable. I cannot recommend this location enough and highly recommend a raise for all the staff. 5/5

Fast friendly service. Everyone greeted me immediately. Angel was cleaning up and quickly stopped to greet and help me. Clean facility lots of seating and they always have everything in stock.

We had an urgent large catering order, and she was incredibly kind and willing to help. When we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared, beautifully organized, and ready to go. Her exceptional kindness and professionalism made all the difference. The food was absolutely delicious, everyone was thrilled with the choice, and not a single bite was left, even though I ordered way too much, haha! Thank you so much for going above and beyond! You made a stressful situation so much easier, and we couldn’t be more thankful.

Omg. The French Onion Burger was outstanding. I can't wait to have another. The onions, sauce and cheese were a perfect combination. The staff were amazing. I wanted to wait outside and he said, you sit and I will bring it out. This Connecticut girl was happy today

OMG, the food taste was Soggy, salty and oily. The taste was horrible. Even with buy 1 get 1 free. It was not worth it. I would rather not order. Since I ordered through Uber eats, I didn't know about the service plus no idea of the environment of the place. ¡Madre mía!, la comida estaba pastosa, salada y aceitosa. El sabor era horrible. They didn't even bother to add the 3 chicken burgers I ordered and had the audacity to charge me with a receipt. This is beyond disgusting, its theft!!

Ordered off Uber Eats this morning, and realized 2 bites in it something was off.. the burger was raw. How does a smash burger patty not be cooked? Was it on the grill for 30 seconds lol. Disappointed, check your burgers

I ordered online and once i got to the store my food was ready i went home took two bit and realized my food was undercooked! Once i went back to the restaurant the store manager SCOTT was very disrespectful despite me showing him the raw burger in real life. I requested them make another one and he then proceeded to demand me to throw away the almost raw burger and didnt offer anything extra for potential giving me salmonella!!!!

This is one of the cleanest Shake Shack locations I've visited in a long time. The employees were very attentive while we dined in.

Abdul and me came here. We really enjoyed our burgers together. It was nice, just the two of us. It was sad seeing a lot of businesses no longer here. A little Eerie. Anyway, I would highly recommend coming here if you are seeking a peaceful outing for an afternoon burger, fries, ice cream, and romance.

I feel like Shake Shack never disappoints! Burgers always delicious. Fries always salted perfectly and crispy. Even out of town, still same deliciousness.

Food was on par and service was pretty quick considering how busy they were. Located right in Mary Brickell center so was convenient location. They offer pick up as well as dine in with patio seating as well. They also have self service order screens.

Order: there are computer ordering terminals but I had some questions about the Korean bulgogi burger, so I head over to the register. It was empty but a lady came. We chatted. Dominike had not tried the bulgogi burger, Jay came over to answer my questions. In the end I ordered the Shake Shack avocado bacon burger and regular fries. Food: within 5 minutes, Jay found me at my table and brought my burger and fries. Jay came back and brought me two containers of ketchup. That was so sweet of her! The burger was temperature hot. The lettuce, tomato, bacon, and avocado very fresh and everything that is supposed to crunched, crunched. What a delicious juicy burger. The fries were piping hot and crunchy on the outside and soft interior. Jay came back and asked if I wanted more water, again very kind and I declined. I saw a family with a young child sit down. I saw Jay rush to the back of the store and she had a high chair for the family. I observed her say no and put her hand out to the family as she rushed away. She returned with sanitizing wipes to clean the high chair for the baby. What a sweet and kind and observant employee. Jay was rushing around tidying up the kioski, the condiment area, and keeping close eye on all the customers. She really was taking pride in her Shake Shack, rare to see that. When I was leaving, Jay say me drink some water standing at the water station. She rushed over to ask if I needed a to go cup of water. What great customer service! Everywhere else in Miami, they add automatic 20% tip and you don't get that good of service, Jay knocks it out of the park for amazing awesome attentive customer service! Interior: very clean Bathrooms: gender neutral and well they are average clean. I washed my hands and it was clean. When I used the bathroom after eating, someone used the stall and it was filthy and overwhelming smell of marijuana

The food was amazing would definitely come back and the workers were are fantastic.and the atmosphere overall is very good.

This is the most disappointing Shake Shack location I've ever been to in my life. We used the kiosk because my husband wasn't as familiar with the menu as I am. Selected dine-in, received a table number, and sat down with our plentiful luggage as the instructions said our food would be brought to our table. That's not what happened at all. This woman at the counter is screaming my name across the restaurant, even though we are seated WITH A NUMBER for staff to bring the food to the table. If we hadn't received multiple instructions that the food would be brought to us, it would be no issue, and again we had a lot of luggage with us. What's even the point of getting a table number? The food was not remarkable either, and they didn't bother to give me my ranch with the spicy cheese fries. Happy we're only visiting.

