Burgers are very good (only thing really worth buying for their prices), drinks are basic and fries not so good unless you cover them with cheese or something to help the blandness. Service is generally slow UNLESS you come in an hour before they close. Then they're at the top on their game.

Google
This place reminds of visiting the original in NYC. Flat top hot dog 🌭 loaded with mustard. This is a fabulous grilled dog! Pairs well with a cab wine And for dessert a campfire s'mores shake! Great service by ADRIAN for my dine in experience. Free filtered water kids coming page and crayons with high chairs and diaper changer I dined inside at an accessible table with booths also. Outside accessible tables either umbrella to partially shade Accessible entry, one double door and one single door with heavy doors. Accessible restrooms Van accessible parking in Midtown fre parking garage.

Google
I ordered a Cookies and cream milkshake, a chai vanilla tea milkshake, chicken bites, avocado burger & a shake shack burger. It was delicious and the customer service was pretty decent. The order was ready in a few minutes. It’s my second time eating here. I’m from another city so it’s a good treat

Mariah Perez

Google
The pistachio/Dubai chocolate shake was delicious—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. I just wish the chocolate coating on the inside of the cup was thicker so that it could break off into the shake like they advertise. Still a great treat overall! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Christina Hickman

Google
We stopped here for take out before checking in to our hotel. You place your order on the tablets which was easy and efficient. We had minimal interaction with the staff but they seemed friendly enough. Our food was ready very quickly and it was delicious. We both had their truffle burger and parmesean truffle fries.

Google
Delicious, tasty burgers (haven’t tried anything else because the burgers are just that good to us). Really wish they had a location in Pinellas County! Prices are a bit high tho so keep that in mind, but the free refills are a HUGE win — especially because their lemonades are 10/10. You really can’t eat one of their burgers without sipping on a lemonade. The place is super clean all around — including the bathrooms, which is always a plus. Staff is usually friendly and the vibe is great, especially with its Midtown location. (It can get packed) Food wait time varies — sometimes quick, sometimes longer — but always worth it with that shake shack sauce - it’s so good!! Burgers are a perfect size, crinkle fries are solid, and the shakes aren’t overly milky. It’ll fill you up for sure, but getting a shake instead of grabbing ice cream somewhere else? 100% worth it. Also, the outdoor seating with the string lighting is chef’s kiss — especially during sunset. Perfect spot to chill and enjoy your food.

Google
The food is always good here. I bought the Dubai chocolate milkshake and it was so good. Arlena brought our food and was very friendly.

Google
Very good service with a smile, staff efficient. It was one of the best take out burgers I had in a long time. They nailed the cook on the burger perfectly. Good crisp on the outside while still having juice and flavor on inside. Not completely demolished and flattened. They switched my order with another customer but fixed it quickly and without any issues. Will come back to try more of the menu next time in Tampa. Should have higher reviews.

Yelp
I am obsessed with Shake Shacks Shroom burger so this weekend I was in the area and placed a to go pick up order on the app. Waited about 10minutes and my order was ready. The inside was pretty clean no complaints but in the women's restroom it is extremely loud from machinery behind the wall which is slightly uncomfortable. My Togo order was waiting for me when I arrived at the pick up area. I got the burger and two hotdogs for my kiddos. The food was great I tried the shroom burger in a lettuce wrap and I felt like they gave me a whole head of lettuce it was so much lol. Still really good.
google avatar

Aubrey F.

Yelp
Love this place! Great for a burger, fries, and shake. I ordered the Black Truffle Shack Stack, which is a burger with a shroom on it. Perfectly cooked and ooey gooey. I also ordered a side of cheese fries. Hit the spot!

Yelp
Shake Shack is always a solid choice for a quick lunch! You can quickly and easily order using the kiosks, and then grab a number and take a seat. Food is fresh and fast! I especially enjoyed the outdoor seating on a nice day. Parking can be a little tricky during lunch hour but doable if you don't mind walking.

Yelp
Not much to say... it's a burger joint. It's clean. The food is good. The milkshakes are great. The burgers are tasty. My only complaint... the service. Barely any human interaction. You order from a kiosk. Food handed off. No drink machine for refills. Food good... atmosphere nonexistent.
google avatar

Marquese C.

