Shake Shack Pike 7 – Second Chance, Same Result ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) This is my second visit to the Shake Shack Pike 7 location. I first came when they had just opened, and I wasn’t impressed then. Today, I was craving a burger and happened to be in the area, so I decided to give them another try. It was a Friday around 5 PM, and they weren’t busy. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a drink. The food came out quickly, and the service was friendly — no complaints there. Unfortunately, the burger still wasn’t to my taste. Both patties were a bit dry and overly salty. I’m a big burger fan and have enjoyed Shake Shack at other locations, but this one just didn’t hit the mark for me. While I can see how some people might enjoy it, it’s simply not for me.

Disappointed with My Burger at Shake Shack I recently ordered a burger with avocado at Shake Shack and was really disappointed. The avocado portion was so small it was barely noticeable. I’ve had the same burger before in St. Louis and it was amazing, with generous avocado and great flavor. Unfortunately, this time the experience didn’t live up to the standard I expected. Hope they improve consistency across locations.

I got the Dubai Chocolate milk shake. The cup enjoyed the chocolate better then me. Over prices $9.99 and I waited 15 min for the shake and fries. I guess the had to go to Dubai to get the chocolate because when I got in the car my fries were so cold I couldn't eat them. The tasted like cardboard. One and done.

I don't like Shake Shack in general, not because of their food, but because their price is high for a fast food restaurant, especially considering the size of their sandwiches. ( going there only because my kids like it) Food quality: very good and fresh Service: good and reasonably fast enough. Food portions: small sandwiches, French fries: medium. Price : high, 3 simple sandwiches ( not fancy ones nor adding any extra), 3 simple fries, and 3 nonalcoholic beverages ( we chose small cups, 2 cokes, and one shake) cost us about 60$ ( not including tax and tips) Their chocolate shake was not good, at least I can say my kid did not like it ( while my kid loves most shakes, I assume this one was actually not good) Order is easier by using the available kiosks, we used the kiosk, easy to follow and choose from the screen. Crowded during evenings and weekends. This location has a drive-through, but I don't know how fast it can be. They also added several Korean-style options for sandwiches and fries, but we didn't try any.

Moved from MD to VA and often visited Shake Shacks there with generally good experience. This location looked nice and clean and cashier was friendly. The burger had hair, it was on the cheese easily visible right in front, zoom in the pic, on cheese and now I have trust issues..lol.. if hair were or can be in other parts of the burger. I guess I recommend that you check the burger before digging in. It was take out so just trashed it and I didn't have time to go back. Other burgers and fries in the order had no hairs but who knows what else could be there..ugh trust issues..lol

First of all i appreciated how i was welcomed by Asia. She smiled first while guiding me through the menu since i was confused. And two other team mates walked by and said hi to me with a smile. I enjoyed the shack burger. Juicilicious. And the presentation of how the burger was placed by Wali. 🔥🔥Its a welcoming place. Great job guys

Place was clean, food tasted good! They also have a drive thru for online pickup orders which is amazing ! 🤩 They have self checkout, the men’s bathroom also has a baby changing station!! (June 9th 2024)

Burgers are good. However, both times I have been here and picked my food up within the window they set, and the fries have been cold. They need to figure out how to deliver hot fries because they just arent good when they are not hot.

I've been coming here every week since Shack Shack opened this location last year! There's plenty of indoor and outdoor space and very family-friendly and even dog bowls! There's also a curbside pick-up option. Love the vegetarian Veggie Shack, finally found a veggie burger bursting with flavor from quinoa and veggies at a fast food restaurant! So glad NOT to see another Beyond Burger or Impossible Burger. The crispy onions, pickles, and American Cheese elevated the flavor of the burger and nice to have the option to add lettuce and tomato.. The burgers are on the smaller side and easy to conquer. The crispy vegetarian 'Shroom burger stuffed with gruyere and cheddar cheese is quite tasty, too! The Crinkly fries are usually pippin' hot, but tepid at times. The seasonal shakes are a bit of a hit/mess. While the plain classic shakes are pretty good, the toppings cheapen the flavors and don't taste as good as they're advertised. Here's my favorite to least in order: - The classic Cookies and Cream is hands-down my favorite! - The Maple Snickerdoodle shake was fun to try and truly tastes like a sweet Snickerdoodle cookie. - The Donut & Coffee shake tastes like a frappuccino. - Banana Pudding shake truly tastes like banana pudding. - The Frozen Hot Chocolate tastes like a malt milkshake. - The Oreo Funnel shake tastes just like the Oreo shake with a subtle cake flavor and prefer the classic Cookies & Cream. - The Chocolate Salted Caramel shake tastes like a Milky Way, - The S'mores shack didn't like s'more at all with chunks of white chocolate. Stellar service - whenever I go, the service is always great! Shout-out to the manager @Chris, who take care of my order when I mistakenly sent it for pick-up at the Tyson's location. He not only prioritized it and made it quickly, but also comped us for it and didn't charge for another order (I tried to cancel the order at Tyson's, but it was too late). S Download the app and you can score deals like free fries on FRYDAYS and burgers on occasion. So glad Shake Shack opened up and has become a weekly family staple!