To whoever fried the French fries and chicken today, I hope that you find success and happiness in everything you do. I ordered the avocado bacon chicken sandwich with fries for lunch today. And they were both perfection. No one should underestimate the power that perfectly fried food can have on your psyche. So thank you, friend, for your excellent work!

It was good was with grandparents even though it was expensive the food was good employees were chill the place was clean and was a great time

There was a leak over our table but good food though and service. The state of the restaurant is good, and it is in a nice area and I recommend.

Fresh, Hot , Fast and Convenient. I ordered the SmokeShake with Chicken bites and a Cheese Fry.Everything was cooked to order so it was hot and good. I sat outside on the patio to indulge and it was very peaceful. I didn't know exactly what i wanted upon arrival but the staff gave a few recommendations that were very Helpful. Overall the service was very friendly & welcoming.

I got to talking with some of my students about the best burger. I've had great burgers in my day but the Smoke Shack is consistently fantastic. So good that I often ask myself why I deny myself the pleasure so long. It has to be the cherry peppers and bacon. The krinkle cut fries are underrated here and you know the shakes are good This location is bit weird since kind of on the backside of Brickell Village but that's not bad cause it's never really been that busy when I go. Indoor and outdoor seating with a little patch of fake grass for the kids to run around makes it a nice place to have lunch. Bonus, ask for some cherry peppers to go.

The worst place I have ordered by UberEats, I made an order when my driver arrived they said that my order had been stolen, the driver talked to the manager and he replied that he could not do anything to cancel the order, I asked the driver to wait for him to call the restaurant and they told the manager and he told me by call that he could not do anything that the food had been stolen and he hung up the call. REALLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

As you walk in it's bright and pop music is booming. The look is modern almost industrial. But it's a chain. My table was dirty but it was busy so no deductions for that. I dislike kiosk ordering. Ya ya I know less expensive for the operator yada yada but I dislike it almost to the point of hate. So deduction there. The place was busy on a Tuesday night but more on the side of a heavy steady, not packed. Even so the food came out quickly. I sat where I could watch the staff. They were working hard. I got the Shack Stack it wasn't bad. It was fast but the portobello was a bit chewy and it was small, it barely covered one hand. The fires were good not soggy or limp. All the food came out hot. The food tasted good but it was such a small amount for over $30. That was the burger, fries and two drinks since they don't refill. It was tastier than the Burger King the next block over but I don't think it was worth more than twice the price. Eating in Brickell is like eating at Disney world. You're paying for the pleasure of eating there and getting your Instagram shot.

Shake Shack Shake Shack Tsk Tsk Tsk. I was really excited about coming here today and enjoying a quick lunch and what I was hoping was for quality chicken bites compared to the traditional fast food places. Well I've been disappointed. I ordered 6 pieces of chick bites and the amount of grease that came out with the chicken bites was insane! Take a look at my pictures. Seriously I couldn't even enjoy them at all because they taste like pure grease. I'm not sure what Shake Shacks cooking process is but this I believe can use some major cooking improvement. Chick-Fil-As chicken never comes out looking like this. I can't vouch for everything else here but I probably wouldn't be back for their chicken bites unless they made major changes to their cooking process on them. Just gross look at the amount of grease that seeped through the napkin and on to the table. Just not good Shake Shack not good. I hope you guys improve this.

Ordered the single burger and custard cup, absolutely delicious! The burger, a bit small, but was cooked fresh and had nice melted cheese on it. You could definitely taste the good flavor of the beef with fresh toppings. The frozen custard was just like I get in upstate NY. Very creamy with excellent vanilla and chocolate flavors. They give you quite a bit for a single cup too. It started to get pretty busy at 12:20pm, so make sure you get here early for lunch in order to get a table!

I came to the opening day for this Shake Shack in Brickell, not far from my then-office (I now work two blocks further south, but can still walk or scooter there for a pick me up). There are a handful of Shake Shacks in South Florida. My former employer in Boca was near one. My current employer also has one now. Coincidence? I think not. Because the truth is you can't go wrong with a Shake Shack the does solid burgers -- especially if they have bacon and cheese on them. Their hot dogs are ok, more partial to their burgers and chicken sandwiches. Additionally, I like they have gluten-free buns for a $1 extra. While this may be hypocritical if you end up ordering a smokestack burger with all the trimmings, if you are trying to avoid gluten, it helps. What I like, more importantly, is that you can order online and pick up without having to wait in the queue to place your order. So you can walk a few blocks, pick up your order, and move on with your life like a time-managing business professional. Of course, their food is addicting. And if you're trying to watch your waist, that can be a challenge. Like their cheese fries that can come whispering to you when you're stressed out at work and need a snack -- "Oh, yes!" the fries whisper in a high-pitched tone from afar, "You're going to eat us!" The chicken nuggets are also habit-forming and can become a problem if you're not careful -- especially, with honey mustard sauce. The ideal combo is a bacon cheese with a chocolate shake because this is magical. The only challenge (which isn't one for the restaurant themselves) is when to go pick up. I try to go early because the lines, even if you're picking up an online order and are afraid of people, can build up fast, such as at lunchtime or for a mid-afternoon snack. Plus, there's the issue with parking. If you're coming from outside of Brickell, you will need to find a parking garage that won't charge you through the teeth because street parking is impossible. If you live or work in the area, then walking is the best option. Unless you're lazy and need to take advantage of one of the scooters along, then by all means. Anyway, the Brickell Shake Shack is one to come back without having to drive a Cadillac. Because that would be whack.