Yelp
Started 2025 off with Shake Shack and it didn't disappoint. Flavorful burgers, tasty chicken and crispy fries. You order at a kiosk so interaction with staff is typically limited outside of them bringing the food to your table. It's conveniently located amongst a wide variety of shops and restaurants providing a wonderful ambiance. Stop by and check em out when you can!
google avatar

Yelp
Shake Shack has been my favorite burger place since I discovered it up in NYC and I was so excited when it opened in the Tampa Bay Area. It quickly became my go-to burger joint because of how delicious the food is, how great the service is, and the location. Every time I go, I try something new and I'm never disappointed!
google avatar

Keena H.

Yelp
Welcome to Good Burger! The truffle burger has me in a chokehold & the chicken shack ain't too bad either ;). Place looks well staffed, clean & these ppl are always Super nice to me, because I ask for extra sauce. Thanks Alexander & Ms. Rona. I'll always "Be Back!"
google avatar

Marcia H.

Yelp
I'm so upset to be adding Shake Shack to my never again list. This WAS another one of our "go toos" that has completely gone to trash. The quality of my burger was below average...it was cold, the bacon was soft and rubbery...who in this world hopes and wishes to get soggy bacon on ANYTHING....helloooooooo-bacon is supposed to be crispy, not soggy, not burnt, but crispy...and it seems like someone just slapped a scoop of sauce and red peppers haphazardly on one of the buns. Here's a concept...prepare OTHER people's burgers the way you'd want YOUR burger to be prepared and dammit take pride in your work no matter what it is you do! Shit! It ain't hard!
google avatar

Charlie G.

Yelp
First time here. Ordered the Avocado Bacon burger, and fries. Aso ordered a Mango Passionade to drink. Ordering was via the little automated ordering center.. fairly easy to order and pay that way. Burger was ok.... needed salt and there was none available at the condiments counter. I didn't bother asking at the counter since I was in a minor rush. Fries... were fries. OK. Drink was good but overpriced. The whole meal was just North of $20.. which seems high for what I got. But I would return...

Yelp
I've been here a couple of times now. For the cost versus what you get, it's just ok. This location is in Midtown Tampa so it's around a bunch of other places. You can park in the lot next to the store, and if it's full you can park in the garage. From an ordering perspective, you use kiosks which is fine, but when people don't know how to use technology it holds up the line for sure. You can order ahead, which I haven't done yet. My go to is a shackburger, which tastes decent,, but is oftentimes smashed/smushed leaving it looking generally greasy. They also have chicken options and shakes, which TBH is prob the tastiest menu item for me. Strawberry shake for me all day, any day! Service is fine, they are generally courteous and refill your drinks quickly. Overall, it is a bit pricey...but this seems to be the norm everywhere now. If you want a decent tasting burger, you can't go wrong coming here.

Yelp
This Shake Shack is conveniently located in the newer Midtown development which has hotels, apartments, a Whole Foods, and restaurants...not too far from Tampa airport. Burgers are always delicious here, and the fries are not bad. Tried the bbq fries seasoning which was just ok, kinda wish there was a cajun spice version with more kick (like at Five Guys). There's often Chase credit card offers to use at Shake Shack for small amount of cash back, so that's a plus.

Yelp
I LOVEEE Shake Shack. I'm from California and always crave In n Out, so Shake Shack in my next best bet. Every year they come out with their Pride shakes which I'm absolutely obsessed with lol. I got the peaches and cream shake. I also love the location that this Shake Shack is in, I love going to the Midtown area and taking a walk after I eat!
google avatar

Yelp
We love the burgers and the high quality ingredients. Beef from grazing cows is nutritious. We recently came in for their seasonal truffle burger. Beef patty, truffle sauce, fried onion rings on a potato bun. It was cooked perfect and tasted delicious. The service is quick and pick up orders are a breeze. This location in midtown isn't the easiest to access but they do offer curbside. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained and the people working are always helpful and responsive. If I'm getting a fast food burger. Shake shack is always my go to
google avatar

Yelp
I recently went here for the first time through a Yelp Event. It's one of the first ones in Florida. The line for the event was out the door, but it was worth the wait. I tried the BBQ fries with cheese and honey mustard. The cheese was fresh, and the BBQ seasoning was delicious. We also got to try the strawberry donut shake. So yummy! The ambiance is a classic diner feel. I will definitely be back!
google avatar

Kenz T.