Ordered a burger and fries. Forgot to take pics because I demolished it! You order everything on a touch screen menu which includes all the little details one would ever want or need. Service was kind and quick. A pinch on the pricey side, but highly recommend.

After 5 tries, we FINALLY got delivered the RIGHT order!! We got bacon on our bacon cheeseburger!!! Woo hoo! For their credit, I always emailed Shake Shack directly and they gave me either a $15 or $25 credit to use in the future. Last time, they refunded the entire order since it was wrong. So, I continue to use them although they do seem to mess up the order 90% of the time. I appreciate that they're a great company and really- it's still my favorite hamburger. Who else has truffle burgers??

I am not sure why there are so many negatives reviews. I have been to this location plenty of times and have always had a wonderful meal. The place is clean and inviting. Ordering on the kiosk is easy and food does not take too long to come out. My go to is the Shack Stack. It always comes out hot and fresh. The cheese in the mushroom patty is so melty! Their crinkle cut fries are a staple. They are perfectly crisp on the outside with a fluffy potato center. Love it here and will continue to be dining with Shake Shack.

Very expensive and slightly overrated, feels like Five guys in price and feel. In 2 days my wife and I spent around $130. It was an experience but not one we will be repeating, the store was clean and the staff was respectful.

Visiting from out of town and excited to see this location had opened. Walked in and the place was in absolute chaos. Apparently you are to order using the computer kiosks. However, a member of our party had a gluten allergy and wanted to be sure staff was aware at time of order. We could not get any of the employees' attention and ended up turning around and leaving.

I'm so glad Shake Shack opened a standalone location outside of the one in Tyson's Mall. This Shake Shack is huge, with plenty of seating, and the lighting is beautiful. The restaurant is also very clean. In my opinion, this is the best Shake Shack I've been to--it surpasses the one just down the street. The burgers were juicy, fresh, and made with care (they were neatly organized in our bags). The staff was friendly, attentive, and on top of everything, and the service was quick. I'd recommend the regular Shack Burger, but depending on how much you eat you might have to get two!

This has become a favorite burger place. Love their Truffle selections. The truffle sauce that comes with the fries is great. Spread that on your burger or eat with fries is tasty. Pretty much self services from order to getting condiments and water. Restaurant is always clean and staff are friendly.

Not too bad! The burgers are tasty, with fresh ingredients, and made to order. And I love the crinkle cut fries. The pricing for most items seem reasonable (except for the beverages). But, if you sign up for their emails, their deals are quite good and can save you a lot. Unlike other locations, the layout of this particular site feels spacious, with plenty of seating (both inside and out). And the options for ordering (via kiosk or at the register) are well placed.

I had placed a order at the wrong shake shack. They went out of their way to make it right. The manager and other employees rush my order and over delivered. Turned a bad experience into an amazing one. You do not find that fast food these days.

Seems like this location is still good but not as great as when it first opened. For one it was extremely cold inside despite it being like a high 50 degree day. Additionally, a few milkshake options were sold out but the order tablets did not state this and we had to be told after the fact. Otherwise the burgers are great.

My personal favorite SS in the area. Great space, less crowded and an awesome managerial staff that looks out. I didn't enter a promo code for free fries correctly in the app and the manager on site told me how and got me the promo deal anyways. Shoutout to the hard working staff out there!

I picked up a SmokeShack burger and a Banana Pudding shake, and within two hours I became very sick. This isn't the first time it's happened--I've been to this location only a few times, and the last two visits both made me ill. I initially thought the first incident was a fluke, but clearly there's a pattern. Something seems off with how the food is being handled at this store, and it doesn't feel safe to eat here.