Shake Shack Mary Brickell Village has delicious burgers, shakes, and much more. I really like the location and everything that they have available here. The staff here is very friendly and efficient at getting everything ready for you.

I love coming to shake shack whenever I'm visiting Miami. Although I am not a huge fan of fast food, this place is something different. It is just too good and it just tastes better than your typical McDonald and Burger King. I love getting their shroom burger because it is filled with cheese and it's a mushroom patty. The price is a bit higher than most fast food places but it is worth every penny. They have this new sesame seed shake which is a vanilla flavored shake with black sesame seeds. It's not too sweet and it pairs very well with the fries. This location is extremely clean and there's free parking unlike the one on the beach.

I don't know why people seem to love the shack shack, maybe it is catered to American tastes?. Being English maybe the burgers are not to my standards or preference? could that be the reason?. This is my second shack shack experience. (I also gave three stars previously to one in Pinecrest) This time I ordered the fries with the cheese on the side, and had a chicken burger. The service was great, it is a very clean place. I also used the unisex bathrooms - also very clean. Nice pretty location in the heart of Brickell. But for me the food is just aok. I had a black and white milkshake - which was very nice. The fries are too salty and too crispy, not a real fan of the cheese sauce either, especially for fries, but I wanted to try the experience, defo NOT an English concept. Although I was informed they are homemade sauces with real cheese from my friend who I dined with, it just tasty fake and synthetic to me. The chicken burger was a little over cooked for me, and there were too many gherkins in it, also the bread rolls are so soft and spongy that as you eat them they just get flattened into a soft goo and do not resemble a patty at all. I would eat at shake shack again but would not go out of my way at all, and when I do fancy a burger it would not be my first choice (I prefer Red Robin for example)

This is the best shake shack I have ever visited. Although it is a busy location, the employees do a fantastic job getting the food out in a timely manner--plus it is always hot. While in the city my husband visited this location 4 days in a row. So clearly, this shake shack does no wrong. I was unaware that you could add cherry peppers until I visited this location and they are sooo good. Highly recommend! My go to is the ShackBurger with cheese fries.

There are ALWAYS ISSUES when ordering from this Shake Shack location. This time, I ordered over $200 worth of burgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, fries, and shakes. Of course, all 5 orders of fries were missing & all the manager could say was, "sorry you need to call & make a complaint". Isn't that what I'm doing? Thanks for ruining our night. The only thing consistent with this location is the lack of checking the orders before they go out for delivery AND the customer service when an order isn't correct. What a waste.

I came here at 8:30pm on 1/05/24. Food was amazing. But the service was even better. The shorter gentleman served us our food and was extremely courteous. This chain should continue to give him opportunity to grow and manage. He was a delight

I love Shake Shack, but this location disappointed me. First, we ordered the Bacon Cheese Fries, and they literally arrived dismantled. Second, the burger was so greasy it was hard to bite it and eat it. I hope this doesn't happen often.

If you like burgers, then I suggest you try Shake Shack. The first I ever went to was at the seasonal spot at Saratoga Springs horse racing track that only opens during the 7 week race season. I fell in love. Based out of NYC, this burger chain makes everything fresh to order. I go to the one on Lincoln Road in South Beach the most.. As a treat.. but the food is consistent at each one- I've been to 5. The burgers are fantastic, they offer fried chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, awesome shakes, and recently chicken nuggets(nuggets need improvement). The fries are crinkle cut and different from many burger joints. They also offer craft beers which is nice- of you are in the mood for one :) You order at the counter and grab a seat as your order is prepared and wait for your number to be called. The interiors of the resto's are the same, the only issue I have is the bathrooms. Single toilets for men and women. Lines can build up during busy hours :) I love the Smokeshack Burger with it's original shack sauce - similar to In-And-Outs sauce (my favorite burger joint in the USA). I also always get a Chicago dog, it's pretty legit! This NY based franchise is growing, and is a solid burger joint. Let me know if you liked it!!!