Yelp
Excellent service and great food. My friends and I went as part of the Yelp! Tour De Tampa event, and to our surprise, the line was moving really quick for the amount of people waiting. Shout out to the whole crew! The place could have been cleaner, but again, several people attended the event today. We had so much fun and loved the whole experience.

Yelp
Set near the utc mall in Sarasota, the food hit the spot. Christmas cookie milkshake was a bit too sweet but the burger definitely delivered. Would recommend skipping the fries unless you get cheese fries. Service was minimal and no problems.

Yelp
Trash! First time ever trying it & im straight let down lol many cheaper & greater options. I would take a whopper from bk over this place any day!

Yelp
Took my great nephew to the Shack for his first experience and he loved it! He is a mini burger aficionado and will be a foodie extraordinaire. He enjoyed placing our order on the kiosk and said the service was better than McOther place. We sat outside and enjoyed a great Tampa day.
google avatar

Yelp
Located in Midtown so the place is very clean and stylish. Their lemonade is to die for, so fresh and good. Burgers always tastes fantastic doesnt have that fast food feel. Service is also good.

Yelp
We stopped here recently when we were in Tampa-everything was sooo good! I highly recommend the cheese fries. We shared them among 3 of us, and they were perfect!! Our burgers were delicious and our order was correct-everything was hot and we loved every bite! We also shared an Oreo milkshake and it was so delicious!! We were so full! We could almost not finish it! I would be happy to eat here again!!

Yelp
I've come to this Shake Shack location many times and have never been disappointed. It's a fast casual burger joint that's fun for a low-key date night or a hangout with friends. The price point is $8-12 per burger, depending on what your order, but you can tell that the quality is superior to that of a usual fast food restaurant. Also, if you have the Shake Shack app or a delivery app (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats), they often have BOGO deals or free fries with a $10 purchase. Most recently, I tried their SmokeShack burger which is an angus beef cheeseburger with applewood-smoked bacon, chopped cherry peppers, and ShackSauce on their toasted potato bun. Really nice smokey flavor and wasn't too heavy with the ShackSauce. I also tried the SmokeShack burger with avocado added in place of the usual bacon, which was a good option if you want a lighter version with less smokey flavor. Admittedly, the ShackBurger is still my favorite burger; it's a classic burger with excellent grilled beef flavor. We also recently got the Chicken Bites and they were awesome! Every time I order a chicken item from this location, it comes out VERY hot with the perfect amount of crispy breading. I like to dip the Chicken Bites in a little bit of their ShackSauce. We always get a side of fries as well. The fries are pre-made and shipped frozen to Shake Shack locations, but somehow they always hit the spot.

Yelp
It was late at night; at around 9:30pm and was craving for a burger. While staying at the Aloft in Midtown, I came downstairs and walked to the Shake Shack. Since it was a Sunday evening, the place was busy with many young kids. I placed my order with the cashier, since there was a crowd by the kiosks. Waited for about 10 mins and received my order. I ordered their single Shack burger and an order of fries. Walked to my room and enjoyed the meal. The burger was juicy and tasty. I loved it!!! Fries were not soggy, and had the right amount of bite and crispiness to it. It wasn't greasy either. . . which was a plus. An awesome and convenient place to be.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm not sure why there are mediocre reviews of this place. It's the only Shake Shack in Tampa. It's a burger joint originally from NYC that is comfort food for me. The burger is small but it's perfect for me because I don't feel stuffed or have leftovers. I love the classic Shake Shack burger: perfectly seasoned and great sauce. But the fries are just ok...I typically don't like ridged fries but it is always crispy. It's located in the new outdoor shopping area in Midtown, Tampa. There's an adjacent parking garage with free parking and you walk to Shake Shack.
google avatar

Marley R.

Yelp
This location never disappoints! The burgers and fries are always cooked to perfection. We crave this place often and every time we come it's quick service and super clean! Staff works fast and helps out if you need any extra sauce for the side. So glad we have this spot nearby!
google avatar

Yelp
We came into this location after having an unsuccessful Uber eats delivery (Uber's fault, not Shake Shack's). The staff completely made our night so much better. I didn't quite get his name (I believe it was the manager), but he was so kind and went above and beyond for us! I asked for two cups for water to fill myself at the station and he handed me two cups with ice, then handed me two additional bottles of water when he handed me our food. On top of that, we were given an extra order of fries which was a pleasant and much appreciated surprise! The food was fantastic - fresh; hot, and tasty. It was so good we inhaled it before taking any photos lol. Always love Shake Shack, but particularly loved this experience!
google avatar

Ellen P.