Love it! They have the same delicious, juicy, mouthwatering burgers that are consistent with every Shake Shack I've been to. I usually get the double shack, and the lacing on these patties were crispy and perfect. The wait time was pretty quick and the online order drive-up window was very convenient. I can't wait to come back!

I was privileged to be at the grand opening of the new eat in Shake Shack in Tysons/Vienna at the Pike 7 plaza. As usual, I ordered a plain cheeseburger with Ketchup being my only topping, so I can taste the moo. Shake Shack makes a smash burger, with an excellent crispy outer patty from the grill. The fries at Shake Shack are crinkle cut, very crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and are consistently good, and this location did not disappoint. I will be coming back often as the burger cravings come!

5/5 Location - We wanted to try SS for the first time, so we decided to stop by this location for lunch. We didn't want to deal with the lunch rush so we went soon after they opened (11:20), which was nice. Of all the locations close by we chose this one for the convenience and the good parking situation. We didn't want to deal with the crowd and all the cars trying to get into a parking structure for the Tysons mall & Mosaic location, or the Air & Space museum which would probably be the worst location, convenience wise. 4/5 Service - I prepared myself and read the reviews to temper my expectations before coming here. The service was fine, exactly what it should be, so that's a positive. We ordered through one of their 4-5 kiosks, picked up a number, picked a table and waited for our food. It probably took about 15-20 mins before our food was brought to us - not a terribly long wait, a tad more than I preferred but it was still reasonable. 5/5 Burgers - The burgers were great! Better than expected. We ordered the Truffle Shack Stack and the Double Truffle. The burgers were smaller in size compared to most other places, but we didn't mind as that was perfect for us. We don't like to feel over stuffed at the end of a meal. The burgers tasted fresh, flavorful and moist but not greasy (huge thing for us). 2/5 Fries - The fries were just average. They kind of reminded me of my high school cafeteria fries with extra expensive stuff on top. 3/5 Shake - We ordered vanilla shake. I think SS is known for their shake but maybe that was when they first came out and there wasn't that many comparable competitions. Nowadays, there are too many places that can definitely compete and surpass in their shake game. Their shake overall tasted okay. 4/5 Lemonade - We also ordered the kiwi/star fruit lemonade. We liked the refreshing and subtly sweet taste of it. Definitely recommend ordering a size Large because even the Large is still not much. 4/5 Restroom!! Yes, I'm rating the restroom but I think that is important. It's clean, organized (but we did just go right after they opened). They have 2 stalls for the women's side. 3/5 Price - Is the overall prize of $60 for 2 people worth it for the food and drinks that we got? Not at all! It was something good to try just to know though. If we do come back, we are planning to just order the burgers and lemonade. I must say that this location seems to get an unfairly amount of negative reviews. It was an overall very positive experience. Would recommend!

I was really looking forward to this. My hope is they can add some items, and decrease the prices despite inflation. Well over $20 for a basic hamburger with admittedly good bread quality, okay fries, and a soda seems nuts to me. Then again Vienna and Tysons is loaded to the gills with money. Their shakes are decent, but my goodness they are too expensive! The portions aren't anything extraordinary. Parking is good, and they have a convenient location to route 7. Also this is a very clean restaurant. Small in size due to many carry out orders is my belief. Yet it's new and I believe the kind and friendly employees, will keep it this way. The way I see this is give it a try. I'm glad there's another burger chain, but at the same time I was hankering for something different. This just doesn't fill that box.

Excited for the drive thru Shake Shack to finally open! I attended the family and friends event that required RSVPs in advance. This event allowed us to preview the menu before the public. They will open to the general public the following day. Employees were eager to greet us and checked in on us during and after the meal. We were treated to 50% off anything and everything on the menu. Food arrived quickly. The Korean style fried chicken sandwich was delicious. Although the plain fries were good, I am not a fan of crinkle cut style. It reminds me of school cafeteria food. It was not crowded and there were no lines. It was their last training day before the grand opening. They did a spectacular job. I will definitely be patronizing Shake Shack especially since they are near my place of employment.