What's not to like? Only the lack of parking and difficulty to find this location. Other than that, you are my favorite burger place! Happy and satisfied my burger craving every single time! Now I know where you are on my next burger run! :)

The shake shack team contacted me but didn't resolved the issue . I was told they was going with the racist GM that they have . The Girl who was causing all those problems left their business. She was the problem but since she was a Female I wasn't dealt with correctly especially me having issues with one of the female managers but he took her word and she don't work there either no more . I was a Top employee ,even a trainer, passed many expectations thanks to me knowing how to properly remove meat mittens.. for me to be not rehired or not able to go to another shack is very alarming. Still seeking legal action.

De-Lish!!! Perfect end to any night when you're out hungry and looking for something quick to eat! Just stopped at their mobile ordering and let them text us when the order was ready..food was fresh, fries were crispy and ready to devour. Staff was friendly and happy to clean up once people were leaving. Made it enjoyable to eat and enjoy your meal without tables being dirty.

Best Burger in Brickell thus far!! Go get a double cheeseburger, the crispy fries and a shake, you may need a nap after. I thought I would be waiting forever since it's Opening day. It was super organized and there were multiple kiosks to order from and it was a relatively short wait. Shake Shack has finally opened in Brickell!! And yea, everything was fatty and delicious!!

Finally I've been waiting my whole life to go to a shake shack and one opened up in my neighborhood! I was super hyped about it !! The burger was very good, with good flavor. The Fries were good but the bacon, eeehhhh not a fan, they were a bit stiff for my taste. The cookie and cream was divine (my favorite part is the dessert) In all I bought 2 Burgers, Fries w/ cheese and bacon and small Cookie and cream came out to $32 in total. I had a couple friends who weren't wowed by the burgers but for a fast food,I say y'all are the best ! They were all super nice, helpful, polite and courteous due to the time. I'll be back forsure!!

I love shake shack brand but this location is poorly managed. I always have an issue with my order. They always get it wrong with app orders and don't have a good customer service to respond after wards. Not recommended.

Normally this place is on point. They normally have hot delicious cheeseburgers and hot delicious fries. I guess they were a little off today. My cheeseburger was cold and undercooked, and my french fries tasted like something that you found out of the backseat of a Ford Pinto. You know those lost french fries from years ago? It was very disappointing. Hopefully they'll get it together in the future.

Great burgers and fries. My daughter had the chicken bites ( I know @ a burger joint) ! She had heard that they were delicious and was not disappointed. I loved that Cynthia, an employee, came asking if anybody needed anything else to drink offering the free refills making sure the tables were all taken care of and walking outside and making sure that the sidewalk tables were straight. They were ready for anybody to have a tasty lunch and a nice afternoon on the patio.

Who doesn't love a good burger! Shake Shack's smash burgers are simply the best. My fav is the smoke shack because it comes with some good heat from the cherry peppers! Yummm. They have been a go-to during this pandemic for us and they have a great set up for pickup! The new crispy chicken sandwich they just got on their menu is also great. I love the big pickles that come on it! This new location is perfect. Also, a fun tip is to get the cheese fries over the regular and dip your burger in the cheese sauce. Ok, gotta go order a Shake Shack burger now- got myself hungry.

I hold Shack shack to a higher standard, so when I got back to my condo and found and $5.00 grilled cheese sandwich burned so bad it was stuck to the plastic wrap and had to through it in the garage. The sandwich was for my child. Had to go and get him nuggets from the clown.

A review rating of 'Average' due to a combination of a really delicious shake, but really poor (as well as slow) service from the team working on this particular day (2/27 at Noon). Order was rather easily placed on the inside kiosk and the instructions advised I'd be notified by text message when ready. I walked to the far end of the restaurant to watch the overhead TV, which is also the area where delivery persons pick up their awaiting orders. A team member approached to ask if I was waiting on an order and I advised I was waiting on the text message. Only one indoor table was occupied, yet I was asked to wait outside for my name to be called (apparently instead of text). I asked how would I hear my name if I'm outside, and he didn't have a quality answer to that. I assume he also decided I wouldn't be enjoying my beverage while inside. During these challenging times "it is what it is", but I think they could have done much better with customer service.

Ripoff over priced trendy themed Dairy Queen. Done with this place, $7 for a shake that I waited 7 mins for. I'll get a DQ blizzard next time, 1/2 the price same taste and quality. Jake, appreciate your response. I understand the higher quality, I just thought with a walk up ordering of a shake I would get it much quicker. Numerous door dash and other online orders go ahead of actual people that walk in, which I think is unsatisfactory. Plus I tipped the cashier for his hard work, but still had to wait an excessive time for a chocolate shake. Thank you.