Yelp
I loveee shack shack but our meal might have been a one off today as the bun was kinda soggy and the cheese was a little lumpy. It's the only one in Tampa so I will likely be returning.

Justin B.

Yelp
Food was cold, truffle fries had no sauce, and the milkshakes clearly were made in machines that weren't washed and cleaned between making shakes. I mean $40 for 2 burgers 2 shakes and a fry and there is no attention to detail or effort made to make good or decent food. This was our first time there, but Frankly, I don't know how they're in business.
google avatar

Mark G.

Yelp
I come to shake shack pretty often and this last time I noticed a person working really hard. I want to give Adrian a shout out. This guys is a hard worker and was friendly and the type of representation you want as a business owner. I was impressed by his work ethic and the place was so spotless while he was attending and taking care of the dining room. Bravo Adrian

Yelp
Burgers with skinny fried onion rings, Tip top! Service quick: on line and in person to go or eat there inside or outside; smiling staff bring to your table. Place for all ages with burgers, chicken , hot dogs, krinkle fries and thick shakes . Happy ambiance with families, local mid town folks and hungry teenagers. Local brews and wine available.

Yelp
Shake Shack, A place I've called home since the New York City first location. This place, falling into one of my home previews, with another one on the way is nothing short of nostalgic. I'm always big on the mushroom burger with a beef patty, and another one with just the mushroom. I also now always get the fries with cheese, and a chocolate shake. Every bite of the food is perfectly made, and enjoyable start to finish. They also have this home feel when you walk in and meet the always great team in the well lite place. I'd also like to say the people are well trained, and always with a smile on their face.

Yelp
IMO this is hands down best burger out of all the chain burger spots. Please don't @ me lol. Point blank period Shake shack hits the mark each and every time. Deliciously juicy smash burgers with the crack shack sauce lol. So glad this location exists and really enjoyed my lunch today. Been about a year since I've been here and reminds me each time why i love this place so much. See you soon!

Yelp
IF YOU ARE A VEGETARIAN OR ON A MEAT RESTRICTION, DO NOT TRUST THEIR STAFF. (The manage was very sweet.) I have been vegetarian for 4 years due to having a meat intolerance. I get painful bloating, headaches, and on occasion, throwing up. I was so excited to eat the veggie burger they had here at Shake Shack. I don't eat out often since I'm a clean eater and athlete. So, I was very excited. My family got their food first and I had to wait a while for my own to come out. The FIRST burger brought out to me seemed too good to be true- it was oily and beefy smelling. But my mom reassured me that it didn't seem the same as her burger and the waiter stated it was the veggie burger.... so I ate the burger. Once I finally was done eating it, the waiter brings us another burger... the veggie burger. They looked nothing alike. The veggie burger had pieces of veggies inside and tasted like a typical veggie burger. It did not taste oily and beefy like the first burger given to me. I felt so upset and disrespected it... it showed incompetence and lack of care for customers. The waiter even lied straight to our faces saying they were the same burger. It was like saying a vegetable is the same as a slab of steak. The manager was very apologetic and provided a complete refund for the whole family, but it doesn't stop my stomach pain, headaches, and waves of nausea the past few hours (ate 5 hours ago). I only have an intolerance, but I can't imagine someone with restrictions due to severe reactions being convinced they're eating a veggie burger then ending up on a stretcher to the hospital... for simply wanting to go out to eat with their family. Don't offer vegetarian options if you are not going to respect your customers. I do not recommend this place.

Yelp
I was in midtown to attend the meeting and after meeting I saw shake shack in midtown and seeing shake shack I decided to have sandwich and fries. I parked near Shake Shack and walked towards it. When I entered i directly went to the register to order from the menu. After checking out the menu I ordered Chicken Shack and Fries for to-go. I waited for 5-7 minutes and my order was ready. First I had chicken shack and it was delicious. It was hot with chicken patty and delicious chicken shack sandwich. Then i had fries which were good and delicious. The fries were also hot and deliciously made. The shake shack was amazing and i had delicious sandwich and fries.