Horrible service. Placed an order, and had to wait over an hour to receive my order which was simply just two single burgers. People who came in after me received my order before I did, they didn't even announce my order was ready. Wasted an hour of my time completely for a cold and soggy burger. Also management doesn't even pick up the phone line to inquire.

Chocolate Shake, Smoky Classic BBQ Burger and Fries. Everything taste great. The shake could be a little more chocolaty. Over priced. $22.00 but it does taste good. Staff here is friendly and the restaurant is nice and clean.

This Shake Shack has a great vibe--I even saw a few people studying there during a weekday lunch. The ShackBurger and fries were delicious, and the self-checkout process was smooth. The staff was friendly, and service was efficient. For some reason, I initially thought this location had a drive-thru, but it doesn't. Regardless, the food quality was excellent.

If I'm gonna pay $12 for a burger can it not be whipped up like it was made at McDonald's? I'll be taking my business to habit burger where I pay less for a 10x better experience.

Just awful. What a waste of money. The chicken nuggets were so salty they were almost inedible. The batter was so thick it peeled right off. The sauce was thick - looked like a paste- and didn't stick on anything. The fries were tasteless and limp. Will not be returning.

The shakes were very good as usual this after noon, May 1, but the bacon on the burger was seriously under cooked. So I removed it and finished the burger but could not really enjoy it. One needs to worry about trichinosis in the US. Shake Shack needs to ensure its employees know to fully cook bacon.

food: i ordered the new limited Korean bbq burger (?) and looks wise, it was nothing like what was advertised. However, it was pretty delicious and won me over! If the sauce was slightly less salty, and if the onion held up their crispness for longer, I would have given this experience a 5.

Nice menu selection and great customer service. We've tried their burgers, fries and shakes, all were delicious! I highly recommend.

I decided to place an order online, which was very easy. I pulled up to the window, which took about five minutes and got my food. I then ate it, and it was absolutely delicious. The burger was cooked perfectly, with a right amount of sauce and toppings. The french fries are some of the best in the business. While many people argue they are bland and flavorless, I strongly disagree. Excellent food, will definitely be back.

This place was so delicious! I was in DC visiting my sister and we stopped here for lunch. The burgers are amazing and the fries are even better! Highly, highly recommend this restaurant.

Service was awesome........all of our food was cold........burger and fries. Nothing special by any means.......no reason to return. If we want a quick burger, we'll got to 5 Guys where their food is always served smoking hot. Sorry Shake Shack

40 minutes to get food. Food was cold. Drinks were all wrong. Kitchen staff was very disorganized. Will not return.

I was perplexed to see that Shake Shack did not open with gender neutral bathrooms. Seems a little tone deaf in 2024. Food was delicious and I loved seeing all the training taking place on opening day from corporate supporters.

Do not order frozen custard or shake here. We ordered from the kiosk and waited 20 minutes to get our melted shake and custard. Our shake and supposed to be frozen custard were actually sitting on the counter for at least 10 minutes. We were just standing there waiting and no one acknowledged us. I was supposed to get a text when the order was ready but that never happened.

Horrible horrible service and overall look for shake shack,I'm not going to complain about the wait but, I showed dude what I was waiting for and proceeded to not give it to me guess he didnt understand or slow but finally got my burger and shake and I open bag half of the shake poured into bag and got some on the burger I'm really disappointed shake shack, love the new location but please get better more serious employers everyone is just looking at you stupid and they're just talking and manager doesn't give a fuck, didn't know that's how shake shack operates

Went for the first time yesterday and they are still working out the kinks. The employees all had a deer-in-the-headlights vibe and seemed not to know how to do anything or even be a little friendly. We waited 20+ minutes for our to-go order (2 burgers, two fries), and then had to wait another 5 minutes because they forgot to package it as to-go. Meanwhile, people who had ordered 10 minutes after us had their food. It made no sense. We got home and my SmokeShack burger was missing bacon. A pretty big oversight. Hopefully they'll improve but they need a manager to provide some structure and direction.

Will not return here just to open with that . Watched the "food runner " that I TIPPED change trash and pick up tables and the. Run food WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES!!! Where's the manager ? This is how people get sick . Also getting delivery from another restaurant thru the front door for an employee isn't a good look. Don't waste your money here .

For a single burger ,small fries ,small drink ,22.00 dollars , yea ill deff pass . 5 guys I can see paying that .but not some shack . I wish them well in this bidennomics world