Yelp
What do you say about Shake Shack? Conveniently located in Midtown, is consistently delicious. As always the portobello mushroom filled with cheese is absolute perfection. I always leave full, satisfied, and excited for my next visit.
google avatar

Julia M.

Yelp
Shake Shack is really delicious, high quality, and tries to be conscious of food allergies, which is important to many people these days. Come here knowing that they will deliver delicious goodness

Amy G.

Yelp
They advertised truffle burger for tax day. Buy one get one for the cost of the tax and they literally told me. Oh we just did that to get rid of the truffle mix so we're out. And it's only 4:00. So you're not doing something for your customers for tax day? You're just getting rid of old food!?! got it

Yelp
It took me a looong time to try Shake Shack, so glad I was able to find parking in such popular weekend location. If you come to Midtown on Saturday or Sunday budget extra time to find a spot. The store was pretty full which I always think is a good thing. There was still plenty of seating, but my friend had to wipe down our table for us because of how busy it was. The staff were always smiling, and they gave us some friendly compliments after bringing our food and grabbing our trays. We both got a Smoke Shack and I was a BIG fan, the flavor was a nostalgic mix of very light heat and a sweet pepper profile. We got plain fries which were a classic crinkle cut, also great. The flavor of the Cookies and Cream shake was exactly what I was hoping for, but the consistency was impossible to drink. I'm glad we didn't opt for the cheese fries because I ended up dipping my fries in the shake and then drinking what was left after leaving the restaurant. I would give 5 stars if this location was quicker to wipe down the furniture but overall was fantastic.
google avatar

Veronica Lee B.

Yelp
Food is good but gosh the serving size and cost in comparison to other fast food! Wow is this place pricey and serving size is small. Fries are NOT included. I thought it was a little slow the night we went given there were not a lot of people there. Ultimately, I'd choose to go somewhere else but my friends wanted to go here. The space is open and fine. Nothing terrible special.

Yelp
Solid burger joint new to Tampa but well known amongst north easterners. Shake Shack serves up deliciously fresh griddled burgers, hot crinkle fries, and seductive milkshakes. Fast casual dining that doesn't fall short of restaurant taste. My first Shake Shack Tampa experience was during a Yelp Elite event while mushrooms and truffle sauce were featured. I was definitely spoiled by those amazing seasonal flavors, and didn't realize at the time they were limited. I recently visited midtown to satisfy my truffle craving but settled for a perfect little burger with cheese. None of the current specials interested me but Shake Shack will be shaking things up soon enough. I ordered my burger with french fries and vanilla milkshake. Everything was made perfectly. The bun was really good for gluten free. I didn't love ordering at the kiosk and having to wait awhile for someone in the kitchen to notice me at the counter. They were all out of sauce cups and only ketchup was offered. An allergy friendly place -in theory. Something caused my GF PIC to have an allergic reaction after dinner. He ordered his burger on the GF bun with the bacon cheese fries, both of which are labeled without gluten. He usually does well with traces of cross-contamination but this was a serious infestation. We're assuming the fries have wheat in them even though the website doesn't say so.

Yelp
Recommend this place a million times over ! It seriously never disappoints! I go here for my comfort food & besides at home , it's really the only place I ever eat burgers at .

Yelp
Shake Shack is one of the better chain restaurants in my opinion. I was so happy when Tampa finally got this location. Parking is often busy, but worst case there's a parking garage that's free. A time or two the tablets for ordering have been out of order with only one operating. And I've definitely experienced full trash cans, during peak hours where the employees were slammed. All these "complaints" just to say I'm still not going to knock the rating down. There always seem to be plenty of employees and none of them are ever just standing around. Even on busy days our food comes out in a timely manner and our order is always correct. I like to get a burger (usually the shack burger) with cheese fries, but I get the cheese on the side. And my favorite part? The root beer! It's Abita draft root beer and SO CRISP! I also appreciate that even though it's "greasy" food that it's never too greasy. It seems like they clean there grease traps regularly.

Yelp
I have passed this Shake Shack a few times in my daily travels and finally stopped in for lunch. Nice location (close to my job) to get to for lunch. The parking lot next to it is limited, but there is a larger garage close by. You put in you order on a tablet, grab then enter one of the numbers next to the tablet, then find a table. They bring your food to you. I got the Avocado Bacon Burger, Fries and a Strawberry Milkshake (it's a $5 shake) my total was $19 and change $23 after tip. A bit more than I like to spend for lunch, but everything was good. It's a pretty tasty burger, however I will say if you don't get fries you may want to consider making it a double burger.

Yelp
This shake shack is located in Midtown Tampa. The parking is easy because there's a large parking garage, and it's easy to walk around Midtown. They also have both indoor and outdoor seating. You can either order through the app for pick-up or delivery, or you can order at the tablets inside the restaurant for pick-up or dine in. We ordered at the tablets for dine-in, and the food was ready quickly even though it was a busy Friday night. I really appreciate the kiosk ordering system, and they text you when the food is ready! The shack burger was cooked well, but I did find the patty to be overly salted. The lettuce and tomato were fresh, and the shack sauce was as good as always. I do find the burger to be small for the price. You definitely won't be full after just 1 single patty shack burger. Overall it's a 4/5 burger. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was perfectly fried, and the Buffalo sauce had a nice kick without being overpowering. Great sandwich! 5/5 You either hate or love crinkle cut fries. I love a good crinkle cut fry and these were nice & crispy. Sometimes, the shake shack fries can be bland, so definitely ask for a side of ranch or shack sauce for dipping. Overall just your usual shake shack. Nothing extraordinary
google avatar

Amy P.

Yelp
Overpriced but very convenient. As soon as you walk in, there are iPads for you to take your order. If you're still wanting to stay away from germs like me, they usually have a staff member at the counter ready to take your order if you prefer that option. It was raining the day i went but the tables inside sufficed for the packed house. The orders took almost 20 mins to come out though. Be patient. The fires are perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside! Perfect fries every time. The burger was ok. Nothing too special. I never liked that everything was a la carte but the fries are worth the splurge.

Yelp
Typically, a place like Shake Shack wouldn't cause me to bat my eye. I mean, it's shakes, fries, and burgers, which are really a dime a dozen. However, what does catch my attention and makes it stand out among the rest is the variety. Their offerings. When I saw a Tiramisu milkshake and burgers and fries that feature white truffle sauce...well I just HAD to go and check them out while I'm out on my monthly outing to Midtown. Shake Shack is pretty clean and fairly large from the interior with ample amount of seating on the outside with some shade which I needed since I was on a Mommy n Me outing with my puppy Muffin (note: dogs are NOT allowed in the store like they are in a lot of places in the area, however, you can bring the dog inside just to order, but make sure you clarify with the friendly employees here, especially when I had Muffin in a stroller). I had some trouble ordering from their self-serve kiosk, so I had to order in the front. The employees here were very nice and more than happy to help me. They even cooed at the puppy and asked me what her name was. I was on a mission on what I was going to order. Normally, fries are not quite the star of the show, but when you add WHITE TRUFFLE PARMESAN sauce to the mix...well that changes everything, so that was what I got. I was not really in the mood for a burger since that was too heavy, even in a lettuce wrap, so I went with a six piece chicken bites meal. And of course, being that this was SHAKE shack, it would almost be sacrilegious not to get a shake, so I had to get one...the tiramisu shake of course! I sat outside with Muffin and my number and I wasn't long before the food came out. Right away, I could see I've made a good choice. The day was blistering hot, and I was sitting outside, so I dove in for the shake first. Good thing I did since it didn't take long for it to melt in the heat, but, it was cold and delicious to the last sip. It looked just like it did in the picture, down to the cocoa frosted whipped cream crowning it and the lady finger. The taste was spot on for tiramisu with the faint coffee flavoring mixed with cocoa, light, airy, and not overpowering of either component, it was very refreshing. Next were the chicken bites. Admittedly, I had low expectations about them only because it's such a common food to get, but these were incredibly juice, well breaded and seasoned. I ordered them without sauce, but honestly, they didn't need any at all. Six was the perfect number of them to get since it filled me up, but did not leave me overstuffed. My fries I saved for last. What can I say about the crinkle-cut fries that reminded me of the Ore-Ida fries you get at school cafeterias? They certainly didn't taste that way, crisp and flavorful on their own even without the sauce. The sprinkle of parmesan gave it the right touch. Their crispness made them the perfect vessel for the white truffle sauce, the REAL reason I got the fries, but nonetheless the fries were good on their own. The sauce did not disappoint. I had plenty to dip my plentiful fries in, and it had that strong truffle flavoring that I enjoy and crave. Not sure if this will be a permanent menu item, so I thought I'd get my hands on it while I still can!

Yelp
This was a five star experience for me all around. First of all, I'm shocked it was so hard to find menu pictures. I tried their website, I tried Yelp, I tried Google and came up with nada. I'm not as persistent as I was before kids when I had all the time in the world, but I would have thought there'd be one Yelper who took a picture. I posted menu pictures, albeit not the best quality because of people's heads blocking some parts, but I tried to get the most I could. Zoom in and most of the menu is legible between all four pictures. You're welcome. I've been dairy free for four (?) months when my nursing baby was diagnosed with a possible dairy intolerance. All I could think of was I never got the chance to get Shake Shack's cheese fries. (It wasn't open that long before the baby was diagnosed and I'd been waiting for the lines to die down.) Once I got cleared (well I strong armed the doctor into allowing me, but the results are the same) to eat dairy again, I knew I had to come to Shake Shack. Parking: super easy. There are a ton of outdoor lots and indoor garages. It will be interesting to see the parking situation when everything opens since a lot is still under construction, but on a Monday at 11 a.m. there were a bazillion spots open. Ordering: The iPad system is really efficient. As long as the people in front of you aren't super slow (which luckily the people in front of us were not), it makes ordering a breeze and pretty foolproof that your order will be correct. There isn't that much customization that can be done (for instance if you randomly want a rare burger, which why would you at a fast food chain, but I digress, you can't get that. You can customize it to be well done though. I wanted it without the bun and with a lettuce wrap and that was an option). I won't be able to order extra cheese on my fries, but I'll live. Overall I like this system. You enter your phone number and they text when your order is ready. Seating: There's outdoor and indoor seating. Since it's pandemic time, I really appreciate the abundance of outdoor seating. We were here at 11 a.m. on a Monday so not exactly prime time, so I was happy that we pretty much got our pick of tables. Some have large umbrellas that is helpful in the sun. Food: I got the Black Truffle Burger and cheese fries. All I can say is amazing. The crispy shallots really made the burger. Also, I chose lettuce instead of a bun and the lettuce was massive. It made holding the burger a breeze. The fries didn't let me down either. More places need to embrace cheese sauce. I'm lucky this place is 25 minutes from me or else I'd gain 20 pounds. I prefer this place to a lot of restaurants in Tampa. Quick, delicious and (relatively) cheap. I'll definitely be back.

Yelp
Solid 4.5309 it's a quick fast foodie burger joint. Buns are tight, burger is thin and crisped - you can grab a double if thin ain't yo thing!!! Burger specials - this day, avocado (no truffle...) fries are OK, better, way better with yummy cheese and bacon. The fry cheese serves double duty as a burger dip. Shake sauce is gas, not too mayonnaise--y that's gross. Oreo cookie milkshake, good, but doable with a straw, I'm not sure how I feel about that, but, worthwhile nonetheless. Beer, wine, specialty teas and lemonades. Chicken bites were meh.

Yelp
Some gourmet burger place. But I don't feel gourmet much. I think their burger just average. The burger is small. If you are big hungry man, this may not be your place. The meal deal won't be able to feed you. Shake Shack is a yuppie restaurant. The burger patty is press to flat and grilled to crispy. Is is different kind of burger preparation. I would definitely give them a A+ on the sauce add on especially the truffle burger. The fried onion is just a bit on their truffle burger. Overall their best burger is the truffle burger. Bacon avocado burger is ok. Definitely is a good mixture of material. With the size of burger and price paid, it is in the expensive side. I think they need to do something about the size of burger. Especially the new business to attract repeat customers.

Yelp
One of the best burger spots with the best buns and perfectly crispy crinkle cut fries. The patty is never greasy and browned right, just wish they'd be a bit more generous with the toppings. Love their self serve ordering system - wave of the future and their system is easy. There's still a human available to take your order or answer questions. Surpringly, I've never had a shake at Shake Shack, but I did try a sip of the grape soda float and that was way sweet for me but not my kid. Will try the Buffalo chicken next time. They do make great chicken sandwiches!
